  • Today, knowledge is considered the most strategically important resource. As research in knowledge management advances, it ought to review and categorize the already published literatures on knowledge management in the area of business strategy, accounting/finance, human resource management and management information technology. To identify the knowledge management research trend, we analyze 168 articles published in prominent academic journal during last two decades. This paper develops three stages model for knowledge management research: observation, initiation and evolution stage. Also, we classify the given researches according to the three criteria of contents, related academic area and applied research method.

Data were collected from June 15. 2000 to June 23. 2000 through questionnaires taken by 208 patients to be discharge in a general hospital. The Home Health Care Need instruments used for collecting data was developed by the researcher. The data obtained were analyzed using frequency. percentage. mean. standard deviation. Chi-square test. t-test. one-way ANOVA. Pearson's correlation coefficients. Cronbach's alpha coefficients and Factor Analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The perception of home health care nursing were 65.4% of subjects had never heard about home health care service and 2.4% of subjects knew about the methods & contents in detail. About the demands of home health care, 58.2% of the subjects were willing to use home health care and 41.8% weren't. 2. Regarding the areas of home health care needs. basic nursing care area was the highest. Education/ counselling, exercise/ hygiene. therapeutic nursing care was orderly. Injection and medication management of basic nursing care area were the highest. 3. In relation to characteristic-related diseases and home health care needs. as for the discharge type, the existence of sores, paralysis showed significant differences with home health care needs in the area of exercise/ hygiene(p<,05). Home health care needs in the area of therapeutic nursing care and exercise/ hygiene showed significant differences with the existence of pain. Home health care needs in the area of therapeutic nursing and basic nursing areas were significantly different in the use of catheter/ assistant instrument(p<.05). Home health care needs in the area of therapeutic nursing. exercise/ hygiene and basic nursing care showed significant difference with diagnosis(p<,05). In conclusion, awareness about home health care nursing were very low, home health care needs in the area of basic nursing was the highest. Home health care needs showed significant difference with discharge type, sores, paralysis, existence of pain, use of catheter/ assistant instrument and diagnosis.

  • KACIS was established in 1988 for critical academic movement in communication area. For 20 years after establishment, KACIS has grown into major academic society. The purpose of this article is reflection on the history of KACIS for 20 years. For this, this article review three areas on KACIS. First, It examine how critical academic movement that was initiated in middle of 1980s was changed in gear with Korean Society's shift. Second, It turn around the activity of 'Korean study group for society and communication', the predecessor of KACIS, which operate during $1988{\sim}1998$. Third, it consider KACIS's activity after convert to association, during $1998{\sim}2008$. When look back to 20 years of KACIS, first of all, the biggest fruit is to extend critical communication in academic area. However, several controversies exist about KACIS's identity. Conclusively, this article emphasize, for further development, organizing organic academic conference about social pending issue, strengthening journal's identity, fostering future academic generation, vitalizing research divisions.

  • In this study, our primary areas of mathematical shapes as a way to solve the problem of sixth grade math and geometry around the area in addition to the real world, the virtual objects to explore on their own learning, heuristic principles and learning concepts are developed. To this end, second-class sixth grade in Seoul class M is selected and the area of Augmented Reality class shapes students' academic achievement sure to affect how much agreed. experimental study was developed and then applied to the actual class content across pre and post implementation evaluation, and subsequent academic achievement levels were compared and analyzed. As a result, learners in the experimental group and control group than the class of interested students and class satisfaction, a statistically higher achievement. Learning on augmented reality, which shapes have the gumption to participate in classes, and concepts related to shape the formation and indicates that academic achievement is related.

  • The study aims to design and suggest criteria of the academic credit approval for those who obtain diverse qualifications. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, a Delphi survey was conducted. Consequently this study suggests the following, based on the argument that existing credit approval system covering all qualifications requires improvement especially due to limited function and efficiency. First, most respondents who took part in the management of academic credit bank system in the Korea Educational Development Institute stated that the current system is of limitation. Out of the all items, one was indicated as one not directly related the majoring area for the degree, three items were indicated as approved in the bachelor degree and two items were as approved in the associate degree. Second, occupational area for approving qualification items should be classified according to the KRIVET classification structure for national qualification.

  • The purpose of this study is to review the Southeast Asian studies in Korea in a comprehensive way and to set a new task for our academic community. To do this, I tried to analyze the total amount and trends of scholarly achievement (thesis, journal articles, and academic books). The content is divided into research history, research accumulation, and researcher scale. The history of research dates back more than we thought and was decentralized. Research accumulation is becoming more and more pluralistic. The number of researchers from various academic fields was higher than expected. The newly discovered Southeast Asian studies of Korea suggests the task of increasing the inclusiveness of our academic community. The KASEAS (Korean Association of Southeast Asian Studies) seems to be narrow and stagnant compared to the trend of Southeast Asian studies in Korea, which is constantly growing quantitatively, academically spreading, and transcending nationality. In order to increase the inclusiveness of the KASEAS, efforts should be made to open a variety of decentralized and autonomous study groups, to invite domestic graduate students from Southeast Asia, and to spread the university's foothold as a point of contact between pluralistic disciplines.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify any differences in academic records of students after they got into the Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries through the entrance exam. The target group was the students of 1,035 who enrolled from the year of 2012 to 2014 by the exams respectively, and this study compared those first year's records. As a result, this study found that their academic achievements have no significant differences statistically. With regard to the result, we could recognize that the average achievements of students are arithmetically high, who were accepted by admission officer's interview(talented students of agriculture and fisheries) and regular admission procedure to which the scholastic test result is applied. Accordingly, it is more desirable that we should rather focus on measures to improve the admission procedure that could contribute to academic achievements of students who are mostly accepted through the nonscheduled admission. It is pointless to focus on discussion that the achievement of students selected by a particular procedure is low. That kind of criticism proved groundless. Secondly, the study of the correlation between their admission records and after admission records of the freshmen in 2012 shows that a significant difference does not exist whereas those of in 2013 and 2014 has a slightly different statistically, though a coefficient of correlation was a mere 0.17. It account for this result that KNCAF has increased the applied-rate of highschool transcript from 33.3% to 50.0.% in admission procedure from the year of 2013. However, lowering the applied-rate of farming and fishing background is not everything as we consider the graduates' easy settling into rural area. It is a well-known fact that after graduation, the majority of students who have applied for a grace period of the delay in performing the obligation of farming and fishing, and of students who have paid the school expenses back came from ones with no sufficient foothold. This means that we should formulate a supporting policy for the students to settle into rural area smoothly after graduation if we keep the regulation of lowing the applied-rate of farming and fishing.
