인터넷 QoS 기술 및 표준 동향

  • 지난 사반세기동안 웹을 시작으로 인터넷은 전세계를 거대한 네트워크로 연결하면서 사용자의 수를 기하급수적으로 늘렸으며, xDSL, HFC혹은 Metro Ethernet과 같은 초고속 엑세스 기술의 접목을 통해 광대역 고속 접속을 가능케 했고, B2C, B2B, ASP 전자정부 등과 같은 비즈니스와 공공업무의 디지털화, 또한 네트워크 게임, 스트리밍 응용 및 P2P와 같은 네트워크 자원을 닥치는데로 소비하는 응용들까지 다양하고 많은 양의 트래픽 증가를 가져왔다. 이는 인터넷 망의 대역폭 확대를 끊임없이 요구하고 있으나, 단순한 대역폭의 증가만으로 이러한 엄청난 수요를 충족시킬 수 없다는 것이 현실적인 공론이다. 왜냐하면 인터넷 트래픽이 양적으로 증가할 뿐만 아니라 MPLS VPN, VOIP 등과 같은 비즈니스 서비스들이 질적인 변화를 요구하고 있기 때문에 새로운 요구에 부응하기 위한 변화가 동반되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 이러한 변화가 왜 일어나고 있으며 어떻게 대처해야 되는가에 대한 기술적인 해답을 찾기 위해서 전 세계적으로 활발히 진행되고 있는 인터넷 QoS 기술 및 표준화 동향에 대해 논하고자 한다.(중략)

  • This study aims to design and implement a learning evaluation system using .NET which is developed by Microsoft. .NET technology supports higher processing speed than ASP technology. The learning evaluation system is based on the web, consists of administrator module, questioner module and student module. The functions of the system, i.e., providing test questions, performing test, and evaluating result of test are achieving on the web in real time. Even when many users use this system, the system is stable and has a speed response time.

  • Computer Resource의 대용량화 및 인터넷 속도의 발달은 원거리에서 사용자가 인터넷을 통해 서버에 접속하여 컴퓨터를 사용하는 요구를 증가시켰다. 이는 Server-based 원격 컴퓨팅을 활용한 서비스의 연구 개발을 활성화 시켰으며, 최근 들어서는 Thin Client를 기반으로하는 중앙 집중형 원격 데스크탑 시스템(Remote Desktop System)을 꾸준히 발달시켰다. 그러나 단순한 파일 데이터의 접근에 대한 보안만을 제공하는 현재의 보안 체계는 이러한 Server-based 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다수의 사용자에 대한 복잡한 형태의 정보 공유 및 미세한 수준의 접근 권한이 요구되는 경우에는 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 ASP(Application Service Provider) 컴퓨팅 시스템과 같은 중앙 집중형 원격 데스크탑 시스템에 적용하여 하나의 응용 프로그램에 대해 사용자별 세부적인 하위명령 사용 제한을 수행하는 사용자 명령 인증시스템을 제안한다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to implement Web 3D environment that is not provider - oriented but client-oriented in order to provide dynamic information and to analyze knowledges by executing programs on Web pages. For these, The 3D Viewer program that parses and renders ASE files - the most general 3D Model Data file and exported text file of 3D Max Studio - is made and then converted into ActiveX 3D Viewer Component that can be used on the Web. With the purpose of managing ASE and texture file efficiently and interacting between clients and server, ActiveX Component link ASP and Database with Web Service. The 3D View Web Service can make dynamic information and cooperative works easier in Networked Virtual Reality.

  • This study examined the impact of smart factory's quality factors on the intention to accept Advance Smart Factory(ASF) by mediating Perceived Value(PV) and Smart Factor Performance(SFP) of domestic SMEs that had introduced smart factor. As a result, First, Information Quality(IQ) and Service Quality(SQ) had a significant positive impact on Perceived Value(PV). Second, System Quality(SysQ), IQ, and SQ had a significant positive impact on SFP. Third, PV had a significant positive impact on intention to ASF, and PV and SFP had a significant positive impact on the intention to accept ASP. Also, PV had a mediating effect between SysQ, IS and Perfromance, and PV and Performance had a moderation between SQ and ASF. These results could provide one implication to SMEs that are taking into account to improve their smart factor to be advanced.

  • A mobile device like ceil phone is the necessity of modern people, of ich con be easily connected to a wireless internet through such a mobile device. The demand for a wireless data communication is growing rapidly. However, agencies have not yet completed standardization of a markup language. Due to the development of the Mobile Device, agencies in this field have provided different data formats with each Mobile Device Platform. Traditionally, contents is hand-tailored to suit the target device. A key problem is that the characteristics and capabilities of the mobile device are too diverse to service the most suitable mobile contents. Because of these problems, the need for a re-usable document description language increases. In this paper, we defined Template file that is common data to service mobile devices. We proposed a method that could be an effective wireless web service though design and the implementation of the Call manager & the XSL Generator. In the methodology, when requesting a wireless internet service, a mobile device finds out markup language and a hardware specification of the mobile device through the Call Manager component supports. The XSL Generator component creates the XSL file dynamically that is the most suitable to a device. Finally, contents is serviced to each device by XSLT. It can generate a wireless page more easily by reusing the existing web contents through such course. Therefore, it can save the time and expense for generating a wireless page.

DiffServ QoS Support in DSL Broadband Access Networks (DSL 광대역 접속망에서 DiffServ QoS 지원 방안)

  • From both techlical and economic viewpoints, DiffServ IP QoS architecture is accepted as a more practical solution because of the complexity Problem of the other IntServ architecture. In this paper, we propose several models to support DiffServ QoS in DSL broadband access networks and discuss about migration path from current best-effort DSL networks to DiffServ-enabled ones. Since DSL networks are recently and widely deployed in the world amount ot new investment, compatibility with existing QoS-unaware DSL systems, and compatibility with existing charging systems as well as effective support of various QoS services must be carefully considered when we design DiffServ QoS support models in DSL networks. The DiffServ models proposed in this paper are divided into static DiffServ models and dynamic DiffServ models which are near-term solutions and long-term solutions repecitively. The static DiffServ models include Flat DiffServ which suworts per-subscriber DiffServ QoS and Structured DiffServ which supports per-subscriber and per-service DiffServ QoS. And the dynamic DiffServ models include Direct DiffServ for P2P(Peer to Peer) applications and Indirect DiffServ for ASP(Application Service Provider) applications.

Development of Web-GIS based Real-time Damage Information System (웹GIS 기반의 실시간 피해정보제공시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 현장 조사를 통해 얻어지는 피해정보를 광역적 무선통신을 이용해 전송하고 웹GIS의 지도상에 실시간으로 업데이트하여 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 관련 정보를 제공하는 실시간 피해정보제공시스템을 개하였다. 연구 대상지역은 매년 대형 태풍과 집중호우로 인한 피해가 발생하고 있는 부산시 강서구를 선정하였다. 도형 데이터베이스는 대상지역 $179.05km^2$에 대하여 1:5,000 및 1:1,000 수치지도를 기반으로 행정경계 등 7개의 주제도로 구축하였다. 또한, IKONOS위성의 1m급 고해상도 위성영상을 스트리밍 방식으로 구축하여 실제 피해현장과 주변 환경에 관한 정보들을 함께 제공할 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다. 웹GIS 시스템의 웹 프레임은 HTML과 ASP언어를 이용하여 개발되었으며, 맵 서비스 프레임은 ArcIMS를 이용하여 개발되었다. 현장에서 조사된 피해정보는 좌표를 기반으로 하여 웹GIS 시스템에 점으로 표출되며 재해대장 웹 페이지를 통해 피해지역의 영상 및 피해추정액등 세부적인 피해정보를 함께 제공하도록 하였다. 웹GIS 시스템은 피해현황을 GIS 데이터와 함께 실시간으로 제공함으로써 신속한 현장파악, 대응책 마련 및 복구계획 수립을 위한 의사결정에 활용 가능할 것이라 예상되며, 소방방재청에서 구축하고 있는 NDMS와 연계를 통하여 여러 국가기관에서 얻어지는 다양한 피해정보의 제공 또한 가능할 것이라 사료된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to help Korean information system companies go into the world markets. We studied how domestic IS companies could provide IS services for Korean companies working in Indonesia. We used survey and case study as a research method. As a result of the data analysis of 84 companies, we found the current status of information systems of which Korean companies were doing business in Indonesia. And through the case study of H industrial complex, S company, and C company, we found the problems and the solutions of the implementation of the information systems. We expect that this research helps Korean IS companies go into world IS markets.

An Practical Study on the Effect of ERP System Introduction Type on the Enterprise's IT·SW Utilization (ERP 시스템 도입유형이 기업의 IT·SW 활용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • Today's ERP system has become a core system of IT·SW that not only supports and manages enterprise resources efficiently, but also encompasses major business tasks. In other words, the ERP system is an essential strategic element for the survival of a company as a powerful means to innovate the management of an organization. This study analyzed the impact on the utilization of IT·SW from the perspective of the entire organization's process without limiting the performance evaluation of the ERP system itself, which is a core system of a company. The measurement data for evaluating the performance of the ERP system was the 2018 domestic company IT·SW utilization survey result report (subject to survey : 3,017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees). Based on this data, this study analyzed the impact of the ERP system on the entire enterprise's IT·SW utilization. In particular, attention was paid to whether there would be a difference in the use of IT·SW if the type of ERP system introduction was changed through the improvement of the business process of the company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 25. As a result, among the ERP system introduction types, the greatest degree of (+)influence on the company's IT·SW utilization is when the ERP package SW or ASP service is used as it is. Although the difference is insignificant, the second case was to build an ERP system through self-development or outsourcing, followed by customizing the package SW or system through self-development or outsourcing. Through the results of this study, it is expected that the organization will improve the business process and use the standard ERP package SW as it is without modification, thereby effectively enhancing the use of IT·SW of the company and leading to management performance.
