오차적분 적용계수를 이용한 PD+I 퍼지제어기 (PD+I Fuzzy Controller Using Error-Accumulating Applying Factor)

  • In this paper, we Propose a PD+I fuzzy controller using an error-accumulating applying factor. In fuzzy control, analytical study was done formerly, in which fuzzy control can be classified by PD type and PI type, and also the study for getting merits of both types was done, too. But the mixed type has a complex structure and many parameters. The proposed fuzzy controller is 2-input 2-out-put and PD type fuzzy control is used as a basic structure. And the proposed controller annihilates a steady-state error and improves transient responses because of using the error-accumulating applying factor which is determined in the real time along the current state of controlled process. Futhermore it is easy to tune the system because of decreasing the number of scaling factors and the I type controller with resetting resolves the integral wind-up problem. Finally we apply the proposed scheme to various plants and show the performance betterment.

클럭주파수 합성방식을 이용한 디지틀 주파수 합성기의 구성 및 성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Implementation and Performance Analysis of the Digital Frequency Synthesizer Using the Clock Counting Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 종래의 위상누적방식을 이용한 디지털 주파수합성기의 성능을 향상시키기 위해, 클럭주파수합성방식의 디지털 주파수합성기를 설계하고 제작하였다. 고정된 시스템 클럭주파수를 가지고 위상초기치를 가변, 누적시키는 위상 누적방식과는 달리, 클럭주파수 합성방식에서는 PLL을 사용하여 클럭주파수를 가변합성하였고, 이를 N진 계수기의 입력으로 사용하여 고정된 위상 누적치를 갖게 하였다. 성능실험결과 기존의 위상누적방식에서 나타났던 주기적인 출력왜곡현상이 발생하지 않게되어,양자화 불요잠음의 발생이 줄어들었으나, 위상누적방식보다 동일한 설계조건에서 출력대역폭이 계수기의 계수상태에 반비례하여 좁아졌고, PLL을 사용하기 때문에 회로구성이 복잡해졌다.

연속회분식 반응기에서 생물학적 인 제거에 대한 pH의 영향

  • Enhanced biological phosphorus removal (EBPR) is not always successfully achieved by anaerobic/aerobic operation. It has been reported that the EBPR deterioration was caused by the outgrowth of glycogen-accumulating organisms (GAO) over polyphosphate-accumulating organisms (PAO). It was found that pHcould be a tool which might induce the success of EBPR in a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) supplied with acetate. When the pH of anaerobic phase was controlled at 7.0, the operation resulted in failure of EBPR. However, when the pH of anaerobic phase increased up to 8.4, complete EBPR was achieved. We explained the mechanism of pH effect on the competition between GAO and PAO with experimental results and previously proposed biochemical models.

인 축적균 Acinetobacter CW3의 분리 및 특성 (Isolation and Characterization of Phosphorus Accumulating Acinetobacter CW3)

  • 인 축적능이 우수한 균주를 자연계로부터 위노그라드스키 칼럼을 이용해 분리하여 Acinetobacter 속으로 동정하였고, Aci-netobacter CW3로 망명하였다. 인 축적균주의 배양초기조건은 $20^{\circ}C$. pH 7, 200rpm, 18.5mg $FO_4-P/\ell$가 최적임을 보였다. Acinetobacter CW3은 회분배양에서는 최적조건에서 12시간만에 인의 제거가 완료되었다. 이 균주는 호기조건에서는 인을 균주 내부에 과량 축적하고 첨가조건에서 인을 다시 방출함을 보였다.

dPAO SBR 입상슬러지의 형태학적 특성 (Morphological Characteristics of Granular Sludge in dPAO SBR)

  • The morphological characteristics of granules, which were generated in lab-scale sequencing batch reactor (SBR) for simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorus removal with denitrifying phosphorus accumulating organism (dPAO) were identified. Granular sludge was fully developed in the anaerobic-anoxic (An-Ax) SBR after 180 days of SBR operation. The average diameter of granular sludge was 2.2 mm and rod-type organisms dominated in the granules. In addition, about 1.0 mm of white precipitate was observed in the core of the granule, and the material was confirmed that it is very similar to hydroxyapatite $(HAP;\;Ca_5(PO_4)_3(OH))$ by X-ray diffraction) analysis.

PAO와 dPAO 입상슬러지의 형태학적 특성에 대한 비교 고찰 (A Comparative Study on the Morphological Characteristics of PAO and dPAO Granule)

  • The morphological characteristics of granules developing in anaerobic-anoxic (An-Ax) and anaerobic-aerobic (An-Ox) sequencing batch reactors (SBRs) were examined. The granules developed in the both SBRs after 200 days of laboratory operation. The average diameters of the granules were $2.2{\pm}1.7mm$ in the An-Ax SBR and $0.4{\pm}0.3mm$ in the An-Ox SBR. To determine the possible factors affecting morphology of granules a comparative analysis of various operating conditions from reference data indicated that the availability and type of electron acceptors is a key factor determining the granulation process and granular morphology.

  • Minimizing the cylinder wear and the consumption rate of cylinder oil in a large two-stroke diesel engine is of great economic importance. A motor-driven cylinder lubricator for Sulzer RT-flex large two-stroke diesel engines developed by authors is in need of mounting a quill system to lubricate cylinder parts for a smooth operation. In order to apply the common-rail lubricating system to the developed cylinder lubricator as the second research stage, the mechanical quill system with a progressively quantitative distributor (M.D.S.) is improved in the electronically controlled quill system with an accumulating distributor (E.D.S.). In this study, the effects of lubricator motor speed, plunger stroke and cylinder back pressure on oil feed rate and inequality rate are experimentally investigated by applying E.D.S. to the developed cylinder lubricator. It is found that the oil feed rate of E.D.S. is higher than that of M.D.S. because of the increase of delivery speed and volume by changing the role of accumulator in the same experimental condition. It can be also shown that, in E.D.S., the inequality rate is decreased a little or hardly unchanged as the cylinder back pressure and plunger stroke is elevated, while the inequality rate increased in M.D.S.. The inequality rates of E.D.S. and M.D.S. are lowered as the lubricator motor speed is increased.

다양한 중금속이 인 축적 미생물 (Pseudomonas sp.)의 생장과 인 제거에 대한 효과 (Effect of the Various Heavy Metals on the Growth and Phosphorus (P) Removal Capacity of the Phosphorus Accumulating Microorganism (Pseudomonas sp.))

  • The removal of phosphorus (P) in the wastewater is essential for the prevention of eutrophication in the river and stream. This study was initiated to evaluate the effect of the various heavy metals on the growth and P removal capacity of Pseudomonas sp., which was well known as phosphorus accumulating microorganism(PAO's) in the EBPR(Enhanced Biological Phosphorus Removal) process. The five heavy metals used in the study were Cu, As, Zn, Ni, and Cd. The growth rate of Pseudomonas sp. was the greatest at $25^{\circ}C$, but the removal efficiency of P was the highest at $30^{\circ}C$. The $IC_{50}$ (median Inhibition Concentration) values of Pseudomonas sp. for the Cu, As, Zn, Ni, and Cd were 2.35, 11.04, 1.80, 4.92, and 0.24 mg/L, respectively. Therefore, it appears that the sensitivity of the heavy metals to Pseudomonas sp. was in the following order: Cd> Zn> Cu> Ni> AS. Also, the P removal efficiencies by Pseudomonas sp. were correspondingly decreased as the concentrations of heavy metals were increased.
