In this study, we are concerned with the comparative aspects of five selected methods of decision making with respect to their adequacy in helping complex decisions about real-world problems. We examine the methods in terms of outlines, procedures and advantages/disadvantages to identify similarities and differences among them with the aim of showing which method is more likely to gain greater attention both in academia and in practice. To illustrate different courses of deployment of the methods, we offer an application with a case of airport transportation project in this paper. Some discussions on AHP and other methods are presented.

본 연구는 간호사의 비판적 사고 및 간호근무환경과 임상적 의사결정의 관련성을 확인하고 임상적 의사결정에 미치는 관련요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 서울시내 일개 상급 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 261명으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 기술적 통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 임상적 의사결정은 연령, 학력, 직위, 교대근무, 임상경력에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상적 의사결정은 비판적 사고 및 간호근무환경과 정의 상관 관계를 보였다. 임상적 의사결정에 대해 영향을 미치는 요인은 직위, 비판적 사고 중 임상적 의사결정, 간호근무환경 중 양질의 간호를 위한 기반 및 인적 물적 자원의 적절성으로 이를 통해 임상적 의사결정의 35.8%를 설명하였다. 그러므로 비판적 사고 향상과 더불어 간호의 전문성 향상을 위한 질 관리, 효과적 인적 물적 자원 관리를 위한 행정지원은 간호사의 임상적 의사결정능력을 향상시킨다.

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to make a comparative assessment of People Credit Funds (PCFs) ranking in Vietnam between the Circular No. 42/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 20, 2016 with the Decision No. 14/2007/QD-NHNN dated 09/4/2007 issued by the Governor of the State Bank. Research design, data, and methodology - This study is mainly based on the Circular No. 42/2016/TT-NHNN dated December 20, 2016 and the Decision No. 14/2007/QD-NHNN dated 09/4/2007 issued by the Governor of the State Bank on PCFs ranking. Results - The study paper has shown positive changes in PCFs ranking in Vietnam in accordance with the Circular No. 42/2016/TT-NHNN, such as increasing Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), maintaining CAR, improving assets quality, developing indicators of governance, management and control capability. These changes have implications for the development and efficient performance of PCFs in Vietnam. Conclusions - The classification and evaluation of PCFs will contribute to its healthy development. These finding support PCFs to understand more about rating methodology, significance of rating system and the importance of improving their rating. PCFs in Vietnam desire to develop their business effectively, they need to understand exactly and comply fully with regulations related to their field of operations.

의료시장 개방 등으로 의료시장이 확대되면서 일반 병원 뿐만 아니라 치과 병·의원에서도 고객 서비스 제공을 위한 다양한 시도를 하고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 고등학생을 대상으로 치과병원 결정요인과 의료서비스 만족도에 관해 조사하고자 2019년 9월부터 10월 사이 편의표본추출 방법으로 일부지역 고등학교 재학생을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 일반적인 특성에 따르면, 스케일링 경험, 교정 치료, 학교 생활에 대한 만족도, 주관적인 구강 건강 상태가 치과 병원의 만족도와 관련성이 있었다. 직원 서비스 만족도가 가장 중요한 병원결정요인이었고, 병원 결정 요인 중 시설, 타인의 추천, 사용 절차, 서비스 적절성, 직원 서비스 만족도가 의료 서비스 만족도와 유의 한 양의 상관 관계가 있었다. 치과 병원 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로, 주관적인 구강 건강이 음의 관련성, 이용 절차와 직원 서비스 만족도는 양의 관련성을 나타냈다. 이 연구는 일부 지역 고등학생을 대상으로 도출된 결과이기에 일반화 할 수는 없겠지만 서비스 경쟁력을 높여 환자의 만족도를 높이는 것이 병원선택에 중요한 요인이라고 할 수 있겠다.

Fuzzy theory provides an intelligence treatment model for judgement about information when it needs a solution or a decision making about vague problems. Therefore, fuzzy theory is used for appropriate evaluation and decision on obscure information as human's emotion in human factors, In previous study, fuzzy membership function is defined for judgement infOlmation as human's emotion then ultimate results are deducted through fuzzy inference model. This method uses general CWTent through literature review or max, min and average as representative statics value about considering variables. But, this method makes away with nonlinear's or inegular's factors of human sensibility. Accordingly, application of this method leads to considerable loss of information in the ultimate evaluation. For that reason, this method has a limitation in objective evaluation of human factors. So, this study focuses on development of fuzzy membership function, which evaluates human's emotion or feeling accurately and objectively. We used the regression analysis and reasoned a fuzzy membership function about the relation of the variables. Then we verified the adequacy with the reliability through the experiment after this.

This paper proposes an alternative methodology for deciding an optimum deterministic reliability level (IRR; Installed Reserve Rate) by using probabilistic reliability criterion (LOLE; Loss of Load Expectation). Additionally, case studies using the proposed method induce the characteristics of relationship between the probabilistic reliability index (LOLE) and deterministic reliability index (IRR) for 2008 and 2010 years in Korea power system. The case study presents a possibility that an optimum IRR level in Korea can be assessed using the proposed method. Korea power system has been using the LOLE criterion to determine the adequacy of installed capacity (ICAP) requirement. The criterion in Korea is that the loss of load expectation shall not exceed the available capacity more than five day in ten years (=0.5[days/year]), The probabilistic reliability evaluation and production cost simulation program which is called PRASim is used in order to evaluate the relationship and optimum IRR in this paper.

Purpose: The objective of the present study was to develop and evaluate a legal communicable diseases (LCDs) electronic system for infection control. Method: The system was developed through the procedure of analysis, design, implementation, application and evaluation, and was applied within an OCS (order communication system). Results: As indicated by the main menu, the present system is composed of an improved perception system for enhancing perception of LCDs, LCDs identification system, and improved efficiency in the report system. Detailed items included in the main menu are introduction and log-in screen, pop-up window for checking the outbreaks of LCDs, decision making icon, electronic signature icon, electronic report form, email system, etc. The total number of reports was greater after the application of the system (n=99) than before (n=80), and the adequacy of report time was statistically significantly higher after application of the system (P<0.05) Conclusion: The present system suggests a new method for LCDs report and infection control, and is expected to be adopted by other medical institutions in the future.

The periodic technical vehicle inspection is to prevent the accident through the finding and fixing the defects of the vehicle. The periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea was studied for assessing the adequacy of the inspection frequency. The inspection frequencies of many countries including EU, USA and Japan were compared. The average mileages by the vehicle usage and type were represented. The warranty period and recommended replacement period of parts of the domestic auto makers was studied. Currently, the inspection frequency for the periodic technical vehicle inspection in Korea is appropriate. The pass-fail rate and the cost-benefit analysis for the periodic technical inspection in Korea will be needed in the decision making process for the inspection frequency.

The deregulation and structural reform of power markets have started from the early 90s, which has brought about new studies on the new environment. Regardless the market structure, however, power systems need to be operated and planned in a stable and reliable manner. Therefore, decisions on proper amount of operating reserves and their reliable operations are very important. Up to now, the decision processes of operating reserves depend mainly on experiences of operators in Korea. When Korean power market comes under private management, operating reserves would influence power rate as well as power Quality, Therefore, it is time to prepare reasonable operating reserve standards in a systematic way for the new environment. This study suggests the proper operating reserve standards considering rules of the power market in Korea. To verify the adequacy of the proposed standards, stability and frequency characteristics of the Korean power system are analyzed as well.

Predictions of vibration induced by subway operation has been studied through comparison between the measurement values and the estimated values which proposed by other scientists to determine the adequacy of each equation. It was found from this study that the Wilson's prediction equation gives the best overall approximation value although the peak frequency band lies somewhat higher than that obtained from measurement.
