습관형성모델을 기반으로 한 간호대학 여학생의 신체활동에 대한 영향요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Influencing Physical Activity in Female Nursing Students based on the Habit Formation Model)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 습관형성모델을 기반으로 간호대학 여학생의 신체활동 정도와 신체활동에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 간호대학 여학생의 신체활동 증진 및 유지 전략을 개발하는데 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 J시에 소재한 G대학교와 J대학교에 간호학과에 재학중인 여학생 207명이었고, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 8월 31일에서 9월 13일까지였다. 자료 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics Ver. 22.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, ANOVA 및 Scheffĕ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Univariate, and Multivariate multinomial logistic regression을 이용하였다. 연구결과 간호대학 여학생의 신체활동 정도는 평균 2506.31±2807.05 MET-min/week이었고 신체활동 분류기준에 따라 세 군으로 분류한 결과 건강증진 신체활동군은 59명(28.5%), 최소한 활동군은 98명(47.3%), 비활동군은 50명(24.2%)으로 나타났다. 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석에서는 신체활동 습관강도가 간호대학 여학생의 신체활동에 유의한 영향요인으로 규명되었다. 따라서, 간호대학 여학생의 신체활동 증진 및 유지를 위해 습관형성 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 잡음환경에서의 실시간 적응화 기법을 적용하기 위한 선결 과제로 다차원 음성 특정 벡터를 저차원으로 축소하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 특징 벡터를 확률 우도 값으로 매핑시켜 비선형적으로 축소하는 방법으로 음성 / 비음성의 분류는 우도비 검증 (Likelihood Ratio Test; LRT) 을 이용하여 분류하였다. 실험 결과 고차원 특징 벡터를 이용하여 분류한 결과와 대등하게 분류됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고, 제안된 방법에 의해 검출된 음성 데이터를 이용한 음성인식 실험에서도 10차 MFCC(Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficient)를 사용하여 분류한 경우와 대등한 인식률을 보여주었다.

Toluene, Methylcyclohexane, n-heptane 그리고 Ethylbenzene 이성분 혼합계에 대한 101.3 kPa에서의 인화점 측정 (Measurement of Flash Point for Binary Mixtures of Toluene, Methylcyclohexane, n-heptane and Ethylbenzene at 101.3 kPa)

  • 인화점은 산업현장에서 화재 및 폭발의 위험성을 결정하는데 사용되는 중요한 지표의 하나로 안정성 평가 시 많이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 고무제조 공정에서 주로 쓰이는 이성분계 혼합물 중 {toluene+ethylbenzene}, {methlycyclohenxane+ethylbenzene} 그리고 {n-heptane+ethylbenzene} 대한 인화점을 101.3 kPa에서 SETA 밀폐식 인화점 측정기를 이용하여 측정하였다. 각 이성분계에 대하여 Raoult's의 법칙, Wilson, NRTL 및 UNIQUAC 파라미터를 이용하여 혼합물에 대한 인화점 예측하고 실험 결과와 비교하였다. 비교 결과 모든 예측값과 실험값은 유사한 값을 보였고 편차가 1.74 K이내의 결과를 보였다.

피페라실린프탈리딜에스텔의 합성, 가수분해 및 경구흡수에 관한 연구 (Studies on Synthesis, Hydrolysis and Oral Absorption of Piperacillin Phthalidyl Ester)

  • Piperacillin phthalidyl ester was synthesized by reacting piperacillin with triethylamine and bromophthalide in acetone and its chemical structure was determined by UV, IR, and PMR. The partition coefficient of the ester was increased and the ester was more lipophilic and less water soluble than piperacillin. The ester did not show the antimicrobial activity against Bacillus subtilis ATCC 6633 in vitro, but when hydrolyzed, the parent drug of ester, piperacillin, revealed antimicrobial activity in vivo. After a single oral dose of both piperacillin and the ester to rabbits, the serum piperacillin concentration was measured by bioassay. The ester exhibited improved pharmatokinetic characteristics: $T_{max}\;of\;2hr,\;C_{max}\;of\;4.26{\mu}g{\cdot}ml^{-1},K_{el}\;of\;0.057hr^{-1},\;and\;total\;AUC\;of\;85.42{\mu}g{\cdot}hr{\cdot}ml^{-1}$. Piperacillin on the other hand, did not exhibit any gastro-intestinal absorption.

  • It was attempted in this study to assess the vitamin $B_{1},\;B_{2}$, and $B_6$ status in tissue by determination of erythrocyte transketolase (TK), glutathione reductase (GR), and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activities, and their activation by their respective coenzymes, thiamine pyrophosphate, flavin-adenine dinucleotide, and pyridoxal-5-phosphate. The activities of erythrocyte enzymes were stable for more than 30 days when erythrocyte had been stored at $-20^{\circ}C$ and affirmed that the enzyme activities were more stable in the case of deep frozen sotrage of erythrocytes rather than hemolysates. The assay procedures involving ultraviolet kinetic analysis with continuous monitoring for each of enzymes have good within-batch and between-batch precisions and will be avalable in the routine laboratories for the nutritional and clinical surveys. Activity coefficient of TK, GR, and AST was studied in healthy medical students (fifteen men and twelve women, between 21 and 30 years old) on an unrestricted diet. The mean activity coefficient of TK, GR, and AST were 1.18, 1.35, and 2.01 for men, and 1.14, 1.33, and 1.83 for women, respectively. And the upper limit of normal (mean+2SD) were 1.52, 1.69, and 2.61 for men, and 1.50, 1.61, and 2.37 for women, respectively.

Study of complete transparent nano-emulsions which contain oils

  • Recently inside nano liposome particles or nano-emulsions which contain tough-melting physiology activity materials or the coefficient of low organism utilization promote the coefficient of organism utilization, so this part has been studied a lot because they can absorb selectly cosmetics, specially physiology activity materials, into the skin. Also, in particle size, cells interstitial lipid interval are 30~50nm, so nano-emulsions that the size is similar to 30~50 nm are made to study for absorbing quickly into the skin. And transparent skin which contains oils in common skin lotion dosage form has become the center of public interest. The used nano-emulsions in this study were unsaturated lecithin/co-surfactant! ethanol/ oil / water. And polysorbate 20/ polysorbate 80/ Dicetyl phosphate/hydrogenated .caster oil/ isoceteth-20/SLS were used in co-surfactant. The used oils were cyclomethicone and caprylic/capric triglyceride. The manufacturing process was that microfluidizer was fixed in 1000bar and transit times were changed from 1 to 10 times. From transparency and particle size, the transparency sequence was SLS> polysorbate 20= polysorbate 80> isoceteth-20> dicetyl phosphate >hydrogenated caster oil and the particle size was small. Specially cyclomethicone nano-emulsions, when we made unsaturated lecithin /SLS /ethanol/water/cyclomethicone, cyclomethicone 5% was good for transparency. And 20% of this was used for making transparent skin toner in common skin dosage form.

에탄올 탈수 공비 증류공정 최적화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Optimization of Process for Ethanol Dehydration Azeotropic Distillation)

  • 본 연구에서는 공비점 분리제로써 벤젠을 사용하고 3기의 증류탑을 이용해서 에탄올 수용액으로부터 거의 순수한 무수 에탄올을 생산해 내는 공비증류공정에 대한 모델링과 최적화 작업을 수행하였다. 공비증류공정의 모사를 위한 열역학 모델식으로는 NRTL 액체 활동도계수 모델식을 사용하였으며 상용의 화학공정 모사기인 PRO/II with PROVISION 6.01을 사용하였다. 최적화 작업을 위한 목적함수로는 각 증류탑 재비기의 Heat duty로 정하였으며 농축기 탑상제품의 에탄올의 농도를 최적화 변수로 정하였다. 농축기 탑상 제품에서 에탄올 몰농도가 76 mole%일 때 증류탑의 재비기의 Heat duty의 합이 최소가 됨을 알 수 있었다.

농촌 여성 노인의 일상생활수행능력과 우울이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Activity of Daily Living and Depression on Quality of Life among Elderly Women in Rural Areas)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine factors affecting quality of life among community-dwelling elderly women who live in rural areas. Methods: The design of this research was cross-sectional descriptive study. The participants were 92 community-dwelling women aged 65 or older. Data were collected from November 1 to 15, 2013. ADL (Kart's Index), GDS-SF (Geriatric Depression Scale Short Form) and GQOL (Geriatric Quality of Life Scale) were used to measure variables. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Spearman's coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The participants' mean age was 77.5, and 85.9% had elementary school graduation or less education, and for 64.1%, their economic status was low. Spearman's rho coefficient analysis found that QOL was significantly associated with depression (r=-.72, p<.001), perceived health (r=.58, p<.001), regular exercise (r=.47, p<.001), education level (r=.29, p=.005), and ADL (r=-.21, p=.043). Multiple regression analysis showed that 65.9% of their QOL was explained by depression (${\beta}=-.72$), perceived health (${\beta}=.24$), ADL (${\beta}=-.16$), exercise (${\beta}=.22$) and number of diseases (${\beta}=.19$). Conclusion: These results indicate that older women who live rural areas need support for ADL, and prevention of depression to improve their quality of life.

기업건강증진지수의 준거타당도 평가 (Evaluation on Criterion Validity of Enterprise Health Promotion Index)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the validity of the 'Enterprise Health Promotion Index', a tool for assessing health promotion activities of worksite developed by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. Methods: This is designed a methodological study that evaluates the validity of the Enterprise Health Promotion Index. For this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the workplace health professional and safety professional, and a total of 297 data were extracted as final data. We developed the informal health promotion needs and activity measurement tools. The correlation coefficient between the score of the enterprise health promotion index and the score of the informal health promotion tool was analyzed for the criterion validity evaluation. Results: The criterion validity of the Enterprise Health Promotion Index and activity index were supported by finding moderate (r=.597) and high (r=.783) correlation coefficient. However, the requirement index has low levels of criterion validity (r=.364). Conclusion: Based on these results, we suggest to improve the utility of the corporate health promotion index by developing user manual, active public relations, and providing briefing sessions.

가연성물질의 폭발한계에 관한 연구 - 액상 조성에 의한 가연성 2성분 액체혼합물의 폭발한계 - (A Study on Explosive Limits of Flammable Materials - Explosive Limits of Flammable Binary liquid Mixture by Liquid Phase Compositions -)

  • Explosive limit is one of the major physical properties used to determine the fire and explosion hazards of the flammable substances. Explosive limits are used to classify flammable liquids according to their relative flammability. Such a classification is important for the safe handling of flammable liquids which constitute the solvent mixtures. Explosive limits of all compounds and solvent mixtures can be calculated with the appropriate use of the fundamental laws of Raoult, Dalton, Le Chatelier and activity coefficient models. In this paper, Raoult,s law and van Laar equation(activity coefficient model) are shown to be applicable for the prediction of the explosive limits in the flammable ethylacetate-toluene system. The values calculated by the proposed equations were a good agreement with literature data within a given percent. From a given results, by the use of the proposed equations, it is possible to predict explosive limits of the other flammable mixtures. It is hoped eventually that this method will permit the estimation of the explosive Properties of flammable mixtures with improved accuracy and the broader application for other flammable stances.
