Based on the hypothesized model and the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzed the data using the statistical analysis software SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 to empirically prove the relationship between the variables of transformational leadership, organizational support, organizational justice, and employee engagement. It was found that: First, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee commitment; Second, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support. Third, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee commitment; Fourth, in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee commitment, the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on them holds; At last, organizational justice plays a moderating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and the perceived organizational support. This study enriches and integrates the theoretical systems and research categories of employee engagement, organizational justice, transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support.

This study set out to investigate implementation agency effect on participants' self-sufficiency in self-support program. Self-support program's implementation agency consist of civil groups and social welfare corporations. The final sample size was 602 program participants and 18 implementation agencies in Gwangju city, South Korea. Two-level hierarchical linear model was used for analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, civil groups' participants were healthier, more often participated in business model, earned higher monthly income, participated shorter time rather than participants in social welfare corporation. Second, civil groups' participants showed low level of self-sufficiency than participants in social welfare corporations. These results means that self-support policy is not delivered uniformly because front-line implementation agencies develop work habits that influence the outcome of policy. And limitations and implications of this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

Purpose: This study examined the relationship between level of activity of daily living (ADL) and Self-Care Agency in patients who have had a spinal cord injury. Method: The participants in the study were 78 persons who had a spinal cord injury and were between 20 and 70 years of age. The data were collected from November 1, 2003 to January 30, 2004. The instruments used in this study were the ADL Check List and Self-Care Agency Scale. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program and included numbers, percentages, t-test and ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: The total mean score for activity of daily living was $44.21{\pm}16.63$. The total mean score fur Self-Care Agency was $107.45{\pm}15.71$, There was a significant difference between scores for ADL and Self-Care Agency. Conclusion: In order to increase the level of ADL, rehabilitation nurses should ensure that these patients receive training in ADL. Also, it was identified that informational support is important, that is, nurses should help to provide these patients with Self-Care Agency training for ADL.

Background: Based on the fact that the Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency is a public institution established by social demands for medical disputes, this study reviews the publicness of public organization and discusses its policy implications. Methods: Through Moore's strategic triangle, which consists of legitimacy and support, public value and operational capacity, the process of creating public value is examined. For the analysis, case studies were conducted using related literature data from 2012, when the agency was established, to the present. Results: As a result of the analysis, first, the related law examined in the operational capability has been revised dozens of times, but the revised law has its own contradictions and limitations. The human resource system is also being improved, but there is a problem with the fairness and reliability of the arbitration process, especially due to the limitations of the appraiser system. Second, in terms of legitimacy and support, a regional gap occurred despite efforts to improve accessibility through the expansion of the organization. And the arbitration agency failed to reconcile conflicts caused by stakeholders' perception of each other as a trade-off relationship. Third, the public value result shows that, despite many explicit (statistical) achievements, citizens' use of the past dispute resolution means (litigation) has not decreased. Likewise, the perception of value makers (citizens) is important for creating public value as an invisible result, but it has not yet been formally investigated, so the performance can not be recognized. Conclusion: While the organization's efforts for continuous change and improvement are encouraging, it is not perceived as a better means of resolving disputes and improving quality of services. Therefore, it is necessary to reconsider the institutional design centered on value creators.

During the sea trial test, we discovered EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) between MIL-SATCOM parabolic antenna and ES(Electronic Warfare Support) omni antenna. Emitted side lobe of CW(Continuous Wave) from MIL-SATCOM raises the threshold level of ES omni antenna. Therefore detection rate of ES is decreased. To solve this problem, the path of side lobe of CW from MIL-SATCOM should be blocked using EMI shield. This paper presents the method how to calculate the size of EMI shield, material, and optimized deployment. The test of the EMI shield effect was performed on a surface ship. After installing EMI shield, EMI has been decreased significantly. This paper will provide a method how to design EMI shield and a way to verify the result.

This study aims to explore factors of Assimilation Gap(AG) which is proposed and illustrated by Fichman and Kemerer(1997). AG is defined as the time delay between adoption and deployment and mainly studied at the organizational level. This study derives the factor affecting AG through a review of technology acceptance models and agency theory. The research model consists of three groups of independent variables(IT knowledge burden, Individual characteristics, and organization characteristics) and a moderator, which is goal incongruence. Using multiple regression analyses, four groups of hypotheses are tested with data of 221 knowledge workers from various organizations through e-mail survey. The result shows that radicalness(a dimension of knowledge burden), personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, and organizational support are statistically significant factors while complexity, experience, and perceived critical mass are not supported. The moderator effects of goal incongruence are found in personal innovativeness and organizational support. The results of this study demonstrate that agency theory is a useful perspective to deal with AG, especially in radical innovation. In addition, IT practitioners should consider not only user training but also incentives and possible organizational controls in implementing a new information technology.

In early 2019, Korea passed the law that introduced data management plan policy similar to those adopted by national funding agencies in other countries. In anticipation of developing research data infrastructure and support services, this study analyzed Australia's relevant policies and policy instruments. A number of face-to-face interviews with the experts at the national funding agency, a national research data agency and a number of research libraries, along with focused literature analysis. In Australia, the 2015 Public Data Policy is applied to research data from publicly funded research. Research data management and sharing is recommended but not required by the national funding agency it its policy documents. Australian National Data Service(ANDS), Australia's national research data agency, is an important component of the national research infrastructure. ANDS plays a wide range of roles including research data platform development, education and training, policy support, and funding agency for small-scale R&D. Some of the Australian research libraries have developed in-house systems for research data storage and publishing. However, there is no significant demand for research data service as yet. Lessons learned include the following: ensuring transparency and predictability of research data policies, establishing a dedicated agency responsible for research data platform development and training, and cultivating data capabilities at research libraries.

This study suggested the environmental components for open space in a healing environment based on the social support approach for integrating and enhancing users' activities and interactions. The physical environments of the open space in healing facilities should be suggested by social support design and support the interactions of various users. Particularly architectural environment conditions should reinforce the contribution to the revitalization of medical facilities based on improving the healing effect of patients through mutual exchange of users. The open space environment conditions influence users' healing process with physical design factors and users' interactions, and the flexible environments based on the social support that is crucial for circulation and mutual exchange of users. The open space transformation, integration of technology, and wayfinding system with color and signage also allow users to improve the space experience and easy access. The environmental components of open space design should include easy access for user inflow, flexible layout for comfort, access to outdoor spaces, integration of warm color schemes for relaxation, personalization of spaces with artwork, and visual interest through the use of textures and materials.

As radar signal environments become denser and more complex, the capability of high-speed and accurate signal analysis is required for ES(Electronic warfare Support) system to identify individual radar signals at real-time. In this paper, we propose the new novel clustering algorithm of radar pulses to alleviate the load of signal analysis process and support reliable analysis. The proposed algorithm uses KDE(Kernel Density Estimation) and its CDF(Cumulative Distribution Function) to compose clusters considering the distribution characteristics of pulses. Simulation results show the good performance of the proposed clustering algorithm in clustering and classifying the emitters.

Mobile IPTV lets mobile users transmit and receive multimedia traffic, such as TV signals, audio, text and graphics, through IP-based networks with the support of quality of service(QoS) and quality of experience(QoE), mobility and interactivity [1]. To provide service feasibility, QoS and seamless mobility to mobile users, we consider mobility prediction, link stability, service requirements to develop resource reservation scheme in mobile IPTV environments. Thus, we study for mobility prediction and QoS-guaranteed mobile IPTV service prior to develop the resource reservation scheme.
