This study aims to quantitatively understand the influence of changes in functional cosmetics purchasing sentiment on purchasing behavior and purchase satisfaction after the COVID-19 pandemic and present empirical analysis results regarding the rapidly changing cosmetics consumption market. This study empirically analyzed the structural relationship between non-face-to-face service purchase behavior, functional cosmetics purchase behavior, and functional cosmetics purchase satisfaction to predict purchase behavior of functional cosmetics by psychological characteristics after COVID-19. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 (Statistical Package for Social Science) program and Amos 21.0, and correlation analysis was performed to understand the relationship between consumers' purchasing behaviors of functional cosmetics according to their perception of risk of COVID-19 carried out.Summarizing the results of this study, it was found that the higher the anxiety after the corona outbreak, the higher the non-face-to-face service purchase behavior and the functional cosmetics purchase behavior. It was found that purchase satisfaction increased when purchasing behavior of functional cosmetics increased, but purchase satisfaction decreased as anxiety increased after the outbreak of Corona. In this study, a sample of 1452 people were used as research data, and the theoretical implications for the development of functional cosmetics were presented by confirming the effect of changes in non-face-to-face service purchase behavior according to psychological characteristics after Corona 19 on consumer satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to observe the current consumption of bedding products, purchase behavior, and to compare between purchase criteria and degree of satisfaction after the purchase. Independent variables are age, consumer's knowledge and involvement about the bedding materials. This study can contribute for bedding product marketing strategies and design development. We used questionnaires that were distributed to 500 females aged in 20s to 50s, using stratified sampling method. Only 457 reliable questionnaires were selected for statistical analysis. Data were analyzed statistically through frequencies, paired t-test, ANOVA, Dunnett T3, Chi-test, using SPSS (Version 12.0). The results of this study are as follows. The types of bedroom was significantly associated with age variables. Women in 20's to 30's were using the mixture of Ondol and bed(chimdaie), while 40's to 50's women were using bed for all their rooms. The usage of filling material for the comforter(ibul) was significantly associated with the age group. 20's to 30's age group preferred synthetic fibers for the filling, while 40 to 50's women preferred cotton fibers. Generally, the most of people used quilted comforter and they used cotton material as filling materials of comforters. As to purchase behavior, the most frequent place of purchase was specialty store of bedding products, and the highest percentage of motivation for purchase was "deformation after the use/throwing away". Purchase motivation for bedding was related with the age variable and the clusters based on the knowledge of bedding materials. We analysed the comparison test purchase criteria and satisfaction. In all attributes except brand image, people evaluated lower in satisfaction after purchase than in criteria before purchase.

This study examines age differences with respect to consumers' clothing purchase behavior. First, the differences of age groups were investigated according to clothing purchase behavior, which include purchase item, purchase price, purchase channel, information resources, purchase frequency, and monthly clothing expenditures. Second, the differences of segmented groups by age variable were investigated according to clothing purchase behaviors after segmenting consumers by clothing shopping orientation. An on-line survey was conducted from July 2 to July 10, 2019, and 500 data were collected from adults aged 20s to 60s who had bought their own clothes within one year. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-squared test, ANOVA and Duncan-test using SPSS 21.0. This findings showed that there were significant differences in purchase item, purchase price, purchase channel, purchase frequency, and information resources according to age group. As a result of segmentation by shopping orientation, consumers were classified into three groups of high shopping involvement, low shopping involvement, and economic pursuit. In addition, there were partly significant differences in clothing purchase behavior according to classified groups by age variable.

This study was fulfilled in the purpose of proposing construction strategies of Internet shopping-mall through the analysis of consumer moving line in Internet shopping-mall. This study was executed in two stages: theoretical study, qualitative study. In the theoretical study, hypothetical Internet shopping behavior model were constructed. Five internet shopping behavior types of apparel : purchase, searching purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation, opinion leadership and recreation were constructed. Next, consumer decision process were extracted from previous studies and a hypothetical internet shopping behavior model was constructed on the base of consumer decision process and Internet shopping behavior types. And then, through the qualitative study, Internet shopping behavior types were identified and hypothetical model was confirmed after adjustment. For qualitative study, 30 subjects were sampled by focus sampling and investigated by in-depth interview and observation. Seven internet shopping behavior types of apparel were found by the qualitative study: cautious purchase by price comparison, searching purchase, special low price purchase, impulse purchase, prepurchase deliberation, information accumulation and recreation-oriented. On the base of these behavior types, Internet shopping behavior model was adjusted and completed. Finally, according to the results of this study, Internet shopping construction methods that made customer's loyalty high and marketing strategy of Internet shopping-mall were proposed.
This study explores the effect of time-deals, i.e., online promotions with time limit. Recently many online/mobile shopping sites in China utilize so called hot deal marketing technique for a short duration at a specific time. The purpose of "time-deals" is to attract online shoppers with deep discounted price and induce consumers to purchase items. This paper examines the effect of time-deals on sales volume, firstly by comparing the sales volume of time-deal days with that of no time-deal days and secondly by comparing the sales volume of days before and after two types of time deals, usual time-deals and special time-deals, Although some prior research studied the role of time-deals in promoting consumers' purchase behavior, most used the experimental approach by building mock-up shopping sites and asking participants purchase intention. However, purchase intention does not always result in purchase behavior. This study extracted actual purchase data for four items on time-deals from an online shopping site in China. A comparison of sales volumes on time-deal days with no time-deal days has shown the significant difference in the sales volumes. This finding confirms the positive effect of time-deals on purchase behavior. This study has also found that special time-deals soak up near-future demands in advance and lower the sales after the special time-deal event, although there is no significant difference in sales before and after usual time-deals.
This paper takes the factors influencing consumers' purchase of organic agricultural products before and after the COVID-19 epidemic as the starting point, decomposes Chinese consumers' purchase behavior of organic agricultural products into questionnaire surveys before and after the COVID-19 epidemic with the help of the theory of planned behavior, and builds structural equation regression models to compare and analyze them respectively. The study investigates whether this change has any impact on consumers' purchasing behavior of organic agricultural products, and proposes rationalized countermeasures from different perspectives based on the results of the study. To this end, this study collected 219 valid questionnaires by combing through domestic and international literature and referring to scholars' mature scales for measurement. The results showed that consumers' attitudes, subjective norms and perceptual behavioral control of organic agricultural products before and after the COVID-19 epidemic had a significant positive effect on consumers' willingness to purchase; however, it can be seen that the intervention of the COVID-19 epidemic event has significantly improved consumers' attitudes, subjective norms and perceptual behavioral control of organic agricultural products.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the main factors of return and consumers' return behavior types and also to find out the characteristics of consumer's purchasing behavior according to consumer's return behavior type. The Questionnaires was administered 315 males and females, who had experience of clothing purchase and return in internet shopping mall. The results were as follows. First, the factors of return were classified into quality of product, delivery, service, consumer's change of mind, and impulse buying. Second, 4 types of consumer's return behavior were categorized into habitual, dissatisfaction in product quality, dissatisfaction in delivery, and impulse buying. Third, Consumer's return behavior types were not significantly related to the frequency of purchase, information search. However there were significant differences in satisfaction of return process, dissatisfaction after return, and negative word of mouth according to the consumer's return behavior types.
This study discussed the consumption and purchase behaviors of wine by hotel F&B employees based on cluster analysis. Consumption behavior was separated into two categories: place and frequency of drinking. Purchase behavior was divided into two as well: place and price of purchasing. In general, consumption behavior was more influenced by drinking place rather than price, with a wine bar being the most preferred place to drink. Further, purchase behavior was more dependent on the price than place, specifically mid-range priced wine. When selecting wine, "taste" was the most important quality considered for both consumption and purchase behaviors, followed by "price". In addition, "vintage" and "country/winery" were also considered important for consumption behavior. There was no further significant difference among selection attributes for wine quality in terms of purchase behavior. Overall satisfaction after wine consumption was 3.73. Frequency of drinking had a greater impact on overall satisfaction than drinking place. Overall satisfaction after wine purchasing was 3.72, and satisfaction level was greater when a wine was purchased at a wine bar rather than a general bar. With respect to country of origin, France, USA, Chile and Argentina wines all showed even variation among selection attributes for wine quality. However, Italian wine displayed a below average score under "vintage" and "bottle design", whereas Spanish wine did so under "brand". Lastly, Australian wine displayed the lowest scores for all selection attributes.
The number of internet electronic commerce users has increased steadily and EC is now considered not only as the communication tools, but also as the economic activity. But in spite of these global trends, current studies limited to managerial approach are insufficient in the evaluation of EC policies and situations. The purpose of this study are to present satisfaction of customers who will operate foreign internet shopping mall, and to analysis after-purchase behavior on EC satisfaction. As a result of making regression analysis, for its satisfaction. the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall Contents", "Information supply", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", "Customer Service" were accepted at the p<.0.05 level of significance, for its after purchase behavior, the hypotheses on "Shopping Mall structure", "Convenience of order process", "Economy", "The reliability", etc factors were accepted at the p<0.05 level of significant in 4 factors. In order words, electronic commerce satisfaction became greater when better convenience and economy were provided, the ethics were observed better, more diverse information was supplied and better system support was given, and those who had a higher educational background or better perception of electronic commerce felt more satisfaction. Finally, more usefulness of electronic commerce led to bigger satisfaction after purchase.
Even though self-confidence is a personal factor of a people, it works as behavioristic factor in consumer behavior. In this study, the influence of consumer self-confidence on clothing purchase behavior was investigated. A total of 284 data sets were analyzed after collecting questionnaires from college students in Seoul using convenient sampling method. For data analysis, chi-square test, analysis of variance, reliability test and factor analysis were performed by SPSSWIN program. The results were as followed. First, the clothing purchase places were affected by the consumers' level of self-confidence. The more confident consumers preferred internet shopping and Dongdaemun market to large-scale shops. The discount stores were selected by the less confident consumers. Second, information search was one of the main reasons to visit internet shopping mall by the more confident consumers. Third, the more confident consumers showed the higher level of clothing involvement than the less confident consumers. Finally, unplanned purchases, such as pure impulse buying and reminder buying were more likely to occur by the more confident consumers with less purchase conflicts.
