We study is to confirm the influence of the manager's learning support leadership perceived by the organizational members of small and medium-sized ICT companies on the learning agility and job satisfaction of the organizational members. In addition, this study was to confirm the relationship between learning agility and job satisfaction and the mediating effect of learning agility. To this end, the statistical package program SPSS 24.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro Model were used for 352 copies. In other words, the results of analysis through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis, and bootstrapping method to verify the established research hypothesis are as follows. First, the leadership of the manager's learning support showed a positive effect on job satisfaction. Second, the leadership of the manager's learning support showed a positive effect on learning agility. Third, learning agility was statistically significant in job satisfaction. Fourth, learning agility showed a mediating effect between learning support leadership and job satisfaction. As shown in the results of this study, it was shown that in order to improve the job satisfaction of organizational members, the learning support leadership of the manager and the learning agility of the members can be systematically improved. In other words, in terms of strategic human resource management and strategic human resource development, the organization was required to establish systematic systems and continue to implement them. In particular, there was a need for the development and operation of programs that could develop and improve competency for learning support leadership and learning agility.

With the development of ICT, the use of software has become essential for organizations to exchange information or manage operations. However, security and software management issues that have increased with the development of ICT are issues that need to be continuously addressed. In 2021, the U.S. government has standardized and established SBOM as one of the countermeasures for software security. This research was initiated as a study to lay the groundwork for the introduction of SBOM in Korea. Based on the effects of SBOM characteristics on adoption intention, we tested management support and institutional support as moderating variables. As a result, security management was found to be a significant moderating variable for management support, and transparency was found to be a significant moderating variable for government institutional support. This study verified that SBOM adoption requires both corporate and government efforts, and the variables that are important from each perspective are different. We hope that this study will contribute to the development and adoption of SBOM.
Purpose - This research analyzes overseas expansion support systems for small- and medium-sized enterprises in Germany and Japan. Germany and Japan have developed overseas expansion support policies for such enterprises. The study then explores the implications for Korea and its local governments. Research design, data, and methodology - We did a comparative analysis of Japan and Germany and their support for overseas expansion of small and medium companies. Data were mainly collected from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Japan) and the Germany Trade and Invest (Germany) agency through statistics and literature surveys, and analysis studies. Results - First, human resources cultivation and funding support policies, which both Germany and Japan use as part of small- and medium-sized enterprise policies, should be modified to Korean circumstances and to reflect its own small- and medium-sized enterprise support needs. Second, both the German policies that support overseas expansion of small- and medium-sized enterprises and those of Japan's include the philosophy and methods that put an emphasis on these enterprises, despite the fact that there are big differences in the overseas policies in these two countries. Third, German and Japanese governments are embracing the idea that small- and medium-sized enterprises are key to their national economies and implementing policies based on the ratio occupied by these enterprises in the domestic consumption or GDP. In other words, Germany and Japan consider small- and medium-sized enterprises as central to their nation's industry, and assess them as economic industry that should definitely exist for the continued survival of big businesses, and not just as merely supplemental to big business. Fourth, whereas Germany emphasizes support to product exhibition in its overseas expansion support policies, Japan is providing integrated support containing foreign direct investment to small- and medium-sized enterprises. Fifth, there are differences in the overseas expansion support in Germany and Japan in terms of their support to big business. Whereas Germany considers support to big business unnecessary, Japan is implementing active support policies to areas corresponding to big business. Korea will have to benchmark the policies of Germany and Japan, and decide whether or not to give full support to small- and medium-sized enterprises, while excluding areas supporting big business. Conclusions - Based on this analysis of German and Japanese overseas expansion support policies, we need to choose the policies that will engender a solid outcome and derive modified policies for the circumstances of Korea. Additionally, we can use the comparison of the overseas support policies of Japan and Germany to choose small- and medium-sized enterprise overseas expansion support policies for Korea. However, we cannot provide specific overseas support policies by industry. This point will be referenced as a limitation of this study. In future research, we expect that some researchers will take an empirical approach to exploring Korean overseas expansion support through collecting cases of overseas support policies and interviewing policy authorities.

This study is to identify the concept of action from the critical science perspective and to explore the agency of home economics teachers for the purpose of teacher education. The context and various characteristics of home economics teacher' agency were identified in terms of philosophy and teacher education. The results of the study indicates, first, the concept of action refers to an activity of individuals involving one's own intentions, and include the ability to reveal a unique identity that aims to reach a set purpose and decision, and this can be identified by mutual meaning in the public sphere. Second, teacher agency is influenced by a teacher's professional experiences and cultural and structural aspects, and it can create an environment which can promote self-directed and cooperative relationships among individuals and communities. Therefore, home economics teachers should be able to reasonably judge, contemplate, and act through reflections on the circumstances and consequences in which their agency is exercised. Third, home economics teachers can reflect and think critically about the values, roles, and sense of purpose of home economics education based on agency. Teachers should focus on the process of achieving their agency rather than on completing it, and they can continuously develop it through a perceived shared understanding among teachers. Therefore, the conceptualization of the agency of home economics teachers is to understand the practice revealed in a teacher's actions. This requires environmental support in school settings because it acts as a mechanism for strengthening the thinking and reflection of teachers through the creation of interactive environments in which professional knowledge and experiences can be shared.
Background: Management and workers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often find it hard to comprehend the requirements related to controlling risks due to exposure to substances. An intervention study was set up in order to support 45 SMEs in improving the management of the risks of occupational exposure to chemicals, and in using the control banding tool and exposure model Stoffenmanager in this process. Methods: A 2-year intervention study was carried out, in which a mix of individual and collective training and support was offered, and baseline and effect measurements were carried out by means of structured interviews, in order to measure progress made. A seven-phase implementation evolutionary ladder was used for this purpose. Success and failure factors were identified by means of company visits and structured interviews. Results: Most companies clearly moved upwards on the implementation evolutionary ladder; 76% of the companies by at least one phase, and 62% by at least two phases. Success and failure factors were described. Conclusion: Active training and coaching helped the participating companies to improve their chemical risk management, and to avoid making mistakes when using and applying Stoffenmanager. The use of validated tools embedded in a community platform appears to support companies to organize and structure their chemical risk management in a business-wise manner, but much depends upon motivated occupational health and safety (OHS) professionals, management support, and willingness to invest time and means.

The purpose of this study is to consider the home environment and awareness of elementary school students in the first grade of elementary school, and to find ways to support them. Participants were 31 1st graders in elementary schools nationwide. Data collection was conducted from June 6, 2017 to July 7, 2017. The focus group interview was used as a data collection method for this study. Results were analyzed as 'The Changing family environment that first graders think' and 'First graders' awareness of elementary school'. 'The Changing family environment that first graders think' include 'Changes in language used by parents', 'Changes in how parents and families live', and 'What to do after school'. 'First graders' awareness of elementary school' was analyzed as 'Awareness of Elementary school life', 'Awareness of peers', 'Awareness of homeroom teacher', and 'Awareness of learning'. As the conclusion of this study, we suggest that because the children have more free time than attending kindergarten, they need quality programs and support plans to support their first grade primary adjustment. Also, we propose a common problem facing first-year students: the difficulty of adjusting to study and support for how to study in an easier way.
Lung cancer is a chronic disease which ranks fourth in cancer incidence with 11 percent of the total cancer incidence in Korea. To deal with such issues, there is an active study on the usefulness and utilization of the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) which utilizes machine learning. Thus, this study reviews existing studies on artificial intelligence technology that can be used in determining the lung cancer, and conducted a study on the applicability of machine learning in determination of the lung cancer by comparison and analysis using Azure ML provided by Microsoft. The results of this study show different predictions yielded by three algorithms: Support Vector Machine (SVM), Two-Class Support Decision Jungle and Multiclass Decision Jungle. This study has its limitations in the size of the Big data used in Machine Learning. Although the data provided by Kaggle is the most suitable one for this study, it is assumed that there is a limit in learning the data fully due to the lack of absolute figures. Therefore, it is claimed that if the agency's cooperation in the subsequent research is used to compare and analyze various kinds of algorithms other than those used in this study, a more accurate screening machine for lung cancer could be created.

The use of an efficient packet scheduling scheme for a forward link in satellite communication networks is very important to support fairness for each return channel satellite terminal (RCST) and the service differentiations for user traffics. To support fairness and QoS for each RCST with service-level agreement (SLA), the Adaptive Coding and Modulation (ACM) system in a satellite hub has to process packets with considering modulation and coding (MODCOD) and packet types. Although a DVB-S2 system with ACM scheme has higher transmission efficiency, it cannot offer fairness or quality of service (QoS) to RCSTs. Because the data are transmitted with high MODCOD in regions with clear skies, while data are transmitted using low MODCOD in regions experiencing rain events. In this paper, we propose a two-step scheduling scheme offering fairness and QoS to RCSTs, while minimizing a decrease in throughput. The proposed scheme is carried out performance evaluations using a computer simulation. As results of this simulation, the proposed scheduler was shown to support bandwidth fairness to an individual RCST, and provide a level of QoS differentiation for user traffics.
A study was conducted to find that which educational factors affect the psychological characteristics related to one's major of female students in engineering. The study was conducted through reviewing the advanced literatures and data for surveys was collected from the 216 female students at the college of engineering. This data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, the ANOVA test, hierarchical regression analysis, and factors analyzed by SPSS window's 12.0. The results are as follows. The major aspirations of female students at the college of engineering are affected by the grades (GPA) they have achieved in the past and by the professors' support they have received from the educational environment, by the WIE program participation. However, this survey showed that the support of professors was the most influential factor. The self-efficacy about employment is affected by the grades (GPA) they have achieved and the professors' support they have received. Therefore, the finding shows that the professors' support in their major field is the most affective factor to both characteristics such as the self-efficacy, the major aspirations.

The purpose This study was conducted to explore the procedures and plans to establish a university-based lifelong education support system for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University. The research method consisted of expert consultation. Chosun University not only has various units of major(department) that can deepen and integrate knowledge and technology related to lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, but also has various leadership and various infrastructures that can lead the practice of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities in Gwangju and Jeonnam areas. The contents of this study were presented five procedures and plans such as the establishment of maintenance and convergence of majors (departments) units, the development and operation of department-led regional-linked education programs through extracurricular education, the introduction of majors in connection with extracurricular education program-linked courses, the selection of core departments, the establishment of cooperative courses between university and graduate schools, and the establishment and operation of lifelong education programs for the individuals with disabilities centered on lifelong education centers. As a result of the study, it was analyzed that the academic foundation of lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities, the guarantee of educational opportunities for the individuals with disabilities, and the lead of linkage between local related organizations can be expected through the establishment of the support system for lifelong education for the individuals with disabilities at Chosun University.
