This study inspected 203 employees with disabilities who are working in social enterprises based in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do from March to June 2019 in order to find out the factors of self-efficacy, social support, wages and welfare, relationship with upper management and co-worker relationships which influence job Performance and job satisfaction of disabled workers. The implications of this research are as follows. First, the factors that positively affect work performance are self-efficacy and co-worker relationships. It was shown that trust and respect that disabled workers working in domestic social corporations perceive while diligently performing the work without any bias and getting from coworkers led to good work performance. Second, when the current wage was determined by the employee's perceived ability, skill and current workloads that fit to their ability, the workers expressed job satisfaction. Moreover, job satisfaction by the employees was followed by the perception of the possibility of living a more stable life with the current monthly income. Third, upper managements' care on personal issues, acknowledgment of autonomy and support through communication have led to job satisfaction among the employees. Lastly, considering the research result in which the social support that the disabled workers perceive does not show any positive effect on work performance or work satisfaction, it can be concluded that there is a need for a change in the social perception of disabled workers.
Pain is subjective and greatly influenced by prior experiences, but it is real. Pain associated with an organic(objective) pathology is more easily explained and treated. However, atypical or unexplainable pain is usually a source of greater confusion and frustration. Pain may be divided into four general diagnostic categories. 1) pain with anatomic features and objective findings 2) pain with anatomic features and without objective findings 3) pain with non-anatomic features associated with stress and somatization 4) pain with non-anatomic features associated with perceived physical injury. There is a well-established relationship between emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse history and development of chronic pain. It has been suggested that the link between somatization and abuse involves a paradoxical pattern of hiding feelings and reality, while seeking acknowledgment of suffering. History of abuse may physiologically and developmentally increase a person's susceptability to pain and organic changes can be associated with psychogenic disease. Patients with chronic pain should be treated with multidisciplinary approaches including exercise, meditation, cognitive therapy, medications, and biofeedback. Cognitive therapy alters patient's cognition and management of pain and alleviates pain, especially associated with stress. Antidepressants are the most commonly used medications and pain control effects have no relation with mood changes. Biofeedback with relaxation training, exercise and meditation may also be effective in pain control.
The study involved determination of resistance levels of spider mites ta argano-phosphates using topical application and slide dip techniques; laboratory serening tests of alternative acaricides using an O/P resistant strain and a field trial of the screened materials. 1. Strains of Tetranychus were from Timaru(TR), Havelock Narth (HNR), Lincaln (LN). Germany (GR, GN). Comparisons of the resistant strains and normal strains at the LD50 and LC50 levels were as follows : (a) Using the topical application tochnique; with Parathian. resistant levels of the GR. TR and HNR strains of T. urticae were respeativuly, 1035. 484 and 452 times as resistant' as the LN strain. (b) Using the slide dip technique; with Phosdrin, resistant of GR, TR and HNR strains of T. urticae were 635, 274 and 266 times greater respeativuly, than the GN strain. 2. The laboratory sereaning tests were carried out far their contact plus stomach and residual effect to assess the toxicities of eleven alternative materials which would be used far control of O/P resistant strain of T. urticae. The acaricide groups represented were 3 organo-chlorines (Spidex, Kelthane and C 8514), 2 nitrophenyls (UC 19786 and Morocide), 2 cyclic carbonates(Eradex and Morestan). I carbamate (UC2004 7A), 1 mixture of carbamate and orano-chlorine and 2 other chemicals (C 8677 and M2527). From all acaricide tested. Kelthane and Morocide were the most effective, folowed by Spidex and M2527. Morestan, C8514. C8677 and RS 143 were intermediate, but Eradex, UC 19786 and UC 20046A were poor. 3, The number of sapmles required for estimation of the population in the field evaluation of acaricidal effects was one giving the highest practical precision. It was decided, after preliminary sampling trials. to use samples of 30 leaves per replicate which gave a $5.7\%$ standard error. 4. In the field trials, Morocide applied at the $0.05\%\;and\; 0.04\%$ a. i. conc. to black currant trees gave excellent control of O/P resistant population of T. urticae for about 12 days, but Morocide 0.025 and Kel thane $0.02\%$ a. i. cone. gave efficient control for about 6 days. In other words. first applications of Kel thane ane Moroeide gave very high degrees of control of O/P resistant population of the two-spotted spider mite. However, the results indicate that secondary application would sometimes be necessary. There was no foliage damage of black Currants and strawberries by either acaricides at the concentrations used. In this paper, we analyze the performance, particularly the flow control mechanism, of the CCITT X.25 protocol in a packet-switched network. In this analysis, we consider the link and packet layers separately, and investigate the performance in three measures; normalized channel throughput, mean transmission time, and transmission efficiency. Each of these measures is formulated in terms of given protocol parameters such as windos size, $T_1$ and $T_2$ values, message length, and so forth. We model the service procedure of the inpur traffic based on the flow control mechanism of the X.25 protocol, and investigate the mechanism of the sliding window flow control with the piggybacked acknowlodgment scheme using a discrete-time Markov chain model. With this model, we study the effect of variation of the protoccol parameters on the performance of the X.25 protocol. From the numerical results of this analysis one can select the optimal valuse of the protocol parameters for different channel environments. it has been found that to maintain the trasnmission capacity satisfactorily, the window size must be greater than or equal to 7 in a high-speed channel. The time-out value, $T_1$, must carefully be selected in a noisy channel. In a normal condition, it should be in the order of ls. The value of $T_2$ has some effect on the transmission efficiency, but is not critical.
At present, Ganghwa County and Ongjin County of Incheon Metropolitan City are under the application of a different land use regulation like military regulations, etc. due to distinct characteristics of a border area; moreover, these two Counties have degenerated into the deepening area of economic backwardness and decline with the overlapping application of various land use regulations on the ground that these areas belong to a metropolitan area in view of an administrative district. In addition, different support is also implemented for border areas, such as 'the Special Act on Border Area Support' for the border areas, and development projects for special situation areas, etc.; however, realities are that the border areas are not free from regulations as yet due to the problems of unreality of support projects, and hierarchy of ordinances, etc. Accordingly, this study implemented this research under the judgment that it's about time to mitigate overlapping regulations on regional characteristics of the border areas of Incheon Metropolitan City, i.e. different land use regulation as a border area. It is required that general land use regulations should be mitigated through f lexible deregulation & management of the military regulation on the border areas of Incheon-si, mitigation of regulations under the Metropolitan Area Readjustment Planning Act, and relaxation of the preservation area of cultural properties; particularly, it's necessary to minimize the damage to border areas of Incheon-si caused by overlapping regulations on the areas by exempting the areas from the range of a metropolitan area through acknowledgment of the difference between the distinct characteristics of the border areas and regional, cultural conditions of a metropolitan area.
Wood-culture is new paradigm which is substituted for the cement culture, and the study of wood-culture should keep pace with not only the study of a engineering science but also a sociological study to form a theory system. The purpose of this study is to suggest the method of sociological approach of the wood culture which have not yet tried at home and abroad; in view of structural-functionalism, systemical-functionalism, conflict theory, social-change theory by analyzing cases in Korea. In view of structural-functionalism, social system consists of cognition system, institution system, life system and technology system. These sub-systems fulfill the function of what-should-be, reasonability, reality and development. In view of systemical-functionalism, according to the acknowledgment and spreading proccess of the wood usefulness, wood culture system consists of the individual system, organizational system and the social system. In view of conflict theory, the society which has the wood culture can be classified into three types. The one is society which the traditional wood culture is declining and the cement culture is spreading. The other one is society which the cement culture is declining and the traditional wood culture is spreading. Another is Finally the society which the two type balance with. In view of social-change theory, the society can be classified into three types. The one is society which the wood culture is proceeding to the cement culture. The other is society which the cement culture is proceeding to the wood culture. Another is society which the wood culture changes itself. Finally, from a view of changing level, the society can be classified into three types: the micro-change, the middle-level-change, and the macro-change. It's need to study wood culture systemically in view of engineering and sociological science. And then it will be possible to make 'wood culture theory system'.

The purpose of this study was to explore the components of the geriatric robot pet, which might be helpful in caring for elderly people in the future. Focus group interview-with two focus groups-was performed between August 2014 and December 2014. Study participants were 13 geriatric experts from nursing, medicine, social work, and physical/occupational therapy. All interview data were transcribed, followed by debriefing and a qualitative content analysis. Three main themes emerged: acknowledgment of the usefulness of geriatric robot pet, establishment of elderly-centered appearance, and the functions of the robot pet to meet the needs of elders and family members. The robot pet was considered to be useful to elders who live alone since they can benefit from companionship and care provided by the robot pet. Geriatric robot pet needs to be manageable in size and weight, like a small dog. Moreover, a function that allows for interaction with and monitoring the elderly would be beneficial. The baseline elements that could guide further development of contents for the Korean geriatric robot pet were proposed from the results of FGI. Studies that validate these elements are necessary.
This study aims to understand human nature in Daesoon Thought. In addition, it seeks to determine the characteristics of human nature and how the theory of human nature in Daesoon Thought relates to the direction of the Basic Works and the Three Major Societal Works of Daesoon Jinrihoe. In order to understand the theory of human nature in Daesoon Thought, I have classified various theories of human nature that appear in the Confucian tradition and have analyzed and reviewed them. I used this framework of types as a methodological criterion to study the theory of human nature found in Daesoon Thought. In Daesoon Thought, human nature is defined clearly as the conscience that is honest and truthful. Also, it accepts humans' basic biological needs, the pursuit of clothing, food, and sexual desires as part of human nature. This view can be evaluated as quite similar, although not perfectly consistent, with the theory of human nature posited by Wang Fuzhi (王夫之), who defined human nature as a combination of morality and biological desires. The theory of human nature in Daesoon Thought emphasizes human morality, but at the same time, it fully accepts that biological needs are basic elements of human life. In addition, it shows a characteristic that strongly implies a religious tendency as it recognizes that human nature is internalized through divine commands issued by the Supreme God of the Ninth Heaven (九天上帝 Gucheon Sangje), the transcendent and absolute ruler. The Basic Works of Daesoon Jinrihoe, which are Propagation, Edification, and Cultivation, aim to restore human nature to its innate state of honesty and truthfulness. Among the Three Major Societal Works, we can see that the works of Social Welfare and Charity Aid are implemented in accordance with the accepting acknowledgment of basic human needs (the pursuit of clothing, food, and sexual desires), and helping people meet their needs in appropriate ways and to appropriate degrees.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to analyze the latest clinical studies on Korean medicine treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database. Methods: We searched the last 6 years of clinical studies discussing Oriental medicine-based treatments for ITP in the CNKI database. A meta-analysis of 13 RCTs was performed by synthesizing the outcomes, including the measured platelet count and total effective rate. The quality of the studies was assessed using Cochrane's risk of bias (RoB) tool. RevMan 5.4.1 software was used for data analysis. Results: Of the 15 selected studies, 1 was a non-randomized controlled trial (nRCT), 2 were case series, and 12 were randomized controlled trials (RCTs). Treatments in all studies included oral herbal medicine. The most frequently used herbal decoction was the Liangxue Jiedu prescription (凉血解毒方), and the most commonly used herb was Agrimonia pilosa (仙鶴草), Astragali Radix (黃芪), Fossilia Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (甘草), and Rehmannia glutinosa Liboschitz ex Steudel (地黃). The meta-analysis showed significantly better improvement in platelet counts and total effective rate for ITP in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion: Treatment with herbal medicine was effective in treating ITP. However, the significance of this conclusion is somewhat limited due to the low quality of the available studies. Multifaceted and scientifically designed clinical studies are required to develop treatments for ITP based on Korean medicine. The results of this study could be used as basic data for further ITP studies.
This survey investigated on the degree of acknowledgment, intake frequency and using methods of wild grasses of the residents in Kyeonggi, Kangwon, Chunnam, Chungbook, Kyeongnam & Cheju area. The results were as follows: 1. An answer that impression of wild grasses is 'nature food' was the highest(42.6%). It was founded that interest of nature food has been increasing. 2. It has been shown that the most common method for elimination of astringent taste is to blanch and then wash several times with water.(62.9%) 3. The most common obtaining routes was traditional market. It has been shown that rate of gathering in the fields is higher in rural community and the group of over 60 years old than that of urban community and the other groups. 4. In rural area, people(28.7%) ate wild grasses more frequently than in urban area. Family with the old and the group of over 40 years old eat wild grass often. 5. More than 95% of answerers were familiar with the names of wild grasses, codonopsis lanceolata, chinese bellflower, braken, mugwort, wild rocambole and edible shoots of a fatsia & Korean lettuce are known to them with over 88.6%, 85.1% respectively. Frequently eaten wild grasses were braken, chinese bellflower, wild tocambole, codonopsis lanceolata, mugwort and korean lettuce orderly. But in Chunnam & Kyeongnam, they were braken, chinese bellflower, mugwort, wild rocambole and Korean lettuce orderly. 6. Wild grasses eaten with rice were total 25 species, and mugwort had the highest usage rate with 41.9%. Mugwort was used for $D'{\breve{o}}k$(rice cake)(77.8%), T'wigim $J{\breve{o}}n$(deep fat fried dish swallow fat fried dish)(50.1%) and liquor(4.6%). In the cooking of Guk(soup), Chigae(stew), Sengch'ae(raw vegetable) and kinds of wild grasses for Namul(cooked seasonal vegetable) & Bokkum(saute) are the most various with 58 species, especially braken was most commonly used for saute. Sedum & Korean lettuce were the common ingredients of Kimch and codonopsis lanceolata was used in liquer & Jangachis(pickle) with 40%, 46% each. Chinese bellflower was used with the most variable cooking method. 7. 43 species of wild grasses were stored by blanching and drying, and braken had the highest rate(32.3%) then aster scaber, flowering fern, Pimpinella brachycarpa, mugwort and ligularia orderly.
