Recently, a great deal of corporations have adopted knowledge management system with eagerness to enhance the company competitiveness. However, since the main feature of knowledge management system is not just a simple information system but another entity creating intangible assets tailed "knowledge", we need to develop a new approach to investigating the performance and acceptance of knowledge management systems from a perspective allowing knowledge-sensitive constructs. In this regard, we develop new constructs like knowledge schema and several knowledge circulation-related activities. As a research model, we adopt a famous technology acceptance model or TAM by Davis (1989), and extend it into incorporating knowledge schema. With the statistically valid and usable questionnaire survey data collected from 886 respondents in a big corporation typically using knowledge management system, we induced a robust result empirically, saying that knowledge schema and knowledge circulation activities are valid determinants of performance and acceptance of knowledge management systems.

The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of local farmers' participation and acceptance level in traditional agricultural technology conservation activities, using on the traditional agricultural water utilization system in Uiseong designated as Korea's important agricultural heritage system No. 10. The Heckman sample selection model was used to solve the selection bias. The results show that as the interest in the conservation of the agricultural ecological and environment is high, as the traditional agricultural system in Uiseong is used, as the cultivation area of paddy field increased, and as the age 50s or older, the willingness to participate in conservation activities increased. The results also indicate that as the experience of participating in the conservation of the agricultural ecological and environment and the hours of education are increased, the knowledge of the traditional agricultural system in Uiseong is low, and as the cultivation area of paddy field decreased, the acceptance time for conservation activities increased. The results of this study may contribute to government's policy for traditional agricultural technology conservation.

This study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which application store intention to acceptance influence factors (i.e.. facilitating condition, mobile computing self-efficacy, service compatibility, and system quality) affect TAM (i.e., perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) positively, leading to application store intention to acceptance eventually. This study developed a research model to explain the use of Apple's App Store, and collected 228 survey responses from the undergraduate students who had experiences with such application store services as game and personal information management application download. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 228 questionnaires. By employing PLS technique, the measurement reliability and validity of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing. In brief, the finding of this study suggests that application store intention to acceptance influence factors affect TAM positively, and application store intention to acceptance as well.

This study aims to improve the quality of distance learning by developing webcast-based e-learning media and integrating it into an e-learning platform for functional job training purposes at the National Research and Innovation Agency, Indonesia. This study uses a Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to assess and predict user perceptions of information systems using webcast platforms as an alternative to conventional applications. The research method was an online survey using Google Forms. Data collected from 136 respondents involved in practical job training were analyzed using structural equation modeling to test the technology acceptance model. The results showed that the proposed model effectively explained the variables associated with the adoption of web-based e-learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia for participants engaged in functional job training. These findings suggest that users' perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, benefits, attitudes, intentions, and webcast usage significantly contribute to the acceptance and use of a more effective and efficient webcast-based e-learning platform.

최근 중국의 급속한 경제발전으로 한국 제품이나 기업들이 중국진출을 빠른 속도로 진행하고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 중국의 소비자들이 첨단 제품을 수용하는데 영향을 미치는 중요 요인들에 대한 연구는 중국 진출을 앞둔 한국 IT기업과 벤처기업들에게 중요한 전략적 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 기존의 중국 소비자의 첨단제품 수용요인에 관한 연구는 부족하며, 또한 중국시장에서 첨단 기술이나 서비스를 수용 및 확산시키기 위한 기초연구 역시 미미한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 중국 소비자의 첨단제품의 수용모델을 제시하여 실증 연구를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 시스템 품질은 유용성, 용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 유희성은 유용성과 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 용이성은 유용성과 수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유용성은수용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막에는 이러한 실증분석의 결과를 토대로 중국 시장 진출을 위한 IT 벤처기업에 마케팅적 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of the study is to propose the plans promoting IS acceptances under the circumstances where the IS usage is semi-mandatory. Since the IS usage is critical to secure the organization's competitiveness, many researchers have endeavored to investigate the factors in promoting IS acceptance. While TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) has been generally applied under the voluntary circumstance, under the mandatory circumstance did many researchers come to realized the limit of applying the TAM on IS acceptance. This resulted in various research trials to identify the IS acceptance under the mandatory circumstance. However, no research to promoting IS acceptance under the recommend circumstance where the corresponding users are recommend to the IS rather than alternative systems exits. The study applied the concept of switching costs to the research model, identified users' acceptance variations, and finally proposed the promotion plans for IS acceptance. The findings illustrate that IS dependence levels tend to be increased when both user satisfactions from a psychological perspective and monetary benefits from an economic perspective make the switching costs higher. The study stresses that organizations should provide information systems which reduce users' time, costs, and endeavors in performing their tasks, rather than require to use them by compulsion.

This paper reveals the conceptual relation between High Level Radioactive Waste Repository Site(HLRWR) and Policy Acceptance of Local Residents thorough the Causal Loop Diagram. The Resident's policy acceptance depends on the perceived risk of that facility. To reduce the risks, government has to prepare the schemes of the total supporting program including cash and the local development programs.

The purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting user acceptance of mobile banking. To test the hypotheses, this research incorporates trust to extend the model. This study investigates the causal relationship among four factors; perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, trust, and intention to use in mobile banking. This study also identifies the elements by which these factors are influenced. The result finds that facilitation condition and self-efficacy are significant elements affecting perceived ease of use. System quality, perceived ease of use and trust are significant elements affecting perceived usefulness, However, social influence is found to be not significant. System quality and perceived ease of use are significant elements affecting trust. Conclusively, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and trust are significant factors affecting the user acceptance in Mobile banking.

호텔정보시스템의 품질과 수용수준이 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 모델을 설정하기 위하여 정보시스템 성과평가모형이론을 고찰하였다. 시스템품질을 제외하고, 정보품질과 서비스품질은 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족에 정의 영향을 미치며, 지각된 유용성과 사용자 만족도는 성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 시스템품질의 영향을 높일 수 있는 정보시스템 구축과 교육프로그램이 요구되며, 정보품질을 높일 수 있는 업무지향성이 높은 정보가 제공되도록 해야 할 것이다.

As the generalization of using computer and the internet, most people, who would decide the acceptance of new information technology (IT), may consider the current systems which have been used so far. The objective of this study was to analyze the relationships between technology acceptance model (TAM) and the switching costs which may incur during switching from the current system into another on. For this purpose, this study suggested the hypotheses, in which continuity cost and setup cost, two types of switching costs in IT adoption, would influence perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use respectively. Moreover, the moderation effects of system types, hedonic system and utilitarian system, on the relationships between switching costs and TAM, were also suggested as the hypotheses. In order to prove the validity of the hypotheses, two groups were surveyed. Before surveying, to the one group who were believed to be a user of 'Cyworld', a new blog service, Naver Blog, was introduced. Similarly, to another group, Google Docs was introduced. The analysis by Partial Least Square (PLS) approach showed that most hypotheses in this study were statistically supported.
