This dissertation searched for a social function and role of university, and problems of information-oriented universities through the analysis of the present conditions of university ERP systems in Korea. The purpose of this study is to find main success factors by investigating case studies on university ERP systems (university own development systems, Korean ERP systems, foreign ERP systems, etc.) and by referring to documentary records on the existing research. Especially this study observed university management. from an innovative aspect by studying success factors for information-oriented university connecting general functions of universities like education, research, and administration service, etc. This study result will suggest outline effective and practical implementation strategies for university administration information systems.

Land-use or land-cover classification of satellite images is one of the important tasks in remote sensing application and many researchers have been tried to enhance classification accuracy. Previous studies show that the classification technique based on wavelet transform is more effective than that of traditional techniques based on original pixel values, especially in complicated imagery. Various wavelets can be used in wavelet transform. Wavelets are used as basis functions in representing other functions, like sinusoidal function in Fourier analysis. In these days, some basis functions such as Haar, Daubechies, Coiflets and Symlets are mainly used in 2D image processing. Selecting adequate wavelet is very important because different results could be obtained according to the type of basis function in classification. However, it is not easy to choose the basis function which is effective to improve classification accuracy. In this study, we computed the wavelet coefficients of satellite image using 10 different basis functions, and then classified test image. After evaluating classification results, we tried to ascertain which basis function is the most effective for image classification. We also tried to see if the optimum basis function is decided by energy parameter before classifying the image using all basis function. The energy parameter of signal is the sum of the squares of wavelet coefficients. The energy parameter is calculated by sub-bands after the wavelet decomposition and the energy parameter of each sub-band can be a favorable feature of texture. The decision of optimum basis function using energy parameter in the wavelet based image classification is expected to be helpful for saving time and improving classification accuracy effectively.

A modified fuzzy mechanical control of large-scale multiple time delayed dynamic systems in states is considered in this paper. To do this, at the first level, a two-step strategy is proposed to divide a large system into several interconnected subsystems. As a modified fuzzy control command, the next was received as feedback theory based on the energetic function and the LMI optimal stability criteria which allow researchers to solve this problem and have the whole system in asymptotically stability. Modeling the Fisher equation and the temperature gauge for high-speed aircraft and spacecraft shows that the calculation method is efficient.

기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 리터러시의 개념이 기능과 도구 활용 중심에서 사회, 문화적 맥락에서 의사소통과 참여의 범위까지 확장되고 있다. 특히 코로나19와 같은 원격학습환경에서 학습자의 디지털 리터러시 역량은 더욱 중요하고 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 교과서에 나타난 디지털 리터러시에 대한 분석과 점검을 통해 디지털 리터러시 교육 개선 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 디지털 리터러시를 구성하는 기초적 지식, 기술 및 역량으로 구성된 준거를 통해서 분석하였다. 연구 결과 초등학교 교과서의 디지털 리터러시 교육 내용은 기능과 도구 중심으로 제시되고, 특정 영역 등에 편중되어 있고 체계성, 연계성 등에서 부족한 부분이 발견되었다. 이에 초등 정보교과 독립을 통한 디지털 리터러시의 교과 체계 구성과 교육과정의 구체적인 구성 방안 및 예비교사의 실천 역량 강화를 위한 방안에 대해 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to be of use for the preparation of more desirable sex education system at elementary school, by making content analysis of the current textbooks related to sex education and surveying what opinions the persons concerned had about it. The purpose of this study were as follows; Elementary school textbooks were analyzed to find out what kind of sex education was included in them. And questionnaires on how to improve school sex education content were prepared, by which 207 male and female teachers were surveyed in the city of Paju and Koyang, Kyonggi province. The conclusions were as follows; 1. Content Analysis of Textbook Sex Education The content related to sex education was relatively much included in textbooks of the right life, morality and physical education. Although morality was a subject to be instructed for the third-grade students or older, elementary school students virtually received sex education from the first grade, as the right life and the joyful life were a subject for the lower-grade students, and this met the goal of sex education or the need of the times. However, sex education content leaned heavily toward family, family life or parental love. There was no mutual complement among subjects, and no link among grades, either. 2. Teacher Opinion on Sex Education Content for Each Grade When the subjects were asked about if sex education content was appropriate for each grade, they answered 20 items should be more emphasized and 6 items might be left out. And there were 6 items regarded by them as one that should be rearranged in consideration of grade. 3. The Ideal Opinion of Sex Education Content The following model could be recommended for elementary school sex education, which was designed to meet the objectives of school sex education as much as possible and to offer a systematic link among grades, based on the findings by textbook analysis and Questionnaire survey, and on elementary school sex education materials recommended by the Ministry of Education: The content selected for the first grade of elementary school was my body, cleanness of genitals, male-female cooperation, and family cooperation. For the second grade, the selected content was male-female physical difference, male female psychological difference, parental and I(origin of a birth). For the third grade, the selected things were important a body(cleanness of genitals), birth of a life, and male-female comprehension and cooperation. For the fourth grade, the selected things were physical development, management of genitals, physiology and management of menstruation, propagation and growth of organism, concern for the other sex, comprehension of and cooperation with the other sex, and prevention of sexual violence. Four the fifth grade, the selected things were secondary sex characteristic, physiology and management of menstruation, operation for phimosis, understanding of seminal emission, structure and function of the genital organs, birth and growth of a baby, television/sex information, and mass communications/sex information. For the sixth grade, the selected things were secondary sex characteristic, understanding of seminal emission, male-female cooperation, male and female role, male-female manners, mass communications/sex information, family and family life. Finally, what should be taught in sex education must be studied constantly, as it should be revised or supplemented periodically, according to student's sexual maturity or social, cultural changes.

향상된 무선 통신 시스템을 이용하여 교통안전을 개선하기 위해 V2X (Vehicle to Everything) 통신에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. V2X 통신은 미래 교통안전 및 이동성의 발전을 위한 하나의 주요 솔루션이다. 본 논문에서는 LTE (Long Term Evolution) 기반 V2X 시스템 레벨 시뮬레이터 (SLS : System Level Simulator)를 개발하고 차량통신을 위한 적응적 전송 기법을 제안한다. 제안 기법은 시간 및 주파수 영역에서 랜덤하게 자원을 할당하고 전송 확률에 따라 메시지 전송을 결정한다. 성능 분석은 주기적 메시지 전송에서 고속도로의 경우에 대하여 이루어 졌다. 모의실험 결과, 제안한 기법에서 자원 충돌 및 간섭이 감소함 따라 PRR (Packet Reception Ratio)의 CDF (Cumulative Distribution Function) 및 평균 PRR이 향상 되는 것을 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the efficiency of visual perception and impulse according to the three types of Taekwondo players to be able to supply an efficient training method, for this a total of 12 representative Taekwondo players of the Korean National team, 4 poomsae players, 4 kyokpa players and 4 kyorugi players weighting between 68 to 74 kg, and the results from the motion analysis system, eye tracker and Electronic hogu are as follows. For the visual perceptual function, the total body reaction time was slowest for the kyokpa group, and for the visible reaction and vision fixation time was longest of the poomsae group, while the performance movement was fastest for the kyorugi group. As for description of the two kicking motions dollyo chagi and dolgae chagi the longer visual fixation helps the accuracy of the kick. In conclusion, as there was a difference between the groups, this information could help to train the visual perception of players according to what event they are participating in.

기계학습은 데이터를 기반으로 한 컴퓨터를 학습시켜 컴퓨터 스스로 데이터의 경향성을 파악하게 하여 새로운 입력 데이터의 출력을 예측하도록 하는 알고리즘이다. 기계학습은 크게 지도학습, 비지도학습, 강화학습으로 나눌 수 있다. 지도학습은 데이터에 대한 레이블이 주어진 상태로 기계를 학습시키는 방법이다. 즉, 데이터 및 레이블의 쌍을 통해 해당 시스템의 함수를 추론하는 방법으로 새로운 입력 데이터에 대해서 추론한 함수를 이용하여 결과를 예측한다. 그리고 예측하는 결과 값이 연속 값이면 회귀분석, 예측하는 결과 값이 이산 값이면 분류로 사용된다. 새로운 붓꽃 데이터 Sepal length(5.01)과 Sepal width(3.43)을 이용하여 기초 데이터와 유클리드 거리를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 테이블 3의 8번(5, 3.4, setosa), 27번(5, 3.4, setosa), 41번(5, 3.5, setosa), 44번(5, 3.5, setosa) 그리고 40번(5.1, 3.4, setosa)의 데이터 순으로 유사도가 높은 붓꽃으로 분류되었다. 따라서 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

T-DMB는 유럽의 Eureka-147 DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting) 표준을 바탕으로 멀티미디어 방송이 가능하도록 표준을 추가하여 만든 서비스로 이동 중에 동영상 시청, 고품질오디오 청취, 교통정보서비스(TPEG) 등의 서비스를 제공하고 있다. T-DMB 전송 프레임은 SC 채널, FIC 채널, MSC 채널로 구성된다. 비디오, 오디오, 데이터와 같은 서비스는 MSC 채널에서 서브채널 형태로 전송되며 FIC 채널은 각 서비스와 서브채널에 관련된 정보를 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 학부, 대학원 및 교육원들에서 교육되고 있는 지상파 DMB (T-DMB) 시스템과 관련하여 T-DMB 수신기에서 수신한 T-DMB 전송 프레임을 PC로 전달하여 PC 상에서 수신된 T-DMB 전송 프레임을 분석하고 비쥬얼하게 나타내어 줌으로 T-DMB 시스템의 이해를 돕고 학습동기를 유발할 수 있도록 T-DMB 전송 프레임 분석 시뮬레이터를 C++를 이용하여 개발하고 이를 실험하였다.

The purposes of the study were to; 1) examine the diffusion and adoption of new agricultural technology in rice farming, 2) survey the status of agricultural education institutions on technology transfer, and 3) explore the linkages between agricultural education and extension for more effective reinforcement strategies to further the diffusion and adoption of new agricultural technology in Korea. Literature review, field survey and panel discussions were employed to strengthen the linkages among agricultural education, research and extension in Korea. As the results of analysis of the diffusion and adoption of new agricultural technology in rice farming following recommendations were offered; 1. Extension services have helped Korean farmers in achieving self-sufficiency in rice and year-round supply of green vegetables as well as upbringing rural youth, however, government changed the status of extension educators from central government staff to county/city government staff since 1997. This brought about various problems such as: decreased morale and number of extension educators, thus weakening the extension education function, weakened linkages between national and local extension offices, less opportunity for in-service education of extension educators, and weakened linkages between agricultural research and extension, etc. 2. In order to insure that extension educators are high caliber professional individuals, it is crucial to establish a system that nationally recognizes these individuals as such, and that provides a professional development path. It is important to restore the morale of extension educators to continually achieve the national goals of food production, balanced national development and preservation of environment, at the same time to meet increasing needs of farmers. 3. Because of the critical importance of diffusing innovations to agricultural producers in order to ensure quality and steady food supply, it is crucial that these issues be addressed before the extension service further deteriorates. Further research activities on agricultural extension should be conducted for more effective agricultural extension system in Korea to achieve a greater rural, national and regional development. 4. Research and implementation activities should be emphasized and encouraged to improve the cooperation and collaboration among agricultural education research and extension to better serve farmers' educational and information needs. National level research activities should be encouraged to improve the effectiveness of agricultural technology transfer including internet education programs for farmers in Korea.
