남성 요실금 팬티에 관한 연구 (A Study on Male Panties for Urinary Incontinence)

  • This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the male products for urinary incontinence by examining the types and characteristics of those registered in KIPO (Korean Industrial Property Office). Additionally, the types and characteristics, especially for the cloth products and the pads, of male panties for urinary incontinence on the market are analyzed. Men in their 60s with minor symptoms were selected as the subjects to evaluate the wearability. The results are as follows. 11 male products for urinary incontinence, registered in KIPO, are structurally different from those for women by having a separate pocket mainly for absorption. There are one disposable type and 7 cloth types, and the cloth panties can be classified as either united or separable type depending on the detachability of pads from the panties. The types of the panties vary according to the position, shape, and size of the attached pads on normal male panties (boxer, briefs, drawers). The fabrics for the urinary incontinence are usually piled in 3 to 5 layers by having the most absorptive layer on the top, the next with deodorizing characteristics, and the bottom with the waterproof fabric as basics with some additional layers of antibiotic or breathable fabrics. From the wearability test, it has been determined that the panties are not distinguishable in external appearance and the fitness is also not a problem since the size varies as the normal panties. It has been evaluated that the fitness of the panties is an important factor since the pad should be worn in any form; the pad sewed in the middle of the panties was evaluated to be more wearable than having a long pad. In case of separable panties, when the pattern and fabric is similar to the functional panties and the options such as the thickness of the pads or detachability are given to the users, it tends to be more satisfactory.

조직간 신뢰, 몰입과 기업 역량이 연구개발협력 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (A Study on Impact of Inter-organizational Trust, Commitment and Firm Capability to Research Cooperation Performance)

  • 본 연구는 기업간 연구개발 협력 활동이 증가되면서, 연구개발 협력의 성과 결정요인을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 조직간 신뢰, 몰입과 기업역량을 중심으로 선행연구와 기존 문헌을 토대로 기업간 신뢰는 개방성, 경영능력, 배려의 3가지 세부 변수를 도출하였고, 기업역량은 R&D 역량, 재무역량, 경영역량, 흡수역량의 4가지 세부변수로 구성하였다. 몰입은 하나의 변수로 구성하였다. 또한 종속변수를 매출액과 영업이익으로 구분하여 연구개발 협력의 성과가 차별적으로 나타나는지를 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 기업역량 변수들은 연구개발 협력 성과에 유의적인 결과를 보이고 있었다. 두번째로 기업간 신뢰와 몰입은 연구개발 협력 성과에 유의적이지 않게 나타났다. 세 번째로 종속변수의 차이에 따른 성과 결정요인의 차이는 검증되지 않았다.

등줄쥐 (Apodemus agrarius coreae)의 부고환관의 무섬모상피세포와 섬모상피세포의 미세구조에 대한 비교 연구 (Comparative Studies on the Ultrastructures of Non-Ciliated and Ciliated Epithelial Cells in the Ductus Epididymidis of Apodemus agrarius coreae)

  • In order to the comparative morphological study of the non-ciliated and ciliated epithelial cells, and to elucidate the process of degeneration of non-ciliated epithelial cell of the ductus epididymidis, Korean striped field mouse, Apodemus agrarius coreae was examined with light and transmission electron microscopes. The morphological characteristics of non-ciliated epithelial cell, the cell types of the caput epididymidis (Cp), corpus epididymidis (Cr) and cauda epididymidis (Cu) were long-columnar, short-columnar and short-cuboudal, respectively. The mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum tended to be broken as they immigrated from Cp to the Cu. The Golgi acted vigorously at the Cp, but the Golgi was inactive in Cr and Cu. The secretory vesicles and lysosomes were increased gradually from Cp to the Cu. The process of degeneration of the non-ciliated epithelial cells observed in the Cp, Cr and Cu epididymidis. The increase of the non-ciliated epithelial cells, and its degeneration were observed more often from Cp to the Cu. The morphological characteristics of the ciliated epithelial cells, the cell types of the Cp, Cr and Cu were long-columnar, short-columnar and short-cuboudal, respecptively like the non-ciliated epithelial cells. The stereocilia was long and slender at the Cp and Cr, while Cu was very short. The pinocytotic vesicles and absorptive vesicles were increased from the Cp to the Cu. Numerous disintergrated products was existed at the Cr including the Cp, but Cu were not observed. A significant amount of lysosomes existed at the Cp and Cr epithelial cells, but they were not observed in Cu epithelial cells.

Study on Plastics Detection Technique using Terra/ASTER Data

  • In this study, plastic detection technique was developed, applying remote sensing technology as a method to extract plastic wastes, which is one of the big causes of concern contributing to environmental destruction. It is possible to extract areas where plastic (including polypropylene and polyethylene) wastes are prominent, using ASTER data by taking advantage of its absorptive characteristics of ASTER/SWIR bands. The algorithm is applicable to define large industrial wastes disposal sites and areas where plastic greenhouses are concentrated. However, the detection technique with ASTER/SWIR data has some research tasks to be tackled, which includes a partial secretion of reference spectral, depending on some conditions of plastic wastes and a detection error in a region mixed with vegetations and waters. Following results were obtained after making comparisons between several detection methods and plastic wastes in different conditions; (a)'spectral extraction method' was suitable for areas where plastic wastes exist separated from other objects, such as coastal areas where plastic wastes drifted ashore. (single plastic spectral was used as a reference for the 'spectral extraction method') (b)On the other hand, the 'spectral extraction method' was not suitable for sites where plastic wastes are mixed with vegetation and soil. After making comparison of the processing results of a mixed area, it was found that applying both 'separation method' using un-mixing and ‘spectral extraction method’ with NDVI masked is the most appropriate method to extract plastic wastes. Also, we have investigated the possibility of reducing the influence of vegetation and water, using ASTER/TIR, and successfully extracted some places with plastics. As a conclusion, we have summarized the relationship between detection techniques and conditions of plastic wastes and propose the practical application of remote sensing technology to the extraction of plastic wastes.

수중채널 분석과 Coded OFDM을 통한 전송방법 연구 (Underwater Channel Analysis and Transmission Method Research via Coded OFDM)

  • 수중채널은 매질에 의한 신호 감쇄로 인해 전송대역이 제한되며, 수온, 염도, 기하학적 구조 등 다양한 요소의 영향을 받기 때문에 복잡하며 신뢰성을 유지하기 어려운 통신 환경 중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 수중채널에 대한 분석을 토대로 보다 실질적인 모의 수중채널을 모델링하였다. 또한 ISI, 주파수 선택적 페이딩, 시간 선택적 페이딩을 동시에 고려한 Coded Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) 시스템을 디자인하였으며 앞서 언급한 실질적인 표의 수중채널에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 디자인된 시스템이 다양한 상태의 채널에서도 성능변화의 폭이 작고 견실하게 작동할 수 있음을 보였다. 제안하는 Coded OFDM 시스템은 Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) 코드를 사용했으며, Un-coded OFDM 시스템에 비해 $10^{-3}$ BER기점을 기준으로 7 dB의 이득이 발생하였다. 뿐만 아니라 채널의 변화에 따른 SNR 차가 8 dB에서 3 dB로 줄였다.

바이오필터와 황-석회석을 이용한 마을하수 처리 공정 개발 (Development of Process for Village Scale Wastewater Treatment Using Biofilter and Sulfur-limestone)

  • This process which has a connection of biofilter and sulfur-limestone has been developed to treat organic substances including BOD, COD and SS etc. and to treat sulfur-limestone is for denitrification.. The whole process consists of chemical reaction tank, sedimentation tank, trickling filter, denitrification tank The trickling filter is equipped with a reactor filled with absorptive filter, and the sulfur denitrification tank is filled with sulfur-limestone mixed media. After setting up practical facilities whose capacity is 60 tons a day, we have observed the removal efficiencies of pollutants through 60 experiments during Summer and Winter seasons. The average concentration of polluted water was BOD for 3.6 mg/L, $COD_{Mn}$ for 11.3 mg/L, SS for 2.8 mg/L, T-N for 8.6 mg/L, and T-P for 0.8 mg/L, and the rate of treatment efficiencies 96.5%, 84.7%, 96.5%, 79.2%, and 80.8%, respectively was found through the experiments. The average treatment efficiency for BOD and $COD_{Mn}$ was 85.0% and 55.7%, respectively and the average removal efficiency for NH4+-N was 84.9% in the trickling filter. The removal efficiency in the denitrification tank is as follows; The removal rate of $NO_3^--N$ was as high as 93.2% within the compass of pH 6.3 to 7.3 through $16.8{\sim}37.0mg/L$ flown into $NO_3^--N$ and $0.1{\sim}8.3mg/L$ outflown. It had observed that this process has implemented highly efficient and advanced treatment without external carbon sources and internal recycle during its process. In conclusion, this process is suitable for a sewerage in a small village due to the merits of low power consumption and easy maintenance.

고립파에 의한 경사면에서의 부유사 제승의 불확실성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on The Uncertainty of Suspended Sediment Pickup on Slope by Solitary Wave)

  • Suspended sediment transport plays principal roles in morphological process of natural coastals. It is needed to understand the reason why interaction characteristics of solitary wave and suspended sediment. The present study shows that suspended sediment pickup derived on solitary wave celerity. The 2D prismatic open channel length is 12 m, width is 0.8 m, height is 0.75 m and slope is 1/6. Generation of solitary wave is used by rapidly opening the sluice gate. Bottom surface sediments are laid movable slope section by 0.03 m thickness and experimental sediments are used anathracite and jumoonjin sand. Techniques of suspended sediment pickup rate are designed equipment ASC(Absorptive Suspended sediment Collector). It could directly absorb 5 points suspended sediment by channel water depth. Solitary wave celerity is measued by ADV(Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter). Mounted two video cameras(Model No. : Sony, HDR-XR550) are used to image processing of suspended sediment concentration and turbidity. Suspended sediment pikcup rate(Einstein, 1950) is analyzed to nondimensionalization based on solitary wave celerity. The suspended sediment pickup rate is suggested that more effective plunging breaking type than spilling. The results indicates fundamental suspended sediment transport mechanism between solitary wave celerity and suspended sediment pickup based on laboratory experiments. Finally, the present study suggests that suspended sediment pickup rate by solitary wave is used only characteristics of sediment and solitary wave celerity.

조직 메모리 제공과 개인-직무, 개인-조직 적합성이 조직성과에 미치는 영향 : 흡수역량을 매개로 (The Effect of Organizational Memory Affordance and Person-Job, Person-Organization Fit on Organizational Performances : Mediating Absorption Capacity)

  • 4차 산업 혁명 시대에는 데이터의 효율적인 활용 수준이 그 기업의 성과에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 조직 메모리 제공이 개인-직무 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성의 수준에 따라 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 흡수역량이 매개로 했을 때의 효과를 실증 분석하였다. 대기업, 중견기업, 중소기업 재직자 317명을 대상으로 설문데이터를 분석한 결과, 조직 메모리 제공이 충분한 조직은 개인-직무 및 개인-조직 적합성 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 흡수역량도 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 그리고 조직 메모리 제공은 개인-조직 적합성을 매개할 '때 흡수역량에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 개인-직무 적합성과 개인-조직 적합성은 조직성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치나, 흡수역량을 매개할 경우는 개인-조직 적합만이 긍정적인 영향 관계가 나타났다. 본 연구는 흡수역량의 선행 요인으로 조직 IT 구축환경과 구성원들의 조직과 직무에 대한 인식을 종합적으로 분석하고, 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 동시에 실증함으로써 연구의 의의가 있다.

개방형 혁신 네트워크의 동태적 모형 (Dynamic Model for Open Innovation Network)

  • Literatures on open innovation have two major limitations. First, either on a firm level or on an industry level did they analyze the open innovation issues. The results of a firm's innovation can be diffused through the whole network and the firm can learn back from the network knowledge. Prior literatures did not consider the feedback loop among firms and network in which the firms are involved. Second, most open innovation research had a static perspective on firm's innovation performance. Since the diffusion, spill-over and learning among network members are involved over time, the open innovation is intrinsically dynamic. From the dynamic perspective, we can appreciate the fundamental attributes of the open innovation network which involves diverse firms, research institutes, and universities. In order to overcome the limitations, we suggest a dynamic model for open innovation network. We build an agent-based model which consists of heterogeneous firms. The firms are connected through a scale-free network which is formed by preferential attachment. Through the diverse scenario of simulation, we collect massive data on the firm level and analyze them both on firm and industry level. From the analysis, we found that, on industry level, the overall performance of open innovation increases as the internal research capability, absorptive capacity, and learning curve coefficient increase. Noticeably, as the deprecation rate of knowledge increases, the variability of knowledge increases. From the firm level analysis, we found that the industry-level variables had a significant effect on the firm's innovation performance lasting through all the time, whereas the firm-level variables had only on the early phase of innovation.

지식 흡수 능력과 지식 네트워크와의 관계에 대한 연구 (Analysis of Relationship between Capacity of Knowledge Absorption and Knowledge Network)

  • 지식 네트워크는 지역의 경제적 성과와 경쟁력을 확보하는데 중요한 요소로 간주된다. 또한 지식을 흡수할 수 있는 능력이 높은 연구기관들은 지역적 요인에 상관없이 글로벌 지식 네트워크를 형성하려는 경향이 강하며, 그렇지 않은 기관들은 지역적 요인에 많은 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 지역을 중심으로 지식 흡수능력이 낮은 기관일수록 지식 네트워크의 지리적 요인에 얼마나 많은 영향을 받는지에 대해 검증하였다. 그 결과, 지식 흡수능력이 높은 기관일수록 국제 공동연구를 추진하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 수도권을 제외한 다른 지역에서는 거점 대학을 중심으로 연구가 진행되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 과학기술이 발전된 지역은 더 이상 반드시 지역적인 요소가 중요 요인이 아니라는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과는 상당부분 선행이론들의 논의와 부합하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 사전연구에 대해 한국 지역을 중심으로 사례연구를 진행하여 이를 검증하였다는 점에서 연구의 가치가 있다.
