This paper forces on the analysis of the overall outcome regarding Performance Based Logistics(PBL) application for Air Weapon System. We used data from domestically developed aircraft such as KT/A-1 and T-50 as well as data from foreign F-15K aircraft and F100 Engine to analyze the current ROKAF PBL application results. Furthermore, this paper thus suggests various techniques to maximize the outcome of user-based PBL performance such as clarifying the responsibility between customer and the company, developing standardized PBL performance index under TLCSM, PBL related maintenance capacity development, wartime PBL implementation process of domestic/foreign companies and many other schemes based on the analyzed data.

Jilin province has a rich variety of agricultural and sideline products. The circulation of agricultural products needs the support of cold chain logistics. The development of cold chain logistics in Jilin province is lagging behind, which leads to waste of agricultural products and decrease of farmers' income. As a result, this article from the perspective of cold chain logistics development, extracted the influence factors of fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics development in Jilin province, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) on the degree of restriction factors, weight analysis found that agricultural products cold chain logistics costs, information technology application and market-based degree of cold chain logistics is the three main factors for the development of Jilin province agricultural cold chain logistics, and puts forward the development plan, in order to guide the development direction of Jilin agricultural cold chain logistics.

Although the market demand for cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in China is growing rapidly, the technology and scale of cold-chain logistics in China still lag behind the developed countries, resulting in large energy consumption. In our country, many authors have studied the efficiency of cold-chain logistics by using analytic hierarchy process and data envelopment method, but they haven't eliminated the influence of environmental factors and random error factors on the efficiency of cold-chain logistics, and most of them are limited to regional research. Therefore, in this paper, the three-stage DEA method is used. Based on the green logistics idea, firstly, the efficiency of 29 listed logistics enterprises in China is analyzed. Secondly, this paper uses SFA model to exclude the influence of environment and error factors on the analysis results, taking the enterprise's operating years, local GDP and the proportion of cold chain assets as environmental variables. Finally, this paper estimates the efficiency value again by adjusting the input value. The results are as follows: the main reason of high efficiency enterprises is to achieve scale efficiency. So the scale of assets should be maintained or appropriately expanded. At the same time, the economic development and the number of years of enterprise establishment will significantly affect the efficiency of cold-chain logistics. The influence of these environmental variables on the accuracy of the analysis conclusion should be fully considered.

According to the globalization of world economy on distribution and sales, logistics and transportation parts are playing an important role. Especially, they have to decide what is the key factor of route choice model and how to choose the right transport route in multimodal transport system. By considering the key factors in rote choice model for freight forwarders between Mongolia and Korea, this paper propose 4 main factors: Cost, Delivery time, Freight and Logistics service with 13 sub factors. The importance of factors is surveyed base on AHP through interview with freight forwarders. In results, the empirical insights about current status of Mongolian forwarders are provided with different factors between transportation modes. Expecially, the Time factor is a role factor to choose transport route for air transportation forwarders.

According to globalization of world economy on distribution and sales, logistics and transportation parts are play important role. Especially, it important to know and study how to choose right transport route and which is the key factor of route choice model in multimodal transport system. Thus this study aims to consider 4 main factors: cost, delivery time, freight, and logistics service factors additionally dividing into 13 sub factors and object is forwarders between Mongolia and Korean freight transport. The survey is based on AHP through interview with company officials. The paper provides empirical insights about current status of Mongolian forwarders and difference of the important factors between transportation modes. Result shows that time factor is role factor to choose transport route and then cost factors. Additionally, this study shows 2 different route choose factors between air transport and shipping transport forwarders.

With the development of the 4th industrial revolution technology, smartization in various fields is accelerating. The shipping and logistics industry is also promoting smartization by combining advanced new technologies such as digital twin, Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. In Korea, the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is promoting a strategy to spread the smart shipping logistics system in line with the changing global shipping logistics trend, and through this, it is creating a foundation for smart shipping logistics. This study aims to present the concept of a communication tool that recognizes the importance of communication between each logistics entity and exchanges opinions between logistics entities in a virtual digital twin environment to cope with the changing shipping logistics process. In addition, for the development of these communication tools, this study derive a software design model, including architecture.

Recently, the aviation industry faced a major crisis due to the impact of COVID-19. However, despite the sluggish passenger transportation, the cargo transportation sector is relatively maintained or increasing depending on the item. In this study, we will look at the trends before and after COVID-19, focusing on the cargo export field, which is a concern of the aviation industry. First, it analyzes the entire air cargo and then analyzes the trends of each item and country in detail. In particular, it examines the process of changes in air transport costs, which increased significantly immediately after COVID-19, and conducts future trends and prospects in the cargo export field. As a result of the study, some characteristics of air cargo exports before and after COVID-19 were found in an analysis by item and country, and transportation costs varied according to route distance.

This research has four specific objectives: (1) identifying factors that affect customer satisfaction with less than container load (LCL) cargo services of logistics companies in HoChiMinh City (HCMC), (2) measuring the level of impact of the factors, (3) testing the difference in satisfaction among groups of customers with different characteristics in terms of type of business and time of using LCL cargo services, and (4) proposing some management implications to improve the quality of LCL cargo services. Researchers interviewed 210 customers who enjoyed the LCL cargo service in HCMC for at least the last six months, using the convenient sampling method. SPSS 20 was used to analyze the reliability of the scale through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, then exploratory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. The results identified the six factors that influence positively customer satisfaction of LCL cargo services of logistics companies in HCMC, by decreasing importance: service process, image, resource, price, management, and outcomes. The results show that there is no difference in customer satisfaction with LCL cargo services by types of business as well as time of using services. The research suggests some implications for the management of logistics companies in HCMC to enhance customer satisfaction.

Compressed Air is an important energy source used in most factories nowadays. The automation trend using air compressor has been gradually increasing with the interest of the 4th industry in recent years. With the air compressor system, it is possible to construct the device at low cost and easily achieve automation and energy saving. In addition, With trend of FA, miniaturation and light weight manufacturing trend expand their use in the electronics, medical, and food sectors. Research method is to design the technology for the remote control of the following information as USN base. Development of flexible sensing module from real time observation module for fusion of IT technology in compressed air systems, design and manufacture of flexible sensing module, and realiability assessment. Design of real-time integrated management system for observation data of compressed air system - Ability to process observation data measured in real time into pre-processing and analysis data. This study expects unconventionally decreasing effect of energy cost that takes up 60~70% of air compressor layout and operation and maintenance management cost through USN(Ubiquitous Sensor Network) technology by using optimum operational condition from real time observation module. In addition, by preventing maintenance cost from malfunction of air compressor beforehand, maintenance cost is anticipated to cut back.

Fishery industry is an important part of agricultural industry in coastal countries. The purpose of this study is to use the theory of industrial competitiveness for reference, use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi method to establish the evaluation index system, and analyze the fishery industry competitiveness of 11 coastal provinces in China. This study data came from China Fishery Statistical Yearbook 2020. The results show that Shandong Province is the most competitive province in fishery industry among the coastal provinces. The inter-provincial differences are great. Not only the resource endowment is the factor that affects the fishery industry competitiveness, but also the long-term profitability is too. The proportion of recreational fishery in the fishery economic output value has become one of the main indicators to measure the competitiveness of the fishery industry. The findings of this study suggest that all regions should adopt measures in accordance with local conditions, promote the integrated development of the fishery industry, enhance the added value of fishery products and enhance the competitiveness of fishery industry. The disadvantage of this study is that the fishery industry competitiveness of China's coastal provinces is only compared and analyzed. The future direction is to carry out a comparative study on the international competitiveness of fishery with other east Asian countries.
