In this study, We analyzed that organization of fire service agencies, personnel management and firefighting activities. As a results, Many problems were found out, about ratio of administrative to firefighting personnel, retirement age, promotion, employment, Etc. T herefore, In order to carry out there mission faithful in disasters scene, We proposed that reduction of the number of administrative firefighter, abolition of the employment system candidates for fire executive positions, reducing of the retirement age and changing of the promotion system.
The hospital is characterized by it's remarkable labor industry and human resources input by unit. Recently, the administrative personnel are recognized as an important staff to provide a hospital guidance to consumer and also easiness for consumer's visit to hospital. The purpose of this study is to find the organizational effectiveness of the administrative personnel in hospitals. The survey data involved in the study was derived from 229 personnels working in 3 medium and small sized hospitals and 1 university hospital in Inchon area. The major finding are as follows; 1. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the general characteristics of subjects in order of over 31 years of age, university graduates, long-term tenure and high position is higher, whereas, in as much as wage and well trained personnels in are higher, general hospital's organizational efficiency is higher in comparison with those of university hospital. 2. The organizational efficiency in accordance with satisfaction and the psychological motive contributional factors is higher as much as the high satisfactory level in every hospitals in general. 3. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of job characteristics is higher in as much as difficulty of the jobs is lesser, however there was not statically significance. In as much as job standard level is higher and the more job responsibility the higher organizational efficiency. It was obvious that the higher professional expertise as well as the training and application level are improving the organizational efficiency. 4. The organizational efficiency in accordance with the factors of structural characteristics was higher in as much as the intercommunication was smooth and the structural formalization level are higher, however there was not statically significance between the participation level of decision making and the organizational efficiency. 5. In as much as older age, management of organization and the job level are satisfied, the higher structural formalization level, the smooth intercommunication have affected as major influence factors of organizational efficiency. 6. In the university hospitals is satisfied in the management and job level of hospital organization as there are no difficult jobs while the level of hospital's organizational formality is high and the intercommunication is smooth, which are improving the organizational efficiency. In the general hospitals is also satisfied the management and job level of hospital organization and psychological motive contributional factors is higher, it was apparent that the organizational efficiency is higher in as much as the level of job standardization is high and the intercommunication is smooth. As a result of this study, in order for improving the organizational efficiency of administrative personnel in hospitals, the management and job level as well as personal relation are preferably satisfied, whereas formalization of organization, intercommunication and etc. should be satisfied, and, therefore, it is advisable to buildup discriminated organizational management and environment for different division on the basis above factors. Since this study is carried on four hospitals in Inchon area, there is a certain limit to generalize its result to all domestic hospitals, nevertheless the gallop poll was made by developing the questionnaires with reasonability and reliability. Especially. as the study was carried by analyzing the comparison of influence factors' difference of organizational efficiency in accordance with the divisional characteristics of the university and general hospitals.
Due to Korean government's reduction policy of the level of local administration, the government tries to become smaller and more efficient organization and in accordance with this movement, they try to transfer the human power and work of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong to the office of Si, Goon, Goo so that they can take administrative action quickly, increase the efficiency of administration by preventing the overlapping of administrative task, improve the administrative service toward the citizens and make a functional shift of Inhabitant Self-Government Center in a way that is aimed at improving the quality of life of the inhabitants by setting up cultural, welfare facilities and forming the local community. Hereupon I expect this study will help to show the ways of composing the space of community center, accommodating the various demands of inhabitants through appropriate area calculation of functional area, increasing the efficiency of government officers' administrative support and also will be the guide for the architectural designs of the community centers. For this purpose, I have investigated community centers of 8 Dongs out of 11 Dongs in Goon-po Si that was chosen to be operating the pilot program of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong's functional shift and obtained excellent results. I have surveyed how the functional spaces are being used, interviewed the government officials, examined the size of the functional and required space with Building card of a plan and the analyzed results are as follows.

An overall responding security-centered framework is necessary required for infringement accidents, failures, and cyber threats. On the other hand, the correspondence structures of existing administrative, technical, physical security have weakness in a system responding to complex attacks because each step is performed independently. This study will recognize all internal and external users as a potentially threatening element. To perform connectivity analysis regarding an action, an intelligent convergence security framework and road map is suggested. A suggested convergence security framework was constructed to be independent of an automatic framework, such as the conventional single solution for the priority defense system of APT of the latest attack type, which makes continuous reputational attacks to achieve its goals. This study suggested the next generation convergence security framework to have preemptive responses, possibly against an APT attack, consisting of the following five hierarchical layers: domain security, domain connection, action visibility, action control, and convergence correspondence. In the domain, the connection layer suggests a security instruction and direction in the domains of administrative, physical and technical security. The domain security layer has consistency of status information among the security domain. A visibility layer of an intelligent attack action consists of data gathering, comparison and decision cycle. The action control layer is a layer that controls the visibility action. Finally, the convergence corresponding layer suggests a corresponding system of before and after an APT attack. The administrative security domain had a security design based on organization, rule, process, and paper information. The physical security domain is designed to separate into a control layer and facility according to the threats of the control impossible and control possible. Each domain action executes visible and control steps, and is designed to have flexibility regarding security environmental changes. In this study, the framework to address an APT attack and load map will be used as an infrastructure corresponding to the next generation security.
Purpose : The aim of this study is to review the current status of healthcare provision and its human resources administrative management and propose a coordinated human resource management plan for the more efficient operations of healthcare organizations. Methods : We reviewed the literature and held discussions with officials from the United States Department of Health and Human Services to survey United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps operations. In addition, we surveyed the literature to analyze the current structure and responsibilities of governing bodies involved in public healthcare in Korea. Results : In Korea, there are several administrative offices involved in public health: the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Defense, the Environment Ministry and others. Since these diverse agencies don't integrate their operations, it is difficult to grasp their management of both public healthcare services and their personnel. A potential model is the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, a sub-group of the Department of Health and Human Services and an elite team of highly qualified, public health professionals, which coordinates and manages the overall work and personnel of diverse healthcare organizations. Conclusion : We suggest the establishment of a federal level, public health administrative department of human resource management to centralize and coordinate the existing, disparate healthcare administrative agencies.

The purpose of this study is to discuss problems and seek improvement plans based on a critical analysis of the detailed standards for nondisclosure of 19 administrative departments in accordance with Article 26 of the Government Organization Act. To this end, the status of information disclosure-related regulations in 19 administrative departments was analyzed, and 6,094 cases of nondisclosed information were investigated and analyzed. In addition, through interviews with seven information disclosure experts, the analysis contents of this study were shared and reviewed. Furthermore, opinions on the effectiveness, problems, and system improvement areas of the detailed standards for nondisclosed information were collected. As a conclusion, three improvement measures were proposed: first, the legislation on the establishment of detailed standards for nondisclosure; second, the establishment of a system for regular substantive inspection of detailed standards for nondisclosure; and third, the improvement in the service of detailed standards for nondisclosure.
This case study aims at investigating the factors which make venture firms successful. It analysedthree high-performance venture firms originated from the government-financed rese arch institute, the company and the university on the viewpoint of 'dynamic capability' theory. In this case study, technology integration capability and administrative innovation capability were identified as success factors of the three venture firms. The study also presented the role of the incubating organizations. Although incubating organizations supported technological and managerial resource-building of the entrepreneurs, there was not active interactive-learning between venture firms and incubating organizations after spin-off.
The purpose of this study is to identify the situation and problems of leisure policy in Korea and introduce the leisure policy of other countries-particularly, France, America and Japan. Furthermore, this study will propose several ideas to improve Korean leisure policy. These ideas include the foundation of leisure act, the arrangement of the leisure administrative organization, the foundation of a leisure research institute, increasing leisure time, the extention of leisure space, supplying of leisure programs, supporting to and regulating leisure industries, providing leisure education and information to the public, and training leisure epecialists.

Administrative information datasets are a kind of record produced based on an organization's work performance. A dataset is evidence of the act of recording and contains a lot of information that can be used for work. Datasets have been neglected in Korea's records management system. However, as the law was revised in 2020, the management of administrative information datasets was legislated. Organizations that require management of administrative information datasets have already gradually begun record management. The core of managing administrative information datasets is the preparation of the Management Reference Table for the dataset. Regardless, there is confusion with the Records Management Reference Table for Dataset in institutions that work on records management, and it is difficult to work because the Management Reference Table for Dataset has a new concept. This study looked into the problems in the records management of datasets that appeared at the beginning of work. It isuggests a method to effectively settle records management for datasets. In that way, the Management Reference Table was selected as the research subject, and the problems discussed so far were summarized. In addition, the items of the current Management Reference Table were analyzed. As a result of the study, we have proposed the simplification of items in the Management Reference Table, the reorganization of areas in the Management Reference Table, the introduction of the concept of retention periods, and the preparation process of the Management Reference Table.

The purpose of this study is to diagnose the lifelong education promotion system in Busan and to establish a desirable promotion system. In the study, we search for the optimal alternative to manage lifelong education exclusive organization(Busan Institute for lifelong Education) and seek ways to vitalize the lifelong education promotion system in Busan. The focus is also placed on completing a network-type governance system by strengthening the connection and cooperation among the parties. In order to make the promotion system function efficiently, the vitalizing methods of lifelong education promotion system can be roughly categorized into some kind as follows : strengthening the network between the interested parties and establishing their roles, restructuring legal as well as administrative and financial support system; enhancing education and public relations; intensifying local infrastructure of lifelong education; and boosting accessibility and expanding exchange and cooperation.
