In opposition to conventional networks, mobile ad hoc networks usually do not offer trust about nodes or online access through certificate authorities or centralized servers. But, nodes in those systems need process that can search path as well as trust each other to exchange data in safety For these reasons, traditional security measures that require online trusted authorities or certificate storages are not well-suited for securing ad hoc networks. In this paper, I propose a secure and effective method to search the optimized path using profitable flooding techniques on certificate chains in MANETS(Mobile Ad hoc NETworks). This system includes not only using routing protocols that are generally broadcasting packets but also finding nodes securely and verifing the process through tiust relationships between nodes that are searched.

In concept, such as the backup of wired network and disaster prevention network of water treatment measurement and control system, reliability and security of high level of sending and receiving data between the nodes must be ensured in Ad-hoc network construction. Rather than apply the common communication protocols of Ad-hoc network construction during the FA network of closed water treatment facility with the facility of a certain scale is concentrated contrast, and high characteristics of the water treatment system infrastructure, public facilities We have developed a specific protocol another that applies the OTP of communication frame of process control commands and H-ARQ with ZRP by applying the flexibility to time constraints such as precision industrial plants to ensure the safety and property of facility operation.

Wireless AD-hoc network can construct a network itself without any arbitrator. Therefore, it is difficult to make preparation for disguised assault from an illegal node, and because lots of packets from disguised assault spread over whole network, it influences the network usability and livability. This thesis proposed a safe IPv6 tunnel broker (TB) based on TSP (Tunnel Setup Protocol) to improve safety of the wireless Ad-hoc network, and to solve security problem of a tunnel broker that makes a linkage IPv4 and IPv6. To communicate between client and the tunnel broker, proposed method does not base on HTTP, but S-HTTP (Secure-HTTP) and it uses encryption/decryption to send and receive XML document. Finally, this method encrypts (decrypts) important information by applying IPSec between client and TS (Tunnel Server).
The MANET has many problems in security despite of its many advantages such as supporting the mobility of nodes, independence of the fixed infrastructure, and quick network establishment. In particular, in establishing security, the traditional certification service has many difficult problems in applying to the MANET because of its safety, expandability, and availability. In this paper, a secure and effective distributed certification service method was proposed using the Secret Sharing scheme and the Threshold Digital Signature scheme in providing certification services in the MANET. In the proposed distributed certification service, certain nodes of relatively high safety among the mobile nodes consisting of the MANET, were set as privileged nodes, from which the process of issuing a certification started. The proposed scheme solved problem that the whole network security would be damaged by the intrusion to one node in the Centralized Architecture and the Hierarchical Architecture. And it decreased the risk of the exposure of the personal keys also in the Fully Distributed Architecture as the number of the nodes containing the partial confidential information of personal keys decreased. By the network simulation, the features and availability of the proposed scheme was evaluated and the relation between the system parameters was analyzed.
Along with the rapid development of the wireless network (Wireless Network) technology for secure wireless communications, security problems have emerged as an important issue. In order to operate the wireless network intrusion detection system detects the agent installed on each wireless node should be. Ad-hoc network structures scattered in the AP over a wireless network without the node is a structure that makes it possible to communicate to connect. Intrusion detection agent to be installed on the node, and the corresponding energy consumption occurs when the survival time is reduced. On a node that can monitor a lot of traffic in order to increase the effect of intrusion detection, an intrusion detection agent should be placed. Therefore, in this paper, by taking advantage of the structure of Ad-hoc wireless network, considering the maximum living time of the network, while at the same time, the effectiveness of intrusion detection and intrusion detection by proposing a plan for installing the agent. Also improve the system performance by reducing the network load on each network, a system designed for data aggregation to reduce data redundancy, network energy consumption by reducing.

VANET (Vehicular Ad-hoc Network) is a type of MANET (Mobile Ad-hoc Network) which is the next-generation networking technology to provide communication between vehicles or between vehicle and RSU (Road Side Unit) using wireless communication. In VANET system, a vehicle accident is likely to cause awful disaster. Therefore, in VANET environment, authentication techniques for the privacy protection and message are needed. In order to provide them privacy, authentication, and conditional, non-repudiation features of the group signature scheme using a variety of security technologies are being studied. In this paper, and withdrawal of group members to avoid frequent VANET environment is suitable for vehicles produced by the group administrator for a private signing key to solve the key escrow problem of a group signature scheme is proposed. We proposed a message batch verification scheme using Bloom Filter that can verify multiple messages efficiently even for multiple communications with many vehicles.

Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) enable wireless communication between vehicles and roadside infrastructure to provide a safer and more efficient driving environment. However, due to VANETs wireless nature, vehicles are exposed to several security attacks when they join the network. In order to protect VANETs against misbehaviours, one of the vital security requirements is to revoke the misbehaved vehicles from the network. Some existing revocation protocols have been proposed to enhance security in VANETs. However, most of the protocols do not efficiently address revocation issues associated with group signature-based schemes. In this paper, we address the problem by constructing a revocation protocol particularly for group signatures in VANETs. We show that this protocol can be securely and efficiently solve the issue of revocation in group signature schemes. The theoretical analysis and simulation results demonstrate our work is secure against adversaries and achieves performance efficiency and scalability.
Ubiquitous Computing is gradually accepting in our real society. Already some Advanced State has studying of Ubiquitous for more convenience Ubiquitous environment. Anywhere, Anytime user can be provided information and service that he want, but it has some problem such as Rogue AP, IP spoofing, DoS attack, Warm which can causing social confusion in Ubiquitous society. In this paper we must analysis that security requirement in the Ubiquitous network environment and investigate 'Ad hoc' and RFID which is main technique for network infra construction.
Recent developments in identity-based cryptography (IBC) have provided new solutions to problems related to the security of mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs). Although many proposals to solve problems related to the security of MANETs are suggested by the research community, there is no one solution that fits all. The interdependency cycle between secure routing and security services makes the use of IBC in MANETs very challenging. In this paper, two novel methods are proposed to eliminate the need for this cycle. One of these methods utilizes a key pool to secure routes for the distribution of cryptographic materials, while the other adopts a pairing-based key agreement method. Furthermore, our proposed methods utilize threshold cryptography for shared secret and private key generation to eliminate the "single point of failure" and distribute cryptographic services among network nodes. These characteristics guarantee high levels of availability and scalability for the proposed methods. To illustrate the effectiveness and capabilities of the proposed methods, they are simulated and compared against the performance of existing methods.
In a mobile ad hoc network (MANET), communication between mobile nodes occurs without centralized control. In this environment the mobility of a node is unpredictable; this is considered as a characteristic of wireless networks. Because of faulty or malicious nodes, the network is vulnerable to routing misbehavior. The resource constrained characteristics of MANETs leads to increased query delay at the time of data access. In this paper, AntHocNet+ Security (ANTSEC) framework is proposed that includes an enhanced cooperative caching scheme embedded with artificial immune system. This framework improves security by injecting immunity into the data packets, improves the packet delivery ratio and reduces end-to-end delay using cross layer design. The issues of node failure and node malfunction are addressed in the cache management.
