This study aims to analyze the effect of quality of health care on perceived value, patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Especially, it was focused on outdoor environment, admission procedure, hospital image, service quality of physicians that patients perceived. For inpatients, hospital image and service quality of medical technicians have an effect on perceived value. Service quality of physicians has an effect on the patient satisfaction. For outpatients, hospital image and service quality of physicians and medical technicians have an effect on perceived value. Outdoor environment, hospital image, service quality of physicians and medical technicians, and perceived value have an effect on patient satisfaction. Perceived value and patient satisfaction have an effect on revisit intention. They should evaluate customer satisfaction on their services and analyze various factors that affect on it to improve specialty hospitals.

Objectives : This study planed to evaluate effect of oriental medicine therapy treatment method of dyspnea that happen from cancer of the pancreas patient who accompany Multiple metasis Methods : Patient complained dyspnoea during admission into dept. Of internal medicine, college of oriental medicine, Dong-eui Univ, was appealed patient treated by Oriental medicine therapy that is of use Herb Medication and Herbal -acupuncture Treatment being diagnosed in lung asthenia including deficiency of Eum and insufficiency of Gi of the lung(肺虛), the fire due to deficiency(虛火), and loving warfare of symptoms evaluated through VAS (visual analog scales). Results & Conclusion : Patient's difficulty in breathing symptoms took a favorable turn after treatment. This study means that Oriental medicine therapy that is difficulty in breathing symptoms that happen from patient surely has effectiveness.

Objectives: The aim of our study was to report clinical improvement of a patient who suffered from Temporomandibular Disorder (TMD) being treated with Korean Medical treatments and Intraoral Balancing Appliance (IBA). Methods: During the admission period, the patient was treated with acupuncture, cupping, Korean Medicine, Chuna therapy and FCST (Functional Cerebrospinal Therapy) every day. And we observed patient's condition by Numeric Rating Scale (NRS), Pain Disability Index (PDI), EQ-5D-5L (Five-level EuroQol-5 dimensions), and assessment about range of motion(ROM) for temporomandibular joint and cervix. Results: After treated for 4 weeks, the patient's NRS, PDI, EQ-5D-5L and ROM were improved. Conclusions: Korean Medical treatments including FCST are estimated to be effective for patients with TMD. But the case was only one, so more cases and further research is needed to prove the effectiveness of the treatment.

Introduction The aim of this study was to report significant improvement of Dyshidrosis(Pompholyx) patient who was diagnosed with 'Soyangin chest-bind symptomatic pattern' based on Sasang Constitutonal medicine. Methods The patient was treated with herbal medicine, acupuncture, as well as western medicine. To evaluate the results of this treatment, the patient assessed discomfort of dyshidrosis by using Numeral Rating Scale(NRS), percentage(%) and we assessed severity of dyshidrosis by using Dyshidrotic Eczema Area and Severity Index(DASI). Results At the time of admission, the degree of discomfort in the dyshidrosis symptoms was NRS 8 and the severity of dyshidrosis was DASI 16(moderate). After the treatment, her symptoms was improved(NRS 0, DASI 0). Sleep, digestion and defecation condition were also improved. Discussion The patient who had frequent recurrence showed a significant improvement of dyshidrosis and accessory symptoms without any side effects, who was treated with Hyeongbangdojeok-san, acupuncture and western medicine.

Objectives Generally speaking, we could've not been used moxibustion to Soyangin. But we thought what matters is that which point is chosen, not that what method is chosen. So we had a case of moxibustion at Ki1 for a Soyangin patient with insomnia Methods We managed a patient with insomnia after intracranial hemorrhage. He had been undergone conservative therapy, herb medicine, acupuncture, sedatives. 20 days after admission we started to do moxibustion at both Ki 1 point(湧泉). We used artemisia and, the method was direct form. Results The duration and the quality of sleep of the patient was improved. After 10 days, he could sleep for 5 hours. Accompanied symptoms, as mentality, urination, and defication, was also improved. Conclusions From this case we could accept the efficacy of moxibustion at Ki 1 for Soyangin patient suffering from insomnia.

A patient with central post-stroke pain was treated for 4 weeks with scalp acupuncture and traditional Korean medicine (following a cerebral infarction in 2013). The patient presented at Chungju hospital in January 2019 with left side weakness and tingling, numbness in the left hemisphere, chronic pain and dysarthria. Initially, herbal medicine, acupuncture, pharmacupunture, indirect moxibustion, and physiotherapy were administered together with Western medicine, with no improvement in the patient's condition. On Day 5, scalp electroacupuncture (MS1, MS5, MS10, MS11) was introduced. The numbness feeling in the patient's head resolved, and the pain in his upper body decreased. Grip force difference between the left and right hand improved from 3 kg to 0-0.5 kg. Sleep disturbance was resolved after 4 weeks treatment, and his average numeric rating scale score for pain improved from an admission score of 10, to a discharge score of 5. The patient could walk unaided after treatment.

A 42-year-old male patient with prolonged throat pain and discomfort, dry mouth, and general weakness and recently diagnosed with tonsillitis, pulmonary embolism, and venous thrombosis was admitted to the internal Korean medicine department. A sudden onset of diabetic ketoacidosis with hyperammonemia was diagnosed on the second day of treatment. During admission, the patient received insulin therapy, hydration, and traditional Korean medicine treatment, including herbal medicine. Subjective symptom change was evaluated daily and blood glucose level checked five times per day. At discharge, the patient's fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels were adequate. After an additional two weeks of herbal treatment, the symptoms were significantly ameliorated. Thus, having been admitted with dysregulated glucose metabolism leading to a hyperglycemic crisis after a series of inflammatory events, the patient showed symptomatic improvements and decreased blood glucose after 18 days of hospitalization and treatment.

Objectives The purpose of this case study was to report a case of anorexia and fatigue after getting vaccinated COVID-19 treated based on Sasang Constitutional Medicine. Methods The patient was hospitalized for 4 days and treated with herbal medicine and moxibustion. The patient was asked to score for daily energy level out of 100 on his own and we used Karnofsky Performance Score(Karnofsky PS) on daily health status to evaluate the clinical effects. We also checked daily amount of meal and evaluated original symptoms such as insomnia, gastric discomfort, bowel movement and dysuria in four stages. Results At initial, the patient could only eat one spoon of a meal and was unable to carry on herself without any assistance, so she used a wheelchair on the day of admission. When discharged, the patient can eat half of a meal at each mealtime and perform normal activities by herself. Discussion This case demonstrates that Sasang constitutional approach to anorexia and fatigue caused by COVID-19 vaccination can be an useful treatment.

This patient was 18 year-old man who had severe nausea, vomiting, stomachache but medical examination revealed no abnormality. The symptom lasted for 2 months and he lost 15kilograms. The patient had no underlying diseases. He was treated by korean medicine, containing acupuncture, cupping therapy and herb medicines during 9 days. The severity of nausea was scored by the Numerous Rating Scale and the frequency of vomitng was evaluated by count. After that period, patient's symptom was improved and his other conditions were also better, compared with his admission. This study suggests that Korean medicine could have a therapeutic effect for nausea, vomiting, stomachache and rapid weight loss that the cause has not been diagnosed by Western medicine. It could help to improve patient's symptoms and make general conditions better.

Objectives Post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN) is one of the common complications in patients diagnosed with herpes zoster. The purpose of this case study is to suggest the effect of Galgunhaegui-tang and korean medicine treatment for post-herpetic neuralgia patient. Methods A 62-year-old Herpes Zoster patient suffered from rash with post-herpectic neuralgia was identified as Taeeumin Gansuyolriyolbyong. The patient's chief complaint was assessed by counting the number of oral analgesics taken and using Visual Analog Scale(VAS) score. The patient was treated with Galgunhaegui-tang and Korean medicine treatment. Results After 9 days of admission treatment including Galgunhaegui-tang, VAS of PHN was decreased from 7.5 to 4 and the number of taking oral analgesic was decreased from 2 to 1. Conclusions This case study indicates that Galgunhaegui-tang and Korean medicine treatment may improve the pain of PHN.
