These days sex has become a tool of interest, a constant stream of sex crimes occurs and it brings the age of population cliffs to an age of low birth rates. As an alternative to overcome these problems, we should establish the praying for a child, which has been our ancestors' way of life, as a sacred culture that holds the mystery of life-birth with a new awareness. Therefore, the purpose of this study is not to re-enact the Zhaungam area as a fun and interesting place, but as a sacred place to pray for the nobility, longevity and wealth of life. Based on the spirit of natural love, meeting, healing, and love based on the spirit of traditional culture, Doridori was chosen as the main theme of the project based on the spirit of natural love and life-respect, and the name "Doridori Secret Garden" was given out of 10 medals in Dandong for tourism storytelling. Cultural content becomes a marketing tool for the region and acts as a force for tourists to visit the area. In this context, it was confirmed that the creation of "Doridori Secret Garden" could lead to a high value-added industry that attracts tourists by enhancing the brand value of Andong and showing sufficient significance to become a new attraction. This study is intended to re-create the Zhaungam area as a sacred place to pray for the nobility of life and longevity and wealth of life, noting that people still pray for the birth of their children in Zhaungam and Zhagungam.

The year 2003 is the centennial of the birth of the modern lighthouse in Korea. The lighthouse was originally surrounded by a beautiful nature and it contains the romantic sensitivity which relates with the ocean. And in some case it is a environment-friendly architectural facility which uses a alternative energy like a solar cell. Now the properly developed manned lighthouse is not only functioning as a traditional aids to navigation for the vessel, but also it becomes the new facility and space for all civilians who might visit and experience. Jeju regional maritime affairs & fisheries office has developed the manned lighthouses properly to ocean cultural space for the past several years. As a result of that, the recognition regarded on ocean culture was raised and the regional tourism was vitalized. For this situation we intended to reveal in this study that all the issues which relate to the proper use of the manned lighthouse in the Jejudo, since the project of water-familiar space started by MOMAF.

The rural development policies and projects in Korea has been implemented with various related acts. For instance, these acts include Framework Act on the National Land, National Land Planning Utilization Act, Special Act on Balanced National Development, etc, enacted by each of adminstration. However, there are some limitations to encourage the variety of rural development policies due to duplication and overlapping between the relevant acts. Nowadays, the fields of rural development have been evolved and integrated not only by agricultural infrastructures but also in various fields such as multi-functional industry including rural tourism, green care, and cultural welfare, etc. Therefore, the current legal system may not effectively accept and support in various rural development policies and projects at all. This study tried to figure out the necessity of reorganization related legal system through the field survey to planners, residents and analysts regarding the correlation between legal systems and projects. For these reasons, this study tried to find out the problem of current legal system and then, suggested alternative methods related to the legal system for integrated rural development. The scope of the study is as follows; 1)correlation analysis between relevant laws and rural development projects. 2)field survey to figure out the legitimacy and validity for the reorganization of the legal system. At last the result of the research has suggested an alternative method to reorganize the legal system and proposed the new legal system with is good for integrated rural development.

Urban parks are progressing but are in chaos in the twenty-first century. Therefore the purposes of this study are to consider critically and classify the new paradigm of urban parks. Urban parks are one of the space products, and progressing aspects can be divided into three parts; supply, demand and market aspects. In the abstract, urban parks' progress represents process, openness or voidness, general and cultural ecology, productivity, experience program, identity or sense of place, carriers of urban regeneration, urban infrastructure, community space, multi-layered activity, active space, communication with urban space, tool of low carbon strategy and consilience. But urban parks have come under increased criticism about the long period development on trees growth, covering open space, limitation of general and cultural ecology, production, activity programs, identity and community space, visible urban regeneration, economic validity, urban sprawl, not using as the low carbon strategy, and finally negative consilience with contiguous fields. We collected these critical consideration about progressing urban parks, and proposed urban agricultural park as one of the alternative urban parks. This is closely connected with sustainable region development, low-carbon society, local food, well-being, Lohas paradigm and amenity of urban life.

The purpose of this study was to measure tourists' preference for alternative restaurants with different combinations of attribute levels: grown area logo, origin description, traditional food, fusion food, national food, and price. A total of 210 questionnaires were completed. A conjoint experimental method was used to develop hypothetical restaurants, and an ordinal probit model was used to measure the effects of the attribute levels on tourists' preference. The ordinal probit model analysis results for the data indicated an excellent model fit. The effects of the attribute levels on tourists' preferences were statistically significant. As expected, estimates of the marginal willingness to pay were statistically significant Moreover, the tourists were more willing to pay for grown area logo as compared to the other attribute levels. The tourists also considered the grown area logo as a very important attribute. Withe regard to developing and testing conjoint models in the design of choice experiments involving multifactor alternatives, this study may approach a deeper understanding of the conjoint experiment. Greater understanding of the conjoint experiment can improve the managerial diagnoses of the problems as well as the opportunities for different marketing strategies including local branding programs and menu development and marketing communications.

The market of conferences and expos of traditional/ complementary and alternative medicine has not been mature enough while interests in those medicines are growing fast. Meanwhile, some related events in Europe, North America, and Asia, held on regular basis, have reached to the international level in size, such as CAMExpo The Complementary, Natural & Healthcare Show in Europe, Integrative Healthcare Symposium in North America, Ayurveda Congress & Arogya Expo in India, International Conference and Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products in Hong Kong. Those events have been held for 10 years or so, initiated their own features, and secured their own regular booth exhibitors and visitors. They open the homepage on the internet one or two years before their events are held and vigorously advertise their events on yearly basis. To succeed in, and bear fruits from, the 2013 World Traditional Medicine Expo in Sancheong, it is needed to analyze strong points of the events above and benchmark a practical timeline and technical road map to the 2013 Expo from them.

In 2019, Japan announced trade regulations against Korean products; consequently, the sales of Japanese products in Korea dropped due to a Korean consumers' boycott. This study measured the Korean consumers' political consumption behavior toward Japanese fashion products. Unstructured text data from online media sources and consumer posted sources such as blog and SNS were collected. Text mining techniques and semantic network analysis were used to process unstructured data. This study used text mining techniques and semantic network analysis to process data. The results identified boycotting Japanese fashion products and buycotting alternative products and Korean brands due to consumers' political consumption. Two brand cases were investigated in detail. Online text data before and after the political action were compared and significant changes in consumption as well as emotional expressions were identified. Product related industry sectors were identified in terms of the political consumption of fashion: liquor, automobile and tourism industry sectors were closely linked to the fashion sector in terms of boycotting. More "boycott" and "buycott" fashion brands (reflected in consumer attitudes and feelings) were detected in consumer driven texts than in media driven sources.

At this present, the world is in the era of digital and culture.Tourist resources through cultural infrastructure have been a crucial factor of a country's competitiveness. A Museum is tourism resource facility like one of core cultural infrastructures which provides experiential culture, history and tradition. The field of a planning and a design for a museum should be recognized like professional design industry.n Korea, the government has various laws and systems to support the design promotion policy but it is not sufficient. If you plan to extend the scope of the maintenance of law and institutions As today 'Exhibition Industry Development Act, which is responsible for maintenance, including a permanent exhibition area in the exhibition industry facilities will be efficient alternative. And also, it would like to analyze states of the orders in the exhibition design industry for past five years (2010 ~ 2014) and show the problems and alternatives. Exhibition business-related orders investigation into the recent five years to analyze and suggest improvements. In the delivery method it was found three types of goods, the services, the delivery method through the analysis of the enforcement order to the Corporation and that are mixed.If these alternatives has been reviewed and used for basic data to promote professional companies and designers for museums, it must be expected to be well worth a careful study.

As the level of consumption is improved and cultural life is pursued, the consumer's consciousness structure is rapidly changing, and the demand for product selection level, variety, and quality is becoming more diverse. The restaurant economy is falling due to the prolonged COVID-19, the economic recession, income decline, and changes in population structure and lifestyle, but the Meal- kit market is growing rapidly. This study aims to identify the consumer perception of Meal-kit, which is rapidly growing as an alternative to existing meals in the fields of dining out, food, and distribution due to the development of technology and social environment using big data. As a result of the analysis, the keywords with the highest frequency of appearance were in the order of Meal-kit, Cooking, Product, Launching, and Market and were divided into 8 groups through the CONCOR analysis. We want to identify consumer trends related to the key keywords of Meal-kit, present effective data related to Meal-kit demand for Meal-kit specialized companies, and provide implications for establishing marketing strategies for differentiated competitive advantage.

This study regards that a cause of intensifying sovereignty disputes between Korea and Japan over the Dokdo island has resulted from the fallacy of Dokdo's development policy directly related to exertion and consolidation of Korean government's sovereignty on Dokdo, which has been under Korea's effective control since 1953. From this internal view, this study critically reviews the Korean government's development policy for Dokdo from the 1950s to the end of July 2012 and suggests an ideal alternative for future development of Dokdo on the basis of the discussion of the problems of Dokdo's development policy and its different future development directions proposed in Korean society. The Korean government implemented quite passively the development policy for the inhabited island which is required for the consolidation of sovereignty over Dokdo not to hinder the friendly diplomatic relationship between Korea and Japan. Dokdo is currently not acknowledged as the Korea's Dokdo island in international society, but mostly called Liancourt Rocks. It may be due to the fact that Korea did not positively develop Dokdo as a valuable island which a number of Koreans can inhabit. Consequently this paper proposes 'Dokdo eco-village' as an alternative development plan from the perspective of sustainable development which the UN has adopted. It is a small scale village that contains economic function of eco-friendly fishing, eco-tourism and East Sea research. The hope is that Dokdo eco-village draft plan will be a clue to the discussion and establishment of new Dokdo's development policy to strengthen the Korea's sovereignty and effective control over Dokdo in the future.
