종괴가 큰 병기 Ib, IIa, IIb 자궁경부암에서 다분할 방사선치료의 결과 (Results of Hyperfractionated Radiation Therapy in Bulky Stage Ib, IIa, and IIb Uterine Cervical Cancer)

  • 목적 : 종양의 크기가 5cm 이상인 병기 Ib, IIa와 IIb 자궁경부암 환자에서 다분할 외부방사선 치료와 강내 치료의 효과를 알아 보기 위해 본 연구를 시행하였다. 재료 및 방법 : 1991년 7월부터 1994년 4월까지 계명대학교 동산의료원 치료방사선과에서 다분할 방사선치료를 받은 자궁경부암환자 41명을 대상으로 하였다. 환자의 분포는 종양의 크기가 5cm 이상의 병기 Ib, IIa가 각각 3명, 6명, 병기 IIb가 32명이었고 평균연령은 55세이었다. 방사선 치료는 외부방사선치료로 전골반강에 하루에 120cGy를 2회(최소 5시간 같격) 조사하여 3600-5520cGy 조사하고 양측자궁경관주위에 조사량이 4480-6480cGy 되도록 4x loom 중간차폐를 하여 조사한 후 A 지점에 전체 조사량이 Ib,IIa에는 7480-8520cGy, IIb에는 8480-9980cGy 되도록 강내조사를 시행하였다. 최장기 및 중앙 추적기간은 각각 70개월, 47개월이었다. 통계적으로 생존률과 단일변수분석은 각각 Kaplan-Myer법과 Log-rank 법을 이용하였다. 결과: 5년 국소제어률은 $78\%$이었고 5년 생존률은 전체환자에서 $66.1\%$이였었고 병기 Ib, IIa 에서 $44.4\%$, 병기 IIb에서 $71.4\%$이었다. 종양의 크기가 5cm 이상인 IIb(11명)에서 5년 국소제어률과 5년생존률이 각각 $88.9\%,\;73\%$이었다. 5년 생존률이 림프절전이 유무에 따라 $74\%\;vs\;25\%$(P=0.0015)로 유의하게 차이가 있었다. A 지점의 선량(84Gy 이상 vs 840y 이하)에 따른 생존률의 차이는 $70\%\;vs\;42.8\%$(P=0.1)로 나타났으며 병기 Ib,IIa에서 IIb보다 낮은 국소제어률과 생존율을 보인 것은 A 지점의 평균 선량이 Ib, IIa에서는 79Gy, IIb에서는 89Gy로 유의한 차이가 나는 것이 요인이 될 것으로 사료된다. 전체 재발률은 $39\%$(16/41)이었고 국소재발이 $14\%$(6/41) 원격전이가 $19.5\%$(8/41) 동시재발이 $4.8\%$(2/41)이었다. 부작용으로는 급성 3도 위장관계 부작용이 3명 $(7.3\%)$에서 있었고 3도의 백혈구 감소증이 2명$(4.9\%)$에서 있었으며 3도 이상의 만성 부작용은 없었고 치료에 의한 사망은 없었다. 결론 :다분할 방사선 치료시 종양의 크기가 큰 Ib,IIa에서는 A지점의 방사선량을 85Gy 이상으로 높일 필요가 있을 것으로 사료되며 종양의 크기가 5cm 이상의 병기 IIb인 자궁경부암 환자에서 다분할 방사선치료와 근접방사선치료는 심각한 합병증 없이 시행될 수 있을 것으로 생각되며 생존률의 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료되나 환자의 수가 적으므로 더 많은 환자를 대상으로 장기간의 추적을 통해 검증되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

정미기의 능률에 미치는 기계적 요인및 작동조건에 관한 연구 (Mechanical and Operational Factors Affecting the Efficiency of Rice Polishing Machines)

  • In analyzing the operational characteristics of a rice whitening machine, the internal radial pressure of the machine was measured using strain gage equipment. Changes in cylinder and feed screw configurations, screen type, cylinder speed and counter-pressure levels were examined to determine their impact on the quality and quantity of milled rice and the performance of the machine. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The internal radial pressure in the whitening chamber varied with the surface condition of the grain being processed. During the first or second pass through the machine, pressure was relatively low, reached a maximum after two to three passes with combinations I and II, three to six with combination III and then began to fall. 2. The pitch of the feed screw and the size of the feed gate opening which determine the rate of entry of grain into the whitening chamber, appeared to be the most important factor aff-::cting the degree of radial pressure, quality and quantity of milled rice and the efficiency of the machine. Using a feed screw with a wide pitch (4.8cm), radial pressure was relatively high and head rice recovery ratio \vere quite low. In this case capacity and machine effic?iency were much higher than obtained when using a feed screw with a narrow pitch (2.3cm). Very significant responses in radial pressure, head rice recovery rates and machine capacity were observed with changes in cylinder speed and counter-pressure levels when using the wide pitch feed screw. 3. The characteristics of the screen which surrounds the whitening chamber had an important effect on whitening efficiency. The existence of small protuberances on the original screen resulted in significant increases in both machine capacity and efficiency but without a significant decrease in head rice recovery or development of excessive radial pressure. Further work is required to determine the effects of screen surface conditions and the shape of the cylinderical steel roller on the rate of bran removal, machine efficiency and recovery rates. The size of the slotted perforations 0:1 the screen affects total milled rice recovery. The opening size on the original screen was fabricated to accommodate the round shape of Japonica rice varieties but was not suitable for the more slender Indica type. Milling Indica varieties with this screen resulted in a reduction in total milled rice recovery. 4. An increase in cylinder speed from 380 to 820 rpm produced a positive effect on head rice recovery for all machine combinations at every level of counter-pressure used in the tests. Head rice recovery was considerably lower at 380rpm using a wide screw pitch when compared to the results obtained at speeds from 600 to 820 r.p.m. The effects of cylinder speed On radial pressure, capacity and machine efficiency showed contrasting results, depending on the width of the feed screw pitch. With a narrow feed screw pitch (2.3cm), a direct proportional relationship was observed bet?ween cylinder speed and both radial pressure and machine efficiency. In contrast, using a 4.8 centimeter pitch feed roller produced a series of inverse relationships between the above variables. Based on the results of this study it is recommended when milling Indica type long grain rice varieties that the cylinder speed of the original machine be increased from 500-600 rmp up to a minimum of 800 rpm to obtain a greater abrasive effect between the grain and the screen. The pitch of the feed screw should be also reduced to decr?ease the level of internal radial pressure and to obtain higher machine efficiency and increased quality of milled rice with increased cylinder speeds. Further study on the interaction between cylinder speed and feed screw pitch is recommended. 5. An increase in the counter pressure level produced a negative effect On the head rice recovery with an increase in radial pressure, capacity, and machine efficiency over all combinations and at every level of cylinder speed. 6. Head rice recovery rates were conditioned primarily by the pressure inside the whitening chamber. According to the empirical cha racteristics curve developed in this study, the relationships of head rice recovery ($Y_h$) and machine capacity ($Y_c$/TEX>) to internal radial pressure ($X_p$) followed an inverse quadratic function and a linear function respectively: $$Y_h^\Delta=\frac{1}{{1.4383-0.2951X_p^\ast+0.1425X_p^{\ast\ast}}^2} , (R^2=0.98)$$$$Y_c^\Delta=-305.83+374.37X_p^{\ast\ast}, (R^2=0.88)$$The correlation between capacity and power consumption per unit of brown rice expressed in the following exponential function: $$Y_c^\Delta=1.63Y_c^{-0.7786^\{\ast\ast}, (R^2=0.94)$$These relationships indicate that when radial pressure increases above a certain range (1. 6 to 2.0 kg/$cm^2$ based On the results of the experiment) head ricerecovery decrea?ses in a quadratic relation with a inear increase in capacity but without any decrease in power consump tion per unit of brown rice. On the other hand, if radial pressure is below the range shown above, power consumption increases dramatically with a lin?ear decrease in capacity but without significant increases in head rice recovery. During the operation of a given whitening machine, the optimum radial pressure range or the correct capacity range should be selected by controlling the feed rate and/or counter-pressure keeping in mind the condition of the grain, particulary the hardness. It was observed that the total number of passes is related to radial pessure level, feed rate and counter-pressure level. The higher theradial pressure the fewer num?ber of pass required but with decreased head rice recovery. In particular, when using high feed rates, the total number of passes should be increased to more than three by reducing the counter-pressure level to avoid decreaseases in head rice recovery (less than 65 percent head rice recovery on the basis of brown rice) at every cylinder speed. 7. A rapid rise in grain temperature seemed to have a close relationship with the pressure generated inside the whitening chamber and, subsequently with head rice reco?very rates. The higher the rate of increase, the lower were the resulting head rice recoveries.

우포습지의 저서성 대형무척추동물 다양성과 군집 특성 (Biodiversity and Community Composition of Benthic Macroinvertebrates from Upo Wetlands in Korea)

  • 본 조사는 경남 우포습지 일대의 우포(4개 지점), 목포(2개 지점). 사지포(1개 지점), 쪽지벌(1개 지점), 여벌(1개 지점), 그리고 토평천 본류(2개 지점)를 대상으로 2002년 10월부터 2003년 8월까지 사계절에 걸친 저서성 대형무척추동물(저서무척추동물)의 다양성과 계절적 군집 특성을 규명하고자 실시되었다. 조사의 결과 우포습지는 연안대가 잘 발달하여 저서무척추동물의 서식에 양호한 환경을 지니고 있었지만, 홍수시 범람으로 인한 잦은 연안대의 교란이 저서무척추동물의 생존과 분포에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 조사기간 동안 채집된 저서무척추동물은 총 3문 7강 15목 59과 105속 135종으로 밝혀져서 우포습지가 지금까지 우리나라에서 알려진 습지 가운데 가장 높은 저서무척추동물 다양성을 나타냈다. 그 중에서 절지동물인 수서곤충류가 103종(파리목 27종, 잠자리목 24종, 딱정벌레목 19종 노린재목 16종, 하루살이목 9종, 날도래목 7종, 톡토기목 1종)으로 가장 많았고, 갑각류가 2종, 연체동물이 19종(복족류 12종, 이매패류 7종), 그리고 환형동물이 11종(빈모류 1종, 거머리류 10종) 채집되었다. 조사지점별 저서무척추동물상은 사지포(St.G)와 쪽지벌(St.H)에서 각각 54종과 53종이 출현하여 가장 높은 다양성을 나타냈고, 그 외의 거의 모든 지점도 40종이 넘게 출현하여 비교적 높은 다양성을 나타냈다. 정량채집(0.5m${\times}$2m) 자료에 의한 저서무척추동물 분류군의 개체수 구성비는 연체동물(5.3%), 환형동물(3.5%), 갑각류(3.2%)를 제외한 거의 모두가 수서곤충류(88.0%)로서 특히 파리목(61.0%)에 속하는 깔따구과의 개체수 현존량이 높았다. 개체수에 따른 우점종의 경우 정수역에서는 깔따구류, 잠자리류, 노린재류, 딱정벌레류, 갑각류, 복족류 등 우점종의 종류가 다양하였고, 유수역의 경우 깔따구류와 꼬마하루살이류가 대체로 우점하였다. 그러나 생체량을 고려할 때 복족류(논우렁이류)가 대체로 우점하는 저서무척추동물이었다. 우점도지수는 가을 0.22~0.51(평균$\pm$표준편차 0.42$\pm$0.09), 겨울 0.31~0.96(0.62$\pm$0.23). 여름 0.30~0.89(0.57$\pm$0.18)였고, 다양도지수는 가을 3.50~4.26(3.80$\pm$0.24), 겨울 1.55~4.50(3 10$\pm$1.01), 여름 1.35~3.77(2.55$\pm$0.69)였다. 홍수 후의 조사에서 노린재류, 딱정벌레류, 복족류 등 이동성이 높거나 완전히 수중생활에 적응한 종류의 회복이 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 전체 조사지점 중에서 우포와 사지포의 평균 다양도지수가 가장 높게 나타나서 그 지역이 양호한 저서무척추동물의 서식처를 형성하고 있음을 시사하였다.

연부 조직 육종의 수술 후 방사선 치료 결과 (Postoperative Radiation Therapy in the Soft-tissue Sarcoma)

  • 목적 : 최근들어 연부 조직 육종의 치료방법이 광범위 구획절제에서 사지기능을 보존하는 제한적 수술과 방사선/항암화학요법의 다병용치료로 변환되고 있으며 광범위 수술과 유사한 치료성적을 거두고 있다. 저자들은 수술후 방사선 치료를 시행한 연부 조직 육종 환자를 대상으로 치료 결과 및 실패 양상을 알아보고 관련된 예후 인자를 분석하여 수술 후 방사선치료의 역할을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 대상환자는 1983년부터 1994년까지 치료한 60명이었고 모두 추적관찰이 가능했으며 평균 추적기간은 50개월이었다. 원발병소는 상$\cdot$하지가 35례(58$\%$)로 가장 많았고 체간 12례(20$\%$), 두경부 7례(12$\%$)였으며 병리학적 유형에 따른 구분은 악성섬유구종 14례(23$\%$), 지방육종이 10례(17$\%$), 악성신경섬유종 7례(12$\%$) 등 이었다. 전체환자중 6례를 제외하고는 조직학적등급의 분석이 가능했고 grade I, II, III가 각각 27례(45$\%$), 3례(5$\%$), 24례(40$\%$)였다. 수술적 절제는 19례(32$\%$)에서 광범위절제, 36례(50$\%$)에서 변연절제, 5례(8$\%$)에서 국소절제를 시행하였다. 방사선치료선량은 28.8-80Gy였고 25례에서 방사선치료와 함께 항암화학 요법을 병용하였다. 결과 : 최종분석 시 실패 양상은 국소재발이 20례(25$\%$), 원격전이 7례(12$\%$), 국소재발과 원격전이를 동반한 경우가 14례(23$\%$)였다. 원격전이한 환자는 구제치료와 상관 없이 모두 사망하였고 국소재발한 환자중 5명이 구제치료에 성공하여 무병생존하였다. 전체환자의 2년 및 5년 국소제어률은 68.0$\%$와 48.7$\%$로 비교적 저조한 결과를 보였다. 국소제어을에 영향을 미친 예후인자는 조직학적 유형, AJCC 병기, 조직학적 등급, 수술의 범위, 수술절연 침범 유무 및 잔존종양 정도, 림프절 전이 유무(p<0.05)였다. 전체 환자의 5년 생존률과 5년 무병생존률은 각각 60.4$\%$, 36.6$\%$였고 평균 생존기간은 89개월이었다 단변량 분석에 의한 생존률에 영향을 미친 예후인자로는 조직학적 유형, AJCC 병기, 림프절 전이 유무, 조직학적 등급, 수술절연 침범 유무와 잔존 종양 정도 였다. 결론 : 결론적으로 본 연구 결과 연부 조직 육종에서 제한적 수술과 수술 후 방사선치료로 비록 저조한 국소제어률을 보였으나 사지 절단 혹은 광범위 구획절제와 비교시 유사한 생존률을 얻었다.

지각된 품질요인이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향: PB와 NB간의 차이분석 (The Effects of Perceived Quality Factors on the Customer Loyalty: Focused on the Analysis of Difference between PB and NB)

  • 소비자의 구매 행위가 합리적이고 실용적인 방향으로 변화하는데 힘입어 할인점업계는 급속한 외형적인 성장과 함께 경쟁도 치열하다. 따라서 업계는 그 해결책으로 차별화와 수익성을 동시에 실현 시킬 수 있는 유통업체 브랜드(PB: Private Brand) 개발에 사활을 걸고 있다. 또한 치열한 경쟁 환경 하에서 생존하기 위해서는 고객만족을 넘어서 고객충성도를 높이는 것이 효과적인 방법임이 밝혀짐에 따라 PB가 고객충성도를 제고시키기 위한 전략적인 도구로 사용되고 있다. PB 이용 고객의 충성도를 높이려면 우선 고객집단의 특성을 파악해서 소비자가 지각하는 품질수준을 우선적으로 맞춰줘야 고객만족과 고객신뢰를 얻을 수 있고 결과적으로 고객충성도로 유도할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 지각된 품질에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 변수들 간의 관계에 대한 체계적인 분석결과를 제시하기 위해 선행연구에서 검증된 인과관계를 기반으로 연구모형과 연구가설을 설정했고, 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 기업명성, 브랜드명성, 제품경험, 브랜드친숙도가 높을수록 지각된 품질이 높아지고, 지각된 품질이 높을수록 고객만족, 고객신뢰, 고객충성도가 높아지며, 고객만족과 고객신뢰가 높을수록 고객충성도가 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 기업명성이 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향력은 PB가 NB보다 높게 나타난 반면 브랜드명성과 브랜드친숙도가 지각된 품질에 미치는 영향력은 NB가 PB보다 높게 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 지각된 품질에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 결과요인에 대한 보다 명확한 이해를 바탕으로 실무자가 마케팅 활동을 하는데 유용하게 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • Hemodialysis is essential treatment for the chronic renal failure patient's long-term cure and for the patient management before and after kidney transplantation. It sustains the endstage renal failure patient's life which didn't get well despite strict regimen and furthermore it becomes an essential treatment to maintain civil life. Bursing implementation in hemodialysis may affect the significant effect on patient's life. The purpose of this study was to obtain the basic data to solve the hypotension problem encountable to patient and the blood loss problem affecting hemodialysis patient'a anemic states by incomplete rinsing of blood in coil through all process of hemodialysis. The subjects for this study were 44 patients treated hemodialysis 691 times in the hemodialysis unit, The .data was collected at Gang Nam 51. Mary's Hospital from January 1, 1981 to April 30, 1981 by using the direct observation method and the clinical laboratory test for laboratory data and body weight and was analysed by the use of analysis of Chi-square, t-test and anlysis of varience. The results obtained an follows; A. On clinical laboratory data and other data by dialysis Procedure. The average initial body weight was 2.37 ± 0.97kg, and average body weight after every dialysis was 2.33 ± 0.9kg. The subject's average hemoglobin was 7.05±1.93gm/dl and average hematocrit was 20.84± 3.82%. Average initial blood pressure was 174.03±23,75mmHg and after dialysis was 158.45±25.08mmHg. The subject's average blood ion due to blood sample for laboratory data was 32.78±13.49cc/ month. The subject's average blood replacement for blood complementation was 1.31 ±0.88 pint/ month for every patient. B. On the hypotensive state and the coping approaches occurrence rate of hypotension was 28.08%. It was 194 cases among 691 times. 1. In degrees of initial blood pressure, the most 36.6% was in the group of 150-179mmHg, and in degrees of hypotension during dialysis, the most 28.9% in the group of 40-50mmHg, especially if the initial blood pressure was under 180mmHg, 59.8% clinical symptoms appeared in the group of“above 20mmHg of hypotension”. If initial blood pressure was above 180mmHg, 34.2% of clinical symptoms were appeared in the group of“above 40mmHg of hypotension”. These tendencies showed the higher initial blood pressure and the stronger degree of hypotension, these results showed statistically singificant differences. (P=0.0000) 2. Of the occuring times of hypotension,“after 3 hrs”were 29.4%, the longer the dialyzing procedure, the stronger degree of hypotension ann these showed statistically significant differences. (P=0.0142). 3. Of the dispersion of symptoms observed, sweat and flush were 43.3%, and Yawning, and dizziness 37.6%. These were the important symptoms implying hypotension during hemodialysis accordingly. Strages of procedures in coping with hypotension were as follows ; 45.9% were recovered by reducing the blood flow rate from 200cc/min to 1 00cc/min, and by reducing venous pressure to 0-30mmHg. 33.51% were recovered by controling (adjusting) blood flow rate and by infusion of 300cc of 0,9% Normal saline. 4.1% were recovered by infusion of over 300cc of 0.9% normal saline. 3.6% by substituting Nor-epinephiine, 5.7% by substituting blood transfusion, and 7,2% by substituting Albumin were recovered. And the stronger the degree of symptoms observed in hypotention, the more the treatments required for recovery and these showed statistically significant differences (P=0.0000). C. On the effects of the changes of blood pressure and osmolality by albumin and hemofiltration. 1. Changes of blood pressure in the group which didn't required treatment in hypotension and the group required treatment, were averaged 21.5mmHg and 44.82mmHg. So the difference in the latter was bigger than the former and these showed statistically significant difference (P=0.002). On the changes of osmolality, average mean were 12.65mOsm, and 17.57mOsm. So the difference was bigger in the latter than in the former but these not showed statistically significance (P=0.323). 2. Changes of blood pressure in the group infused albumin and in the group didn't required treatment in hypotension, were averaged 30mmHg and 21.5mmHg. So there was no significant differences and it showed no statistical significance (P=0.503). Changes of osmolality were averaged 5.63mOsm and 12.65mOsm. So the difference was smaller in the former but these was no stitistical significance (P=0.287). Changes of blood pressure in the group infused Albumin and in the group required treatment in hypotension were averaged 30mmHg and 44.82mmHg. So the difference was smaller in the former but there is no significant difference (P=0.061). Changes of osmolality were averaged 8.63mOsm, and 17.59mOsm. So the difference were smaller in the former but these not showed statistically significance (P=0.093). 3. Changes of blood pressure in the group iutplemented hemofiltration and in the Uoup didn't required treatment in hypotension were averaged 22mmHg and 21.5mmHg. So there was no significant differences and also these showed no statistical significance (P=0.320). Changes of osmolality were averaged 0.4mOsm and 12.65mOsm. So the difference was smaller in the former but these not showed statistical significance(P=0.199). Changes of blood pressure in the group implemented hemofiltration and in the group required treatment in hypotension were averaged 22mmHg and 44.82mmHg. So the difference was smatter in the former and these showed statistically significant differences (P=0.035). Changes of osmolality were averaged 0.4mOsm and 17.59mOsm. So the difference was smaller in the former but these not showed statistical significance (P=0.086). D. On the changes of body weight, and blood pressure, between the group of hemofiltration and hemodialysis. 1, Changes of body weight in the group implemented hemofiltration and hemodialysis were averaged 3.340 and 3.320. So there was no significant differences and these showed no statistically significant difference, (P=0.185) but standard deviation of body weight averaged in comparison with standard difference of body weight was statistically significant difference (P=0.0000). Change of blood Pressure in the group implemented hemofiltration and hemodialysis were averaged 17.81mmHg and 19.47mmHg. So there was no significant differences and these showed no statistically significant difference (P=0.119), But in comparison with standard deviation about difference of blood pressure was statistically significant difference. (P=0.0000). E. On the blood infusion method in coil after hemodialysis and residual blood losing method in coil. 1, On comparing and analysing Hct of residual blood in coil by factors influencing blood infusion method. Infusion method of saline 200cc reduced residual blood in coil after the quantitative comparison of Saline Occ, 50cc, 100cc, 200cc and the differences showed statistical significance (p < 0.001). Shaking Coil method reduced residual blood in Coil in comparison of Shaking Coil method and Non-Shaking Coil method this showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Adjusting pressure in Coil at OmmHg method reduced residual blood in Coil in comparison of adjusting pressure in Coil at OmmHg and 200mmHg, and this showed statistically significant difference (P < 0.001). 2. Comparing blood infusion method divided into 10 methods in Coil with every factor respectively, there was seldom difference in group of choosing Saline 100cc infusion between Coil at OmmHg. The measured quantity of blood loss was averaged 13.49cc. Shaking Coil method in case of choosing saline 50cc infusion while adjusting pressure in coil at OmmHg was the most effective to reduce residual blood. The measured quantity of blood loss was averaged 15.18cc.

저장(貯藏)간장의 생화학적(生化學的) 연구(硏究) (The Biochemical Studies on Stored Soy-sauce)

  • 12년(年) 묵은 개량식(改良式) 간장과, 20년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장 및 7년(年)묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장에 대(對)하여 화학적(化學的) 조성(組成)을 분석(分析)하고 microflora를 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1. 간장 맛에 영향을 주는 일반성분(一般成分)의 분석결과(分析結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) 오래 묵은 간장일수록 재래식(在來式) 및 개량식(改良式) 간장을 불문(不問)하고 맛을 좌우(左右)하는 성분(成分)인 유기산(有機酸), 유리환원당(遊離還元糖) 및 유리(遊離) 아미노산(酸)의 함량(含量)이 증가(增加)되었다. b) 유기산(有機酸)에 있어서 오래 묵은 간장일수록 비휘발성(非揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)은 증가(增加)하고 휘발성(揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)은 감소(減少)하며, 총산(總酸)은 비휘발성(非揮發性) 유기산(有機酸)에 의(依)하여 지배(支配)되어 있음을 알았다. c) 식염농도(食鹽濃度)는 오래 묵은 간장일수록 감소(減少)되었다. 2. 저장(貯藏)간장중(中)의 microflora를 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. a) 일반세균(一般細菌)은 묵은 간장중(中)에서 pH의 강하(降下) 및 식염농도(食鹽濃度)의 영향(影響)으로 생존(生存) 불능(不能) 상태(狀態)였다. b) 내염성(耐鹽性) 유산균(乳酸菌)은 저장(貯藏)함에 따라 식염농도(食鹽濃度)는 강하(降下)하기는 하나 pH의 강하(降下)로 거의 생존(生存)이 불능상태(不能(狀態)였다. c) 내염성효모(耐鹽性酵母)는 묵힐수록 어느 시기 이후는 식염농도(食鹽濃度)의 강하(降下) 및 pH 직강하(直降下)로 생존(生存)됨을 알았다. 3. Paper chromatography 및 colorimetry에 의(依)하여 유리(遊離) 아미노산(酸)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) 재래식(在來式) 간장에 있어서 7년(年)묵은 간장에 대하여 20년(年) 묵은 간장중에는 aspartic acid, glutamic acid, serine, valine, leucine, lysine, histidine, methionine이 증가(增加)하였고, alanine, tyrosine phenylalanine, cystine이 감소(減少)하였다. b) 개량식(改良式) 간장에 있어서는 colorimetry로 정량(定量)된 산(酸)의 양적(量的)인 변화(變化)는 햇간장에 대하여 12년(年)된 간장중의 methionine, tyrosine, histidine는 감소(減少)하고, phenylalanine는 증가(增加)하며 cystine는 별차(別差) 없었다. 4. Paper chromatography에 의하여 유리당류(遊離糖類)를 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) 12년(年)묵은 개량식(改良式) 간장중(中)에서 galactose, glucose, arabinose, xylose, rhamnose, maltose, unknown 1를 검출(檢出)하였고, 정량(定量)한 당류(糖類)의 함량(含量)은 maltose와 미지당(未知糖)을 제외(除外)하고 이상(以上)의 순위(順位)와 같았다. b) 20년(年), 7년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장에서 galactose, arabinose, xylose, glucose, rhamnose를 다같이 분리(分離)하였으며 그들의 함량(含量)은 이상(以上)의 순위(順位)와 같았다. c) 7년(年) 및 20년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장중(中)에서 햇간장중(中)에 별로 없든 glucose가 생성(生成)되었다. 5. Paper chromatograhpy에 의하여 유기산(有機酸)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같았다. a) Volatile acid i) 7년(年) 묵은 재래식(在來式) 간장중(中)에서 acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid를 분리(分離)하였으며, acetic acid가 제일 많았다. ii) 20년(年)된 재래식(在來式) 간장과, 12년(年)된 개량식(改良式) 간장중(中)에는 acetic acid가 주로 많았고, propionic acid, butyric acid는 흔적 정도(程度)로 분리(分離)되었다. iii) 간장은 오래 묵힐수록 고린냄새의 한성분(成分)인 propionic acid, butyric acid가 격감(激減)함을 알았다. b) Non-volatile acid i) 재래식(在來式) 간장에 있어서는 묵힘에 따라 생성(生成)된 것은 citric acid이고, 증가(增加)된 것은 lactic, malic, tartaric acid이고 감소(減少)된 것은 succinic, glycolic, fumaric, malonic acid이며 소실(消失)된 것은 glutaric, oxalic acid이다. ii) 개량식(改良式) 간장에 있어서는 묵을수록 생성(生成)된 것은 citric acid이고, 증가(增加)된 것이 latic, tartaric acid이며, succinic, malic, glycolic acid는 감소(減少)하였고 malonic, glutaric acid는 소실(消失)되었다. iii) 묵은 간장중(中)의 citric acid의 생성(生成)은 간장 맛을 좋게하는 인자(因子)가 될 것으로 생각된다. c) ${\alpha}-Keto$ acid i) 모든 묵은 간장중(中)에서 pyruvic, ${\alpha}-ketoglutaric$, acetoacetic(추정(推定)), oxaloacetic(추정(推定)) acid를 분리(分離)하였으며 양적(量的)인 순위(順位)는 pyruvic acid, ${\alpha}-ketoglutaric$ acid이고, 기타는 흔적 정도(程度)였다. ii) 모든 ${\alpha}-Keto$ acid는 간장이 묵을수록 격감(激減)함을 알았다.

  • In order that, investigating the feature of patients suffering arthritis, analysing its contents, and grasping a Primary factor affecting it, I might offerbasic datas which could help to plan and perform healthy affairs to thake precautions beforehand, I have investigated, analysed, and studied a total of 320 patients suffering arthritis, who have received physiotherapy in hospital located in Teaegu area for five months, from November 1 1995 to March 30 1996, of which summary and conclusion is this. 1. The general feature of patients in investigative objects In the distribution of the distinction of sex, men accounted for 26.9% and women, for 73.1%, and, in the fistribution of age, 60-year-old or more, most for 27.2% and from 20 to 29 years old, least for 14.0%. In the distinction of a vocation, housewives most accounted for 34.7% and students(jobless men), least for 19.3%. In the distinction of a matrimonial state, married persons most accounted for 76.7% and people living alone(divorce, separation by death, separation), least for 11.4%. In the distinction of an economic state, the middle classes most accounted for 73.5% and the upper classes, least for 2.9%. In the distinction of their academic careers, graduates of a primary school most accounted for 26.9% and graduates of university, for 14.1%, of which patients, having the ability to decode the national language, reached to 11.3%. In the distinction of the house form, people living in independent houses most accounted for 76.4% and residents in apartment(having an elevator), least for 9.4%. 2. In the distribution of the recurring state in the distinction of the feature, the recurring group was more than the group of patients falling that ill at first as 62.2% and in the distinction of the feature of the recurring group, the recurring group turned high in case of men being from 50s to 60s years old or more, people living alone (divorce, separation by death, separation), students (joblessmen), people working in farming, stockbeeding, forestry, fisheries, a simple labour, graduates of a primary school I having the ability to decode the national language, the upper classes, people part two years since they begined to suffer arthritis, people who had members having ever experienced arthritis among families. 3. In the distribution of arthritis on the distinction of bodily pars, a knee articulation most accounted for 50.2% and the articulation of fingers, for 8.8%, wile the simultaneous, several parts (multiple) accounted for 35.1%. In the distinction of the feature, arthritis of a knee turned high in case of men being from 20s to 30s years old, unmarried persons, people having academic careers of university, the middle classes, residents in apartment (having stairs). In the dictnction of a feature the case of several parts (multiple) turned high in case of women being from 50s to 60s years old or more, people living alone (divorce, separation by death, separation), people having the ability to decode th. national language, the graduates of a primary school, the upper classes, residents in apartment (having elevator). 4. In the distribution of arthritis on e distinction of a contracting term, two years or more most accounted for 51.6% and the case of contacting from one year to two years, for 15.3%. Analysing the distinction of the feature, the case of two years or more turned high in case of women being from 50s to 60s years old or more, people living alone (divorce separation by death, separation), the upper classes, people having the ability to decode the national language, residents in apartment (having elevator). 5. In the distribution of an treatment institution before patients came to help, their not curing most accounted for 39.1%, general, orthopedic, neurological surgery (physical therapy), for. 20.0%, and th. therapy of Chinese medicine (acupuncture, moxacautery, Chinese medicine), for 17.5%, and a pharmacy (medical therapy), for 13.4%. The case of patients not curing, in the distinction of a feature, turned high in case of men 20s years old, unmarried, the lower classes, people having academic careers of university, residents in apartment (having elevator). 6. In e distribution of the extent of satisfaction with treatment, common most accounted for 54.4% and some satisfaction, for 32.8%. The case of common, in the distinction of a feature, turned high, in case of men living alone from 50s to 60s years old (divorce, separation by death, separation), married persons, the upper classes, people having academic careers of university, residents in independent house, residents in apartment (having elevator), 7. In the distribution of the degree of knowledge of the cause of arthritis, patients knowing that the cause is to use very much a articulation in normal times most accounts for 60.1%, and patients knowing the state of short nutrition as a cause, for 2.5%. The case of patients knowing that the cause is to use very much in normal times, in the distinction of a feature, turned high in·case of ment being 20s and 60s years old or more, unmarried persons, e lower classes, people having the ability to decode. the national language, people having academic careers of university, residents in apartment (having stairs), 8. In the distribution of the state of physical exercise before arthritis contracted, patients exercising very much on the whole most accpimend for 40.3%, and patients not exercising, for 34.7%. The case of patients exercising very much on the whole, in the distinction of the feature, turned high in case of men being from 50s to 60s years old or more, people living alone(divorce, separation by death, separation), the lower classes, people having the ability to decode the national language, graduates of a primary school, residents in apartment (having elevator). 9. In the taste of patients suffering from arthritis, while the group of patients falling that ill at first and the recurring group didn't smoke cigarets, during alcohol and coffee on the whole, and the group of patients falling once again that ill drank a cup of distilled linquor and three cup of coffee or more on the whole per one day, and the group of patients falling that ill at first liked sort of vegetables and the recurring group liked very much sons of vegetables and fresh and meat in their loving food normal times. 10. Analysing the distribution on the dining table used by patients and the structure of a powder room, at first, in the structure of a powder room, the group of patients filling that ill have a toilet stool using as their sits, and a Bush toilet on the whole, and the recurring group, a toilet stool using as their sits and conventional type, and in the structure of a dinning table, the group of patients falling that ill at first and the recurring group turned high, each as 66.9% and 6.3%, who have a dining table carring here and there. 11. In the distribution of patients of arthritis in relation to stress, the case that they feeled severly symptoms of arthritis when thay got stress, turned high, each, as 78.6% in the recurring poop, and the case not knowing, as 61.5% in the first group. In the extent of stress normal times, the case that they got much stress on the whole turned high, each, as 72.4% in e recurring group, and the care that got less stress on the whole, as 60.0%. 12. In the distribution on the distinction of symptoms and impedimental extent, the recurring group turned high in each variable. Analysing the feature of the recurring group, in the distinction of symptoms, the case that they fooled much that the node of an articulation is stiff, turned high, as 71.6, and in the distinction of treatment before. patients came to helpk, the theraphy of Chinese medicine (physical theraphy), as 84.4%, the theraphy of Chinese medicine (acupuncture, moxacautery, Chinese medicine), as 73.2%, and in the distinction of the satisfing extent on treatment, the case of comman, as 72.3%, and in the cause of arthritis, the case not recruiting their health after a birth, as 68.5%, and the case not recovering wholely an articulation having got hurt, as 62.8%, and in the state of physical exercise before they begined suffering from arthritis, the case exercising very much on the whole, (as 74.2%), and in the extent of subjective impediment, the case of not being able to act almost, as 66.7%, the case of acting but feeling some hard, as 66.3%. 13. The correlation in variables in relation to arthritis Analysing realted variables, the recurring frequency showed correlation with such as the extent that patients got stress normal times, and the exercising state before suffering arthritis, and showed contra-correlation with academic careers, the wights, coffee. The cigaret, e loving food of taste, showed corralation with the weight, stature, alcohole as the loving food of taste. On the basis of this result medical members of heal, who are related to the regular education, public education or development of this program, should be concerned to prevent orthris.

노폐계(老廢鷄)를 이용(利用)한 육제품(肉製品) 개발(開發)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on Development of New Products by Old Chicken Meat)

  • 노폐계(老廢鷄)의 이용성(利用性) 증대방안(增大方案)의 하나로 White Leghorn(WL)종(種)과 Rhode Island Red(RIR)종(種) 노폐계(老廢鷄)의 도체성적(屠體成績)을 조사(調査)하고 아울러 노폐계육(老廢鷄肉)을 이용(利用)하여 건조육제품(乾燥肉製品)을 제조(製造)하여 개발(開發) 가능성(可能性)을 검토(檢討)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 1. 노폐계(老廢鷄)의 생체중(生體重)은 WL종(種)이 1,635.40g, RIR종(種)이 2,289.29g이었고 도체율(屠體率)과 정육율(精肉率)은 WL종(種)에서 각각(各各) 58.73%와 43.95%였으며, RIR종(種)에서는 각각(各各) 60.34%와 41.98%였다. 2. WL종(種)과 RIR종(種)의 도체(屠體) 각(各) 부위(部位)의 구성비율(構成比率)은 경부(頸部) 4.13%와 3.94%, 익부(翼部) 9.97%와 8.62%, 흉부(胸部) 32.54%와 29.04%, 배부(背部) 11.35%와 9.75%, 대퇴부(大腿部) 30.75%와 31.34%, 피부(皮膚) 및 피하지방(皮下脂肪) 11.37%와 17.34%였다. 3. 정육(精肉)의 각(各) 부위별(部位別) 구성비율(構成比率)은 WL종(種)과 RIR종(種)에서 각각(各各) 경부(頸部) 4.03%와 3.95%, 익부(翼部) 9.47%와 9.79%, 흉부(胸部) 39.37%와 38.14%, 배부(背部) 11.24%와 9.40%, 대퇴부(大腿部) 36.16%와 38.74%였다. 4. 노폐계육(老廢鷄肉)의 화학적(化學的) 조성(組成)은 WL종(種)에서 수분(水分) 68.18%, 조단백질(粗蛋白質) 22.80%, 조지방(粗脂肪) 2.70%, 추출물(抽出物) 5.15%, 조회분(粗灰分) 1.18%였고, RIR종(種)에서는 수분(水分) 68.04%, 조단백질(粗蛋白質) 22.18%, 조지방(粗脂肪) 3.13%, 추출물(抽出物) 5.45%, 조회분(粗灰分) 1.21%였다. 5. 노폐계육(老廢鷄肉)을 $121^{\circ}C(1kg/cm^2)$에서 30분(分), 60분(分) 및 90분간(分間)을 증자(蒸煮)했을 때의 감율(減率)은 WL종(種)에서 각각(各各) 54.91%, 56.43% 및 58.42%였으며 RIR종(種)에서는 각각(各各) 45.23%, 47.68% 및 49.68%였다. 6. 노폐계(老廢鷄) 마리당(當) 건조계육제품(乾燥鷄肉製品)의 수량(收量)은 WL(種)에서 253.01g, RIR종(種)에서는 368.64g이었으며, 정육중(精肉重)과 도체중(屠體重)에 대(對)한 비율(比率)은 WL중종(種)에서 각각(各各) 35.47%와 26.34%였고, RIR종(種)에서는 각각(各各) 38.25%와 26.83%였다. 7. 건조육제품(乾燥肉製品)의 화학적(化學的) 조성(組成)은 WL종(種)에서 수분(水分) 16.69%, 조단백질(粗蛋白質) 66.16%, 조지방(粗脂肪) 12.81%, 조회분(粗灰分) 4.35%였고, RIR종(種)에서는 수분(水分) 16.11%, 조단백질(粗蛋白質) 65.95%, 조지방(粗脂肪) 13.78%, 조회분(粗灰分) 4.57%였다. 8. 제품(製品)의 품질(品質)을 결정(決定)하는 중요(重要)한 인자(因子)중의 하나인 물리적(物理的) 성질(性質)을 검토하기 위하여 인장강도(引張强度), 인열강도(引裂强度) 및 신장율(伸張率)을 측정(測定)하여 본 결과(結果) 압착(壓搾)조건을 $70kg/cm^2$로 하였을 때는 표준구(標準區)인 쥐포의 결착력(結着力)과 비교(比較)하여 노폐계육제품(老廢鷄肉製品)도 이와 유사(類似)하게 나타났다. 9. 각(各) 부위별(部位別) 제품(製品)의 색택측정(色澤測定)에서 명도(明度)는 압착(壓搾)조건이 $70kg/cm^2$인 제품(製品)이 $35kg/cm^2$인 제품(製品)보다 더 좋았으며 쥐포가 16.4%인 경우 가슴살의 $70kg/cm^2$ 조건에서의 제품(製品)은 16.7%로 유사(類似)하였고, Dominant wavelength도 이와 같은 경향이었으며 따라서 쥐포의 색택(色澤)과 아주 근사(近似)한 황갈색이었다. 10. 노폐계육(老廢鷄肉)의 부위(部位)에 따라 제조(製造)된 제품(製品)과 표준구(標準區)인 쥐포와의 맛, 색깔, 조직(組織) 및 냄새를 비교(比較)한 식미시험(食味試驗) 결과(結果)는 쥐포가 지수(指數) 100일 때 가슴살제품이 118.4로 쥐포보다 높았고 다음이 이보다 낮은 기타살 제품(製品)이 99.7, 다리살이 96.2 였다. 11. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)를 종합적(綜合的)으로 검토(檢討)하여 볼 때 노폐계(老廢鷄)를 이용(利用)하여 제조(製造)된 육제품(肉製品)은 영양면(營養面)에서나 물성면(物性面)에서 이와 유사(類似)한 기존식품(旣存食品)에 결코 손색이 없는 고단백질식품(高蛋白質食品)으로서의 가치(價値)가 인정되었으며 따라서 공업화(工業化)의 타당성이 높다고 사료(思料)된다.
