진안 봉곡도요지 출토 흑유자기의 재료학적 특성 분석 (Analysis of Material Characteristics for Blackwares at Excavated from the Bonggok Kiln Site of Jinan-gun)

  • 진안 봉곡도요지 출토 흑유자기에 대하여 과학적 분석과 재현실험으로 재료학적 특성 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 미시적 관찰과 물리적 특성, 화학조성 분석으로 구분하여 실시하였으며, 재현실험은 분석결과에 따라 시판 흑유, 석간주 및 석회석을 사용하여 시편을 제작하고 단면을 관찰하였다. 물리적 특성은 자화 정도에 따라 일부 도편에서 차이를 보이며, 미시적 관찰에서 유약 내에 수지상 등의 결정 조직이 관찰되었다. 열분석에서 $1200^{\circ}C$ 내외에서 발열피크가 확인되고 결정구조분석에서 뮬라이트가 동정되어, 약 $1100{\sim}1200^{\circ}C$의 온도에서 소성된 것으로 판단할 수 있다. 유약의 성분 조성은 타 지역 출토 흑유자기의 유약에 비하여 $Fe_2O_3$의 함량이 약 22%로 높게 나타나며, CaO의 함량은 약 9%로 낮게 나타난다. 재현실험에서 석간주와 석회석의 혼합비에 따라 유약층의 단면에서 출토 도편과 유사한 결정 조직을 이루는 것이 관찰되었다. 이는 산화철이 용융, 응고되는 과정에서 생성되는 것으로 추정된다.

Scientific Comparison Study on the Joseon Dynasty Palace Roof Tiles and Modern Handmade Roof Tiles

  • The purpose of this study is to scientifically analyze physicochemical characteristics of the roof tiles used for palaces in the Joseon Dynasty which stored in Changdeokgung material storage and Seooreung Jaesil and the modern handmade ones which made by N company to understand the differences between their manufacturing techniques. Through chromaticity, cross-sectional observation, component analysis, and crystal structure analysis, it was possible to confirm the physicochemical properties and fired properties of the roof tile. Roof tiles from the Joseon Dynasty have a wider colorimetric range and higher apparent porosity and water absorption, on average, than the modern roof tiles. The cross section of the Joseon Dynasty roof tiles shows that most clay minerals have not been vitrified, remaining in the form of atypical particles, while the modern roof tiles have denser clay materials. X-ray diffraction analysis identified low-temperature minerals such as micas in Joseon roof tiles but no peak of these minerals was observed in the modern roof tiles, implying that the modern ones are fired at higher temperature than the Joseon ones. Therefore, the modern roof tiles are fired at higher temperature and have higher density than the Joseon ones due to the use of pugmills. The general content of main ingredients was similar between the two. Additionally, the principal component analysis of trace elements in the Joseon roof tiles showed that most samples were from similar areas. It seems that the Joseon roof tiles were manufactured using soils supplied from a specific region at the same timeframe and their consistency in the content of principal components implies that they also have similar mix proportions of clay.

블랙코어 형성 메커니즘 (The mechanism of black core formation)

  • 골재를 제조할 때 골재의 중앙에 만들어지는 블랙코어(black core)의 형성 메커니즘을 살펴보기 위해 적점토, 탄소(carbon), 산화철$(Fe_2O_3)$이 혼합된 직경 10mm 구형골재의 조성, 소성온도, 소성시간, 소성분위기, 소성방법을 변화시키면서 각각의 비중, 흡수율, 블랙코어 면적비$(\%)$, 파괴강도, Fe 총량분석, XRF를 측정하고 비교하였다. 소량의 산화철 첨가는 골재의 물성에 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 반면 탄소는 많이 첨가될수록, 소성온도가 증가할수록 블랙코어가 더 많이 형성되었고, 블랙코어의 비율이 증가하면 그만큼 비중은 감소하고 흡수율은 증가하였다 산화분위기에서 소성시킨 골재는 껍질 (shell)과 블랙코어가 뚜렷하게 구분되는 반면 환원분위기에서 소성한 시편에서는 시편의 단면전체에 블랙코어가 형성되었고, 산화분위기와 중성분위기와는 달리 환원분위기에서 소성된 시편에서는 탄소첨가량이 증가할수록 비중이 증가했으며, 전반적인 비중은 가장 낮았다. 흡수율은 모든 분위기에서 탄소 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가했다. 소성방법을 달리하여 실험한 결과 직화소성한 시편에서는 블랙코어가 잘 형성되었고, 승온소성한 시편에 비해 비중은 작고 흡수율은 높았다. 또한 파괴강도의 측정결과를 통해 블랙코어가 형성되지 않은 골재시편의 강도가 블랙코어가 형성된 시편보다 다소 크다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. Fe총량분석결과 블랙코어에서 껍질보다 많은 Fe와 FeO가 분포하였고, 껍질에는 적색을 띠는 $Fe_2O_3$가 많이 분포되어 있었다. XRF 분석 결과를 통해 탄소는 블랙코어 형성부위에서만 존재한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.사 결과 외형은 YF04 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 3.64으로 높게 나타났으며 YM03 $0.1\%$ 처리구가 3.00으로 가장 낮았다(P>0.05). 색은 YF04 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 4.00으로 높았으며 YF04 $0.1\%$ 처리구는 2.93으로 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). 다즙성은 YF04 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 3.50으로 가장 높게 나타났으며 YM03 $0.1\%$와 YM03 $1.0\%$ 처리구가 각각 3.07로 낮았다 (P>0.05).구보다 약간 증가하였으나 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다.다리살의 콜레스테롤 함량도 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 유의적인 차이는 없었다.적으로 작용하였다.있다.>16$\%$>0$\%$ 순으로 좋게 평가되었다. 결론적으로 감농축액의 첨가는 당과 탄닌성분을 함유함으로써 인절미의 노화를 지연시키고 저장성을 높이는데 효과가 있는 것으로 생각된다. 또한 인절미를 제조할 때 찹쌀가루에 8$\%$의 감농축액을 첨가하는 것이 감인절미의 색, 향, 단맛, 씹힘성이 적당하고 쓴맛과 떫은맛은 약하게 느끼면서 촉촉한 정도와 부드러운 정도는 강하게 느낄수 있어서 전반적인 기호도에서 가장 적절한 방법으로 사료된다.비위생 점수가 유의적으로 높은 점수를 나타내었다. 조리종사자의 위생지식 점수와 위생관리 수행수준의 상관관계를 조사한 결과, 위생지식의 기기설비위생은 위생관리 수행수준의 합계(p<0.01)에서 유의적인 상관관계(p<0.01)를 나타내었으며, 위생지식의 식중독 및 미생물은

기상 입력장 오차에 대한 자외선 오존 프로파일 산출 알고리즘 민감도 분석 (Sensitivity Analysis of Satellite BUV Ozone Profile Retrievals on Meteorological Parameter Errors)

  • 자외선 관측 자료로부터 최적 추정법을 이용해 오존 프로파일을 산출하기 위해서는 복사모델을 이용한 정확한 복사모의가 매우 중요하다. 복사모델 입력 변수는 복사 모의의 정확도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이며, 특히 온도와 지면 기압과 같은 기상 입력 변수는 각각 오존 흡수 계수와 레일리 산란을 계산하는데 사용되어 복사 스펙트럼 모의에 직접적인 영향을 준다. 따라서 그 영향을 평가하기 위해, 복사전달 모델을 이용하여 온도와 지면 기압에 대한 자외선 오존 프로파일 산출 민감도 검사가 수행되었다. 지면 기압은 기상 수치 예보모델 기반의 일 자료와 월 기후 자료에서 100 hPa 미만의 평균 오차를 보였으며, 해당 오차에 대해 계산된 오존 산출 오차는 각 층에 대해 약 0.2 DU 미만이다. 한편, 온도는 일 자료와 월 기후 자료에 대해서 지점과 고도에 따라 1~7K의 오차를 보였으며, 이에 대해 계산된 오존 산출 오차는 층별로 약 4 DU으로 나타났다. 이 같은 결과들은 위성 관측 값으로부터 산출된 연직 오존 정보를 이해하는데 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라, 알고리즘의 현업화 과정에서 기상 입력 자료의 선택 및 시스템 설계 방향 수립에 효과적으로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

합성 고분자 화합물 및 탄화붕소 혼입에 따른 모르타르의 중성자 차폐성능 분석 (Neutron Shielding Performance of Mortar Containing Synthetic High Polymers and Boron Carbide)

  • 본 논문에서는 타 재료에 비해 수소 원소 함유량이 높아 고속 중성자 차폐에 유리한 합성 고분자 화합물과 중성자 포획단면적이 큰 붕소화합물을 각각 혼입한 모르타르를 대상으로 중성자 차폐성능을 분석하였다. 합성 고분자 화합물의 종류, 형상, 크기, 함량 및 붕소화합물의 함량에 따라 총 16개 모르타르 배합을 설계하였으며, 각 배합의 슬럼프 플로우, 28일 압축 및 인장강도를 측정하고, 고속 중성자 및 열중성자에 대한 차폐실험을 수행하였다. 합성 고분자 화합물의 선량 투과율은 모르타르 대비 최대 38.5%까지 감소하였으며, 공기 중 선량의 26.3%까지 차폐하였다. 붕소화합물을 혼입한 모르타르의 열중성자 차폐율은 최대 90.3%로 대부분의 열중성자를 차폐하였다. 비록 화합물 혼입에 의해 모르타르의 기본 특성은 저하되었으나, 표면 개질, 특수 혼화제 첨가 등 지속적인 연구를 통하여 성능 저하를 최소화할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 중성자 투과성능 역시 다양한 타입의 시험체 조합을 통한 레이어 시스템 도입 등으로 다양한 투과성능에 따른 맞춤형 설계를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Extrusion 제조 조건에 따른 쌀 스낵 제품의 이화학적 품질특성 (Physicochemical Properties of Rice-based Expanded Snacks according to Extrusion Conditions)

  • 쌀가루, 고아밀로오스 전분, 분리대두단백, 설탕 및 소금을 첨가하여 feed 수분함량 19~23%, screw speed 200~400 rpm, feed rate 43.6 kg/hr 조건에서 제조한 쌀 스낵의 이화학적 특성을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 쌀 스낵의 bulk density는 0.06~0.21, apparent density는 0.55~0.65 정도로 나타났고, feed 수분함량이 많을수록, screw 속도가 감소할수록 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 쌀 스낵의 팽화율은 density와는 반대로 feed 수분함량이 낮을수록, screw 속도가 증가할수록 증가하였다. 쌀 스낵의 WAI는 feed 수분함량이 많을수록, screw 속도가 감소할수록 증가한 반면, WSI는 WAI와는 반대의 경향을 나타냈다. 쌀 스낵의 breaking strength는 feed 수분함량이 증가할수록, screw 속도가 감소할수록 증가하였다. 쌀 스낵의 색도 중 L값은 feed 수분함량 19%, 21%에서는 screw 속도가 증가할수록 L값은 낮았으나, feed 수분함량 23%에서는 screw 속도에 따른 유의적인 차이는 없었다. a, b값은 feed 수분함량 19%에서는 screw 속도가 증가함에 따라 높아졌다. 쌀 스낵의 x-ray 회절도는 feed 수분함량이 낮을수록, screw 속도가 높을수록 회절강도가 낮게 나타났고, feed 수분함량 19%, 21%, screw 속도 300 및 400 rpm에서는 V 도형의 특징을 나타냈다. 쌀 스낵의 내부 단면구조는 feed 수분함량이 많을수록, screw 속도가 낮을수록 기공의 생성이 잘 되지 않았고 세포벽이 두껍게 나타났다.

인공경량골재의 소성조건이 블랙코어에 미치는 영향 (A study on the black core formation of artificial lightweight aggregates at various sintering atmospheres)

  • 본 실험에서는 로터리 킬른으로 제조되는 인공경량골재의 실험실적 제어 가능성을 찾고자 여러 가지 소성조건에서 석탄 화력발전소에서 발생되는 바닥재와 준설토를 이용하여 인공경량골재를 제조하였다. 인공경량골재 조성은 바닥재 70 wt%와 준설토 30 wt%의 무게비로 성형하였고, 산화 분위기, 불활성 분위기, 환원 분위기에서 각각 $1150^{\circ}C$, $1200^{\circ}C$에서 소성하여 제조된 인공경량골재는 산화 분위기에서 명확한 블랙코어와 껍질(shell)간의 경계를 보이나, 불활성 분위기에서는 질소량이 증가할수록 그리고 소성온도가 증가할수록 경계가 없어지는 경향을 보이며, 환원 분위기에서는 단면 전체가 진회색을 띄게 된다. 로터리 킬른의 분위기와 가장 근접한 소성 분위기는 불활성분위기였으며 밀도나 흡수율 또한 그것과 유사하였다. 이러한 결과로 소형 전기로에서 로터리 킬른의 환경과 유사하게 조건을 제어할 수 있고, 물성을 예측할 수 있는 실험이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

Extrusion 제조조건에 따른 유과바탕의 물리적 품질특성(I): 찹쌀가루와 쌀가루 배합에 따른 유과바탕의 제조 (Physical Properties of Yukwa Base According to the Extrusion Processing Conditions (I): Manufacturing of Yukwa Base with Combination of Glutinous Rice Flour and Rice Flour)

  • 찹쌀가루, 쌀가루, 탈지콩가루 및 소금을 첨가하여 수분함량 16-18%, screw 속도 300 및 400 rpm, feed rate 43.4kg/hr 조건에서 extruder로 제조한 유과바탕의 특성은 다음과 같았다. 길이, 직경 및 비용적은 extruder에서 공급되는 수분함량이 낮을수록 크게 나타났다. 유과바탕의 색도 중 L값은 수분함량이 많을수록 높은 반면, a값 및 b값은 낮게 나타났다. 유과바탕의 수분흡착지수는 수분 함량이 많을수록 유의적으로 증가되었다. 유과바탕의 x-ray 회절도는 수분함량 16% 및 17%에서는 B도형을 나타냈으며, 수분함량 18%에서는 A도형을 나타냈다. 상대적 결정화도와 breaking strength는 수분함량 16%에서 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 17%, 18%에서는 유의적인 차이가 없었다. TPA에서 hardness는 수분함량 16% 및 17%, screw 속도 400 rpm에서 가장 낮게 나타났다. 유과바탕의 단면을 40배로 확대하여 관찰한 유과바탕은 수분함량이 증가할수록 기공의 크기가 컸고 세포벽은 두꺼웠다. 유과바탕의 관능검사 결과 수분함량에 따른 색과 향미에 대한 기호도는 유의적인 차이는 없었으나, 맛, 외관, 입안에서의 느낌 및 전체적인 선호도는 수분함량이 낮을수록 기호도는 높게 나타났다.

PEG를 포함한 실리콘 수화젤 렌즈의 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Characterization of Silicone Hydrogel Lens Containing Poly(ethylene glycol))

  • Poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)이 콘택트렌즈에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 PEG가 도입된 실리콘 수화젤 렌즈를 제조하고 특성을 평가하였다. 실리콘 수화젤 렌즈는 methacryloxypropyl tris(trimethylsiloxy) silane(TRIS), methyl methacrylate(MMA), N,N'-dimethyl acrylamide(DMA) 등과 PEG 함유 단량체인 poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate(PEG-MEM)를 공중합하여 제조하였다. 특성평가는 Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), electron spectroscopy of chemical analysis(ESCA), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) 등과 물 흡수도, 물 접촉각, 광투과도, 인장강도 등을 평가하였고 단백질 흡착 실험을 행하였다. FT-IR 및 ESCA 분석결과 C-O 결합피크의 증가를 보여 PEG 도입을 확인하였고 SEM 분석결과 상분리 현상은 나타나지 않았다. 물흡수도는 PEG-MEM의 도입에 따라 1차적으로 증가하였고 물 접촉각 및 광투과도는 감소하는 현상을 나타내었다. 단백질흡착 실험결과, PEG의 도입에 따라 눈물 속에 있는 단백질인 albumin, lysozyme, $\gamma$-globulin 등의 흡착이 감소하는 현상을 나타내었다. 또한 PEG 분자량의 증가에 따라 흡착되는 단백질의 양이 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 인공눈물을 사용한 단백질 흡착실험에서도 PEG의 도입에 따라 단백질 흡착이 감소하는 현상을 나타내었다.

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The mice were divided into two groups. One group was injected with Photofrin II, intravenously (2.5mg/kg body weight). The other group received no Photofrin II. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. On this base, we composed of the radial pulse diagnosis system in korean traditional medicine. The system composed of a radial pulse wave detection system and a radial pulse diagnosis system. With a detection system, we detected Inyoung and Cheongu radial pulse wave and processed it.
