The HyperGam program was developed for the analysis of complex HPGe ${\gamma}$-ray spectra. The previous version of HyperGam was mainly limited to the analysis of ${\gamma}$-ray peaks and the manual logging of the result. In this study, it is specifically developed into a tool for the isotopic analysis of spectra. The newly developed features include nuclide identification and activity determination. An algorithm for nuclide identification was developed to identify the peaks in the spectrum by considering the yield, efficiency, energy and peak area for the ${\gamma}$-ray lines emitted from the radionuclide. The detailed performance of nuclide identification and activity determination was accessed using the IAEA 2002 set of test spectra. By analyzing the test spectra, the numbers of radionuclides identified truly (true hit), falsely (false hit) or missed (misses) were counted and compared with the results from the IAEA 2002 tests. The determined activities of the radionuclides were also compared for four test spectra of several samples. The result of the performance test is promising in comparison with those of the well-known software packages for ${\gamma}$-ray spectrum analysis.

Background: This study investigated the effects of pelvic floor stabilization exercise of pain, disfunction, psychosocial, electromyography (EMG) activity on the lower back pain with postpartum. Methods: The study included 20 postpartum women who were randomly assigned to a sling exercise group (SEG, n=10) or a general physical therapy group (GPTG, n=10). Outcomes were assessed using to lower back pain with postpartum the quadruple visual analogue scale (QVAS), the Korean version of the Oswestry disability index (KODI), the fear avoidance belief questionnaire (FABQ), the inventory of functional status after childbirth (IFSAC), the edinburgh postnatal depression scale-Korean (EPDS-K), and trunk muscle activity before and after a 4-week exercise intervention. Statistical analysis were performed using a mean, standard deviation, crosstab test, paired t-test, independent t-test. Kolmogorove-Smirnov test was used for test of normality. Results: Compared to the GPTG, the SEG showed significant improvement in the QVAS, KODI, FABQ, IFSAC, and EPDK-K scores (p<.05) after 4 weeks. Conclusion: Postpartum pelvic strengthening exercise proved to have a positive effect.
Among the new series of phenylacetamides, one of capsaicin derivatives, KR-25018 was found to have a very potent analgesic activity. Thus, the phamacological properties of KR-25018 were compared with those of morphine, capsaicin, and nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). The analgesic activities were evaluated in several animal models, using different stimuli, such as phenylbenzoquinone(PBQ)-induced weithing test, tail-filck test in mice and adjuvant arthritic flexion test in rat. The relationship of phamacological properties of KR-25018 to that of centrally acting opioids was assessed by the blocking test using naloxone. The analgesic potency of the KR-25018 $(MPED_{50}=0.89{\;}p.o.{\;}in{\;}PBQ-induced{\;}weithing{\;}test, {\;}MPED_{50}$=0.61$ s.c. in tail-flick test in mice0, with different action mechanism from morphine and NSAIDs, was comparable to that of morphine.
Purpose: The work flow of international hospital's laboratory consists of rapid test and result report at the present day. However, the frequent inquiry of sample, which cause affairs to delay and efficiency to Lower, affects medical examination. In order to promote work's efficiency, we should improve the problem and make work smooth between a laboratory, outs and ward. Materials and Methods: This study runs as follows. First, Investigating test result, test schedule, test receipt, quick result, etc through the activity required from September to November 2007 about the inquiry of sample. After analysis of the problem in December, remaking the test schedule for improvement solution and reporting it to outs and ward. When the result is retest and dilution, we directly fill in a result space with the result situation of the patient to let them know beforehand. We also, prevent the omission of the result through checking the sample list and discriminate in vivo from in vitro by changing the laboratory's telephone number. We have improved the problem about the inquiry of sample through valuation and analysis since the improvement activity from January to March 2008. Result: The case about the frequent inquiry of sample has reduced by 57.8%. this improvement activity indicated that p-value<0.05 was statistically significant through paired t-test. This activity make study smooth and we rapidly report the result. Conclusion: By reducing the case regarding the inquiry of sample, work discontinuation, and concentration reduction, the work efficiency was increased.
The purpose of the study was to determine the ability of the caries activity test, 'Cariostat' to identify preschool children with dental caries. The subjects of this study were 76 children of 3 to 5 years of age. Oral examination was carried out to assess the caries experience using a mirror and explorer. In all subjects buccal plaque samples were obtained, incubated, and scored as the manufacturer's instructions for the Cariostat test. Statistical analyses were used with the Crosstabulation. The test group exhibited mean dft index 5.21, while 27.63% of subjects were caries free and had no restorations. The sensitivity of the Cariostat test was found to be 98.8% while the specificity was found to be 19.05% The results showed that caries activity measured by visual reading was highly significant to the Cariostat score and dft index(P<0.001). The Cariostat method has indicated the future possible occurrence of caries. The use of this method is meant to require in the caries prevention program.
Purpose : The purpose of this study figures out how the biofeedback exercise combined with a Shaker exercise and a jaw-opening exercise affects the suprahyoid muscle activation of stroke with a swallowing disorder. Methods : The study period was from June, 2018 to September, 2018, to 45 patients who were suitable for selection criteria. Participants were divided into three groups: a visuoauditory biofeedback group (VABG), and a visual biofeedback group (VBG), and a self-exercise group (SG). The three groups were divided into the Shaker exercise and the jaw-opening exercise, and the biofeedback training by themselves. Three groups performed an intervention three times a day, five times a week, and four weeks long. Also, suprahyoid muscle activity was measured with a pre-test, a post-test and a follow-up test. Results : To know the suprahyoid muscle activity after the intervention, there were statistically significant differences between the pre-test and the post-intervention (p< .01). All three groups showed the improvement with the mean comparing followed by VABG, VBG and SG. Comparing between the post- test and the follow-up test, all three groups showed the reduction of suprahyoid muscle activity with the mean comparing, followed VABG, VBG and SG. Conclusion : It found that it was more effective when providing a double-sensory biofeedback than when training with a single-sensory biofeedback. Therefore, it is necessary to provide a multi-sensory input when applying the biofeedback in rehabilitation of the swallowing disorder.
Purpose: This study compared the body composition and health conservation of low and high physical activity groups in professional retired elderly. Methods: The participants were 132 professional retired elders using a university of education for the elderly and senior welfare centers in D and K city. Data were collected through interviews from November to December in 2015. The body composition was measured using an Inbody 230 and the health conservation was measured using Sung's (2005) Health Conservation Scale. The low and high physical activity groups were divided by CHAMPS (The Community Healthy Activities Model Program for Seniors Questionnaire). The collected data were analyzed using a $x^2$ test, independentt-test, andbinary logistic regression using the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The body composition (body mass index, body fat percentage, and fitness score) and health conservation score were higher in the high physical activity group than in the low physical activity group. The result shows that the body weight (OR=10.62) is the highest risk factor influencing the physical activity in professional career-retired elders. Conclusion: These results suggest that to induce physical activity level among professional retired elders, nursing interventions are needed to increase the health conservation and body composition, particularly in controlling the body weight.
