시스템 및 정보서비스 관점에서 항공사 소셜네트워크 서비스의 품질영향분석 (The Analysis of the Quality Impact of Airline SNS from the Viewpoint of System and Information)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 항공사 SNS의 지속적인 사용을 유도할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 새로운 SNS 비즈니스 모델 구축 및 마케팅 전략수립에 유용한 가이드라인을 제시하는 것이다. 세부적으로 항공사 SNS의 정보품질, 관계혜택, 만족 등의 요인 간 영향관계를 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과에 의하면, 항공사 소셜네트워크서비스의 시스템품질과 정보서비스품질은 사회적 혜택, 심리/고객화 혜택, 경제적 혜택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 관계혜택중에서는 사회적 혜택과 심리/고객화 혜택이 고객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

항공사승무원의 고용불안정이 심리적계약 위반과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Insecurity of Airline Crew Members on Their Psychological Contract Violation and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 항공사 승무원의 고용불안이 심리적계약위반과 직무에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하기 위하여 가설을 설정하였다. 항공사 승무원이 느끼는 고용불안을 감소시키는데 유의미한 시사점을 제공하고자하였으며, 심리적계약위반을 완화시킬 수 있는 방안을 검토하여 항공사의 인적자원관리에 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 실증분석결과는 아래와 같다. 먼저 "항공사승무원이 지각하는 고용불안정은 거래 심리적 계약위반에 정의 영향을 미칠 것이다"는 가설 1-1은 채택되었다. 둘째, "항공사승무원이 지각하는 고용불안정은 관계 심리적 계약위반에 정의 영향을 미칠 것이다" 는 가설 1-2는 채택되었다. 셋째, "항공사승무원이 지각하는 거래 심리적 계약위반은 직무만족에 부의 영향을 미칠 것이다" 는 H 2-1는 채택되었다. 반면 충분한 교육훈련이나 경력계발기회 등의 관계 심리적 계약위반을 높게 지각할수록 직무만족에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 가설 2-2는 기각 되었다. 마지막으로 "항공사승무원이 지각하는 고용불안정은 직무만족에 부의 영향을 미칠 것이다"는 가설 3은 채택되었다. 즉 위협적인 상황으로 인해 자신의 직무가 없어질 지도 모른다는 무력감을 느낄수록 직무만족은 저하되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 글로벌 항공 산업계의 서비스 경쟁이 극대화하고 있는 환경에서 항공사의 서비스 평가기준들이 고객만족과 거래선택의 핵심변수가 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장기거래 편익과 특별우대 혜택이 정성적 조건에 미치는 영향과 신규진입에서의 불이익이나 거래대체비 발생과 같은 전환조건이 정량적 평가에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이러한 평가와 거래 선택의 상관성에 대하여 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 장기거래 편익과 특별우대 혜택은 정성적 평가에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 신규진입 불이익과 거래대체비 평가 항목은 정량적 평가에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 정성적 조건과 정량적 조건 평가는 모두 거래 선택에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 분석 결과를 통하여 첫째, 서비스편익요인과 전환조건이 만족에 영향을 미치기 위해서는 정성적 평가와 정량적 평가에 따른 매개요인이 필요하므로 매개 변수에 대한 다층적 접근이 필요하다. 둘째, 편익이 정성적 조건 평가를 통하여 고객만족에 영향을 미치는 중요한 변수로 확인됨으로써 정성적 서비스의 강화가 마케팅의 결정적 요소이다. 셋째, 정량적 조건 역시 승객의 만족도에 따라서 거래 선택에 실질적인 효과가 변화함을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 현실적으로 시장의 환경 변화에 따라서 전환조건을 마케팅 기법에 적용하는 타당성을 확인하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있다.

Negative Spillover Effects of Other-Customer Failure in Airline Context

  • Purpose - Other customers within the same service environment do influence a customer' attitude and behavior toward a service firm. Specially, other customers' misbehaviour and various service problems stemmed from them could make the other customers suffer some bad experiences. However, there are few studies to answer how the spillover effect of a service failure arisen from other customers' misbehavior. This study is aimed to examine how service failure due to the dysfunctional behavior of other customers has negative effects on customer evaluation with the service provider. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from a survey based on consumers' retrospective experiences in airline service context. The hypothesized relationships were tested conducting structural equation modeling. Results - Our results show that the attribution of a firm responsibility for other-customer failure has a positive influence on customer's recovery expectation, in turn, it is negatively related to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived service provider's efforts positively influence customer satisfaction. Conclusions - Although a service failure was caused by other customer's misbehavior, employees should be able to alleviate any bad feelings of the affected customers. Furthermore, service providers should provide proper recovery efforts for solving problems caused by the other customers for the wounded customers.

항공사 조직구성원의 항공안전과 항공보안에 대한 상충적 태도가 조직효과성에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Airline Staff's Contradictory Attitude between Aviation Safety and Aviation Security to Organizational Effectiveness)

  • This paper has studied the effect of airline staff's perception on both aviation safety and aviation security to their organizational effectiveness. Airline staff's perception on aviation safety is different from that on aviation security due to organizational difference in an airline. Through an empirical analysis, it was analyzed the effect of such perceptional difference on airline's organizational effectiveness. According to the analysis, it was found the perception of aviation safety has a significant positive effect on organizational effectiveness. Airline staff believed the safety is a core value of an airline and emphasizing the safety never impeded the airline's operation including service quality. Secondly, it was proven the perception on abiding by aviation security rules had a significant negative effect on organizational effectiveness. However, emphasizing aviation security had a very significant positive contribution on airline's philosophy of aviation safety. Following the research results, it was suggested an airline look for improving the process and regulations to deal with aviation security in the organization.

항공사 객실 승무원의 자아상태가 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 - 교류분석을 중심으로 - (The Effect of Flight Attendant's Ego State on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation -Focused on Transactional Analysis-)

  • Purpose: This study attempted to analyze how the ego state of flight attendants affects their job satisfaction and customer orientation using Berne's (1966) transactional analysis and further compare the difference between job satisfaction and customer orientation depending on demographic characteristics, position, and ego state. Methods: The data was collected by using the structured questionnaires to flight attendant of major airline companies. The proposed research model is tested using 164 valid questionnaires using SPSS 23 and Smart PLS 2. Results: This research indicated the only free child ego sate among ego state factors of flight attendant was found to have a positive impact on job satisfaction. In the relationship between ego states and customer orientation, all ego state factors were found to have a significant influence on customer orientation. Conclusions: The study offered a theoretical and empirical foundation for future research by empirically identifying the relationship between ego state factors and customer orientation in the in-flight service and suggested the strategic implications to increase job satisfaction and customer orientation based on the psychology and ego state of flight attendant.

  • Service industry can be divided largely into commercial industry, banking industry, insurance industry, advertising industry, and tourism industry. Of these, banking industry is playing an essential role as it constitutes the backbone of economy. Banking industry, which belongs to financial industry, is sensitive to external environment. In this kind of industry, internal dynamics of an organization is very important. The purpose of this research is to find out what kind of influence the relation of internal dynamics perceived by members of Nonghyup organization has on customer orientation via quality of internal service. For the purpose, we have reviewed preceding studies on variables that affect customer orientation and developed a measuring tool in a form that fits banking organizations. Internal service quality, job satisfaction, and organizational immersion which play a mediating role in the model of this research not only turned out to have a significant influence on customer orientation, they also turned out to have the strongest influence. This research has academic significance as it carried out a research with an emphasis on variables that affect customer orientation of members of Nonghyup organization. Regarding practical significance, it was intended to present useful data that can be utilized for an analysis of internal service quality management and capability of human resource management.

  • 본 연구는 항공기를 이용한 승객들이 인지하는 항공사의 서비스품질과 마케팅 요소들이 차후 행동의도에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 알아보는데 목적이 있다 이를 위하여 항공권 가격, 서비스 품질, 서비스 효용, 승객 만족, 항공사 이미지, 행동의도를 의사결정의 영향요인으로 하여 연구모형을 설정하고 설문을 통하여 수집된 자료를 경로분석하였다. 분석 결과 항공권 가격, 서비스 품질, 서비스 가치 고객 만족, 항공사 이미지가 직접적 또는 간접적으로 항공사 승객들의 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • With the progress and prosperity of commerce and industry, time and money increasingly form an equal partnership. Using air carriers to shorten the round-trip time has become an important choice for many people in the tourism process. Faced with increasing competition within the aviation service environment, airline evaluation criteria and the requirements of customers are gradually dominating the evaluation mechanism for air transport service quality. Over the past few years, attention on the transport quality of service has been primarily focused more on land-based transport, and less on the relevant evaluation criteria of airlines. Many studies have shown that quality of service will directly affect customer satisfaction, resulting in the fact that good quality aviation services have become increasingly important. Therefore, in practical industrial operations with limited resources, there is an urgent need to delve into the assessment guidelines that have an impact on customers when they choose an airline, which can be used as a basis for improving customer satisfaction. Through a literature review and a reliability and validity analysis, this study summarized 19 evaluation criteria, using the purposive sampling method and the decision laboratory method (DEMATEL). In addition, this study viewed the causal relationship between the evaluation criteria and the degree of association as a continuing project for airlines. This study selected appropriate empirical samples from two domestic airlines. The conclusions may provide recommendations for all airlines.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between quality of followership, perceived style of leadership, job satisfaction and team commitment in the aviation industry. Methods: For the analysis of this study, a survey was conducted on local flight attendant. A total of 364 surveys were collected and 336 effective samples were used for analysis. And the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Results: The results of this study were as follows : First, In the relationship between quality of followership and perceived leadership styles, independent thinking has a positive effect on all six sub-factors of transformational and transactional leadership and active engagement has negative influence on all six sub-factors of transformational and transactional leadership. Inaddition As a result of total and direct and indirect effects, Idealized Influence of perceived leadership style indirectly influences between Quality of Followership and job satisfaction, Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration, Contingent Reward of perceived leadership style have been shown to have indirect effects on team Commitment Conclusion: Based on the characteristics of followers and the type of leadership, it is necessary to develop ways to develop job satisfaction and team commitment of airline crews. In addition, flight attendant act as leaders and followers of each other depending on their work characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the relationship between leadership and followership based on the results of this study.
