Due to its intrinsic characteristic, exterior bus advertising is exposed to an unspecified number of the general public. Thus it influences on the urban publicness of the city, simply beyond leaving it as a personal marketing activity toward the industry's profit. Seoul city's campaign to improve exterior bus advertising has been to effective in removing advertisements of alcohols, tobaccos, and lascivious contents, however, there still are several advertisements that should be examined from the view point of publicness. For the case of UK, where exterior bus advertising is also actively utilizing owing to its high exposure and effectiveness, they are administrating it by setting up guidelines and regarding the importance of publicness. I also identified the meaning of publicness of exterior bus advertising from the aspects of 'publicness of territories', 'publicness of subjects', 'publicness of reasoning', and 'publicness of procedures'. Through this, I suggested that both commercial right of exterior bus advertising in the private sector and citizen's right of publicness can be harmoniously developed by properly controlling and administrating the exterior bus advertising. Furthermore, artistic approach to the exterior bus advertising from the viewpoint of city environment is expected to elevate the aesthetic possession and the level of design sense of citizens.

The purpose of this study is to monitor the current adverse reactions in administering CT contrast agents at general hospitals and also to suggest the practical guidelines to minimize the risk and to show the successful patient management. At four Dajeon city general hospitals, the contrast agents were administered in 646,828 cases and the overall prevalence of adverse reactions was 4,110 cases from January 2010 to December 2013. However, we excluded the two hospitals' 3,658 cases because the patients' data was inadequate. Consequently, the case surveys on the rest of 452 cases have been studied and submitted. After comparing the patients with a control group, we evaluated that the key factors of the adverse reactions were the gender and age difference of the patients, the examination period, the examination method, the quantity and administrating speed of the contrast agents. Even though the four general hospitals have their own management systems on adverse reactions, but their systems were not satisfying. To improve the quality of the management systems and to investigate further cases, some hospital administration procedures on the subject should be systemized and general hospitals should follow the recommended procedures. Moreover, the existing three-year-term evaluation should not only judge the adverse reaction management but also conclude some details on the sub criteria of the evaluation. The details on the sub criteria include the contrast agent characters, the quantity and administrating speed of the drug, the incidents' occurred time, an anamnesis; a case history, the medical history of the patients and the reaction occurring body parts, and the examination title. The details of the medical examiners are also added to the sub criteria.

How to teach calculus is an important issue since Calculus is the first mathematics in college curriculum which highly influences other subjects including Physics, Engineering Mathematics like differential equations, and other engineering major subjects. This study suggests that a class model of Engineering Mathematics include Calculus review test so that students can study for themselves Calculus 'outside Calculus class'. First of all, a systematic process of administrating a review test is presented. Secondly, scores of the Calculus review test is statistically analyzed to confirm that ability in Calculus is highly correlated to their achievements in Engineering mathematics. Through a survey, it is confirmed that students in Engineering Mathematics study Calculus for themselves as they think Calculus review test is helpful.

This study is to explore one of efficient procedures in producing English textbooks for secondary school students. According to a series of changes in the National Curriculum, new textbooks have been selected and used in English classes. Textbooks are one of the fundamental factors in teaching and learning languages together with learners and teachers. So this study emphasizes the significance of textbooks and presents the practical model of producing English textbooks including activity books, from major aspects such as planning, writing, editing, selecting, etc. The current government has made continuing efforts to improve English education development by administrating innovative policies [strategies]. However, there still remain lots of difficulties in this gigantic task, which is not an exception in the matter of textbooks. Therefore, to provide students with better textbooks, the government should not only invest great funds but also renovate the present polluted system of selecting textbooks.

Design VE is a kind of contradictive administrating that pursue both value improvement and cost reduction, whereas TRIZ is a method used to solve contradiction based on its invention principal. This paper comprehended the problems regarding the object through design VE using function analysis, and presented a number of methods to solve this by using the principal of TRIZ. This study compared the characteristics of Design VE and TRIZ, and suggested a procedure that integrates both Design VE and TRIZ.

The purpose of this study was to provide data for the stress and difficulty of the principal on the day-care centers. For this purpose, we had interviewed with 154 principals on the day-care centers in Daejeon and Chungcheong-do. The principals reported that they had stress about administration of day-care center normally. Their stress was different by the type of the center, the number of the class and their sex. They had difficulties in administrating teachers, managing the center, relating with the authorized officials, and finances. For the governing their center expertly, they needed to improve the quality of teachers, to amplify the financial support, and so on.

UCI is contributing to establishing and administrating CMS to improve the quality of contents efficiently and effectively. In these days, enterprises are also making a new try to manage copyrights of digital contents by use of DRM(Digital Right Management). UCI would be a good solution to solve this overburden. The objective of our research is to study on practical uses of various digital contents models on the basis of UCI. We introduce two business cases; one is publishment of digital contents and the other is DB service of digital contents.

Event driven service (EDS) is one of such services administrating different functions of multiple service providers according to the user situation. This paper first describes the service model of EDS, a User-centric Service for multiple service provider environments over the next generation networks. The multiple provider environments stimulates the unified identifier management, namely unified identification (U-ID), to enable users to be provided network services without awareness of multiple providers. Combining these two concepts, i.e., EDS and U-ID, the designed structure of EDS with U-ID and related procedures are given. Finally, the implementation results tested on Korea Advanced Research Network (KOREN) are described.

The purpose of this study is to compare learners' view on Korean and native teachers of English with regard to competence of teaching skills. A total of 166 high school students attending the same high school in Korea participated in a questionnaire survey. The students were asked a series of questions about their five Korean teachers of English and three natives. The analysis of the results indicates that the learners believed Korean English teachers would be better in teaching vocabulary, grammar and reading than native English teachers. The learners answered native English teachers would be better in teaching speaking, listening, and writing. In the areas of the accuracy of classroom language, the level of teacher-centeredness, and the amount of cultural information given in a classroom, there were no significant differences in the learners' responses between Korea and native teacher of English. By recognizing the differences of the learners' views on two different types of ELT teachers, we suggest that it would be beneficial for learners if we would utilize their views in designing and administrating a team-teaching program.

The purpose of this study was teacher's perception on young children's safety life, safety accident, and safety education and provided basic data of administrating teacher's education for young children's safety. Subjects of this study were teachers of young children attending for their education. 230 questionnaires were provided and 181 were collected and 170 were used for data analysis. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS WIN 2.0 program. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Regarding teacher's perception on types of young children's safety accident, play accident was high(70.0%). 2. With regard to teacher's perception on causes of accident, lacks of perception was high(64.1%). 3. Of transportation means in accident, 119 ambulance use was high(60.5%) 4. Regarding teacher' perception on accident prevention, direct attention of education by paramedics was high(48.2%).
