This study looks at the origin of a wild-ginseng, Korean ginseng, and traces the origin of associated wild-ginseng digging customs back to the Annals of the Joseon Dynasty. These historical customs helped Korea gain control over its wild ginseng resources following Japanese colonization acts, Korea's present-day forest laws, and Korean Civil Law. Prior to Japanese colonial rule in Korea (1910-1945), ginseng digging was a common custom, but Imperial Japan distorted Korea's own legal principles of the public rights of wild-ginseng digging during this colonial period. Distorted legal principles concerning digging customs continued after Korea's liberation from Japanese rule and were maintained until the enforcement of the Korean Civil Law in 1960, when legal principles of the right of common were changed to special servitude. The origin of the right of common can be found in the Sichojang of the Joseon Dynasty. The Sichojang, a place where local residents jointly collected firewood and fed livestock, was the minimum right to life and interest at the time. Since the right of common was the right to life, Imperial Japan attempted to abolish it, but it was never successful. In addition, distorted legal principles have been maintained in present-day forestry-related laws and regulations. Over 75 years since the liberation from Japanese rule in 1945, it is imperative to break away from the distorted legal principles and acknowledge that digging custom rights have changed from common customs to a special servitude under Korean Civil Law. Hence, an organization of wild-ginseng diggers is an unincorporated association, and their wild-ginseng digging customs can be constituted as a special servitude. Hence, their practices should be considered valid under customary law. Through this, it will be possible to clarify the legal nature and grounds for ginseng-related wild-ginseng digging activities, as well as the civil responsibility for the activities of wild-ginseng diggers.

Among the failures of photovoltaic power generation facilities, failures caused by surges account for 20% of the total failure rate, and energy emissions of tens to hundreds [A] during power generation and electrical damage to inverters and connection boards lead to electrical safety accidents. In particular, in the case of lightning, an abnormal voltage is induced in an electric circuit to destroy insulation, and the current flowing at this time causes a fire and acts as a factor that accelerates the deterioration of parts. Due to this action, the problem of electrical safety of solar power generation devices spreading from outside the city center to the inside of the city center such as houses, apartments, and government offices is emerging. Since lightning strikes cause both field-based and conducted electrical interference, this effect increases with increasing cable length or conductor loops. In addition, surge damages not only solar modules, inverters and monitoring devices, but also building facilities, which can eventually cause operational shutdown due to fire of the photovoltaic power generation system and consequent financial loss. Therefore, in this paper, a lightning protection system for solar power generation devices is studied for the purpose of reducing property damage and human casualties due to the increase in fire and electrical safety accidents caused by lightning strikes in photovoltaic power generation systems.

With the recent increase in old and dangerous buildings, the demand for technology in the field of structure demolition is rapidly increasing. In particular, in the case of structures with severe deformation of damage, there is a risk of deterioration in stability and disaster due to changes in the load distribution characteristics in the structure, so rapid structure demolition technology that can be efficiently dismantled in a short period of time is drawing attention. However, structural deformation such as unauthorized extension or illegal remodeling occurs frequently in many old structures, which is not reflected in structural information such as building drawings, and acts as an obstacle in the demolition design process. In this study, as an effective way to overcome the discrepancy between the structural information of old structures and the actual structure, access to actual structures through 3D modeling was considered. 3D point cloud data inside and outside the building were obtained through LiDAR and drone photography for buildings scheduled to be blasting demolition, and precision matching between the two spatial data groups was performed using an open-source based spatial information construction system. The 3D structure model was completed by importing point cloud data matched with 3D modeling software to create structural drawings for each layer and forming each member along the structure slab, pillar, beam, and ceiling boundary. In addition, the modeling technique proposed in this study was verified by comparing it with the actual measurement value for selected structure member.

Developmental Dysplasia of the Hip (DDH) is a pathological condition commonly occurring during the growth phase of infants. It acts as one of the factors that can disrupt an infant's growth and trigger potential complications. Therefore, it is critically important to detect and treat this condition early. The traditional diagnostic methods for DDH involve palpation techniques and diagnosis methods based on the detection of keypoints in the hip joint using X-ray or ultrasound imaging. However, there exist limitations in objectivity and productivity during keypoint detection in the hip joint. This study proposes a deep learning model-based keypoint detection method using X-ray and ultrasound imaging and analyzes the performance of keypoint detection using various deep learning models. Additionally, the study introduces and evaluates various data augmentation techniques to compensate the lack of medical data. This research demonstrated the highest keypoint detection performance when applying the residual network 152 (ResNet152) model with simple & complex augmentation techniques, with average Object Keypoint Similarity (OKS) of approximately 95.33 % and 81.21 % in X-ray and ultrasound images, respectively. These results demonstrate that the application of deep learning models to ultrasound and X-ray images to detect the keypoints in the hip joint could enhance the objectivity and productivity in DDH diagnosis.

This study aims to interpret the experience of science research in a graduate school laboratory from the perspective of Gilles Deleuze's concepts of "agencement" and "becoming". The research was conducted as an autobiographical narrative inquiry. The research text is written in a way that tells the story of my science research experience and retells it from the perspective of Gilles Deleuze. In Deleuze's view, science research is a constantly flowing agencement. The science research agencement is composed of a mechanical agencement of various experimental tools-machines and researcher-machines as well as a collective agencement of speech acts such as biological knowledge, experiment protocols, and laboratory rules. Furthermore, science research agencement is fluid as events occur all over the agencement. Data, as a change occurring in the material dimension, is an event and sign that raises problems. It has the agency to influence agencement through an intersubjective relationship with researchers, and the meaning of data is generated in this process. The change of agencement compelled me to perform science practice. I have performed repeated science practice, meaning that my body has constantly been connected to other machines. As a result of this connection, my body has been affected, and the capacity of my body that constitutes the agencement has been augmented. In addition, I was able to be deterritorialized from the existing science research agencement and reterritorialized in a new science research agencement with data. This process of differentiation allowed me to becoming-scientist. In sum, this study provides implications for science practice-oriented education by exploring the process of becoming-scientist based on my science research experience.

Signs of the street and scenes of the nature(tree) popping up like a still screen in a monotonously repeated routine, as if waiting for something by chance, characters appearing and disappearing without special meaning, advise you to get away from cliché meetings and breakups while repeating it. The images of people returning to their places without presenting any conclusions highlights the coincidences and unexpectedness of everyday life, but are so familiar that it is easy to be overlooked, it brings us to experience the potential of everyday unfamiliarity in such moments. The actor's performance, which deviates from the practice of well-organized characters, is improvised (unplanned and uncoordinated) emphasized on the scene and expresses the everyday nature of his differentiated character freely like the reality as if he were locked up in a film structure but not confined to it, and as if he got used to the everyday life. Also the repeated words and actions of characters, and unpredictable changes of emotions, centered by the encounters and conversations of this film of Hong Sang-soo, everything that is presented in the background of everyday life in its form, let's us pay attention to the meaning and what to be found in the film. In addition, director Hong Sang-soo, who creates a story after selecting actors to reproduce this daily process in a realistic manner, sets new relationships between the characters and the actors, presenting a new method of realistic expression, through the actor who repeatedly appears in the film. This study analyzes the everyday characters and acting of the film based on director Hong Sang-soo's directing style.

The actor's art work is to build and create a role on stage based on the writer's drama. The actor's role creation is possible by analyzing the role of the writer in the drama logically and acting it actively. This is how an actor who practices practical acts goes beyond a stereotypical role-building and performs live acting skills. A case study in the field work for the application of Etude is absolutely necessary at present, where Etude of Stanislavsky is operated in Korean university education and field. This study will be a case in which Etude, which is a scientific and systematic acting methodology of Stanislavsky, is recognized and applied in the field as a methodology for more extended actor training methodology rather than making a judgment about the value of Etude as applied to theater education and the field as an acting training method. The researcher will introduce the methodology of using Etude as an acting method of Stanislavsky through the use of Etude in the creative play , and would like to give an example of an acting creation process model about 'how to apply Etude'. Through these studies and applications, actors can avoid falling into stereotypes and mannerism, and prepare the foundations for a living actor's art, the acting guide for creating a practical role.
This study examined the relationship between discrimination experienced by children of multicultural families and their psychological distress. As new minorities growing up with bicultural identities in Korean society, children from multicultural families are often exposed to racial discrimination and such experience often acts as a stressor in their everyday life. In order to examine the effect of discrimination on their psychological distress as well as the role of social support, a survey was conducted in 25 elementary schools in Daejeon city and Chungnam and Chungbuk province. Results indicated that children's experiences of discrimination significantly affected their psychological distress level that the more they were exposed to discrimination, the higher levels of depression and anxiety they experienced. Among social support domains, only peer support was found to be significantly related to both the experience of discrimination and their depression and anxiety levels. Supporting the social support deterioration model, the findings showed that more experiences of discrimination led to reduced peer support which in turn, increased the likelihood of being depressed and anxious. Peer support was also significant in partially mediating the discrimination-psychological distress relationship. Implications for social work practice with children from multicultural families are provided.
In this research, I define 'conscience' in Daesoon thought as the 'Restorative capability of returning to one's roots.' The notion of conscience forms a structure of separation and return, and it is connected to the ascetic aim of realizing human perfection. The conscience opens up potential possibilities and leads realization of potential possibilities by returning to the the point of origin. In the middle of separation and return, the conscience acts as the power of subjectivity possessed by human beings which is known as 'In jon (Human Nobility)' in Daesoon thought. The concept of conscience in Daesoon thought is connected with the subjectivity of In jon and free will as well as the character of subjectivity. This shares commonalities with critical thinking, modern characteristics, and the subjectivity of Heidegger's existentialism. Heidegger describes human fate from an existentialist vantage point using terms such as dasein, Geworfenheit, and Entwurf, and establishes human existence as an act of self-recovery from within in a lonely existential establishment. Daesoon thought implies that humanity is the root of ultimate reality, and this description is in sharp contrast with the thrownness (Geworfenheit) of Heidegger's subjectivity. Therefore, Daesoon thought can be seen as unique in its characterization of humanity as being connected to the root of ultimate reality, autonomy, and independent existence.
Shakespeare's text "Hamlet" was first introduced in Korea in the first part of 1920s by Hyeon Cheol via 『Gaebyeok』. Its performance of whole acts was realized in Kinema Theater in Daegu by the direction of Lee Hae-Rang (translated by Han Lo-Dan) in September, 1951, during the Korean War. Since then, a variety of performances were carried out by numberless performing artists and performing groups in the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s and 1990s. The purpose of this study was, among numberless performing artists and performances appeared in the history of performance of "Hamlet", to examine Lee Hae-rang's direction standpoint of "Hamlet", which has been one of the mainstays since the 1950s. For this, among many performances directed by Lee Hae-rang, the investigator referred to the performing scripts and performance criticisms for the opening performance of Drama Center in 1962 and the performances in HOAM Art Hall in 1985 and 1989, focusing on the text "Hamlet" performance in 1951. In the second chapter, the concept, standpoint and background of realism, the base of his theatrical activities in his lifetime, were examined. In the third chapter, before analyzing his direction standpoint for text "Hamlet", the traditional and modern concept of text was summarized and a variety of standpoints and viewpoints for the text were analyzed. And based on the above summary and analysis, his direction standpoint was analyzed and examined, thus presenting a clue for the discussion on the position of Shakespeare's text "Hamlet" directed by Lee Hae-rang in the Korean history of performance and its performance aesthetics.
