냉동 냉장창고의 집적단지인 '콜드체인 클러스터' 구축이 물류업계의 현안으로 급부상하고 있다. 인천항만공사는 한국가스공사와 협력하여 송도 LNG 인수기지에서 발생하는 냉열 에너지를 이용한 냉동 냉장 클러스터를 구축하기 위한 사업을 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 CFPR 방법론을 활용하여 냉동 냉장 클러스터 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 분석결과, 상위요인에서는 안정성과 수익성 요인이 0.281로 가장 중요시 되는 요인으로 파악되었다. 세부요인으로는 지속가능한 물동량 확보가 가장 높게 나타났고, 임대료 수준, LNG 냉열 활용기술의 지속 가능성과 일반 냉동 냉장창고와의 경쟁, 시설 중복투자 배제 등의 순으로 중요도가 평가 되었다. 향후 연구에서는 활성화 요인을 활용하여 국내 지역별 냉동냉장클러스터를 평가할 필요가 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 매년 증가하고 있는 수입 식품의 안전한 관리를 위한 방안으로서 식품의 수입, 보관, 배송의 전 과정을 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 신선물류클러스터 구축 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축함으로써 기대되는 경제적 효과를 분석하고 향후 신선물류클러스터 구축을 위한 관련 주체의 역할과 함께 정책적인 지원방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 신선물류시스템을 정의하고 분석하여 보다 구체적인 신선물류클러스터의 구축방안을 제시하였으며, 또한 신선물류클러스터 구축의 경제적 효과를 부가가치와 물류비 절감효과로 분석하였다. 이와 같은 신선물류클러스터를 인천송도경제자유구역에 구축하기 위한 방안으로 국내 관련 법률을 검토하고 일관성 있는 정책 방향을 제시하였다. 그러나 본 논문은 신선물류라는 조금은 생소한 분야의 연구로서 선행연구의 검토, 관련데이터 수집 등에 있어 다소 부족한 부분이 있다. 하지만 향후 본 연구를 토대로 다양한 신선물류와 신선물류클러스터에 대한 연구가 수행되기를 희망한다.

The information technology(IT) development of telecommunication, along with the information analyzation over the world, enables the firms to process their inner and outer operations through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system. And the concept of logistics has become more important to the enterprises in strategic sense because it had aggrandized itself to more comprehensive and integrative concept. Also the world shipping market is more competitive than any other market. In these environment, to maintain competitive power, shipping firms process operations by Logistics Information system(LIS), And then, reduce the working processes, working time and its costs. So the LIS has become more important in developing our national logistics system and industry. Therefore, this study purposes on empirically analyzing the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these, factors with logistic performances in the shipping industry. Considering environments of Shipping logistics information system, this study sets up the research model and hypothesis to examine the activation factors of shipping LIS and the relationship these factors with logistic performances. We used the field data on the 163 numbers of firms(29 overseas shipping companies and 133 forwarding Agency) to get the empirical evidence. According to the study results, The shipping LIS activation factors which the sample firms recognized as important: were top managers support, well structured communication channel, strategic plans connection and inner information analyzation level. And IS organization & human resources, IS discipline & training, software development, IS organizational alignment, database management system, information standardization, competitive advantage, financial support and government support represent partially significant. Also, the current shipping LISs main problems are expensive system cost, standardization of working processs, institutions imperfection and systems interaction defect. So these problems must be improved to activate shipping LIS.

본 연구는 최근 발표된 국내 장비산업 육성 전략에 따라 이를 구체적으로 추진할 수 있는 정책을 설정하고, 이를 추진할 수 있는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 항만장비산업에 대한 신기술 인증제도와 신기술 시험검증영역 운영 및 활성화 방안 두가지를 대안으로 설정하고, 이에 대한 구체적 수요와 도입방안을 도출하기 위해 기술개발을 수행하는 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 설문조사 결과 신기술 인증제도 및 시험검증영역의 활용 수요가 높은 것으로 파악되었으며, 장비산업 육성을 위해 항만장비와 연계한 실증 지원, 공인검증기관과 연계한 시험 및 평가, 전담기관 마련 등의 대안이 도출되었다. 이를 바탕으로 항만 장비에 특화된 신기술 인증제도 신설 및 이를 제도화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 설문조사 결과 및 인증제도와 연계하여 신기술 시험검증영역의 기본적 기능과 역할을 정립하고, 향후 활성화를 위해 인증비용 면제, 실적확인서 발급 등의 실효서 있는 인센티브 제공, 전담조직 및 인증센터 운영을 통한 효율적 관리 등의 방안을 제시하였다.

해양지리정보의 가장 핵심 단위인 피쳐가 근본적으로 동일함에도 불구하고 각 응용분야별로 그 피쳐의 의미와 내용을 분류하고 기술하는 방식이 서로 다르기 때문에 사용자 측면에서 매우 불합리하다. 이에 현재 세계적으로 생산자 및 이용자가 공통적으로 사용할 수 있게 피쳐들을 표준화된 방식으로 분류하고 명명, 정의하는 피쳐카탈로그화가 활발하게 진행되고 있는 추세이며, 본 논문에서는 해양지리정보의 활성화를 위해 "ISO 19110 - Methodology for Feature Cataloguing" 표준문서를 분석하여 피쳐에 대한 구성요소와 정의방식을 연구하였고, 도출된 방법을 통해 해양지리정보 피쳐카탈로그를 작성하는 표준안과 그 예를 제시하였다.

국내 무선 인터넷은 서의 다른 플랫폼을 사용하는 콘텐츠 제공자의 개발환경이 서의 상이하여 무선 인터넷 활성화의 저해 요인이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 창립된 한국 무선 인터넷 표준화 포럼(KWISF： Korea Wireless Internet Standardization Forum)에서 개발한 무선 인터넷 플랫폼인 WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability)의 사용으로 응용프로그램의 상호 운용 및 하드웨어에 대한 독립성을 보장할 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 서로 다른 플랫폼에서 발생하는 비용을 절감할 수 있는 표준 플랫폼인 WIPI를 이용한 개발 응용 사례를 들어 WIPI의 우수성을 입증하고 활성화 방안을 모색하고자한다.

최근, 우리나라는 소득수준 향상, 교통여건 개선 등으로 여가활동 및 관광형태가 다양화되면서 육지 레저에서 해양 레저 활동이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 이런 여가활동을 수용할 수 있는 기반시설을 구축하고 있지만, 아직도 부족한 실정이다. 또한, 시설 구축 시 도입되는 기자재는 거의 전량을 수입하고 있으며 특히 마리나 구축 시 사용되는 긴장계류장치도 비슷한 상황이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무와 아라미드섬유 등 재료를 이용하여 긴장계류장치를 구성하고 신뢰성 기반 강건 설계를 통해 국내 해양환경에 적합한 제품을 개발하여 해양레저문화 활성화와 산업발전에 이바지할 수 있을 거라고 생각한다.
