네일 샵의 서비스 품질 요인에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of Service Quality Factors on the Nailcare Shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the service quality evaluation on the skill and expert, the shop facilities and atmosphere, the time and access, and the price and benefit of a nail care shop by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care. The survey was performed with questionnaires and the subjects were was 240 consumers who used the nail care. The data were analyzed by frequencies, F-test, T-test, Factor Analysis, one way ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: Service quality evaluation were classified four factors- the price and benefits, the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, the time and access. There were no statistically significant differences in the price and benefits by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care, but there were statistically significant differences in the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, and the time and access. The service quality on the time and access was evaluated as high by the consumer in the 30s, with more income, and with high appearance and nail care spendings. The service quality on the shop facilities and atmosphere was evaluated as high by the consumers with high nail care spending. The consumers with a regular nail care evaluated the service quality on the skill and expertness, the time and access, the shop facilities and atmosphere as high.

오픈액세스 리포지터리의 사용성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Usability Evaluation of Open Access Repository)

  • 오픈액세스 리포지터리는 법적, 경제적, 기술적 장벽 없이 전 세계 이용자 누구라도 자유롭게 무료로 정보에 접근할 수 있도록 생산자와 이용자가 정보를 공유할 수 있는 지식정보 저장소를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 기관 리포지터리(dCollection, DSpace@MIT)와 주제별 리포지터리(arXiv, PubMed Central)로 구분하여 각 리포지터리에서 제공하는 기능분석과 비교를 실시하였고 분석된 자료를 기초로 이용자 중심의 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 정보에 대한 자유로운 접근과 공유가 중요시 되는 웹 2.0시대라 불리고 있는 현 시점에서, 오픈액세스 리포지터리에 대한 사용성 평가를 실시함으로서 향후 구축되는 리포지터리 개발에 기초자료가 될 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

  • 인터넷과 이동통신 기기의 발전으로 인해 개인의 경제활동에 관련된 인터넷뱅킹, 인터넷대출, 스마트폰등과 같은 이동통신기기를 이용한 모바일 뱅킹이 활성화되고 있다. 이에 따라 신종 범죄를 막기 위해 보안 시스템들이 새롭게 선보이고 있으며, 앞으로 보안 시스템의 시장은 날로 늘어날 것으로 보고 이에 따른 보안 시스템들에 대한 질적인 발전이 지속적으로 요구되고 있다. 따라서 보안시스템 제품의 시장이 지속적으로 성장할 것으로 예상되는 시점에서 보안 시스템의 품질평가 요구에 대응하기 위해 본 논문에서는 보안 시스템중의 네트워크 접근제어시스템 분야의 기반기술과 표준을 조사하고, 동향을 분석하여 관련 시스템의 시험과 평가방법을 제안하여 네트워크 접근제어시스템의 품질평가 방법과 체계를 제안하였다.

환자의 신약 접근성 강화 정책 제안 (Policy Suggestions to Improve Patient Access to New Drugs in Korea)

  • Objective: This study aimed to overview and assess the effectiveness of the policies and regulations that have governed new drug access in Korea, and to propose policies to enhance patient access to drugs, particularly for new innovative medicines. Methods: We approached drug access issues in two perspectives: approval lag (or availability) and reimbursement lag (or affordability). The issues were identified and evaluated through the review of literature, public documents, reports published by the government agencies and private organizations, and news articles. Results: To shorten approval lag, it is recommended to hire and train more reviewers at the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Increasing user fees to a realistic level can facilitate this process. To reduce reimbursement lag, flexible incremental cost-effectiveness ratio threshold, alternative cost-effectiveness evaluation, and establishment of funding source other than the national health insurance are identified as the areas to be improved. Conclusion: The current policies and regulations had to be supplemented by new systems to drastically promote patient accessibility to new drugs, consequently in order to promote national public health.

  • The AIS(Automatic Identification System) transmits the position of ships and other information to prevent accidents which could occur in the sea. It has to be developed SOTDMA(Self-Organized Time Division Multiple Access) Algorithm which is important on wireless communication method for the AIS because It is based on ITU(International Telecommunication Union) M.1371-1 of the international standard therefore, we need to develop a performance evaluation simulator efficiently to develop and analyze SOTDMA Algorithm. this paper shows the method of designing it. Real ships access The VHF maritime mobile band but in this performance evaluation simulator several ship objects access the shared memory. Real ships are designed as the object and the wireless communication channel is designed as the shared memory. The ships apply for real virtual data which got from assistance hardware and The SOTDMA Algorithm driving state verifies the performance evaluation simulator by IEC(International Electrotechnical commission) 61993-2. After verifying results the performance evaluation simulator is correctly satisfied with IEC 61993-2. So we expect that it helps not only the AIS technology developed but also verify new SOTDMA Algorithm

  • 본 연구는 블루투스 모듈이 장착된 임베디드 시스템에 리눅스를 포팅하고 리눅스 커널상에 서 블루투스 프로토콜 스택을 작성해 LAN Access Point를 구현하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 임베디드 시스템을 위한 하드웨어를 구성하고 블루투스 모듈을 장착해서 리눅스 커널을 포팅한 후 Ethernet 디바이스 드라이버와 블루투스 프로토콜 스택을 작성해서 LAN Access Point를 구현한다. 블루투스 모듈이 장착된 PC를 클라이언트로 LAN Access Point를 통한 TCP/IP 통신의 가능성을 검증한 결과 블루투스 LAN Access Point를 통한 클라이언트의 Telnet, FTP, 웹브라우저 프로그램 등의 실행이 가능함을 확인하였다.

대학캠퍼스 외부공간 경관요소 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Landscape Elements in Outdoor Space at University Campus)

  • This study is to analyze the satisfaction and the image evaluation of landscape elements in outdoor space by types of the university campus. The results are as follows. 1) Out of outdoor elements at university campus, planting area, resting area, access road, and water feature are recognized as major landscape elements. Among them, planting area and access roads are evaluated low in terms of satisfaction levels, therefore, improvement on these elements are required. 2) In outdoor space image evaluation, university campus has image such as 'simple', 'clear', and 'safe'. By scale of universities, both 'A' university, which is the biggest in terms of size of campus, and 'B' university, which has a medium sized campus, have a positive image. However, 'C' university, which is the smallest in terms of size of campus, has a passive and negative image. 3) 6 factors are extracted through Factor Analysis for image evaluation. All of the universities show positive image in the categories of 'clarity' and 'familiarity', however, 'B' university and 'C' university show negative image in the category of 'scale'. 4) In Correlation Analysis between landscape elements satisfaction level and image evaluation, it is showed that the group of landscape facility becomes a relation factor of overall image evaluation. As a result, the higher satisfaction level goes, the better image evaluation of overall outdoor space at university campus is.

Performance Evaluation of Access Channel Slot Acquisition in Cellular DS/CDMA Reverse Link

  • In this paper, we consider the acquisition performance of an IS-95 reverse link access channel slot as a function of system design parameters such as postdetection integration length and the number of access channel message block repetitons. The uncertainty region of the reverse link spreading codes compared to that of forward link is very small, since the uncertainty region of the reverse link is determined by a cell radius. Thus, the parallel acquisiton technique in the reverse link is more efficient than a serial acquisition technique in terms of implementation and of acquisition time. The parallel acquisition is achieved by a bank of N parallel I/Q noncoherent correlator are analyzed for band-limited noise and the Rayleigh fast fading channel. The detection probability is derived for multiple correct code-phase offsets and multipath fading. The probability of no message error is derived when rake combining, access channel message block combining, and Viterbi decoding are applied. Numerical results provide the acquisition performance for system design parameters such as postdetection integration length and number of access channel message block repetitions in case of a random access on a mobile station.

  • 임의 접속(random access) 프로토콜은 기본적으로 센싱 기능을 가지고 있으며, 이것을 이용하여 분산형 무선 네트워크 시스템 구축에 적합한 특징을 가지고 있다. 이러한 기술적 특징은 중앙식 제어(centralized control)가 어려운 이기종 시스템들이 동작하는 인지 무선 통신 환경에 대하여 장점을 가지며, 인지 무선 통신 환경에서 임의 접속의 성능을 검증해 보아야 한다는 동기를 제공한다. 이 논문에서 우리는 인지 무선 통신 환경에서 CSMA/CA(carrier-sensing multiple access with collision avoidance)기법을 도입하고, 성능을 분석하는 기본 틀을 제공한다.
