This study collects and analyzes data on educational philosophy and method for domestic and overseas alternative schools. This information is then applied to educational purpose and curriculum for a home economics curriculum that develops unique characteristics for Korean alternative education.This study collected and analyzed the characteristics of educational content and educational elements from two renowned alternative schools: Waldorf School in Germany and Summer Hill in the United Kingdom. The research results were as follows. First, it is necessary to create new word instead of using the term 'alternative education'. Second, among characteristics of Korean home economics curriculum, 'practical problem-solving ability', 'independent living ability', and 'relation forming ability' should be utilized to create a school with an independent curriculum and to establish a unique brand value. Third, time investment on instructor education should be made to cultivate competent and charming instructors as the center of a school. Lastly, school education should manage student's life at school and after graduation. The school and instructor should provide alternative education while thinking they are responsible for 50 years of a student's future life. This study helps show that alternative education is not perceived as a superficial and generalized education and that Korean alternative education can find similar characteristic to those of overseas cases.

Home economics education professional knowledge consists of empirical interpretive critical science component. Thus it is imperative that the alternative research perspectives be used to gain certain knowledge for the profession of home economics education. In human inquiry and education there is a growing concern that the dominant research paradigm positivist natural science model is inadequate to address the phenomena constructed by persons. However, Home economics education has not examined and almost utilized alternative research perspectives. This review will probe research logic and resecrach methodology of qualitative inquiry within home economics education and highlight the shift from positivism to post-positivism.

본 연구는 대안학교와 일반학교 학생들의 가정교과의 운영실태 및 인식에 관한 비교연구를 위해 경기지역의 대안학교와 그 인근 지역의 일반학교를 대상으로 설문지를 조사하였고, 조사대상자는 대안학교 130명, 일반학교 241명이었다. 조사대상자들의 학교 만족도는 일반학교의 경우 '보통이다' 38.6%, 대안학교의 경우 '만족한다' 40.8%가 가장 많아 대안학교의 경우 학교 만족도가 더 높았다(p<0.001). 가정교과를 '중요한 과목'으로 인식하는지의 항목은 5점 만점에 일반학교는 3.08점, 대안학교는 3.32점으로 대안학교의 인식이 더 높았다(p<0.05). 실습 만족도와 수업 만족도도 대안학교 학생들이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그런데 대안학교가 일반학교에 비하여 시청각 학습자료의 사용이 크게 적은 것으로 나타났고, 실습실 시설이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 가정교과에 대한 흥미도에서 일반학교는 '보통이다'(36.9%), 대안학교는 '관심을 가지고 있는 편이다'(38.5%)가 가장 많았다. 가정교과에 대한 필요성에 대하여 일반학교는 67.6%, 대안학교는 79.2%로 대안학교의 경우 필요성을 더 느끼는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 가정교과에 대한 흥미도의 성별차이를 살펴본 결과 '의복마련과 관리'에서만 차이가 나타났다. 일반학교 남학생의 평균 2.82점, 여학생은 3.12점으로 여학생의 흥미도가 더 높게 나타났고(p<0.05), 대안학교의 경우도 남학생 2.84점, 여학생 3.58점으로 여학생의 흥미도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 따라서 일반학교에 비하여 대안학교에서 부족한 시청각 학습 자료의 사용을 늘이고, 미비한 실습실 시설을 확충하여 가정교과에 대한 학생들의 흥미도와 만족감을 높일 수 있도록 대안학교의 제도적인 개선이 필요하다고 사료되며, 일반학교의 경우도 가정교과의 실습시수 확보방안이 모색되어 실습만족도와 수업에 대한 흥미도를 높이기 위한 대책마련이 시급히 요구되고 있다.

Based on the theory of planned behavior, this study aims to examine the structural equation model among consumers' concerns and purchase intentions for alternative meats. Data were collected from 300 adults living in Kyeonggi Province. Results show that animal welfare, environmental concern, and health concern all have a direct and significant effect on purchase intention of alternative meat, and the mediation effect is also significant, indicating a partial mediation effect. The image of a company as caring about animal welfare and contributing to public causes can help sell alternative meats. Media publicity focusing on animal welfare for alternative meats can improve the attitudes of domestic consumers as well as their intention to purchase alternative meat products.

To apply an analysis method of life cycle cost when assessing economics of equipment system, we should basically set up preconditions such as useful life, price escalation rate, interest rate, etc. as well as consider a calculation algorism of source energy and heat source system, which is a complex process for life cycle costing. For this reason, equipment designers tend to plan heat source systems, without a thorough investigation on economics of alternative systems at the pre-design phase. In this process, architectural designers should adopt a proper heat source system, which is one of the most important factors for planning an appropriate architectural design, through a discussion with equipment designers in a short time. In order to offer an evaluation method for equipment designers to analyze economics of an alternative heat source system easily at the pre-design phase, this research would define the simplified economics, evaluation method through analysis of existing papers for economics evaluation, and examine validity through comparison of simplified method values ($LCC_{EC}$) and life cycle costing values ($LCC_{15}$) for six alternative heat source systems.

This study developed an integrative curriculum design plan for Home Economics through a deliberation method. This study established a research framework to integrate the deliberation models of Schwab, Walker, and Reid that inherited the intellectual tradition of curriculum deliberation along with the practical reasoning process of Brown and Paolucci from a critical science perspective. The practical research problem was formulated as "What should be done to develop a Home Economics integrative curriculum?" To address this practical research problem, deliberation with deliberators of each small, medium, and large groups was processed for the development of integrative curriculum design plans. An initial proposal was developed from small group deliberation processes. An initial proposal was examined and an alternative plan was developed from medium group deliberation processes. An alternative plan and its consequence were re-examined from large group deliberation processes. The authors finalized a proposal organized on four valued ends of self-formation, intersubjectivity, social action, and life skills. A practical problem focused integrative curriculum was developed and proposed to pursue the four valued ends. The suggested final practical problem focused curriculum demonstrates the power of Home Economics to contribute to the advancement of individuals, families, and society as well as the practical empowerment of students.

본 연구는 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 전개과정과 대안 경제학으로서의 가능성을 살펴본다. 비주류 경제학 중에서도 비주류 경제학이라고 칭해지는 포스트 케인지언 경제학은 현재 대안적 거시경제학으로서의 가능성을 어느 정도 인정받으며 외국에서는 비교적 활발한 논의가 되고 있다. 한국에서도 그간 여러 선행 연구가 있었지만, 여전히 학파에 대한 일반적인 소개가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구의 일차적 과제는 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 전개과정을 통해 학파의 현황을 소개하는 것이다. 이를 통해 비주류경제학인 포스트 케인지언 경제학이 대안 경제학으로 자리매김할지를 라카토슈의 '과학적 연구프로그램 방법론(methodology of scientific research programmes)'을 이용해서 확인하는 것이 본 연구의 이차적 과제이다. 연구의 순서는 다음과 같다. 먼저 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 전개과정을 살펴보고 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 특징을 주류경제학과 비교해서 분석한다. 이를 통해 포스트 케인지언 경제학과 주류경제학의 경계를 긋는다. 다음으로 라카토슈의 연구프로그램 방법론을 이용하여 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 연구프로그램으로의 완결성을 가름해 본다. 마지막으로 포스트 케인지언 경제학의 한계 및 앞으로의 과제를 제시한다.

본 연구에서는 중학교 1학년 새 가정과 교과서의 질적 분석을 통해, 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정에 내재된 철학과 그것에 기초한 새 가정과 교과서의 현장 적용을 위한 과제를 파악하고, 파악된 과제에 대한 대안적 교수-학습 전략을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정과 이 교육과정에 기초해 집필된 중학교 1학년 가정과 교과서 12권을 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정의 가정교과의 성격과 목표에 내재된 철학을 살펴 본 결과, 비판 과학에 기초한 교육과정 관점이 내재되어 있었다. 둘째, 새 가정과 교과서의 현상과 양미경이 제시한 교과서 구성 방식에 대한 4가지 기준에 의거해 과제가 검토되었다. 그 결과, 분석 대상 교과서들은 교사들이 관점 있는 수업, 학생들로 하여금 깊이 있는 사고를 하도록 이끄는 수업, 학생들로 하여금 주체적이고 비판적 사고를 하도록 이끄는 수업, 사회적 역사적 문화적 맥락을 고려한 실천적 추론 수업을 하는데 무리가 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 셋째, 파악된 과제에 대한 대안적 교수-학습 전략을 탐색했다.

본 연구에서는 가정교과에서 진로교육은 어떻게 자리매김 되어 왔으며, "진로와 직업" 과목과의 공통점과 상이점의 검토를 통해, 가정교과에서 진로교육의 정체성을 밝히고, 이러한 특성을 살릴 수 있는 대안적 진로교육 교수 학습 전략을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 2007 및 2009 개정 실과(기술 가정) 교육과정, 2007 개정 교육과정에 기초해 집필된 중학교 1-3학년 가정과 교과서 각각 7권씩 21권과 진로와 직업 교과서 1권을 분석했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정과 교육과정과 가정과 관련 학회지를 분석한 결과, 가정과에서의 진로교육은 가정교과의 중요한 한 영역으로서 자리매김 되고 있었다. 둘째, 가정교과와 "진로와 직업" 과목에서 다루는 진로교육의 내용은 자신의 이해, 진로탐색, 진로의사결정, 진로계획 수립 및 진로라는 내용을 다루고 있는 점에서는 공통점을 가지고 있으나, 교육내용을 다루는 관점과 구체적 내용에서는 차이를 보이고 있었다. 즉, "진로와 직업" 과목에서는 '직업과 연계된' 진로(vacational career) 개념의 진로교육에 초점을 맞추고 있는 반면, 가정교과에서는 가정생활, 직업생활, 지역생활을 고려하면서, 직업에 한정하지 않고 '생활과 연계된' 진로(life career) 개념의 진로교육에 초점을 맞추고 있었다. 셋째, 파악된 가정교과에서의 진로교육의 정체성을 살린 대안적 교수 학습 전략을 제안했다.
