우리나라에서 2016년 12월 19일 '기관투자자의 수탁자책임에 관한 원칙'이라는 이름으로 한국형 스튜어드십 코드(stewardship code)를 전격 공표하였다. 이후 국민연금공단에서는 2018년 7월부터 스튜어드십 코드를 실행하기 시작했다. 기업들은 스튜어드십 코드를 도입하면 적극적인 주주권 행사를 할 것이라는 사실을 미리 알고 있었기 때문에 2018년 이후의 주주총회에서 언제나 주주권을 행사할 수 있다고 알고 있었다. 이러한 주주권 행사는 주주총회에서 기업의 의결권 주식 5% 이상^*을 소유한 투자자들이 이사선임(director)과 감사선임(auditor)의 선임 및 보수 증액, 정관 변경(article) 등의 의사결정에 가(yes) 부(no)의 투표권 행사하는 것을 말한다. 연구결과에 따르면 피투자기업의 안건에 대해 국민연금이 반대투표를 하기 전과 후의 재량발생액 평균의 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 국민연금의 반대투표 안건들을 몇 가지로 분류하여 보면 정관 개정 등에 대한 반대투표, 이사나 감사 선임 안건과 보수 한도 증액 안건에 대한 반대투표 및 재무제표의 승인 안건에 대한 반대투표 등으로 나뉜다. 이 중에서 정관개정, 합병·분할, 재무제표 승인에 관련된 반대투표는 투표 건수가 통계적 유의성을 가질 정도로 많지 않았다. 반면 지배 구조에 관련된 이사 및 감사의 선임 안건에 대한 반대투표는 이익조정의 대리 변수인 재량발생액에 유의한 영향을 미치며 반대투표 이후에는 그 이전에 비해서 경영진에 의한 이익조정(earnings management)을 감소(-)시키는 효과가 있었다. 그러나 이사 및 감사의 보수 증액 안건 등에 대한 반대투표는 오히려 경영진에 의한 이익조정을 증가(+)시키는 결과를 가져왔다. 첫째, 이사 및 감사의 선임 안건에 대해 반대투표를 통해 경영진의 자의적 이익관리를 축소하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이를 통해서 국민연금의 이익과 소액주주들의 이익이 침해될 가능성이 작아질 수 있다. 둘째, 이사 및 감사의 보수 증액 안건 등에 대한 반대투표는 오히려 경영진에 의한 이익조정을 증가시키는 결과를 보면 임원진 등의 보수 증액에 대해 무조건 반대라는 주주권 행사는 경영진의 자의적 이익관리에 도움이 되지 못함을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 정관개정, 합병·분할, 재무제표 승인에 관련된 반대투표는 투표 건수가 통계적 유의성을 가질 정도로 많지 않았다.

본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 한국판 뉴딜 정책을 보다 발전시키고, 더 나아가 정책을 성공적으로 실현하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 바람직한 미래 교육시설환경 관련 핵심 영역과 영역별 의제를 발굴, 제시함으로써 관련 정책 수립 시 실질적으로 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내, 외 관련 정책, 보고서, 자료집 등을 통해 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육 뉴딜 및 미래 교육시설환경에 대한 새로운 패러다임의 변화를 탐색하고, 미래 교육시설환경 분야의 핵심 영역을 탐색하였으며, 일선 교육 현장과 학계 및 산업계 전문가 패널을 대상으로 한 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육시설환경의 핵심 영역으로 5개 영역을 도출하였으며, 총 33개의 의제(그린 영역 8개, 스마트 영역 9개, 공간혁신 영역 9개, 학교시설 복합화 4개, 기타(안전) 영역 3개)를 도출하였다.

This study aimed to analyze the leading research materials and research trends related to livestock food in Asia in recent years and propose future research agendas to ultimately contribute to the development of related livestock species. On analyzing more than 200 relevant articles, a high frequency of studies on livestock species and products with large breeding scales and vast markets was observed. Asia possesses the largest pig population and most extensive pork market, followed by that of beef, chicken, and milk; moreover, blood and egg markets have also been studied. Regarding research keywords, "meat quality" and "probiotics" were the most common, followed by "antioxidants", which have been extensively studied in the past, and "cultured meat", which has recently gained traction. The future research agenda for meat products is expected to be dominated by alternative livestock products, such as cultured and plant-derived meats; improved meat product functionality and safety; the environmental impacts of livestock farming; and animal welfare research. The future research agenda for dairy products is anticipated to include animal welfare, dairy production, probiotic-based development of high-quality functional dairy products, the development of alternative dairy products, and the advancement of lactose-free or personalized dairy products. However, determining the extent to which the various research articles' findings have been applied in real-world industry proved challenging, and research related to animal food laws and policies and consumer surveys was lacking. In addition, studies on alternatives for sustainable livestock development could not be identified. Therefore, future research may augment industrial application, and multidisciplinary research related to animal food laws and policies as well as eco-friendly livestock production should be strengthened.

이 연구는 원자력에 대한 국민들의 여론 형성 과정을 분석하고 효과적인 대중 커뮤니케이션 전략을 수립함으로써 궁극적으로 원자력의 사회적 수용성을 높이기 위한 목적으로 수행된 것이다. 주된 연구 내용은 (1) 일반 국민들의 매체 이용과 원자력에 대한 태도 형성 과정 분석 (2) 대중 매체의 원자력 관련 보도에 대한 내용 분석(content analysis) (3) 매체의 의제 설정(agenda-setting) 과정 분석을 위한 심층 인터뷰(FGI) (4) 효과적인 대중 커뮤니케이션 전략의 수립 등이다. 연구의 주요 내용을 3회에 걸쳐 연재한다.

21세기에 들어 환경문제를 고려하지 아니한 개발과 발전은 논할 수 없게 되었다. 1972년 스톡홀름에서 개최된 '인간 환경에 대한 회의'에서 환경보존과 경제발전에 대한 문제가 제기되면서부터 이에 대한 관심이 고조되기 시작하였다. 또한 1992년 지속 가능한 개발을 위한 'Agenda 21'이 리우환경회의에서 채택됨으로써 개발정책도 변화를 가져와야만 하게 되었다.(중략)

엔젤의 투자목적은 제각기 다르기 때문에 엔젤의 투자를 유치하려는 벤처기업으로서는 엔젤의 특성에 따라 투자유치전략을 달리해야 한다. 엔젤은 투자목적에 따라 수익추구형(portfolio angels), 취업형(job-seeking angels), 경영참여형(micromanagement angels), 사업다각화기술동향 파악형(hidden agenda angels) 및 보람추구형(enthusiast angels)으로 구분된다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to provide a systematic literature review related to environmental upgrading in Global Value Chains (GVCs) and suggest possible future research agendas in advancing environmental upgrading and ultimately GVC boundaries. Research design, data, and methodology - The academic databases such as Science Direct, EBSCO, ProQuest and Google Scholar were explored using a structured keywords searches to identify relevant research in the environmental upgrading area in GVCs. Only relevant papers were selected after reading the abstracts, and analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results - Overall analysis of the literature review suggests two critical developments in the field of environmental upgrading. The first and foremost major development is an enhanced understanding of environmental upgrading as a concept and phenomenon. The second significant development is that environmental upgrading has been empirically proven to be fundamentally based on relationships and power structures within GVCs. Conclusions - Environmental upgrading in GVCs has been studied individually and not in relation to financial outcomes and social upgrading. Hence, the relationship of environmental upgrading with financial outcomes and social upgrading needs to be investigated. Furthermore, the impact of the interaction of varying institutional structures on environmental upgrading is worthy of future study.
