  • The Research of local governments in addressing climate change policy formulation and enforcement role in the formulation of local governments, and faithful to the role of local governments when addressing climate change to policy issues and is aimed to provide direction. The role of local governments' Star Statement by looking at best practices, through which more realistic and effective climate change response measures would be able to set aside. Local party organizations in addressing climate change and understanding the role and establishment and enforcement of the policy must be balanced community and residents more comfortable and be able to provide a comfortable life.

유아 문제행동 지도전략 척도-교사용(TSQ)의 개발과 타당화 연구 (Development and Valididation of the Teacher Strategy Questionnaire : Addressing Challenging Behaviors of Preschool Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a reliable and valid instrument to assess Korean teachers' strategies for addressing challenging behaviors of preschoolers. The Teacher Strategy Questionnaire(TSQ) consisting of 34 items was developed with three theoretically driven factors(positive proactive, positive reactive, and negative reactive strategies). Participants were 238 preschool and daycare center teachers who responded to the TSQ. Validity and reliability of the TSQ were explored using Cronbach's $\alpha$, item analysis, and factor analyses. The reliability of the TSQ was relatively high, ranging from .74 to .85. No item needed to be eliminated. Among the three pre-structured factors of the TSQ, one positive proactive factor was identified as having two innate factors.

  • 본 논문은 멀티미디어 서버를 위한 버퍼링 시스템 설계를 위한 연구로서 버퍼공유기법과 슬롯어드레싱(Slot Addressing)기법을 이용하여 제한된 버퍼의 이용률을 극대화함으로써 멀티미디어 서버의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 또한, 한번 사용된 데이터블록에 대하여 재 참조 시간을 계산하고 후속 스트림이 재 사용할 수 있게 하여 멀티미디어 서버의 입출력 횟수를 줄임으로써 결과적으로 여유 대역폭을 이용하여 더 많은 사용자의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 버퍼링 시스템을 제안하였다.

  • The understanding of reset scheme is essential for the driving of AC PDP (Plasma Display Panel). The characteristics of reset period of AC PDP was examined with the variation of pulse time and voltage in the ADS (Address Display Separated) driving method presented by Fujitsu,. The addressing characteristics showed drastic change as a function of the erasing time and addressing pulse width. In this paper, these results were explained by the change of wall charge variation, and it was estimated with the currents through each electrode.

  • In order to achieve high efficiency and low cost, new high-speed addressing method is suggested. This can be implemented by reducing the address discharge time lag through the priming effect. This paper suggests a new ADR(Address During Reset) driving method which provides priming particles by a separated driving method without adding auxiliary electrode or auxiliary discharge. The experimental results show an approximately 100ns reduction in the formative delay time of address discharge and a reduction in jitter of over 200ns. Also, due to enough time being available for reset, there was a reduction of about 29$\%$ in linht emitted during the reset period considerably.

  • A new driving method is proposed to reduce the address period. The scan time of new driving method overlaps with the next scan time during the discharge lag time. Thus, without reducing the address pulse width and the scan pulse width, the new addressing method can reduce the address period. The results show that the scan time of about 100ns ${\sim}$ 300ns can be overlapped without the misfiring,.

  • We made an optimization effort on driving waveforms for the Quantized Memory Addressing (QMA) in selective write mode of operation. It was necessary to add long ramp type erase pulses after the total write pulse and the sustain period to obtain stable intermediate luminance discharges. Furthermore, fast rising ramp type total write as well as two step addressing scheme were adopted for better discharge stability.

  • We present new ramp-reset waveforms that realize fast addressing in AC-PDPs. These waveforms distort the distribution of wall charges on the surface of a phosphor layer: hence, the enhanced electric field helps to ignite a cell faster. They also reduce the black luminance: the divide of erasing ramp down discharges into two parts, i.e. a surface discharge and a vertical discharge, makes lower luminance.

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient multicast addressing scheme for he self-routing multistage networks. Using only N-bit routing header an the simple hardware logic, the new scheme can efficiently provides all point-to-multipoint connections in single pass through the multistage copy networks. We also designed a hardware logic of switching element to implementation of multicasting in ATM switches are performed.

  • The Locator/Identifier Separation Protocol (LISP) is a new routing architecture that implements a new semantic for IP addressing. It enables the separation of IP addresses into two new numbering spaces: Endpoint Identifiers (EIDs) and Routing Locators (RLOCs). This approach will solve the issue of rapid growth of the Internet's DFZ (default-free zone). In this paper, we propose an algorithm called the Propagated-Mode Mapping System to improve the map request process of LISP-DDT.
