지능형교통체계(ITS) 정보를 이용한 지역 간 도로의 온실가스 및 대기오염물질 배출량 산정 (Calculation of Greenhouse Gas and Air Pollutant Emission on Inter-regional Road Network Using ITS Information)

  • 교통부문에서 온실가스 배출량은 주로 연료사용량에 의해 산정되었다(Tier 1 방식). 그러나 이 방법은 연료사용량을 측정할 수 없는 도로 구간에서 발생하는 배출량 산정에 사용되기 어렵다. 도로구간의 대기오염물질 배출량 또한 연료사용량에 의해 정확히 측정되어질 수 없는데 이는 대기오염물질 배출량이 속도, 차종, 차령, 유종 등의 함수이기 때문이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구의 목적은 ITS 정보를 이용하여 지역 간 도로에서 발생되는 이산화탄소와 질소산화물의 배출량을 Tier 3 수준으로 산정하는 방법론을 정립하는 것이다. 이 방법론은 집계단위가 작은 ITS 검지기 정보를 이용하기 때문에 배출계수의 오목한 형태에서 기인하는 과소추정의 오류를 피할 수 있는 장점을 갖는다. 제시된 방법론을 4개 사례 도로구간에 적용한 결과는 중차량의 속도관리가 이산화탄소 또는 질소산화물 배출량 관리에 매우 중요함을 시사하였다.

동아시아 대기질 예보 및 감시를 위한 모델링 기술의 현황과 발전 방향 (Current Status and Development of Modeling Techniques for Forecasting and Monitoring of Air Quality over East Asia)

  • Current status and future direction of air quality modeling for monitoring and forecasting air quality in East Asia were discussed in this paper. An integrated air quality modeling system, combining (1) emission processing and modeling, (2) meteorological model simulation, (3) chemistry-transport model (CTM) simulation, (4) ground-based and satellite-retrieved observations, and (5) data assimilation, was introduced. Also, the strategies for future development of the integrated air quality modeling system in East Asia was discussed in this paper. In particular, it was emphasized that the successful use and development of the air quality modeling system should depend on the active applications of the data sets from incumbent and upcoming LEO/GEO (Low Earth Orbit/Geostationary Earth Orbit) satellites. This is particularly true, since Korea government successfully launched Geostationary Ocean Color Imager (GOCI) in June, 2010 and has another plan to launch Geostationary Environmental Monitoring Spectrometer (GEMS) in 2018, in order to monitor the air quality and emissions in/around the Korean peninsula as well as over East Asia.

항공물류에 적용한 u-4PL 시스템 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of u-4PL Based Air Cargo Logistics System)

  • The market of air cargo in Korea grows very quickly and diversifies. It is an essential factor in the process of development of Northeast-Asia as a hub for Air Cargo logistics. But the process of air cargo in Korea is complex as compared with other north-east asia nations and it has many problems and causes inconvenience to owners of freight. We emphasize that 4PL(Fourth party Logistics) is the excellent solution from among many alternatives. The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages. At the end, we verify the u-4PL air cargo logistics system by simulation tool.
