Wireless communication offers the flexibility to the node movement at the spatial dimension more than the wire communication not only in IP architecture but also in Content-Centric Networking. Although it gives such advantage, the intra-domain movement of a node especially the data source node affects the communication to the access point node which in the end affects the acceptance ratio of the client node that requests the data packets from the data source node. In this paper, we use time-division access method to maintain the acceptance ratio of the client node as the effect of the intra-domain data source node movement in Content-Centric Networking. The simulation result shows that the acceptance ratio of the client node can be maintained using the time-division access method as long as the interval access time is less than the coherence time.

For effective IP based service implementation on the wireless network environments, wireless network including the ITS network have to support QoS guaranteed protocol such as a RSVP. RSVP is a resource reservation protocol for Internet environment, and its scalability makes easy to implement RSVP over the various IP transport technologies. But for the If based ITS wireless network environment, RSVP is not suitable, since by its path setup procedure characteristic. In the wireless access network for ITS service, when a mobile node moves to other domain it must perform registration procedure. But the registration procedure is time consuming steps, so if a RSVP session was already established in the previous domain, the RSYP session may be disconnected and the time to re establish a new RSVP session is long enough to cause serious packet loss. In this paper, we propose a pre-path reservation mechanism for applying the RSVP in wireless access networks for ITS. In the pre-path reservation mechanism, the resource reservation procedure occurred during a mobile node's handoff time. An access point in wireless access network performs this procedure when the mobile node attempts handoff The access point executes pre-path reservation procedure as a proxy, since the mobile node does not have IP address until the address allocation procedure is finished in a new domain.

In the MIPv6 network, when mobile nodes move into new newtwork, they need to find the new access router and points(AR/AP) for the newtwork. Unless they are not connected to authorized AR/APs, they can be exposed to a lot of attacks. In this paper we propose a protocol to authenticate AR/AR and MN each other. This protocol is based on the public key scheme which is used in the SEcure Neighbor Discovery(SEND) protocol.

This paper proposes a seamless handoff scheme that enables a mobile node to continue a session when moving to an overlapping area. During handoff due to the weakness of signaling, mobile node makes new Care-of Addresses using signals received from access router when MN reaches the edge of its area in addition to its current CoA, and it sends temporary binding update messages to Mobility Anchor Point which manage the area covering MN. MAP receives that binding update messages from MN, and temporarily stores new binding informations from them to its binding cache besides existing binding information for MN. This scheme ensures a seamlessly handoff using multicasting until MN enter a new access router area and sends a confirmed binding update message to MAP.

The general Wi-Fi network connection structure is that a number of IoT (Internet of Things) sensor nodes are directly connected to one AP (Access Point) node. In this structure, the range of the network that can be established within the specified specifications such as the range of signal strength (RSSI) to which the AP node can connect and the maximum connection capacity is limited. To overcome these limitations, multiple middleware bridge technologies for dynamic scalability and load balancing were studied. However, these network expansion technologies have difficulties in terms of the rules and conditions of AP nodes installed during the initial network deployment phase In this paper, an intelligent edge computing IoT device is developed for constructing an intelligent autonomous cluster edge computing network and applying it to real-time road danger context aware and notification system through an intelligent risk situation recognition algorithm.

In this paper, proposed method achieves delay reduction and throughput improvement by utilizing token-ring method in infrastructure network. Access Point gives token passing effect by successively transmitting ACK frame including a node's Association ID. Not only can this method considerably reduce time for medium access, but also improve throughput. Furthermore, AP offers more frequent medium access opportunity to node having highest data queue among nodes associated by AP. these method can evenly offer medium access opportunity according to Queue's volumes.
A ubiquitous network allows all users to access and exchange information of any kind freely at any time, from anywhere, and from any appliance through the use of broadband and mobile access. Bluetooth commincation can provide the missing wireless extension to the heterogeneous network, allowing a more ubiquitous access. In this point of view, the BT specifications define ways for which each BT device can set up multiple connections with neighboring devices to communicate in a multi-hop fashion. this paper provides insights on the Bluetooth technology and on some limitations of the scatternet formations. so that, we describe a new multi-hop routing protocol for the establishment of scatternets. this protocol defines rules for forming a multi-hop topology in two phases. the first phase, topology discovery, concerns the discovery of the node's depth from a root node initiating inquiry process. the second phase forms scatternet topology based on the result of topology discovery.
This paper studies a dual-hop multiple-access relay network where two independent source nodes transmit information to a common destination node with the aid of multiple single-antenna amplify-and-forward relays. Each relay node is subject to an individual power constraint. We focus on the design of distributed beamforming schemes for the relays to support the transmission rate requirements of the two sources. To this end, we first characterize the achievable rate region for this network via solving a sequence of corner point optimization problems proposed in this paper. We also develop several low-complexity suboptimal schemes in closed form. Two inner bounds of the achievable rate region are theoretically shown to be approximately optimal in two special scenarios. Finally, numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approaches.

Nowadays, the multihomed host equipped with multiple network interfaces has been interested research in next generation wireless network, because the mobile users expect that they can be able to access services not only anywhere, at any time and from any network but also simultaneously. This paper addresses the mobility simulation model of the multihomed node for supporting MIPv4 and MIPv6 function in an interworking of Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) and IEEE 802.11 WLAN. The multihomed node with two air interfaces has been developed based on WiMAX and WLAN workstation node model in simulation software. The main point of the developed model is to support both MIPv4 and MIPv6 function, and provide network selection policy for the multihomed node between WiMAX and WLAN network. Based on the received Router Advertisement along with the interface number, we can manage the access interfaces in ordered list to make handover decision while the multihomed node is moving. In the end of this paper, the simulation scenarios and results are shown for testing MIPv4 and MIPv6 function.

Location based Services in the ubiquitous computing environment, namely u-LBS, use very large and skewed spatial objects that are closely related to locational information. It is especially essential to achieve fast search, which is looking for POI(Point of Interest) related to the location of users. This paper examines how to search large and skewed POI efficiently in the u-LBS environment. We propose the Dynamic-level Grid based R-Tree(DGR-Tree), which is an index for point data that can reduce the cost of stationary POI search. DGR-Tree uses both R-Tree as a primary index and Dynamic-level Grid as a secondary index. DGR-Tree is optimized to be suitable for point data and solves the overlapping problem among leaf nodes. Dynamic-level Grid of DGR-Tree is created dynamically according to the density of POI. Each cell in Dynamic-level Grid has a leaf node pointer for direct access with the leaf node of the primary index. Therefore, the index access performance is improved greatly by accessing the leaf node directly through Dynamic-level Grid. We also propose a K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN) algorithm for DGR-Tree, which utilizes Dynamic-level Grid for fast access to candidate cells. The KNN algorithm for DGR-Tree provides the mechanism, which can access directly to cells enclosing given query point and adjacent cells without tree traversal. The KNN algorithm minimizes sorting cost about candidate lists with minimum distance and provides NEB(Non Extensible Boundary), which need not consider the extension of candidate nodes for KNN search.
