해상보험에 있어서 협정보험가액의 과대평가에 관한 연구 -영국, 일본, 한국상법의 비교를 중심으로- (A Study on Over-Valuation of Agreed Value in Marine Insurance -Focussed on Comparison of MIA, Japan and Korean Commercial Code-)

  • 한국상법 제671조에서 당사자간에 보험가액을 정하지 아니한 때에는 사고발생시의 가액을 보험가액으로 한다고 규정하고 있으나 이 규정은 해상보험에서는 적용되지 아니하고 법정보험가액이 적용되고, 상법 제670조와 같이 당사자간에 보험가액을 정한 때에는 그 가액은 사고발생시의 가액으로 정한 것으로 추정한다. 그러나 그 가액이 사고발생시의 가액을 현저하게 초과할 때에는 사고발생시의 가액을 보험가액으로 한다라는 규정 때문에 해상보험에 있어서 협정보험가액의 과대평가에 대한 비교대상이 사고발생시의 가액인지 아니면 해상보험에 관한 법정보험가액이 되는지 불투명하게 된다. 해상보험의 경우 기간이 짧고 경기변동이 적으므로 법정보험가액제도를 두고 보험가액불변경주의를 도입하였다. 그러나 이는 임의규정으로서 만약 기간이 길거나 경기변동이 크다면 법정보험가액이 아닌 사고발생시의 가액으로 대체된다. 그러나 기평가보험에서 협정보험가액이 과대평가되었을 경우 그 과대평가의 비교대상을 법정보험가액이라고 하고 있는데 이는 논리적인 모순을 가지고 있다. 따라서 해상보험에서 협정보험가액의 과대평가시 사고발생시의 가액을 보험가액으로 본다고 하고 있으므로 협정보험가액의 과대평가의 비교대상은 사고발생시의 가액으로 되며 법정보험가액을 적용할 여지가 없다.

  • Ion-implanted E-IGFET의 도핑 profile을 임의로 가정하여 threshold 전압을 구하였고. short-channoel에 적용할 때 correction factor K의 개념을 사용하였다. Threshold전압의 이론치는 실험치와 잘 일치하였고, 또한 I-V특성도 실험치와 잘 일치하였다. 아울러 이 program을 package화 하여 실용화시켰다.

  • 본 논문에서 MSA(Microstrip Antenna)의 변형인 QMSA(Quarter-wavelength Microstrip Antenna)에 용량을 장하한 미소 루프 구조와 용량을 장하시킨 부분에서 방사하는 개구 구조에 의한 합성 전계 안테나를 제안 하였다. 그리고 합성 전제 특성은 계산된 값과 실험 값이 양호하게 일치함을 보였다. 제안된 안테나는 그라운드판과 방사 소자의 폭이 같은 소형화된 안테나이다. 설계.제작된 안테나는 동작 주파수 1.5GHz에서 수직.수평 편파를 각각 수신할 수 있다. 그리므로 이 안테나는 무선 전화를 위한 소형화된 안테나로써 이용할 수 있고, 실내 통신을 위해 아주 유용하다. 또한, 전송 선로 모델의 안테나 등가 회로는 정확한 공진 주파수를 찾기 위해 설계되었고, 리턴로스 값을 계산했다. 계산된 값은 실험값과 양호하게 일치되었다.

링 정방공정에서 단사제조에 의한 공정특성 분석 (Analysis of Process Characteristics by Single Yarn Production in Ring Spinning)

  • In the single yarn spinning process by the ring spinning system, the finer the fineness of yarn and the lower the twist coefficient, the lower the breaking strength and breaking elongation. The change of yarn specific volume to yarn number agreed with Peirce's formula in the range of Ne 50 to 70, but above that range the values of the experiment are higher than that of the formula. The change of diameter of yarn to the reciprocal of the square root of yarn number agreed with Peirce's formula in the range of under 0.14, but above that value the values of the experiment are higher than that of the formula. In breaking strength variation according to twist constant of single yarn, as the twist coefficient increased, breaking strength increased. At 5.8∼6.0 of twist coefficient the maximum breaking strength was shown, but above that value breaking strength decreased. Breaking elongation also showed a similar tendency. But at 6.0∼6.5 of twist coefficient the maximum breaking elongation was shown. Also spinning tension increased as twist coefficient increased. Twist coefficient, breaking strength and breaking elongation according to the number of coils stayed almost the same. Yarn spinning tension according to the number of coils at the maximum of diameter was the lowest value. The speed of the traveller at the maximum of diameter was the highest value.

속담을 통해서 본 조선족의 부모-자녀 관계 가치관 (The Examination of Korean-Chinese Parent-Child Relationships through Korean Proverbs)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine Korean-Chinese parent-child relationship values through Korean proverbs on parent-child relationships. A total of 233 Korean-Chinese who reside in Yungil, China participated in this study. The participants were recruited through Korean-Chinese preschools and elementary schools. They completed a questionnaire which asked to what extent they agreed or disagreed with Korean proverbs. The items were classified into four categories: filial piety (duty), child-care and education, childrearing practices, and traditional son preference (and daughter discrimination). The results showed that, although the participants highly agreed to the meaning of the proverbs, they seldom used Korean proverbs in their daily lives. The findings concluded that the participants generally manifested a traditional value of filial piety or duty. Also, the findings showed that more fathers acclaimed the value of traditional son preference (and daughter discrimination) than mothers. Finally, the degree of familiarity with Korean culture was found to be a major factor in explaining differences in levels of agreement or disagreement to the proverbs. Since Korean-Chinese ethnic minority groups in China tend to adhere to traditional Korean values, they might encounter more challenges assimilating into the mainstream Chinese culture.

반응표면분석법에 의한 늙은 호박 추출조건의 모니터링 (Monitoring on Extraction Conditions of Old Pumpkin Using Response Surface Methodology)

  • Response surface methodology was used for monitoring extraction conditions, based on quality properties of old pumpkin extracts. Hunter's color L value of extracts was maximized at 101℃, 2.6 hr and decreased gradually after maximum point. The polynomial equation for Hunter's color L value showed 10% of significance level and 0.8799 of R². Hunter's color a value was minimized at 117℃, 3.9 hr and R² of polynomial equation was 0.9852 within 1% significance level. Hunter's color b value and ΔE value increased as the extracting temperature and time increased. Extraction yield of old pumpkin was maximized at 110℃, 4 hr and increased in proportional to the extracting temperature and time, but decreased after 113℃ and 2 hr. Viscosity of pumpkin extracts were maximized at 120℃, nearly 3 hr. R² of polynomial equations for yield, viscosity and sugar content were 0.9532, 0.9812 and 0.8869, respectively. Optimum ranges of extraction conditions for quality properties of old pumpkin were 102∼109℃, 2.5∼3.5 hr, respectively. Predicted values at the optimum extraction condition agreed with experimental values.

  • In this paper, a methodology for determination of the thickness of layer on a substrate using reflection acoustic microscope has been presented. It has been shown that the amplitude and the phase of reflection coefficient of the layer-substrate composite has been used for measurement of layer thickness, acoustic velosity, mass density of the layer material. The reflection acoustic microscope operating at a frequency of 15 MHz has been used for the experiment and the measured acoustic impedance value for aluminum sample has agreed with the published data, and the measured layer thickness for silver-glass composite has agreed with that measured using micrometer.

자동차용(自動車用) 충격흡수기(衝擊吸收器)의 해석(解析) 및 품질향상(品質向上)을 위(爲)한 설계방안(設計方案) (Analysis shockabsorber of automobile and Design Criterion)

  • A study has been made of the damping force phenomena of the shockabsorber for automobile. The main results obtained are as follows; 1) We can neglect friction loss between cylinder and piston, as it is very small compared to other damping force. 2) Damping force due to coil spring and disc valve shows comparatively stable at various piston speed and oil temperature. 3) Theoretical and experimental values are well agreed on relatively low piston speed. 4) Theoretical value on piston speed of 600mm/sec, 900mm/sec at oil temperature $20^{\circ}C$, $40^{\circ}C$, $60^{\circ}C$ and $80^{\circ}C$ is about 82% of experimental value. 5) Theretical value at oil temperature $-20^{\circ}C$, $0^{\circ}C$ is about 67% of experimental value.

나노패턴 세정을 위한 소형 메가소닉 모듈 개발 (Development of a Small-type Megasonic Module for Nano-scale Pattern Cleaning)

  • A small L-type megasonic module for nano-pattern cleaning was designed and manufactured. The impedance graph of the quartz waveguide with a piezoelectric actuator was predicted using finite element method (FEM). The peak value of the piezoelectric actuator alone was 3.373 MHz, which was the same as the experimentally measured value of 3.373 MHz (0.0% error). In addition, the maximum impedance value of the quartz waveguide with the actuator was 3.373 MHz, which agreed well with the measured value of 3.362 MHz (0.3% error). The acoustic pressures of a conventional megasonic system (3 MHz) and the developed system under similar conditions were measured and compared. The results showed that the maximum values and standard deviations of the developed system decreased by 29% and 18%, respectively, compared with the conventional type. This suggests that the small L-type would have higher particle removal efficiency with lower possibilities of pattern damages.

제주초지의 사회.문화적 기능 가치평가 및 보전방안 (Estimation of Socio-Cultural Value and Preservation Program of Grassland in Jeju)

  • The purpose of this paper is to estimate economic value of multi-functionality roles including landscape and so on, which grassland in Jeju possesses, using Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation Method (DC-CVM). Grassland is life cultural heritance of regional residents in Jeju. It has functions like development of favorable landscapes, maintenance of cultural heritage, and recreation/relaxation. Expectation from regional visitors shows that the existence and inheritance value of grassland is higher than we expected. According to the research that we had done from the people that had agreed to contribute grassland. moreover the public commercial value of grassland was not only $397{\sim}419$ billion won but also it will increase an economic gain in every year in Jeju. Therefore, preserving grassland that has multi-functional roles and values can lead to huge economic value in the future in Jeju. Moreover, farm households which are located in the grassland conservation area would be supported $15{\sim}31$ billion won in every year for grassland conservation but it is only $4{\sim}8%$ of the economic value of grassland i.e. $3,971{\sim}4190$ billion won. Thus, grassland preservation policy and plan can raise green-tour commercial value of Jeju area as a long-term inside measurement. Those will have to be propelled continuously.
