t Global logistics companies are developing and introducing logistics systems to provide competitive logistics services. Especially as IT develops and mobile functions become more convenient, the Mobile TMS(Transportation Management System) is being introduced as a more convenient system for delivery workers and office managers. However, the success of such a system depends on the system developer who understand the site accurately and office managers and couriers who are using it in the field. The purpose of this paper is to understand which characteristics influence in exploiting new systems focusing on the attitudes of users who use the system daily, and we analyze it through the TAM(Technology Acceptance Model). According to the analysis result, when smart phone has become popular, users have concluded that usefulness is more significant than ease in acceptance of the systems. As a result, we draw suggestions that the focus should be on usefulness rather than ease of system at the stage of system developed.

This study aims at providing the basis for improving the applicability of ERP system in those companies which plan to introduce it or those which already introduced, but were not able to achieve the intended effect. To this end, this study focused on the empirical study to find innovation acceptance factors effecting innovation diffusion of ERP system intensively and to search the best path of innovation diffusion. Thus, it was known that innovation characteristics factors, percieved ease of use, perceived usefulnessand implementation of ERP system affected innovation diffusion directly or indirectly and there was a significant path helping companies introduce information system successfully.

This study analyzed the intention of continuous use of the electronic attendance-absence system. Perceived ease of use, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction variables were selected to analyze the factors affecting the intention of continuous use. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted targeting students who had experience in using the electronic attendance-absence system at K University located in Chungcheongbuk-do. The use environment of the electronic attendance-absence system was non-face-to-face, and the questionnaires answered by 921 students were analyzed. The study results are as follows. First, perceived ease of use and acceptance of the electronic attendance-absence system were found to have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the learner's perceptual ease, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction for the electronic attendance-absence system had a positive effect on the intention of continuous use. This study is meaningful in that it identified the intention of continuous use based on the experience of the electronic attendance-absence system in a non-face-to-face environment.

This study drew performance management factors analyzed a causal link between acceptance and satisfaction of performance management to present the method for promoting acceptance on the performance management system that most of the public enterprises, government-affiliated organizations are implementing. To achieve this, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis were conducted in parallel through in-depth case studies and surveys. The results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis of the performance management factors with preceding studies shows that performance management indicators, performance management operations and performance management communications. Second, from the causal relationship of performance management factors affecting performance management acceptance reveals that performance management operation has statistical significance. Third, the analysis of the effect of performance management factors on the management satisfaction shows that operation and indicator of the performance management have statistical significance and reflecting the performance indicators to business, adequacy of target level, training, system support and CEO's Leadership have been revealed as important variables to the management satisfaction. Fourth, the result of the analysis on casual connection between acceptance and satisfaction of the performance management shows that improving management acceptance has a direct impact on satisfaction because performance management receptiveness were deemed statistically significant. Fifth, the result of the in-depth case studies on improving performance management acceptance shows that public enterprises have been putting in an effort to design indicators and try to encourage internal member's involvement during the monitoring and evaluation. The quantitative analysis based on survey has turned out that performance management operation and performance management indicators have statistical significance. The qualitative analysis by in-depth analysis shows that public enterprises put a lot of effort to performance management indicators and communication between internal members. As a result, commitment to performance management operation is required to improve the performance management acceptance. In other words, a detailed implementation plan for training, information system support, and CEO's leadership has to be established and ought to be pushed.

This study conducts empirical tests on the effects of system characteristics and consumer characteristics on the acceptance of mobile commerce based on extended Technology Acceptance Model. The result from the survey of smartphone users in Seoul and Gyunggi shows that perceived usefulness, ease of use, benefits, and quality of information are positively associated with the acceptance of mobile commerce, and perceived risk is negatively associated with the acceptance of mobile commerce. Furthermore, there exists a difference in the effect of system characteristics on the acceptance of mobile commerce based on divided personal characteristics groups. The study contributes to the industries in that firms can create new applications and build strategies based on the results. Furthermore, the results can be used to find factors that determine the acceptance and use of newly introduced technology base products.

The objective of this study was to analyze the two contrary effects of usage habits on the acceptance of a new IT. The one is a positive one which may be caused by expertise from the repetitive usages of a current system while the other is a negative one which would be due to lock-in. For this purpose, this study suggested three hypotheses which account for not only the negative effect of the habit in current system on the intention of using a new system but also the positive moderation effects on both relationships of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use with the intention of a new system. For the empirical tests of the hypotheses, this study surveyed acceptance of Google Docs for the users who have a habitual used word processor. The analysis by partial least square approach showed that the hypotheses were statistically supported.

This paper is the result of simulation modeling concerning high-level radioactive waste repository(HLRWR) and people's mind for the facility. We describe a procedure of simulation modeling for resident's policy acceptance and perceived risk of HLRWR facility by using System Dynamics approach. To Complete some complicated works, we made the 20 pieces of stock-flow diagrams based on the causal loop diagram that is a blue print of whole variables and relations. The simulation outputs clearly show that cental government efforts to siting the HLRWR will be failed if nothing to give for the region's residents. On the contrary, a monetary incentive and a regional development program help to turn this gloomy situation into a desirable and acceptable condition dramatically. Government has to prepare the schemes considering the HLRWR acceptance and total supporting program including the cash and local development programs.

The current research attempts to measure the level of the acceptance of the Blackboard System (BBS) during the Corona crisis, and whether this is one of the reasons for the low use of the BBS at Al-Jouf University. To achieve this, the technology accepting model in the time of crisis (TAMTC) has been proposed to measure the degree of acceptance by students, which was then applied to a random sample of 339 of such. The results show a high level of student acceptance, despite their lower use of the system. The research also highlights the importance of upgrading e-courses and that the discontinuation of exam disqualification of students is secondary to their poor course attendance.

Since legalization of performance management system in Korea Government, it has been very diffused throughout in Local Governments. So it is needed check about acceptance of performance management system. The aim of this paper is to find application for policy and draw up improving the system after analyzing cause of acceptance of performance management system. In summary, it is empirically proven that fair institution, education program and sympathy among employee are needed. Moreover, improving suitable evaluation system for organizational culture and developing manual for drawing KPI are properly required. Improving acceptance of performance management system, reforming performance management system and continuation of the system are guaranteed by Legal.

In this study, an automatic ultrasonic testing system is used to detect the defects of the natural flaw test specimen and of the artificial flaw test specimen. We evaluate the detection performance of the acceptance standard for the natural flaw test specimen and of the acceptance standard for the artificial flaw test specimen. We also study the potential problems of those acceptance standards. The results indicate that the acceptance standard for the detection of defects in weldzone is good then the sensitivity correction is performed and that we must clearly specify special check points of the acceptance standard for the system in use.
