본 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 교육과정을 기반으로 한 학교 독서교육 프로그램의 방향성을 분석하고, 학교도서관과 사서교사가 기여할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 2015 개정 교육과정이 처음 적용된 2016학년도 100대 우수 교육과정 보고서에 포함된 학교 급별 독서교육 프로그램의 유형을 다중지능을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학교 독서교육 프로그램은 인간친화지능을 중심으로 운영되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 초등학교는 지역사회 연계 독서를 가장 많이 운영하고, 중 고등학교는 학생 독서 동아리 활동을 가장 많이 운영하였다. 언어 지능 관련 독서교육 프로그램의 경우 초등학교에서는 책읽어주기, 중학교는 문학작품으로 쓰기, 고등학교는 감상문 쓰기를 가장 많이 운영하였다. 공간 지능 관련 독서교육 프로그램의 경우 모든 학교급에서 매체제작 유형이 가장 큰 비중을 차지했다. 다만, 자연친화 지능과 관련된 독서 프로그램은 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 2015 개정 교육과정하에서 학교도서관이 독서교육 프로그램 활성화를 위하여 이바지할 방안을 교육 공동체 중심지로서 교사 학생 학부모 연계 프로그램 개발, 창작 공간설치 운영, 사서교사의 프로그램 관리 및 탐구기반학습 역량 신장 측면에서 제안하였다.

Online people conduct all kinds of business activities, such as promoting the sales of products and services, reading newspapers, watching TV and movies, and sending business messages by e-mail, by e-voice and by e-fax. Computers with access to the Internet are defined by the United Nations as the fourth media characterized by instantaneousness, openness, limitlessness, boundlessness and globalization. With the development and popularization of the Internet and the advance of the information technology in China, Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) violations online have frequently occurred in e-business activities. IPRs protection online has posed a great challenge not only for business managers and officials, but also for judges and lawyers because the rapid development of the Internet has created a legal vacuum governed by no laws in IPRs violation and protection online in China.. The paper at first classifies IPRs into several categories, then reveals China's serious problems and challenges of IPRs violations online and stresses the necessity of China's IPRs protection online. Finally it puts forward some suggestions concerning IPRs protection online.

이 연구는 어린이들이 읽는 동화책 속에 반영된 도서관과 사서의 이미지를 포괄적으로 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 도서관을 배경으로 하는 우리나라 창작동화 14편을 선별하여 자세히 분석하였다. 분석 결과 동화속에 나타난 도서관은 대체로 최근에 새롭게 단장을 하여 어린이들에게 호감을 주는 외형을 가지고 있었다. 도서관의 역할은 독서활동에 편중되어 설정된 것으로 나타났으며 정보활용이나 문화활동 등에 대한 반영은 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 사서는 거의 모두 여성이었으며, 친절하고 적극적인 성향으로 아이들의 독서활동을 위해 노력하지만 교육자적 측면 등의 다양한 직업적 면모를 보여주지는 못하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이렇게 동화 속에 반영된 도서관과 사서의 모습은 우리 사회의 현실 속에서 인식되고 이해되는 도서관과 사서의 수준과 한계를 그대로 보여주는 것으로 드러났다.

이 연구에서는 초등학교에서 SW교육 관련 내용을 지도하는 교사들의 수업 전문성 개발을 위해 참여하는 활동들에 대해 유형별로 분류하고, 최근 3년간 전문성 개발 활동 참여 정도, 활동 후 성과 등 전문성 개발 활동 형태 및 특성들에 대해 분석하였다. 초등 교사 276명이 설문에 참여하였고, 그 결과 집합으로 이루어지는 직무연수(96%), 원격으로 이루어지는 직무연수(96%)에 가장 많이 참여하였고, 컨설팅 장학 멘토링 동료관찰(82%), 관련부처 및 시도교육청 주관 강좌 워크숍 세미나(69%), 교과연구회(66%)등이 그 뒤를 이었다. 한편 비공식적 활동 중 독서가 가장 많았고, 유튜브, 깃허브 등 웹사이트 정보 활용(80%), 교사들의 전문성 계발 네트워크(76%)순으로 많이 참여 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 활동에 참여하는 이유로 대다수가 수업 전문성 향상을 위해서 활동에 참여하는 것으로 나타났으며, 활동 후 수업 전문성 향상 도움도, 직무역량 향상도, 현업적용도 및 수업 효능감, 긍정적 효과 정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과가 SW교육 관련 교과 지도를 위한 초등교사의 수업 전문성 개발 활동의 교육적 가치를 증진 시킬 수 있는 지속적 전문성 개발 방안을 마련할 수 있는 토대를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a program that allows older women to provide voluntary services for child nursing facilities, making those women have more social participation, effectively their spare time and ultimately improve the quality of their life. Results of the study can be described as follows. First, social requests about the use of older women as volunteers for child nursing services were analyzed to show that most people working at child nursing facilities perceived lack in the number of child nursing teachers. Those people recognized the need of using older women as service volunteers for the facilities. They were very positive about such use. Second, it is recommendable that volunteers of child nursing service should be not too much older women, or below 65. Voluntary activities that those women participate include taking care of younger children, reading interesting stories for children, helping works of child homes, teaching manners and living attitudes, instructing dietary etiquettes and cooking. Voluntary service activities should be made 1 to 3 times a week, 1 to 2 hours a time, considering psychological and physical states of older people. Third, such older volunteers should be educated about 6 areas, 'the operation and management of child homes, 'practices', 'child health and safety', 'the quality of child nursing', 'child development and counseling' and 'voluntary service training'. Out of these six areas, 'child health and safety' and 'voluntary service training' are more required to be instructed. such training needs to focus on activities in which older women can actually engage as volunteers. Fourth, it is advisable that the recruitment and management of such volunteers are led by the city and that the development of training programs for voluntary service activities and education of the volunteers are referred to universities.

이 연구는 유아교육실제에서 몸의 교육적 의미를 재인식하기 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 인간공학적 방법을 활용하여 바람직한 몸 교육의 방향에 대한 교훈을 얻고자 하였다. 인간공학 활동분석방법으로 가장 많이 활용되는 OWAS기법을 적용하여 D시에 거주하는 유아를 대상으로 비디오 촬영을 한 후 Snap reading하여 일과 활동내 몸 움직임을 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 유아의 몸 움직임은 활동유형에 따라 다른 양상을 나타내었다. 허리와 팔을 중심으로 한 활동별 움직임은 통계적 유의성을 보이지 않았으며, 다리 활동성을 중심으로 활동 군별로 분석한 결과는 대집단, 소집단, 야외활동 순으로 나타나 전체집단 간 평균분석에서 통계적으로 유의하게 야외활동이 다른 활동보다 월등하게 높게 나타났다. 또 최고 및 최저 움직임을 보인 활동들을 independent t-test를 실시한 결과, 허리의 움직임에서 소집단이 야외활동보다, 다리의 움직임에서 야외활동이 대집단보다 유의하게 활발한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 의의는 인체공학적 활동 분석법을 유아의 몸 움직임 측정에 처음으로 도입한 점과 더불어 이런 적용 결과를 바탕으로 최근 급격히 줄어드는 유아실외활동의 잠재적 위험성에 대해 경각심을 일깨웠다는 데서 찾을 수 있다.

The development and distribution of reading aids and innovative technology improving access to information for the blind and visually disabled persons. 3. Extension of information service in public library for the blind and visually disabled persons. 4. Copyright problems. 5. Facilities or architectural problems for the blind and visually disabled persons.

To achieve the aim of science education, it is known that warious teaching, and learning materials should have to be used. As a sub-textbook for primary science education, 'Sil Hum-Kwan Chal (Experiment and Observation), teaching and learing material are developed and using now in science. This material have following characteristics; (a) Soruce-book contains reading materials for additional information, various pictures to enririch the science concepts, and supplementary and enrichment activities. (b) Work-book consists of the detailed procedures of activities of experiments presented in the textbook, student can record the experimental procedures and results. (c) Operational manuals provide operation techniques for experimental equipments which are used in science class. In this study the using status are surveyed for the 3rd grade of primary school, and based on this survey the improvement plan are discussed in view of design, quantity and utility, of sub-textbook.

The objective of this study, which applies the multiple-disciplinary approach to the developmental characteristics of children, is to study and develop a class model that can be applied to actual kindergarten classes in rural area. For this purpose, this study proposes teaching and learning methodologies for children based on English children's tales to help make the English education of children more effective and efficient. Based on the findings, the following suggestions should be considered for improving the English-education class model for kindergartners for rural areas: First, various activities based on the multiple-intelligence approach are important methods of children-oriented education advanced by the Sixth Children's Curriculum, helping children grow their independence and creativity. Second, various activities developed by this study on the basis of the multiple-intelligence approach to promote children's reading, listening, speaking, and writing abilities helped children improve their linguistic capacities, improve creativity, and remain motivated, which was reinforced by the differences found between the test group and the control group.

장학의 본질은 교사의 교육활동을 조력하고 학습 공동체 구축을 통해서 학교 교육의 질을 개선하는 것이다. 학교도서관은 도서관활용수업과 정보활용교육이 사서교사와 교과교사의 협동을 통해서 이루어지는 교실이다. 따라서 학교도서관은 전문가에 의한 체계적이고 안정적인 장학 활동이 이루어져야 한다. 그러나 16개 시 도교육청의 학교도서관 담당 부서를 분석한 결과 행정지원 위주인 것으로 나타났다. 학교도서관의 교육적 역할을 신장하기 위해서는 학교도서관의 교육적 가치와 사서교사의 교육적 역량을 개발하고 지원할 수 있는 새로운 장학 체계를 모색할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 학교도서관과 관련이 있는 독서교육, 공공도서관의 업무를 시 도교육청 수준에서 "독서.도서관과"와 같이 하나의 독립부서로 통합하는 방안을 제안하였다.
