Spectral efficiency of current two-phase cooperative communications protocols is low since in the second time the relay forwards the same signal received from the source to the destination, the source keeps silent in this time. In this paper, we propose a novel cooperative communications protocol where the signal needed to transmit to the destination is sent in both phases, the source and the relay also transmit different signal to the destination thus no loss of spectral efficiency. This protocol performs signal selection based on log-likelihood ratio (LLR) at relay and maximum likelihood (ML) detection at destination. While existing protocols pay for a worse performance than direct transmission in the low SNR regime which is of special interest in ad hoc networks, ours is better over the whole range of SNR. In addition, the proposal takes advantages of bandwidth efficiency, long delay and interference among many terminals in ad hoc network. Simulation results show that the proposed protocol can significantly save total energy for wireless ad hoc networks.
DNSQ-MAC (Dynamic Network State aware Quality of service - Medium Access Control)
In this paper, we evalvated two main QoS supporting routing protorol on wireless ad hoc network. At Presence wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS support service between source and destination becoming a very important issue. Of all routing protocols, DSR and AOUV are very improtant routing protocol in MANET. So we simulated DSR and AODV QoS Routing Protocol Through simulation evaluation tool NS(Network Simulation) based on various environments.
TICN, a next-generation tactical communication network based on a wireless network, acts as the backbone of the whole network. TICN requires the routing which takes both survivability of passage, reliability, and safety of wireless link into consideration. A tactical network like TICN may maintain the passage for just a short period of time due to topology's frequent changes; In this process all nodes, dependent on batteries for their necessary energy, are restricted by batteries' durability in due course. To overcome this shortcoming, the up-to-date protocols consider only either of diminishing or balancing out energy consumptions. Thus there was a limitation to enhancing both throughput and energy efficiency. The thesis proposes a protocol which regards both throughput and energy efficiency, and enhances node survivability by means of minimizing and balancing energy consumption of the whole network. The protocol brings out an improvement in throughput and makes each node's energy usage more effective.

A Mobile Ad Hoc NETwork (MANET) is a collection of wireless mobile nodes that forms a temporary network without the need for any existing network infrastructure or centralized administration. Therefore, such a network is designed to operate in a highly dynamic environment due to node mobility. In mobile ad hoc network, frequent topological changes cause routing a challenging problem and without the complete view of the network topology, establishing the shortest path from the source node to the destination node is difficult. In this paper, we suggest a routing approach which utilizes location information to setup the shortest possible path between the source node and the destination node. Location information is obtained through Global Positioning System (GPS) and this geographical coordinate information of the destination node is used by the source node and intermediate nodes receiving route request messages to determine the shortest path to the destination from current node.
