본 논문에서는 SGR(software-based Global Positioning System receiver)에서 GPS(Global Positioning System)의 자료처리과정을 분석하기 위해서, GPS 신호의 수신방법을 심도있게 분석했다. 그리고 이 처리과정을 Matlab를 사용해서 모의실험을 했다. 실험결과, 이 분석방법의 타당성을 찾을 수 있었고, 이 실험은 실제 환경조건에서와 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다. 또 SGR의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 수신기의 성능을 향상시켜야 한다는 사실을 확인 할 수 있었는데, 동조되는 최적의 주파수는 수십 Hertz내에서 위상을 비교해서 찾을 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate heat resistance for union type SMD inductor core. The samples was produced with process 5 step. In this study, it analysis heat resistance of SMD(Surface Mounted Device) inductor core and it get electric field only exist inside of SMD core. Therefore electric fields do not affect any device and equipments. These results are very important to design data acquisition system(several test equipments such as temperature, impedance, and current test), because data acquisition system can place under the SMD Inductor core. So, it can be decrease their test error due to electric field.

M&S 및 SBA의 지속적 발전을 위해서는 성숙도 측정모형의 개발이 매우 중요한 사안이다. 성숙도 측정모형은 일반적으로 각 분야에 밀접하게 연관된 조직의 프로세스 수행 능력 혹은 조직 자체의 성숙도를 측정하고 지속적인 프로세스 개선 및 조직의 발전을 위한 기준을 제시한다. 또한 성숙도 모형은 성숙도를 정량적 지표로 환산하기 위한 참조모형과 실제로 대상 조직 혹은 프로세스에 대한 능력을 정량화하여 심사하는 모형으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 기 개발된 SBA 성숙도 측정모형의 기준모형을 간략히 소개하고 여러 가지 성숙도 심사 방법론을 고찰하여 SBA 성숙도 심사 방법론의 프레임워크를 마련하고자 한다.

정보보호 관리체계(Information Security Management System, ISMS)는 정보 자산의 기밀을 유지하고 결함이 없게 하며 언제든 사용할 수 있게 하는 보호 절차와 과정이고, 국내의 ISMS-P와 국외의 ISO/IEC 27001이 가장 대표적인 ISMS 인증제도이다. 본 논문에서는 ISMS 인증과 조직의 특성과의 관계를 파악하기 위해서 한국인터넷진흥원(KISA), 과학기술정보통신부 전자공시시스템(ISDS), 금융감독원 전자공시시스템(DART)로부터 데이터를 수집하고, Probit 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. Probit 분석 시 ISMS-P 취득여부, ISO/IEC 27001 취득여부, ISMS-P와 ISO/IEC 27001 모두 취득여부의 세 가지 경우에 대해 독립변수 4개와의 관련성을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, ISMS-P, ISO/IEC 27001 모두 취득한 기업은 총 임직원 수와는 양의 상관관계, 업력과는 음의 상관관계가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이외에도 ISMS-P 인증제도와 정보보호 공시제도의 개선방향에 대해서도 확인할 수 있었다.

함정은 다양한 탑재장비들과 함정 플랫폼이 통합되어 성능을 발휘해야 하는 복합 무기체계이면서, 장기간의 획득기간이 소요되고 시제품이 바로 전력화 되어야 하는 특징으로 인해 독자적인 개발프로세스를 적용해 왔다. 그러나 최근 기술의 발전과 탑재장비의 복잡화에 따라 함정 획득 분야에도 시스템공학(SE) 절차의 적용이 필수불가결하게 되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 함정 설계에서 아직까지 SE 절차는 기존의 절차와 융합되지 못하고 별도의 체계로 관리되고 있는데, SE 절차를 반영한 실질적인 통합 프로세스가 아직 정립되어 있지 않기 때문이다. 다양한 함정에 대해 SE 절차의 적용 및 설계 방법 개선 연구가 수행되었으나 통합 측면에서 성과는 부족하였다. 따라서 함정을 설계할 때 적용할 수 있는 SE 기반 통합 프로세스 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 기본설계 프로세스와 SE 기반 프로세스의 통합을 통해 잠수함 기본설계 프로세스를 정립하였다. 이를 위해 함정 기본설계와 병행하여 SE 기반의 기술검토인 체계요구조건검토(SRR), 체계기능검토(SFR), 기본설계검토(PDR)을 수행하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 그리고 체계요구사항명세서(SSRS), 체계/부체계규격서(SSS), 체계/부체계설계기술서(SSDD) 등의 요구사항 문서들의 생성 및 관리를 위한 효율적인 프로세스를 연구하였다. 이러한 2가지의 프로세스를 통합하여 개선된 SE 기반 기본설계 프로세스를 구축하였다. 구축된 프로세스의 적용성을 평가하기 위하여 현재 기본설계를 진행중인 잠수함에 적용한 결과를 제시하였다. 이를 통해 잠수함의 효과적인 요구사항 관리, 산출물 작성 및 설계반영이 가능하였고, 요구사항과 추적성을 가진 각각의 산출물은 기본설계 시험평가 자료로도 즉각적으로 활용이 가능함을 확인하였다. 잠수함 이외에도 건조중인 다양한 함정 설계에서도 본 연구의 SE 기반 함정 기본설계 프로세스의 유용성이 기대된다.

This study aims to find the method to promote interaction in L2 classrooms. Active interaction between learner-to-learner and learner-to-teacher in L2 classroom plays an important role in language acquisition. In light of this, L2 classroom would benefit with the help of learning tools such as Clickers which helps learners to express their level of understanding during the process of learning itself. This is because the anonymity of Clickers allows learners to express their needs without the social risks associated with speaking up in the class. It allows for an evaluative feedback loop where both learners and teachers understand the level of progress of the learners, better enabling classrooms to adapt to the learners' needs. Eventually this tool promotes participation from learners, This is in turn, believed to be effective in fostering classroom interaction, allowing learning to take place in a more comfortable yet vibrant way. This study is finalized by presenting the result of an experiment conducted to verify the effectiveness of this approach when teaching pragmatic aspect of the Korean expressions with similar semantic functions. As a result of the research, the learning achievement of learners in the experimental group was found higher than the learners' in a control group. Analyzing the data collected from a questionnaire given to the learners, the study presented data suggesting that this approach increased the scope of interactivity in the classroom, thus enhancing more active participation among learners. This active participation in turn led to a marked improvement in their communicative abilities.

본 연구는 혁신활동의 선행변수로서의 조직학습 개념에 초점을 맞추어, 조직학습과 혁신활동, 경영성과 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 선행연구에 따르면 혁신이 성공하기 위해서는 조직 내에서 지식을 획득하고 공유하는 활동이 필수적인데 이러한 활동을 수행하는 역량은 조직학습을 통해 향상시킬 수 있다. 즉 조직학습이 혁신의 선행변수로서 역할을 하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 조직학습이 제품 및 혁신활동을 매개로 경영성과에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 조직학습은 학자마다 다양한 정의와 구성요소를 제시하나 본 연구는 Levitt와 March(1988), Huber(1991)의 학습능력 구조 분석의 틀을 사용하여 지식의 획득과 정보분배, 정보해석과 조직기억으로 구성되는 일련의 과정으로 측정하였다. 또한 혁신은 제품혁신과 공정혁신으로 구분하였고 신제품 제시, 생산성을 높이기 위한 개선활동 등의 하위변수로 측정하였다. 경영성과는 재무적, 비재무적 성과로 측정하였다. 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 회귀분석 및 붓스트래핑을 실시하였다. 실증연구 결과, 조직학습은 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 하위변수 중 학습활동의 초기단계인 지식획득과 정보분배가 제품혁신을 매개로 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 실증연구결과를 토대로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

Purpose: This study identified the standardization activities from the early stage of acquisition to disposal during the materiel life cycle and proposed the improvement of standardization process. Methods: Through improvement of duplicated deliberation for the revision of military specification, unification of technical change proposal reception organization, and resolution between the conflicting parts of laws and regulations, simplifying the standardization procedure and strengthening linkages between the civilian standards were gained. Results: We have redefined the concept of the standards and standardization in the field of defense and proposed the standards-driven documentary standards as a measurement standards and reference standards to expand the activities. Conclusion: Through a standardization survey, we came to conclusion that we need to change the concept of standardization in the field of national defense from making the specification to using the means of efficient management of military resources.

국내의 정보화 프로젝트 개발 소프트웨어가 대형화되고 복잡화됨에 따라 개발 업체의 소프트웨어 프로젝트 품질이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 프로젝트 품질 평가 심사 모형인 CMM 등으로 개발 사업자의 프로젝트 수행능력이 평가되고 있다. 따라서 개발 사업자들은 CMM 등급 인증획득 또는 등급을 올리기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 논란이 되고 있는 시점에서 프로젝트 품질 인증의 제도가 프로젝트 품질에 차이를 나타내는지에 대한 연구와 CMM등급 인증과 기업 문화의 적합이 프로젝트 품질 성과에 차이를 나타내는지에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, CMM인증 등급이 높고 기업문화의 개방성이 높은 조직이 프로젝트 품질 성과가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 프로젝트 품질 성과를 높이기 위해서는 CMM인증 등급도 중요하지만 품질을 위한 기업 문화의 개방성을 높여나가는 것이 매우 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

In this research, we've studied to the software productivity and quality measures and metrics for raise UP the advanced software industry. For the purpose, we've studied relative research and reorganized 74 metrics. Reorganized 74 metrics were developed considering scalability, measurement and acquisition possibility and verified by software development experts. Finally, we've conducted a survey on the high measurement possibility metrics. Data were gathered from 20 software development project. It was found from the result need more efforts for the software development productivity improvement for advanced software industry.
