Fuzzy systems, neural networks and genetic algorithms have different origins and thus have differently developed their own unique characteristics. These characteristics can be used as a good complement to the others. Therefore, many researches have been devoted to not only these techniques but also fusion of them. This paper briefly summarizes these three techniques and surveys the researches on fusion of them.

Recently encryption algorithms based on difficulties of factorization have been used with popularization. Prime number factorizations are progressed rapidly. In this paper, characteristics of elliptic curve are analyzed and generation of elliptic curves suitable for prime number factorization is discussed.

원자력 발전소의 원자로 냉각 시스템을 대상으로 국제 표준 데이터 모델링 방법과 기존의 현업에서 사용되는 Project Numbering System 기반의 데이터 모델링 방법을 사용하여 시스템 모델링을 수행하였고 비교 분석하였다. 국제 표준 중심의 시스템 모델을 채택하여 활용한다면 향후 전력 분야 정보 시스템 및 데이터간의 상호 운영성과 데이터 공유 및 교환 문제를 해결할 수 있고 이에 따른 막대한 경비 절감을 기대할 수 있다.

The most important virtue that S&T information should possess is the promptness. In the era of global competition, it is very important to catch the technical trends and R&D policy of advanced countries in time. In this paper, we surveyed S&T trends information service in advanced and competing countries including USA, Japan, European countries, and china. Based on the survey result, we show that the "Overseas S&T Trends Information Service" provided by KISTI is dominant to those of other countries
