민간경비원의 복리(福利)증진(增進) 방안 연구 -임금 및 복리후생제도를 중심으로- (Study on Welfare improvement of private security guards - Focusing on the wages and welfare system -)

  • 본 논문은 경비원의 임금 및 복리후생제도의 고찰을 통해 경비원복리증진 방안을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경비원 임금제도와 복리후생제도 실태를 조사 분석하였다. 분석결과 현재의 경비원 임금 및 복리후생제도에 영향을 미치는 가장 중요한 요인은 도급액 수준, 최저임금 수준, 경비업의 전문성 등이었다. 특히 현재 경비원은 한국표준직업분류상 단순노무직으로 분류되어 가장 전문성이 낮은 수준의 직무로 분류되고 있다. 이러한 인식에 따라 경비원의 임금수준은 대기업 평균의 약 47%, 중소기업 평균의 약 80% 수준에 불과하다. 이를 토대로 향후 개선방안을 제시하면 첫째, 경비업의 전문성 향상을 위한 노력, 둘째, 복리후생 관련 공제사업 신설, 셋째, 표준임금의 경비업법 수용, 넷째, 선택적 복지제도 도입 등을 제시하였다.

초등 교사의 방과후 돌봄 교사와의 의사소통과 협력에 대한 의미 (An Elementary School Teacher's Perspective of the Meaning of Communication and Cooperation with After-school Teachers)

  • In this study, an analysis of the actual conditions and needs regarding elementary school teacher's levels of cooperation was conducted. This was done from the assumption that it is essential for good communication and cooperation to exist between elementary school teachers and after-school care teachers to provide the most reliable after-school care environment possible. Individual interviews with 6 elementary school teachers were conducted, and the results of the data analysis were as follows. First, the necessity for close communication and interaction between teachers was clearly established, due to the obvious advantages obtained from cooperation on supporting children and improving the teacher's levels of expertise. However, contrary to this, the elementary school teachers in fact did not have very good communication between themselves and the after-school care teachers. Second, the problems in cooperation revealed a degree of disapproval regarding the perceived independence of after-school care teacher's duties, a sense of burden arising from interaction with a large number of teachers, the lack of communication time due to the workload of elementary school teachers, and the lack of material resources. Third, teachers further stated that although they were generally interested in after-school care classes, and showed approval of the role of after-school care teachers, regular meetings, and an expansion of the current messenger systems of communication with after-school teachers are clearly needed.

공공도서관 도서구입 실태에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on Acquisition Processes in Public Libraries)

  • 이 연구는 국내 공공도서관의 도서구입을 위한 예산배정, 도서구입 관련 업무 조직 현황, 도서선정과 구입을 위한 과정과 방법 등에 관한 조사의 결과이다. 국내 공공도서관의 도서구입 예산과 도서구입 업무 조직 현황을 파악하기 위해 공공도서관의 재정총액과 자료구입비 중 도서구입비의 비중 및 예산의 출처를 분석하고, 도서구입을 담당하는 부서와 인력현황을 조사하였다. 이어서 국내 공공도서관의 도서선정 현황으로 도서선정 결정 부서, 도서선정 주기, 도서선정에 활용되는 선정도구 등에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 국내 공공도서관의 도서구입 방법 현황을 조사하였다. 도서구입 시 경쟁입찰과 수의계약, 건별단가계약과 연간총액단가계약, 최저가낙찰제와 협상에 의한 계약입찰 중 어떤 방법으로 계약을 체결하고 있는지, 그리고 각 계약 체결방법을 적용하는 이유와 그에 따른 문제점 등에 대한 조사를 하였다. 아울러, MARC과 장비 납품 등에 소요되는 비용이 용역비로 독립 책정되어 있는지와 도서구입 시 주요 거래처가 어디인지와 더불어 지역서점 우선 정책 시행 여부와 도서구입에 적용되는 평균 할인율 등을 조사하였다.

치과 기공사의 이직에 관한 실태조사 (Research on the Actual Condition with Regard to the Separation of Dental Technicians)

  • This research was to investigate and study on 92 Dental Technicians who had had some experience of working or being employed at dental craft-shops or craft-rooms in Seoul area and had transferred to other types of occupation, with regard to their reasons for changing their profession. For an approach to the study, some questionnaires and interview including 3 aspects of in quiriesmental, economic and social backgrounds-were administered, and major findings are as follows ; 1. The ages in which transferring to other kinds of job happened occurred mostly from 20 to 30(78.26%) an a group of subjects whose ages ranged from 20 to 30 years old. And, with regard to their experience of working or being employed at dental craft-shops or craftrooms, the transfer of their profession to the other kinds mosty happened in a group of subjects(94.56%) whose experience of working in the dental field is less than 4 years. 2. The reason of transfer with reference to the mental background was mostly mattered in a group that expressed "Excessive Work Duties"(34.78%), and most lowly mattered in a group of subjets who had "Certain Relations with Dentists"(8.70%). Thus, it appeared that the biggest reason of transfer by the mental background was, due to the excessive duty work, not to have Sufficient time to be usualized by dental technicians for their own purpose. 3. With reference to the economical background, a group that declared there was "No Wage Standards in Ratio to Their Labor" was the most in the separation rate as shown 45.56%. And, a group suspecting "No Guarantee for Their Living after Retirement" Showed a separation rate, 9.78%. In other words, the reason for transfer was that they did not receive due wage according to their amount of labor. 4. With reference to the social background, a group making a subject for no good working environments or conditions had a separation rate, 41.30%, which was the most among others, and a group with a subject of "The Rarity of Employment because of Excessive Supply of Dental Technicians" had the rate, 10.87%, which was the lowest. This meant that the major cause of transfer by the social background was a phenomenon for dental technicans to escape from unclean working places.

보건관리대행기관 산업보건간호사의 업무에 관한 조사 (A Study on the Activity of Occupational Health Nurses in Occupational Group Health Service)

  • This study was aimed to investigate the actual condition of the performance of the occupational health nursing services, and to analyze a main cause which affects on the execution of its duties for occupational health nurses in occupational group health service. It had been surveyed by responsed data from the 105 respondents out of 180 persons. The results were as follows : 1. In performance of occupational health nursing services by the number of assigned plant, participation rate of health examination tended to significantly increase with decreasing the number of assigned and it was observed that the visiting rate of every month was also significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant, recommendation of facility improvement for work environment, understanding the modification of manufacturing process, and inspection of welfare and sanitation facilities. 2. While they executed their nursing services according to duration of service, the more, their duration of service was, the higher, participation rate of health examination, health check in returning to work for injured workers, talk with other health managers on promoting welfare, service evaluation for a year plan, record of health statistic, and experience of first aid service were. And it was found out that the visiting rate of every month was also significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant. 3. In regard to occupational health nursing services by age, the participation rate of health examination and the experience of first aid service were significantly higher as the age increased. And also the visiting rate of every month was significantly higher on touring inspection of work plant, compared with young ones. 4. In performance of occupational health nursing services by the time required visiting plant, The shorter, the time required visiting plant was, the higher, the visiting rate of every month was, on time of health consultation for diseased workers, and inspection of welfare and sanitation facilities. 5. The subjects of health education were mostly liver disease and occupational hearing loss and video tape was used mostly in health education, monthly health education was the highest in 1-3 times(74.5%) and its duration was the highest in about 60 minutes(33.3%). 6. Vaccination of hepatitis among the specific health services was the highest accounting for 64.7%.

외국 약사 국가시험 문항관리 분석연구 (The Analysis of Item Management on Foreign Pharmacists Examination)

  • The goal of this study is to help for the utilization the national pharmacists test through the analysis of item development management to the foreign pharmacists examination. The United States is going to NABP (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy) initiative under the curriculum in question on the basis of this assessment and develop standards and unified, systematic system to conduct tests pharmacist. Practice oriented (patient scenario, the participation of a pharmacist or perform work, clinical practice) examination is doing in Canada, The UK is asking the for more than 70 percent and the prescription needed for actual calculation in practice prior to testing program, and by the including that allows references use. Our country may introduce the job as a clinical pharmacist, positively. Item management system is integrated into four regions based on the six-year curriculum should be done in harmony proportion of each region. Integration of fusion of each region in accordance with the duties should be come out. It has gradually been able to item management system developed by the United States or Canada. This item notice pharmacist judging the results of the work must be carried out for management upgrading to a form of management with an emphasis on clinical practice in developed countries. Foundation design, development, production and management and test after actively reviewing ways to improve management system for to management systems, a pharmacist to improve the quality of the national examination could be contributing are involved.

Individual Fit Testing of Hearing Protection Devices Based on Microphone in Real Ear

  • Background: Labeled noise reduction (NR) data presented by manufacturers are considered one of the main challenging issues for occupational experts in employing hearing protection devices (HPDs). This study aimed to determine the actual NR data of typical HPDs using the objective fit testing method with a microphone in real ear (MIRE) method. Methods: Five available commercially earmuff protectors were investigated in 30 workers exposed to reference noise source according to the standard method, ISO 11904-1. Personal attenuation rating (PAR) of the earmuffs was measured based on the MIRE method using a noise dosimeter (SVANTEK, model SV102). Results: The results showed that means of PAR of the earmuffs are from 49% to 86% of the nominal NR rating. The PAR values of earmuffs when a typical eyewear was worn differed statistically (p < 0.05). It is revealed that a typical safety eyewear can reduce the mean of the PAR value by approximately 2.5 dB. The results also showed that measurements based on the MIRE method resulted in low variability. The variability in NR values between individuals, within individuals, and within earmuffs was not the statistically significant (p > 0.05). Conclusion: This study could provide local individual fit data. Ergonomic aspects of the earmuffs and different levels of users experience and awareness can be considered the main factors affecting individual fitting compared with the laboratory condition for acquiring the labeled NR data. Based on the obtained fit testing results, the field application of MIRE can be employed for complementary studies in real workstations while workers perform their regular work duties.

메디컬 스킨케어 종사자의 실무경력에 따른 직무분석 (Job analysis according to the working experience of medical skincare workers)

  • 본 연구는 메디컬 스킨케어 종사자의 실무 경력에 따라 직무의 적합도와 중요도, 빈도, 난이도에 차이가 있는지 실증적으로 분석하여 관계를 살펴봄으로써 현장에서 효율적인 직무를 수행하는데 도움이 되는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석방법으로 빈도 분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 일원 변량 분석 등을 실시하였고, 메디컬 스킨케어 종사자의 실무경력에 따른 직무의 적합도를 살펴본 결과 피부미용 전공 교육이 메디컬 스킨케어에서 스킨케어 직무에서 적합하게 활용되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또 직무의 실제 현장에서 빈도가 높을수록 중요도가 높았고, 실무 경력에 따라 난이도가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 의료 미용산업이 성장할수록 메디컬 스킨케어 종사자들의 직무에 대한 다양한 연구들이 진행되어 전문성 있는 직무로 체계화시킬 수 있어야 할 것이다.

  • 국내 의료기사 등에 관한 법률에서 의료기사는 의사 또는 치과의사의 지도 아래 업무를 행하는 것으로 되어있다. 하지만 실제 업무행태 및 국내외적 경향, 그리고 의료기사의 교육 수준을 고려한다면 전문성을 인정해주어야 한다. 이러한 전문적이고 독립적인 운영시스템은 의료기사의 자율성을 보장해주어야 하며, 법률적으로도 변화가 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 즉, 우수한 교육과정과 많은 나라에서 "요청", "협조" 등의 개념을 적용하는 시대적 요구에 따라 "지도" 보다는 "의뢰 및 처방"으로 변경이 필요하다. 이러한 변화는 시대적 요구라 할 수 있고 의료서비스의 향상, 그리고 사회적 기여를 위한 변화라고 할 수 있다.

지적재조사 책임수행기관 운영의 효율화 방안 연구 (A Study on Efficient Methods of Cadastral Resurvey Responsible Agency Operation)

  • 본 연구에서는 지적재조사 책임수행기관 체계로 운영되고 있는 사례지역을 선정해 운영 실태를 분석한 후 운영의 효율화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구성과는 다음과 같다. 지적재조사대행자 선정 평가에 있어서는 정성평가 점수를 상향하는 방안을 제시하였다. 지적재조사대행자 지원 확대는 랜디고 프로그램 업데이트를 할 경우 자동으로 연계 설치가 가능하도록하고, 관련 규정에 사전교육에 관한 사항이 규정되어야 함을 제시하였다. 지적재조사측량 업무수행 및 업무분장에 있어서는 임시경계점표지와 확정경계점표지 설치 작업을 통합하고, 공동수행을 통해 지적재조사대행자의 사업비를 보전해 주는 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 장·단기적인 관점에서 책임수행기관의 업무위탁 확대와 연계한 사업비 배분의 현실화 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구성과를 반영하여 책임수행기관 체계를 운영할 경우 사업참여자의 만족도 향상이나 사업기간의 단축이 기대된다.
