A business's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution is software that fully integrates the services that businesses require, continuously updates business processes and department operations in real-time, and so aids in the successful management of enterprise resources. Previously, ERP solutions were often deployed for large enterprises, but along with the strong digital transformation process, many small and medium enterprises have been deploying Cloud ERP (CERP) solutions. The objective of the study is to measure the factors affecting the successful implementation of CERP solutions at small and medium enterprises and the impact of successful implementation of CERP solutions on business process re-engineering and enterprise performance. Using a quantitative method based on data collected from 230 small and medium enterprises in Vietnam that have been implementing CERP solutions, the results show that there are 5 factors affecting, which are Organizational ERP Strategic, Top management Commitment, Data Security, Training in ERP Projects, Organizational Culture. Research results also show that Successful implementation of CERP has a direct impact on business process re-engineering and business performance. Based on the results, the study has made a number of policy implications in the successful implementation of CERP towards re-engineering business processes to improve the performance of small and medium enterprises.

This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents, relationship quality, and user behavior. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

The article substantiates the feasibility of using and actively implementing innovative technologies in the practice of organizing the educational process. The need for the use of telecommunication technologies, which provide constant communication between students and the teacher outside the classroom, has been identified. Particular attention is paid to the latest approaches to the use of various forms of multimedia technologies in student education, which intensify the process of acceptance and assimilation of educational material by foreign students. The advantages of using innovative means of distance education are determined, which thanks to modern electronic educational systems allow students to receive quality higher education. Innovative technologies promote the development of cognitive interest in students, they learn to systematize and summarize the material studied, discuss and debate. In this regard, the reorientation of the system of higher education in Europe towards innovation is becoming the most important tool in ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. In addition, the investment attractiveness of a university often depends on the innovative nature of the development of scientific, educational and practical activities of the subjects of the educational process, their inclusion in the national innovation system. The article analyzes that in the universities of the European Union in the training of specialists in the management of basic interactive methods, forms and tools are binary lecture, briefing, webinar, video conference, video lecture, virtual consultation, virtual tutorial, slide lecture, comp. utheric tests. Various classes on slide technology took active forms during the training of management specialists.

In this research, items and contents of SONAR were derived from investigation of OMS/MP of previously-operated submarines and domestic and international references related to weapon system. Such items and contents were established in detail and were categorized into four separate groups after consulting system design experts and specialists in the field of SONAR's operation. Ultimately, based on wartime and peacetime scenario and operation concept of SONAR, RAM values were obtained through various methods using submarine-operating records and maintenance records for the past eleven years.

2022 was a time when the global healthcare system was challenged and has grown in response to the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic. In addition, various issues accumulated in the process of quantitative growth have emerged in the Korean healthcare system. For instance, problems of sustainability in health insurance finances and removing bubbles from excessive medical utilization should be urgently resolved as tasks that occurred in the process of expanding the coverage of the health insurance system. The deficit of applicants for the pediatrician residency program suggests that expanding health insurance coverage alone has limitations in providing essential medical services. There is a need to incentivize doctors who provide essential medical care services. In 2023, we hope that efforts to enhance and internally reinforce the healthcare system will be concentrated.

The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. The article substantiates the need and shows the features of introducing SMART management into the system of public management of regional development in the context of strengthening the national security of Ukraine. Disclosed are such provisions as: goal-setting; state mission; state mission in Ukraine; goals of the Ukrainian state; strategic management priorities in Ukraine. Differences between the purpose of the organization and the purpose of the state are determined. The characteristic of the goal at the state level is given. The management standards in SMART management are characterized. The issues of the exhaustibility of existing SMART criteria are reviewed and it is proposed to supplement them with two such as: inspiration (inspiration) and ity (ethics). Two main principles are defined (evaluated (assessment), reviewed (review)), which must be observed when introducing SMART management into the system of public management of regional development in the context of strengthening the national security of Ukraine.
