The purpose of this study is to provide information necessary for establishing a new strategy for customer service improvement by deriving factors affecting user satisfaction and continuous use intention of mobile app service user characteristics, system characteristics, and social characteristics. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, reliability, innovation, familiarity, convenience, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app are analyzed as factors that have the greatest influence on user's perceived usefulness. Second, convenience, mobility, and visibility are some of the characteristics of mobile app service. Third, identity, security, and expectation agreement among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as negative factors that do not affect users' perceived usefulness. Fourth, interactivity, familiarity, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app service were analyzed as positive factors that have the greatest effect on user's perceived ease of use. Fifth, reliability, mobility, visibility, and convenience among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as factors that have some positive effects on perceived ease of use of app users. Sixth, identity, innovation, and security among the characteristics of mobile app service are negatively influenced by mobile app users' perceived ease of use. Seventh, the perceived usefulness of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor that has a very positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor affecting perceived usefulness positively. Ninth, the perceived ease and expectation of mobile app users are positively influenced on user satisfaction. The tenth, the perceived usefulness of the mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a very positive influence on the persistent intention to use. For the eleventh, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a positive effect on the persistent intention to use. The twelfth, mobile app user satisfaction was analyzed as a factor having a very positive effect on the persistent intention to use.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction of workers of Independent Living support centers for the disabled focusing on demographic factors, organizational factor, job factor, and psycho-emotional factors. A survey was conducted on 236 workers at 108 centers, and a logistic regression was conducted to analyze to factors affecting the job satisfaction of the center workers. health status, job suitability and self-efficacy are found to have a significant effect on job satisfaction among workers of centers. Based on these findings, specific measures and suggestions are proposed to improve job satisfaction among workers of Independent Living support centers for the disabled.

In this study, the factors affecting reality aspect of virtual reality system were identified through Quality Function Deployment. The influence of some selected factors was evaluated in simulated performance test. It was shown that the factor of whether user can break through the objects in virtual space is the most sensitive to performance, followed by the factors of rotation angle and movement step. Also, the results implied that as more referents were provided to user, feeling of reality was enhanced.

Firstly, this study has analyzed the following factors affecting the optimum specifications and design of distributive transformers: 1. Facilities installation cost per unit power output. 2. Facilities operating & maintenance cost per unit power output. 3. Production cost per unit power output. 4. Load factor. 5. Loss factor. Secondly, it has clarified the relations between the following factors and the specifications and design of distributive transformers; 1. No-load loss., 2. Load loss., 3. Voltage regulation., 4. Exciting current. Finally, it has determined the method of the most economic design for the transformers using the above factors and relations, and, for optimum the illustrative purpose, suggested their optimum specifications, way of evaluation, and merits by means of typical example.

Measuring the river flow and water quality in the midstream of the Nakdong River, the natural purification status in examined through the analyses of the elements which affect the variation of dissolved oxygen, and DO model is evaluated to the midstream reach of the river. The major results of this study are as follows; the pruification factor of the of the river is relatively high, it is worried over eutrophication considering much production of algae, and it is evaluated that important factor affecting the DO value computed by the proposed DO model are in order of reaeration coefficient, carbonaceous BOD and deoxygenation constant.

Objectives : This research was performed to investigate the characteristics and determination factors of health care policy satisfaction and welfare recognition for health insurance & health care financing. Methods : The utilized data were 4,174 cases who responded to a welfare recognition survey in the 8th wave of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (2013). The statistical methodology used in this study is the multiple regression model. Results : The significant affecting factors of health care policy satisfaction were age, education, household income, welfare attitudes, and health status. Medical utilization & private medical insurance were not related to health care policy satisfaction. The affecting factors of health insurance reinforcement were age, health status, welfare attitudes. The affecting factors of health care financing expansion were age, economic activity type, medical utilization, welfare attitudes. The affecting factors of welfare attitudes were age, economic activity type, household income, health insurance, and health status. Conclusions : Health care policy satisfaction, health insurance reinforcement, and health care financing expansion were all affected by age and welfare attitude; but this was not the case for private health insurance. This study recommended that the Korean government provide active planning for reinforcement of health insurance and publicity of the health care system in order to accord with the prospects of people.

Purpose: To assess the health behavior practices and related factors among married women teachers. Methods: A descriptive correlation research design was employed. The subjects were 216 married women teachers who were conveniently sampled from 14 elementary schools, two middle schools and one high school. The data were collected using structured questionnaires and were analyzed via $x^2$-test, t-test, and logistic regression. Results: In terms of health behavior practices, 48.8% of subjects exercised more than once per week, 61.9% were consumers of alcohol, all of the subjects were non-smokers, 39.5% practiced healthy eating habit and 35.5% got an appropriate amount of sleep. In our logistic regression analysis, the significant factors affecting exercise practice were marriage years, and personality type. Factors affecting alcohol consumption were school grade and factors affecting eating habit were personality type, and school grade. Age was the only factor influencing adequate sleeping hours. Conclusion: We determined that each of the health behavior practices of married women teachers varied considerably in accordance with age, personality type, school grade, duration of work, and job stress, job satisfaction. The findings provide information that should be useful for the development of an integrated health promotion program for married women teachers.

In this study, we investigated the effectiveness of e-Learning, and attempted to identify factors affecting educational results. Based on survey data from 712 distance learning participants, we selected and verified factors affecting educational results through a correlation analysis and confidential test. Participants' scores were standardized and considered as a dependent variable representing educational effectiveness. Through several tests using the program AMOS, we suggest the most appropriate structural equation that can verify the causal relation of factors affecting the effectiveness of e-Learning. In result, the most important factor affecting score which is our measurement for educational effectiveness is job-possession. The fidelity has slightly direct influence to the score and the satisfaction has least indirect influence to the score.

This study was carried out to find out factors affecting on organizational commitment of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 135 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The dependent variable of the study was organizational commitment (responsibility of organization and propensity to stay), and the independent variables were general characteristic of respondents and components of job satisfaction - "task", "organizational operation system", "opportunity of development", "interpersonal relationship" - of hospital physical therapists. Important factors affecting the responsibility of organizational commitment were religion, work period, task satisfaction, opportunity of development. And propensity to stay was significantly affected by religion, work period, and four components of job satisfaction. In considering above findings, for improving factors affecting on organizational commitment of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by providing the adequate job environment.

In the past days, most of studies about website and Online behavior have been mainly focused on the adoption of website and internet shopping or internet shopping mall. But the model of website revisit behavior has not been made and the leading theory of website usage behavior has not been existed. Lately, many researches on commercial website revisiting behavior are emphasizing the role of intention, attitude, satisfaction in online visiting behavior such as Jarvenpaa et al. [1997, 1999, 2000], Wang et al. [2001], Moon & Kim [2001], Heijden[2003], Sultan et al. [2002], Yoon [2000], Shankar et al. [2002a, 2002b], Mcknight et al. [2002], Chen & Dhillon [2003] and so on. The purpose of this paper is two-folds. The one is to find the affecting factors on the website users' revisit behavior in commercial website and the other is to search more influencing ones on the determinant factors, to analyze research model using in LISREL. The EFA and reliability test was executed by for finding the validity and reliability, covariance matrix analysis was executed for the purpose of testing the 13 hypotheses. The major finding of this paper would be summarized as followed : (1) The roles of satisfaction and attitude to the revisit behavior are very important and both variables have determining effects in commercial website revisit behavior. (2) The determining factors in positively affecting website users' satisfaction are attitude, perceived usefulness, design. (3) The determining factors in positively affecting website users' attitude are perceived usefulness, design, perceived ease of use, and negatively affecting factor was perceived risk in website.
