식품 중 조단백질 정량을 위한 켈달법과 듀마스법 비교 연구 (A comparison study of crude protein contents obtained utilizing the Kjeldahl method and Dumas combustion method in foods)

  • 본 연구에서는 곡물, 육류, 해산물, 채소류등에 대하여 식품공전에 등재되어 있는 켈달법(Kjeldahl method)과 AOAC에 등재되어 있는 듀마스법(Dumas method)을 이용하여 조단백질을 비교 분석하였다. 두 시험법에 대해 총 31종의 시료를 3회 반복 시험한 결과 대부분 비슷한 결과를 나타내었다. 곡물류의 경우 백미를 포함 총 9 종을 분석하였고, 켈달법과 듀마스법 결과간의 상관관계를 비교한 결과 correlation coefficient가 0.994, p-value는 0.956로 두 결과값간의 유의적 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 육류 9 종에 대해서는 correlation coefficient이 0.9725, p-value는 0.947, 해산물 5 종에 대해서는 correlation coefficient 값이 0.9879, p-value는 0.761, chemical시료 3종에 대해서는 correlation coefficient값이 0.9985, p-value는 0.997, 채소류 4 종에 대해서는 correlation coefficient값이 0.9873, p-value는 0.727로 시료간 약간의 차이는 있으나 켈달법과 듀마스법간에는 유의적 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 육류의 경우 시료의 균질성이 좋지 않아 소량을 칭취하여 분석해야 하는 듀마스법에서 재현성이 좋지 않았다. 다만 시료 중 질산염을 많이 함유하고 있는 채소류의 경우 켈달법을 이용하여 분석시 완전한 분해가 이루어지지 않아 듀마스의 결과보다는 낮은 함량값을 나타내었다. 또한 듀마스 법의 경우 약 0.1 g의 적은 시료를 사용하여 분석하기 때문에 분석시 시료의 균질성이 보장되어야 한다. 두 시험법 모두 순단백질을 직접 정량하는 것이 아닌 질소 분석을 바탕으로 단백질 함량을 구하는 것이기 때문에 정확성이 높다고 할 수 없지만, 샘플의 특성에 따라 적절한 분석방법을 선택하여 분석하는 것이 중요하다.

분산분석을 활용한 K11 복합형소총 사격통제장치 균열발생 원인 연구 (A Study on Crack Formation in the K11 Objective Individual Combat Weapon Fire Control System using Analysis of Variance)

  • Purpose: This study examined the problem of crack formation in the fire control system(FCS) of the K11 objective individual combat weapon(OCIW), using design of experiment analysis. Three hypothesis were considered. The first hypothesis is that bolted joint has an effect on impulse caused by firing the weapon and the second hypothesis is that a short time interval of shooting has an effect on impulse and lastly, the third hypothesis is that a positive correlation has between the bolted joint of the FCS and the impulse. Methods: The relationship between the bolted joint and the impulse cause by firing the weapon were examined experimentally. The first and second hypothesis was tested using correlation analysis and the t-test. Results: Using ANOVA, the first null hypothesis was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted. ANONA confirmed the second null hypothesis. Correlation analysis dismissed the last null hypothesis. A positive correlation between the bolted joint and the impulse caused by shooting the weapon was verified. Conclusion: The bolted joint of the K11 FCS and the barrel of the K11 affect the impulse caused by firing the weapon. A positive correlation was established between the bolted joint of the FCS and the impulse on firing the K11 OICW.

적응적 상관도를 이용한 주성분 변수 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selecting Principle Component Variables Using Adaptive Correlation)

  • 고차원의 데이터를 처리하기 위해서는 데이터의 성질을 유지하면서 특징을 잘 반영할 수 있는 특징 추출 방법이 필요하다. 주성분분석 방법은 고차원 데이터에 포함된 정보를 저차원의 데이터로 변환하여 원래 데이터의 변수 수보다 적은 수의 변수로 고차원 데이터를 표현 할 수 있는 방법으로서 데이터의 특징 추출을 위한 대표적인 방법이다. 본 연구에서는 데이터가 고차원인 경우 데이터 특징 추출을 위한 주성분 분석에 있어서 주성분 변수 선정 시 적응적 상관도를 기반으로 한 주성분 분석 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 입력 데이터간의 상관 관계를 기반으로 상관도를 적응적으로 반영하여 데이터의 주성분을 분석함으로써 다른 여러 변수에 중복적으로 상관도가 높은 변수와 주성분을 유도하는데 연관성이 적은 변수를 주성분 변수 후보 대상에서 제외시키고자 한다. 고유벡터 계수 값에 의한 주성분 위계를 분석하고 위계가 낮은 주성분이 변수로 선정이 되는 것을 막고 또한 상관 분석을 통하여 데이터의 중복 발생이 데이터 편향을 유도하는 것을 최소화하 하고자 한다. 이를 통하여 주성분 변수 선정 시 데이터 편향성의 영향을 줄임으로써 실제 데이터의 특징을 잘 나타내는 주성분 변수를 선정하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

OECD 국가경쟁력 및 연구경쟁력의 상관분석 (Correlation Analysis Between National Competitiveness and National Research Competitiveness in OECD Countries)

  • 이 연구는 OECD회원국의 국가경쟁력과 연구경쟁력의 상관관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 양자를 분석한 결과, GERD, SCI논문수, 평균 인용회수, JCR 등재잡지 특허수 등이 국가 및 연구경쟁력의 주요 지표로 밝혀졌으며, 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 그 가운데 OECD 선진국이 생산하는 SCI 논문수와 사독형 학술지는 한국의 국가경쟁력과 연구경쟁력을 강화하는 핵심지표이므로 연구경쟁력과 대학도서관의 상관관계를 분석하는 후속연구가 필요하다.

크리깅 메타모델의 전역모델과 상관계수 선정 방법 (Selection Method of Global Model and Correlation Coefficients for Kriging Metamodel)

  • Design analysis and computer experiments (DACE) model is widely used to express efficiently nonlinear responses in the field of engineering design. As a DACE model, kriging model can approximately replace a simulation model that is very expensive or highly nonlinear. The kriging model is composed of the summation of a global model and a local model representing deviation from the global model. The local model is determined by correlation coefficient with the pre-sampled points, where the accuracy and robustness of the kriging model depends on the selection of proper correlation coefficients. Therefore, to achieve the robust kriging model, the range of the correlation coefficients is explored with respect to the degrees of the global model. Based on this study we propose the proper orders of the global model and range of parameters to make accurate and robust kriging model.

4개 대칭배열 발열 전자소자에서의 확산 열저항 산정 (Evaluation of Spreading Thermal Resistance in Symmetrical Four-Heat Generating Electronic Components)

  • We propose the correlation to predict the spreading thermal resistance on a plate with symmetrical four heat sources. The correlation transforms four heat sources to a single equivalent heat source and then the spreading thermal resistance can be obtained with the existing equation for a single heat source. When the four heat sources are mounted on a square base plate, the correlation is expressed as a function of the heat source size, the length of base plate, the plate thermal conductivity and the distance between heat sources. Compared to the results of three-dimensional numerical analysis, the spreading thermal resistance by the proposed correlation is in good agreement within 10 percent accuracy.

뇌졸중환자의 사회참여와 대인관계의 상관성 (Correlation of between Social Participation and Interpersonal Relationship of Stroke)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the correlation between social participation and interpersonal relationships after stroke. Methods : Scores for the Korean version of the Reintegration to Normal Living Index (K-RNLI) and the Relationship Change Scale (RCS) were determined using a face-to-face test for 98 patients who had a stroke between September 3, 2018, and January 10, 2019. SPSS 22.0 was used for the analysis, and the correlation coefficient between social participation and interpersonal relationships was determined. Results : According to the patients' general characteristics, social participation was related to sex, type of lesion, and affected side, and interpersonal relationships showed a significant difference with respect to the affected side (p<.05). The analysis of social participation and interpersonal relationships of the subjects revealed a high correlation with total score (r=.364; p<.01), and all the items showed correlations except sensitivity (p<.05). Conclusion : Social participation and interpersonal relationships are important factors for reintegrating stroke patients into the community. The results of this study suggest a clinical basis for rehabilitation interventions in stroke patients.

  • Purpose: This study investigated the statistical methods and the results had reported correlation/regression analysis in the studies of Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing (KJWHN). Methods: We reviewed 45 studies using correlation/regression analysis for the suitability of the statistical methods and the research purposes, the criteria for analysis of figures, tables and charts had published in the KJWHN from vol 13 (1) in 2007 to vol 15 (4) in 2009. Results: Forty three studies were fitted to their statistical methodology and their research purposes. Eleven studies considered the minimum sample size. Fourteen regression studies used multiple regression and 12 studies used forward method for variable entry. Only one study among the 17 regression studies accomplished scatter plots and residuals examination. Sixteen studies in correlation studies and six studies in regression studies showed some errors in either the title, variables, category of figures, tables and charts. In the regression study, all reported $R^2$ and ${\beta}$ values except one. Conclusion: It was found that there were still statistical errors or articulation errors in the statistical analysis. All reviewers need to be reviewed more closely for detecting errors not only during reviewing process of the manuscript but also periodic publication for the quality of this academic journal.

  • Canonical correlation analysis is a multivariate technique for identifying and quantifying the statistical relationship between two sets of variables. Like most multivariate techniques, the main objective of canonical correlation analysis is to reduce the dimensionality of the dataset. It would be particularly useful if high dimensional data can be represented in a low dimensional space. In this study, we will construct statistical graphs for paired sets of multivariate data. Specifically, plots of the observations as well as the variables are proposed. We discuss the geometric interpretation and goodness-of-fit of the proposed plots. We also provide a numerical example.

전기비저항탐사결과와 터널막장 암반분류의 상관성 검토 (A study on the correlation between the result of electrical resistivity survey and the rock mass classification values determined by the tunnel face mapping)

  • In this study, the rock mass classification results from the face mapping and the resistivity inversion data are compared and analyzed for the reliability investigation of the determination of the rock support type based on the surface electrical survey. To get the quantitative correlation, rock engineering indices such as RCR(rock condition rating), N(Rock mass number), Q-system based on RMR(rock mass rating) are calculated. Kriging method as a post processing technique for global optimization is used to improve its resolution. The result of correlation analysis shows that the geological condition estimated from 2D electrical resistivity survey is coincident globally with the trend of rock type except for a few local areas. The correlation between the results of 3D electrical resistivity survey and the rock mass classification turns out to be very high. It can be concluded that 3D electrical resistivity survey is powerful to set up the reliable rock support type.
