History and Advanced Market Trends of Aqua-Pet Industry in JAPAN (일본 관상어의 역사와 관련용품 산업의 동향)

  • The aqua-pet industry has been growing rapidly in the world's developed countries as well as Japan and Europe, but it was a small scale in compared with fisheries part, and political interest came mainly limited to food industry and research in Korea so that it has not been activated. Recently, a paradigm change for fisheries policy bring to have a interest in the aqua-pet industry as future growth power source. Therefore, this study shows that the advanced aqua-pet industry of Japan would be researched and analyzed in historical background, national interest and current aquarium market scale in order to predict the domestic aqua-pet industry rapidly developed in Korea.

Trend Analysis based Strategy Evaluation for Launch Vehicle Industry in Korea (한국의 우주발사체 산업 발전을 위한 우주발사서비스 시장진입 전략 평가)

  • This paper suggests the significant strategies and their priority to deal with space transportation market trends. First, market trends related with technical improvement and change in demand are analyzed by the literature research. The three key trends are obtained: 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles', 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles', and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch'. And then, strategies for developing the launch vehicle industry in Korea are selected from several studies about commercialization of Korean launch vehicle. The strategies are evaluated by the experts through pairwise comparison matrix and the criteria for this process is how significantly does the strategy effect on the launch vehicle industry through market assessment. As a result, reliable order of priority among the strategies are obtained. Under the three key trends, strategy to enhance reliability is most important. And, strategy to have price competitiveness has secondary priority to deal with 'Rising of Low-Price Launch Vehicles' trend and 'Rising of Dual/Multi-Launch' trend. On the contrary, strategy of government's support is secondary under 'Increasing Demand of High-Performance Launch Vehicles' trend.

  • Reuse of wastewater will intensify in the coming decades due to water shortage, the change of climatic conditions, the need for industrial and agricultural use and the necessity of improving health and environmental conditions for the growing population. This paper considers (a) the status and trends of wastewater reuse and reclamation in the world, (b) case studies of wastewater reuse projects, (c) analysis of technology level, (d) forecast of global market, and (e) the future views and directions in development of wastewater reuse technologies. Based on the available documented literature, this paper provides a review assessment of the current status of the wastewater treatment processes including potential applications for reuse. Key challenges for both wastewater treatment and reuse are also discussed in the paper and include recommendations, e.g. cost, effluent water quality, energy use and technical solutions, for future developments.

  • AI is bringing about drastic changes not only in the aspect of technologies but also in society and culture. Medical AI based on deep learning have developed rapidly. Especially, the field of medical image analysis has been proven that AI can identify the characteristics of medical images more accurately and quickly than clinicians. Evaluating the latest results of the AI-based medical image processing is important for the implication for the development direction of medical AI. In this paper, we analyze and evaluate the latest trends in AI-based medical image analysis, which is showing great achievements in the field of medical AI in the healthcare industry. We analyze deep learning models for medical image analysis and AI-based medical image segmentation for quantitative analysis. Also, we evaluate the future development direction in terms of marketability as well as the size and characteristics of the medical AI market and the restrictions to market growth. For evaluating the latest trend in the deep learning-based medical image processing, we analyze the latest research results on the deep learning-based medical image processing and data of medical AI market. The analyzed trends provide the overall views and implication for the developing deep learning in the medical fields.

In this research, additionally the mVoIP service industry activation plan is presented with the trends of technology development including the chip-set/module/terminal, etc. based upon local and foreign market trend searchlight through the market demand analysis. The mVoIP service downloads App to the mobile apparatus and or can provide the service as the software through the WiFi network. Therefore, the change which is large in the products development aspect is to be have no.   • The market size of Korea's seafood industry is estimated to be about 62 trillion won ('19), of which the seafood processing industry is about 10 trillion won ('19), accounting for approximately 16% of the total market size. However, the current level of processing technology required for the development of seafood products is mainly simple primary processing, such as freezing and drying raw materials (in Jeollanam-do, which ranks first in the country in terms of seafood production, primary processors account for 86% of all seafood processors).In the future, trends in the development of processing technology for seafood will become more advanced in response to changes in domestic and international food consumption patterns. Blue food tech linked to ESG, convergence and digitalization linked to the 4th industry revolution will be further advanced in line with the national seafood industry policy direction. Through this, it is expected to establish itself as an axis of future technology management in the fisheries sector based on the large and small success stories of accumulated seafood R&D commercialization.

  • Thanks to China's economic development, the food service industry and franchise industry have combined to serve a huge market, and alterations continue to take place, such as the changing tastes of Chinese people and the changing food culture. Global franchise companies centered in the US are rapidly making inroads into the market, and Chinese local companies are also making efforts to expand their influence. In particular, in this situation where trends are gradually changing due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we look at the trends of franchise headquarters, franchisees, employment, and operating profits for the past 10 years using information published by the National Statistical Office of China. As we examine the information, possibilities push through. In addition, we will look at the cases of domestic companies that have entered China, the conditions and plans for their activities there, and what companies planning to enter China in the future need to prepare for.

  • With the advent of deep learning and the rapid development of ICT (Information and Communication Technology), research using artificial intelligence is being actively conducted in various fields of society such as politics, economy, and culture and so on. Deep learning-based artificial intelligence technology is subdivided into various domains such as natural language processing, image processing, speech processing, and recommendation system. In particular, as the industry is advanced, the need for a recommendation system that analyzes market trends and individual characteristics and recommends them to consumers is increasingly required. In line with these technological developments, this paper extracts and classifies attribute information from structured or unstructured text and image big data through deep learning-based technology development of 'language processing intelligence' and 'image processing intelligence', and We propose an artificial intelligence-based 'customized fashion advisor' service integration system that analyzes trends and new materials, discovers 'market-consumer' insights through consumer taste analysis, and can recommend style, virtual fitting, and design support.
