PET직물의 감량율과 직물구조인자에 따른 열적 쾌적성 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Thermal Comfort to the Weight Reduction Rate and Fabric Structural Parameters of PET Fabrics)

  • This study surveys the thermal property and air permeability to the weight reduction rate of PET fabrics. For this purpose, 12 kinds of satin and 18 kinds of plain weave fabrics are prepared with change of the physical properties such as weft yarn count, t.p.m. and density. The weight reduction rate was 0%, 12%, 25% and 30%. The warm/cool feeling(Qmax), thermal insulating value(T.I.V.) and thermal conductivity(K) were measured by KES-F7 System and discussed in relation with the weight reduction rate, weft yarn linear density, t.p.m., weft density of fabric and weave structure.

선박디젤기관에서 바이오디젤연료의 연소특성에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Combustion Characteristics of Biodiesel Fuel in Marine Diesel Engine)

  • Environmental pollution is produced by consumption of fossil fuel, therefore alternative fuels is interested for development of new energy resources and reduction of exhaust emissions for air pollution prevention. Biofuels are produced from new vegetable oil and animal fat, may be used as fuel without change of engine structure in diesel engine. In this paper, the test results on specific fuel consumption, combustion characteristics of neat diesel oil and biodiesel blends(10 vol.% biodiesel and 20 vol.% biodiesel) were presented using four stroke, direct injection diesel engine, especially this biodiesel was produced from biodiesel fuel at our laboratory by ourselves. This study showed that specific fuel consumption is increased slightly, on the other hand cylinder pressure, rate of pressure rise, rate of heat release and soot were decreased slightly in the case of biodiesel blends than neat diesel oil.

  • Unsteady behaviors of counterflow flame were studied experimentally in opposing jet counterflow burner using diluted methane. To generate the unsteadiness on the flame, the counterflow diffusion flame was perturbed by velocity changes made by the pistons installed on both sides of the air and fuel stream. The velocity changes were measured by Hot wire and Laser Doppler Velocimetry, and the flame behaviors were observed by High speed ICCD and ICCD. In this investigation, the spatial irregularity of the strain rate caused the flame to extinguish from the outside to the axis during the extinction, and we found the following unsteady phenomena. First, the extinction strain rates of unsteady cases are much larger than those of the steady ones. Second, the extinction strain rates become larger as the slope of the change of the strain rate increases. Third, the unsteady extinction strain rates become smaller with the increase of the initial strain rate.

평판 상에서 경사 분류열 부근의 유동에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study of Flow Near a Flat Plate Around a Row of Inclined Jets)

  • An experimental method, based upon wall visualizations, has been developed to observe air flow near a plane wall around a row of five $45^{\circ}$ inclined jets discharging into a cross stream. This study concerns the variation of injection rate R which is one of the most important parameters governing this flow type. The Results are concentrated on the spatial evolution of two lobes with R. These structures are fastened to jets downstream edge and exist for very low injection rate values which are an indication of jets takeoff at the immediate downstream of injection orifices. The velocity rate of 0.42 marks a change in the structure alimentation system.

어육건조중 변색에 미치는 상대습도의 영향 (Influence of Relative Air Humidity on the Color Change of Fish Meat during Drying)

  • 송풍식건조에 의한 어육건조중의 변색에 미치는 공기의 상대습도의 영향을 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. $40^{\circ}C,\;55^{\circ}C$$70^{\circ}C$에서의 어육건조중 어육변색의 주된 원인은 지방산화였다. 지방함량이 높은 어육일수록 지방산화에 의한 변색이 심하였다. $40^{\circ}C$$55^{\circ}C$에서의 건조중에는 공기의 상대습도가 $30\%$ 정도일 때 지방산화가 가장 늦었으며, 상대습도가 $30\%$ 보다 낮아지거나 높아질수록 지방산화가 촉진되었다. $70^{\circ}C$에서의 건조중에는 상대습도의 지방산화에 대한 뚜렷한 영향이 확인되지 않았으며, 고온에서는 지방산화가 조조온도에 민감한 듯 하였다. Maillard반응에 의한 갈변은 건조중의 변색에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않았고, 상대습도 $10\%{\sim}50\%$의 범위에서는 상대습도가 높을수록 반응속도가 빨랐다.

DMR 생물막 공정에서 포기량에 따른 질산화 동시 탈질화 및 영양염류 제거특성 (Effect of Air-flow on Enhanced Nutrient Removal and Simultaneous Nitrification/Denitrification in DMR Biofilm Process)

  • SND 공정은 최근에 하수내 질소제거를 위한 새로운 공법으로 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 무산소조, 혐기조 및 담체를 충진한 포기조로 구성된 DMR(Daiho Microbic Revolution)공정을 이용하여 포기량을 2.0, 1.0, 0.5, 0.4 및 0.2 L/min으로 변화시키면서 영양염류 제거효율과 동시 질산화/탈질 효율을 검토하였다. 유기물제거율은 포기량에 차이를 보이지 않았으며 모든 조건에서 93%의 제거율을 얻을 수 있었다. T-N 제거효율은 포기량이 적어짐에 따라 높아져 0.2 L/min의 조건에서 80%의 효율을 얻었으며, SND효율 또한 각 조건에서 62, 65, 72 및 78%를 나타내어 포기량 조절만으로 높은 질소제거율을 얻을 수 있었다. T-P는 포기량에 따라 75$\sim$96%의 제거율을 보였지만, 0.2 L/min의 조건에서는 2차 인방출이 발생하였다. 0.5 L/min의 조건에서 슬러지의 poly-P함량은 5.08%였으며 소모된 유기물 양과 방출된 인 농도의 비는 0.72 mg P/mg HAc였다.

운전조건 변화에 따른 루버휜 열교환기 성능변화에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Performance of the Louver Fin Type Heat Exchanger by the Change of the Driving Condition)

  • The present study was investigated the effect of the driving condition on the performance of a louver fin and tube type heat exchanger under frosting condition. Heat transfer rate and pressure drop by frost were experimentally investigated. Effects of the wet blub temperature and the shape of a fin on heat transfer performances has been also investigated. The key parameters were fin type(louver and corrugate fin) and the wet blub temperature of air (0.5, 1.0, $1.5^{\circ}C$). The heat transfer performance of the louver fin and tube type heat exchanger was higher by 0.89% than the corrugate fin type. As the wet blub temperature of air were increased, the heat transfer rate, pressure drop and mass of frost of three test models(Type A, B, C) were increased. Especially, the maximum heat transfer rate and maximum pressure drop were shown for the louver fin and tube type heat exchanger. As a experimental result, the enhancement factor(EF) of louver fin and tube type heat exchanger was $0.2{\sim}0.4$ due to the high pressure drop.

  • Effects of operating variables on temperature profile and performance of 3 MWth chemical looping combustion system were estimated by mass and energy balance analysis based on configuration and dimension of the system determined by design tool. Air reactor gas velocity, fuel reactor gas velocity, solid circulation rate, and solid input percentage to fluidized bed heat exchanger were considered as representative operating variables. Overall heat output and oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas from the air reactor increased but temperature difference decreased as air reactor gas velocity increased. Overall heat output, required solid circulation rate, and temperature difference increased as fuel reactor gas velocity increased. However, overall heat output and temperature difference decreased as solid circulation rate increased. Temperature difference decreased as solid circulation rate through the fluidized bed heat exchanger increased. Effect of each variables on temperature profile and performance can be determined and these results will be helpful to determine operating range of each variable.

  • The aim of this study is to scientifical conservation for the Sin An Ship. The test object is Pinus massoniana and Cunninghamia lanceolata of Sin An Ship's timber .Comtrast object is water soaked fresh wood of Pinus densiflora and Cryptomeria japonica The results were as follows.1. M. C is 280.9% in high degraded Planking board,237.5% in low degraded Planking board,158.6% in fresh wood of Pinus densiflora,222.6% in Bulkhead167.3% in fresh wood of Cryptomeria japonica2. Absorption rate of P.E.G is good at heating condition ($55∼60^{\circ}C$), especially in highdegraded wood.3. The dimensional change of wood during air drying is somewhat shrinked That's 7.22% in low degraded Planking board9.8% in high degraded Planking board and 4.11% in water soaked Pinus densiflora.4. The dimensional change of wood during P.E.G treatment is mostly swollen of wery small quantity.5. Salinity in desalinization tank showed below 50 p.p.m. It's indicate the end of desalinization treatment.6. Filtration with filter paper was possible up to 40% concentration only. 차내 환기구 형상변화에 대한 연구 (A Study ono the Type-Change of Automotive Register)

  • Nowadays since the automobile is regarded as the third living space, comfortable conditions are required in the passenger compartment. The customer's concern on air-conditioning/heating, ventilation and demisting/defrosting performances has been much increased. Both ventilation and demisting /defrosting performances are directly influenced by register location, shape of regist guide vane, ventilation flow rate, air distribution , and air circulation pattern. Diffuse plume of air from the register is desirable not only to maintain comfort when the comfort when the comfortable condition has been satisfied but to improve demisting /defrosting performance. In this study, experimental and numerical investigation about the flow field of six different register vane types were carried out , respectively. The numerical analysis, based upon the $textsc{k}$-$\varepsilon$ turbulence model , was applied to the air flow field. The results show that the shape of register guide vane should be considered as an important design paramter.
