Purpose. In this study, The change of the accommodation function due to the use of a smartphone was objectively evaluated using an Auto Refractokeratometer and was to investigate the effect of accommodation response and microfluctuations of accommodation on stable fatigue. Methods. Twenty subjects (20 males, 20 females) who had no abnormalities in ophthalmic disease and strabismus, diplopia, suppression, convergence and ocular movement, and corrected visual acuity and unaided visual acuity of 0.8 or more were performed. The average age of the participants is (21.78 ± 1.78) years old. The refractive power of the eye was measured using an Auto Refractokeratometer (Speedy-i K-model, Righton Mfg Co. Tokyo Japan), and the equivalent spherical power was automatically calculated from the measured refractive power. The accommodation response amount was calculated for the accommodation stimulation amount in 8 steps in 0.5D increments from + 0.50D to -3.00D in the calculated equivalent spherical power. The microfluctuations of accommodation in the high frequency region was calculated according to the change in the amount of the accommodation stimulus. At this time, the spectral power of the microfluctuations of accommodation was analyzed by Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT). Results. After using the smartphone, it was found that the accommodation response to accommodation stimulation decreased and the microfluctuations of accommodation increased. Conclusions. It can be said that the use of a smartphone affects the accommodation response and the microfluctuations of accommodation, thereby causing a accommodative stable fatigue. Therefore, it is thought that the use of a smartphone for a long time may bring about a change in the accommodation function.

Purpose: The daily changes of accommodation at period 1 (08:00~10:00), period 2 (13:00~15:00) and period 3 (18:00~20:00) were surveyed with fifty two incipient presbyopia of from 38 to 49 years old. Methods: 52 incipient presbyopia subjects (30 men, 22 women) were classified into 4 groups (groupI: ${\geq}$ 7 hrs~group IV: < 3 hrs) according to near working amount. Their amplitude of accommodation, accommodative facility and relative amplitude of accommodation were inspected, respectively. Results: The amplitude of accommodation was measured to be the lowest for the groupI that near working time was the most during daily work, and the amplitude of accommodation of oculus dexter, oculus sinister and oculus uterque were the highest at period 2 in case of all the group I~IV. In the accommodative facility, it appeared that the oculus dexter, oculus sinister and oculus uterque of group I, oculus dexter and oculus sinister of group II, and oculus dexter, oculus sinister and oculus uterque of group III were the highest at period 2. The oculus uterque of group II and oculus dexter, oculus sinister and oculus uterque of group IV were the highest accommodative facility at period 3. It appeared that the negative relative accommodation was the highest at period 1 in case of all the group I~IV, and the positive relative accommodation was the highest at period 2 in case of the group I~III and was the highest at period 3 in case of the group IV. Conclusions: Because the difference of near working time affects the accommodation, it would become a help in solving the asthenopia symptom of the incipient presbyopia that opticians consider their near working time during daily work and take a checkup on their accommodation.

This paper presents methods for the compensation of sinusoidal disturbances with unknown amplitude, phase, and time-varying frequency in nonlinear systems. In the previous disturbance accommodation methods, the sinusoidal disturbance with unknown time-invariant frequency was considered. In the proposed method, the disturbance with unknown time-varying frequency is compensated. As for the control structure, two control inputs are designed separately in such a way that one of them is designed for the nonlinear system control without considering the disturbance, and the other one uses the disturbance estimate obtained from the disturbance accommodating observer. The stability analysis is done considering the disturbance estimation error and the numerical simulation demonstrates the proposed approach.

Recently the population to enjoy leisure time has increased, due to the advancement of income level and increase of spare time. In the meantime, the growing attention to well-being life has shed light on Han-ok or traditional Korean house. Such a social background as former, the growing number of people prefer staying at Han-ok style accommodation when they are enjoying leisure time. However there has been little substantial study or survey on architectural standards of Han-ok style accommodation because it is a new type of accommodation facility. Therefore this study aims to suggest a set of basic standards on architectural planning for Han-ok style accommodations. For this purpose, it investigated architectural planning on Han-ok style accommodations in Jeollanamdo province through on-site survey and interview to classify them based upon size and scale of the facility, layout of buildings and interior spaces in terms of function, elevation and materials and to find basic standards on architectural planning of Han-ok style accommodations.

Purpose The sharing economy is the most important keyword that is changing the paradigm of the world economy and management, and it was selected as one of 10 ideas to change the world in 2011 in Time magazine. The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between perceived value and risk, network effect, usefulness, trust, and intention to use of accommodation service. In addition, the effects of utility and trust, and the experience of using accommodation service are controlled by the effect of empirical value and reciprocal value among the perceived value of sharing economic service, The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to activate the accommodation sharing service. Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to investigate the structural relationship between perceived value, perceived risk, network effect, usefulness, trust, and intention to use. Empirical analysis was done using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 Findings Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. First, it was concluded that the higher the economic value of the accommodation sharing service is, the more useful and reliable the service is. Second, the higher the experiential value of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the usefulness and reliability of the service are. Third, it was concluded that the higher the value of the mutual benefit of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the trust level of the service is, but not the usefulness of the service. Fourth, it was concluded that the higher the perceived risk of accommodation sharing service is, the lower the service trust level is, but the service usability is not affected. Fifth, it was concluded that the larger the network effect of the accommodation sharing service is, the more useful the service is, but it does not affect the reliability of the service. Sixth, it was concluded that the higher the overall reliability of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the usefulness of the service is. Seventh, it was concluded that the higher the overall usefulness and reliability of the accommodation sharing service are, the higher the intention to use the sharing service is. Finally, in order to test the effect of the experience on the use of trust and usefulness of the accommodation sharing service, multiple group analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between trust and usefulness, It is shown that there is a moderating effect in the path.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job-related accommodation experience on acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities. For this purpose, the panel survey of employment for the disabled(PSED) which conducted by Employment Development Institute was used to investigate the job-related accommodation experience, acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of workers with disabilities who paid in workplace. Based on collected data, frequency analysis was used to examine the present state of reasonable accommodation, and one-way ANOVA was used to compare the acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction according to job-related accommodation experience. As a result of this study, still there are not enough accommodations or support for workers with disabilities, and duty-related accommodation and work time-related accommodation had positive effect on acceptance of disability, job satisfaction and life satisfaction.

In this paper, we propose a method to determine whether to install the accommodation facility of the multi-utility tunnel more effectively in the basic planning phase, and to set up an evaluation system to determine the configuration and kind of accommodation facility. For the configuration of the accommodation facility, 98 alternatives were analyzed for 7 accommodation facility. For the evaluation system of the accommodation facility, index related to feasibility and economic in basic planning phase were selected. The evaluation system classified as spatial, effective, and cost evaluation was presented reflecting the selected index, and AHP analysis was performed for weight setting. The results of this study will be helpful for users including designers to shorten the time and increase the efficiency in the process of determining accommodation facility of the multi-utility tunnel in basic planning phase.

Recently, techniques involving head-mounted displays (HMDs) have attracted much attention from academia and industry owing to the increased demand for virtual reality and augmented reality applications. Because HMDs are positioned near to users' eyes, it is important to solve the accommodation-vergence conflict problem to prevent dizziness. Therefore, holography is considered ideal for implementing HMDs. However, within the Nyquist region, the accommodation effect is limited by the space-bandwidth-product of the signal, which is determined by the sampling number of spatial light modulators. In addition, information about the angular spectrum is duplicated over the Fourier domain, and it is necessary to filter out the redundancy. The size of the exit-pupil of the HMD is limited by the Nyquist sampling theory. We newly propose a holographic HMD with an expanded exit-pupil over the Nyquist region by using the time-multiplexing method, and the accommodation effect is enhanced. We realize time-multiplexing by synchronizing a high-speed digital micromirror device and a liquid-crystal shutter array. We also demonstrate the accommodation effect experimentally.

Development of ICT technologies leads exponential growth of various sharing economy over the last couple of years. The intuitive advantage of the sharing economy is efficient utilization of idle goods and services, but there are safety and security concerns. In this paper, we propose a onetime password based access control system to support secure accommodation sharing service and show the implementation results. To provide a secure service to both the provider and the user, the proposed system issues a onetime access password that is valid only during the sharing period reserved by the user, thereafter access returns to the accommodation owner. Especially, our system provides secure user access by merging the two elements of speaker recognition using voice and a one-time password to open and close the door lock. In this paper, we propose a secure system for accommodation sharing services as a use-case, but the proposed system can be applicable to various sharing services utilizing security-sensitive facilities.

This study aims to determine the direct effect of positive online reviews, negative online reviews, the usefulness of online reviews, reviewers' expertise, timeliness of online reviews, the volume of online reviews, and comprehensiveness of online reviews on accommodation booking intentions and also the indirect effect of positive online reviews on the intention of booking accommodations through trust as mediation. Research respondents are users of the accommodation booking application in Yogyakarta. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Partial Least Square). Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 135 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Usefulness of Online Reviews, Volume of Online Reviews, and Comprehensiveness of Online Reviews have a direct positive and significant influence on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. The variables of Negative Online Reviews and Timeliness of Online Reviews have negative and significant influences on the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta. Positive Online Reviews and Reviewer Expertise variables are not significant in this study. At the same time, the Trust variable has a full mediation relationship in an indirect relationship between the Positive Online Reviews variables and the accommodation booking Intention of booking application users in Yogyakarta.
