지하철 이용자의 접근시간분포 (Access Time Distribution of Subway Users)

  • Accurate subway demand estimation which is essential for better route selection can be achieved by the exact definition of the influence sphere of subway station. The influence was derived implicitly from the analysis of access time to the station for the cases of Seoul. Access time distribution was investigated by trip purposes, by age, by income, by sex, by travel distance, by kinds of thickets, by the location of station for the analysis of relationship between access time and socio-economic characteristics or urban structure. The difference of average access time between direct access trip and transfer trip which is found 8.6 minutes and 6.1 minutes respectively also investigated. The small difference implies poor transfer system of Seoul subway. 83.1% of subway users are coming from the distance of 10minutes' walk and average access time is 7.8minutes as a whole.

  • According to data from the National Police Agency, 75.5 percent of dead traffic accidents in Korea are truck accidents. About 1,000 people die in cargo truck accidents in Korea every year, and two to three people die in cargo truck accidents every day. In the survey, Korean cargo workers answer poor working conditions as an important cause of constant truck accidents. COVID 19 is increasing demand for non-face-to-face logistics. The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is leading to excessive work burden for small logistics The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is causing excessive work burden for small individual carriers. The inefficiency of the Korean transportation system is also evidenced by the number of deaths from logistics industry disasters that have risen sharply since 2020. Small and medium-sized Korean Enterprises located in CIPs (Connected Industrial Parks) often do not have smart access certification systems. And as a result, a lot of transportation time is wasted at the final destination stage. In the logistics industry, time is the cost and time is the revenue. The logistics industry is the representative industry in which time becomes money. The smart access authentication system architecture proposed in this paper allows small logistics private carriers to improve legal stability, and SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in CIPs to reduce logistics transit time. The CIPs smart access system proposed in this paper utilizes the currently active Mobile OTP (One Time Password), which can significantly reduce system design costs, significantly reduce the data capacity burden on individual cell phone terminals, and improve the response speed of individual cell phone terminals. It is also compatible with the OTP system, which was previously used in various ways, and the system reliability through the long period of use of the OTP system is also high. User customers can understand OTP access systems more easily than other smart access systems.

  • Recently, with the advent of satellite communication technologies, the network access service through satellites has emerged as an alternative to existing ones. Of satellite access services including multimedia services, the high speed internet access service will be one of the important services. Particularly, the efficient transportation of real time internet traffic seems very essential. The aim of this research is to examine the applicability of the IETF RTP protocol in the satellite access network. The RTP has been developed for the QoS-met transportation protocol of real time traffic over the existing best-effort internet. This paper summarizes the RTP protocol, and describes the architecture of the implementation of the RTP. And also, the compressed RTP header protocol is discussed for the applicability to the satellite link.

중노년기 여가프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 - 공공시설의 여가프로그램을 중심으로- (A Preliminary Study on the Development of Leisure Program for Middle-aged and Aged - Focused on the Leisure Program in the Public Community Facilities -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affected on the leisure participation, leisure satisfaction and leisure erect of the middle-aged and the aged who were participated in the leisure programs of the public community facilities. The sample in this study consisted of 351 middle-aged and aged living in Seoul and Daegu. frequencies, means and multiple regressions were employed for the analysis. The resets of this study were as follows: The factors affected on the leisure participation were age, number of the family, residence, and tuition fee. The factors had erects on the leisure satisfaction were sex, pocket money, residence, and the access of the transportation. And, the factors affected on the leisure effect were educational attaintment, total household income, number of the family, leisure attitude, and the access of transportation. The findings suggest that the advertisement will be needed for more use of the leisure programs in the public community facilities. And the Public transportation service will help middle-aged and aged access the facilities and participate the leisure programs.

청주국제공항 활성화 방안 연구: 공항시설, 접근교통 및 운항 네트워크를 중심으로 (Study on Revitalization Plan for Cheongju International Airport: Focusing on Airport Facilities, Access Transportation, and Flight Network)

  • In this study, we reviewed access transportation, operating companies, and airport infrastructure to revitalize Cheongju International Airport. Regarding access transportation infrastructure, it is necessary to promote a railway network connecting the metropolitan inland line and the central inland region. In addition, active administrative support from local governments is required to ensure smooth progress in railway and highway infrastructure linkage projects, such as the Osong Connecting Line and Chungbuk Line, high-speed rail network promotion, and expansion of the Chungbuk Eastern Axis Expressway and Central Expressway. Regarding operator access infrastructure, continuous efforts are required to add and attract airlines based at Cheongju International Airport. Regarding airport infrastructure, the Cheongju International Airport runway needs complete resurfacing due to its deterioration. Domestic passenger capacity has exceeded 6.5%, and considering the increase in import and export of high value-added goods in the North Chungcheong region, it is necessary to build and expand passenger terminals and cargo terminals. Cheongju International Airport's runway does not have enough runway length to operate large and ultra-large aircraft, so if it is extended from the existing 2,744m to 456m to 3,200m, several benefits can be expected in terms of revitalizing Cheongju Airport, such as route expansion.

Improved Maximum Access Delay Time, Noise Variance, and Power Delay Profile Estimations for OFDM Systems

  • In this paper, we propose improved maximum access delay time, noise variance, and power delay profile (PDP) estimation schemes for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system in multipath fading channels. To this end, we adopt the approximate maximum likelihood (ML) estimation strategy. For the first step, the log-likelihood function (LLF) of the received OFDM symbols is derived by utilizing only the cyclic redundancy induced by cyclic prefix (CP) without additional information. Then, the set of the initial path powers is sub-optimally obtained to maximize the derived LLF. In the second step, we can select a subset of the initial path power set, i.e. the maximum access delay time, so as to maximize the modified LLF. Through numerical simulations, the benefit of the proposed method is verified by comparison with the existing methods in terms of normalized mean square error, erroneous detection, and good detection probabilities.

  • 본 연구에서 대중교통 수요예측과정에서 교통죤(TAZ)내의 거주인구, 직장인 등 대중교통이용가능 잠재수요 추정을 개선하기 위한 새로운 방법이 제시되었다. 대중교통을 이용하기 위해서는 보행 또는 승용차(Park & Ride or Kiss & Ride)로 대중교통에 접근하는 바, 제시된 방법이 보행에 의한 대중교통 잠재수요 및 승용차에 의한 대중교통 잠재수요를 추정하는 데 있어 기존의 buffer method 및 network ratio method보다 합리적이고 개선된 방법임을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서 제시된 방법은 교통수단선택모형(mode choice model)의 적용과정에서 대중교통 수요예측을 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 철도는 문전 서비스가 어렵기 때문에 출발지에서 역까지 접근성과 다른 철도노선과의 환승 편의성을 혁신적으로 개선해야 한다. 이 정책의 실행대안은 속도향상과 철도간 직결운행, 인터모달리즘 등이 있다. 최근 수도권광역급행철도정책은 속도향상, 건설기간 단축, 토지보상비 최소화 등의 목표 달성을 위해 대심도 지하공간 이용이 제안되어 있다. 하지만 대심도 지하공간에 건설되는 철도는 접근 및 환승저항, 이용자의 심리적 부담이 부정적 효용으로 작용된다. 본 논문에서는 대심도 철도의 접근과 환승저항 평가와 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 접근저항은 차내시간의 5배로 매우 크게 영향을 미치고, 환승저항 그리고 심리적 부담에 따른 불효용이 존재하고 있었다. 즉 대심도 철도건설정책은 역까지 접근교통수단과 일체적 시스템 구축에 필요한 제도 정비가 매우 중요하다.

고속철도 지방대도시 정차역의 연계교통수단 선택모형 구축에 관한 연구 - 동대구역을 사례로 - (Examining Access Mode Choice Behavior of Local Metropolitan High-Speed Rail Station - A Case Study of Dong-Daegu Station -)

  • 경부고속철도가 2004년 4월에 개통되어 운행되고 있으며, 이로 인해 교통체계의 변화와 함께 그에 따른 광역교통 네트워크의 변화를 초래하고 있다. 하지만 고속철도가 개통되어 정착단계인 현시점에서 고속철도 이용수요가 당초 목표치의 60%정도밖에 되지 않아 경부고속철도의 도입효과에 의구심을 던지는 견해도 만만치 않다. 고속철도 이용수요가 기대치에 못 미치는 이유로 고속철도의 값비싼 운임 등을 들 수 있으나 그에 못지않게 연계교통체계의 중요성을 지적할 수 있다. 문전수송(door-to-door) 서비스를 갖춘 승용차와는 달리 고속철도와 같은 대중교통은 출발지에서 역까지의 혹은 역에서 목적지까지의 연계교통서비스에 따라 그 이용정도가 크게 달라질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고속철도 시대에 부응하여 지방대도시 정차역, 특히 동대구역을 중심으로 연계교통시스템의 현황을 분석하고, 다항로짓모형을 이용한 고속철도 연계교통수단 선택모형을 구축하는 것이 목적이다. 고속철도 연게교통수단으로 버스, 지하철, 택시, 승용차, 도보 및 기타로 구분하였고, 모형의 추정결과는 모든 변수들의 파라메타 값이 논리적으로 합당한 부호를 나타내었다. 특히 접근통행시간, 접근통행비용 등이 모두 음(-)의 부호를 가지면서 통계적 유의성이 있는 것으로 나타나 접근통행시간과 접근통행비용이 연계교통수단 선택에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다.
