This study is aimed to estimate market integration of wild caught fish species on the Korean market, using both multivariate and bivariate cointegration analysis. For the analysis of market integration between wild caught fish species, major four fish species those are most popular fish in the market and caught by the large purse seine fishery-chub mackerel, jack mackerel, hairtail and spanish mackerel-were selected as analytical target fish species. And their real monthly price data from January 2000 to December 2011 were used in the analysis. The results of the multivariate cointegration test for four wild caught fish species showed that there would be long-term equilibrium relationships among prices of four wild caught fish species, and consequently, the markets for wild caught fish species were estimated to be integrated. The results of exclusion test and bivariate cointegration test also supported that there would be a clear evidence to suggest that all target wild caught fish species were cointegrated each other.

In this paper fuzzy ranking method using dominance relation is suggested. This method is compared to the existing fuzzy number comparing methods. All ten methods with the suggested method are evaluated using six example based on four criteria.
Five multiparous and four nulliparous cross-bred cows were administered s/c with oestradiol-$17{\beta}$ and progesterone 0.1 mg and 0.25 mg/kg. b.w./day for 7 days and 2 mg s/c twice daily of reserpine on days 9 to 12. Lactation was successfully induced in all animals for periods from 258 to 476 days. All animals were dried off for a minimum of 2 months. Subsequently, they were injected s/c with oestradiol valerate and hydroxyprogesterone caproate at 0.1 mg and 0.25 mg/kg. b.w./day on days 1 to 3 and 2 mg twice daily of reserpine on days 8 to 11. Lactation was successfully reinduced in all the cows for a period varying from 228 to 426 days.
In order to develop the effective methods of electroacupuncture anesthesia to bovine species. eight animals of Korean native cow, which are healthy and have ordinary perception response. were examined to study on the acupuncture prescription. In the present study, six kinds of acupuncture prescription methods were applied with four kinds of meridian points which consist of Sam Yang Rack, Keuk Moon, Boo Yang and Sam Eum Kyo. The results are summarized as follows. 1. All kinds of methods applied here were simple in needling technique but considerably effective on analgesia. It was also confirmed that the methods could be applied to the all clinical signs, because these were not depended to vary on the position of operation area and the body restrain. 2. The results, which were obtained by applying to all meridian points at both legs selected by diagonal lines(e. g., right foreleg and left hind leg, and vice versa) and to all meridian points at the all legs, were revealed the same analgesia effect. However, the result applied to meridian points at one side of body did not show the good effect for analgesia. 3. When the acupuncture prescription was applied to Sam Yang Rack and Keuk Moon at both forelegs, and Boo Yang and Sam Eum Kyo at both hind-legs, the good effects of regional analgesia appeared at the anterior body and both forelegs, and the posterior body and both hind-legs, respectivery. 4. There was no sognificant difference in changing biochemical pictures of blood and serum during the experiment.
PURPOSE. This in vitro study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of 14 different intraoral scanners for the All-on-4 treatment concept. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Four implants were placed in regions 13, 16, 23, and 26 of an edentulous maxillary model that was poured with scannable Type 4 gypsum to imitate the All-on-4 concept. The cast was scanned 10 times for each of 14 intraoral scanners (Primescan, iTero 2, iTero 5D, Virtuo Vivo, Trios 3, Trios 4, CS3600, CS3700, Emerald, Emerald S, Medit i500, BenQ BIS-I, Heron IOS, and Aadva IOS 100P) after the polyether ether ketone scanbody was placed. For the control group, the gypsum model was scanned 10 times with an industrial scanner. The first of the 10 virtual models obtained from the industrial model was chosen as the reference model. For trueness, the data of the 14 dental scanners were superimposed with the reference model; for precision, the data of all 14 scanners were superimposed within the groups. Statistical analyses were performed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilks, and Dunn's tests. RESULTS. Primescan showed the highest trueness and precision values (P < .005), followed by the iTero 5D scanner (P < .005). CONCLUSION. Some of these digital scanners can be used to make impressions within the All-on-4 concept. However, the possibility of data loss due to artifacts, reflections, and the inability to combine the data should be considered.
This study investigated effects of metaverse experience on avatar fashion item benefit sought and the impact of fashion item benefit sought on fashion item purchase behavior. An online survey was carried out in the last year targeting male and female consumers aged 15 to 39 years who had purchased avatar fashion items from 'Zepeto'. A total of 363 responses were analyzed in this study. Results are as follows. First, four factors of metaverse experience were derived: 'entertainment experience', 'escape experience', 'adventure experience', and 'relationship experience'. Four factors of avatar fashion item benefit sought were derived: 'trend/brand sought', 'situation suitability sought', 'individuality sought', and 'ideal appearance sought'. Second, all four factors of metaverse experience were found to significantly affect the benefit of trend/brand sought. It was found that entertainment, adventure, and relationship experiences, excluding escape experiences, had significant effects on situational suitability sought. In addition, it was confirmed that entertainment and adventure experiences had significant effects on individuality sought and ideal appearance, respectively. Third, it was found that the trend/brand sought had a significant effect on metaverse usage time and purchase amount and that the situational suitability sought influenced the number of avatar fashion items purchased.
Aims: To describe our institutional experience with high dose rate (HDR) interstitial brachytherapy (IBT) compared with previously reported results on the low dose rate (LDR) practice for head and neck cancer. Materials and Methods: Eighty-four patients with oral cavity (n=70) or oropharyngeal cancer (n=14) were treated with 192Ir HDR-IBT. Seventy-eight patients had stage I or II tumour. The patients treated with IBT alone (n=42) received 39-42 Gy/10-14 fractions (median=40 Gy/10 fractions). With respect to the combination therapy group (n=42), prescription dose comprised of 12-18 Gy/3-6 fractions (median=15 Gy/5 fractions) for IBT and 40-50 Gy/20-25 fractions (median=50 Gy/25 fractions) for external radiotherapy. Brachytherapy was given as 2 fractions per day 6 hours apart with 4 Gy per fraction for monotherapy and 3 Gy per fraction for combination therapy. Results: Four patients were not evaluable in the analysis of outcome. The primary site relapse rates were 23.8% (10/42) and 68.4% (26/38) in patients treated with IBT alone and combination therapy, respectively (p<0.001). Salvage surgery was performed in 19 patients. The 5-year local control rate was estimated at 62% and the disease-free survival (DFS) rate at 52% for all patients. Local control with respect to T1 and T2 tumours was 84% and 42%, respectively. Conclusions: Our present series on HDR-IBT and the previous report on LDR-IBT for head and neck cancer demonstrated similar DFS rates at 5 years (52%). The rate of regional failure in node-negative patients was <20% in both of our series. HDR-IBT offers similar results to LDR-IBT for head and neck cancer.
This study was performed to investigate the effect of whole mandarin, peel, and pulp intake of Citrus unshiu Marc on the antioxidative capacity of 15-month-old rats. Forty-eight male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 621.9 $\pm$ 10.1 g were separated into four groups according to body weight. The rats were raised with diets containing 5% (w/w) dried mandarin powder for four weeks. Three powders were used, consisting of mandarin peel, pulp, and the entire fruit. Total flavonoids, antioxidant vitamins and dietary fiber was highest in the mandarin peel powder, followed by the whole mandarin powder and the mandarin pulp. The body weight gains of the whole mandarin and mandarin pulp groups were higher, while that of the mandarin peel group was lower than that of the control group. Food intake and ratios of liver, kidney and epididymal fat pad (EFP) weights to body weight were not significantly different among the groups, but ratios of EFP weights per body weight of the experimental groups tended to be lower than that of the control animals. Plasma and liver TBARS concentrations decreased in all the mandarin groups compared to the control group. Plasma and liver xanthine oxidase (XO) activity decreased in all of the mandarin diet groups. Erythrocyte and liver SOD activity in all of experimental groups was not significantly different from the control group. Plasma vitamin A concentration increased significantly in all of the mandarin diet groups. That of the mandarin peel group was 4 times higher than that of the control group. Plasma total carotenoids and vitamin C level also increased in the mandarin peel group. Plasma vitamin I level was not significantly different among the groups.
The purpose of this study was to compare and evaluate the bleaching efficacy of three nonvital bleaching techniques: Walking bleaching, Walking bleaching and heat application, and Walking bleaching and bleaching light application. 36 extracted anterior teeth with intact crowns were immersed in 5 % sodium hypochlorite solution for twenty-four hours to loosen extrinsic debris. Lingual access openings were prepared in all teeth and the pulps were extirpated. The teeth were stored in 5% sodium hypochlorite for twenty-four hours to open the dentinal tubules and they were stained via whole blood. Once the teeth were stained, they were evaluated with Colorimeter. The teeth in each group were ranked from lightest to darkest and divided equally into three experimental groups in which the following bleaching techniques were used. Intracoronal base was placed 2mm below cementoenamel junction. Group 1 Walking bleaching (Superoxol + Sodium perborate) Group 2 Heat application + Walking bleaching (Superoxol+Sodium perborate) Group 3 Light application+Walking bleaching (Superoxol+Sodium perborate) The bleaching agents were changed every 3 days and the teeth were bleached for a total of 14 days. The teeth were evaluated with Colorimeter before the start of any bleaching and on day 14. The results were as follows: 1. At the end of 14 days, all the sample teeth demonstrated the increase of Lightness Index at cervical 1/3 of crown (p<0.05) Lightness Index was significant difference in group 2 and 3, but there were some minor differences among groups (p>0.05). 2. In all groups, there was significant difference in red chromacity (p<0.05), but there were some minor differences among groups (p>0.05). 3. In all groups, there was no significant difference in yellow chromacity (p>0.05).
