In this study, among the new industries that are attracting attention as a new industry to lead the 4th Industrial Revolution era, Korean traditional culture and arts are being promoted in the context of local community efforts and collaboration between industry and academia. It aims to create jobs through local traditional culture, arts, tourism events and design product development, while seeking ways to secure labor force that can save and revitalize high value-added industries in the community. In particular, in the current situation where the era of change and the education of traditional techniques are increasingly ignored and neglected, this study is a traditional cultural art through natural dyeing education and cultural and art events conducted by industry, regional universities, and research institutes in Pyeongtaek for many years. It is expected to be used as a basic data for the transmission and creation of high value-added jobs.

This study is an analysis of the user experience of online hobby class platform, focusing on the art field, which reduces space-time constraints and lowers accessibility. To this end, I investigated cases of online hobby class platforms and conducted surveys to measure user experience for university students and office workers in their 20s and 30s in Korea. As a result, we found the gap between the elements satisfying the user experience and the current domestic service, and suggested a way to narrow it down. This study is meaningful in that it proposed ways to further promote online hobby class platforms in the future leisure culture market. It is hoped that this study will be used as data on the user experience of future online hobby platforms and further help discuss practical activation measures.

It is said that ceramic arts which reflects the sprit of the age and culture is one of the representative cultural assets in Korea. Ceramic arts has the longest tradition and it has been used in our everyday life from a historical perspective. Unfortunately, most textbooks we use nowadays just show some art works for appreciation. It is impossible to teach unique techniques of ceramic arts with those textbooks. Traditional culture is not considered as a main part of educational contents but surrounding elements. Therefore it is hard for students to learn about our traditional culture deeply and it is also difficult to know the importance of the ceramic arts in secondary schools. Through the education of ceramic arts students can understand our traditional culture and they can also experience the formative arts by using plane and dimensional techniques. Teachers have to focus on historical background, types, functions, and sense of beauty of ceramic arts when they teach students in school. Students can use the knowledge in their daily lives. The education of ceramic arts encourage students to create new culture for ceramic arts.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect EVE about culture & art education and social tendencies have on adult educatees eliminating controlled mechanisms. Quantitative research on those in their 40s and 50s was executed. The results show that there is a high correlation between GEVE and individualism, REVE and collectivism. GEVE has a higher influence on actualization of self-efficiency, FEVE on reignition of retained desires, REVE on substantialization of non-isolation, individualism on actualization of self-efficiency, and collectivism on substantialization of non-isolation. This research evokes the importance of an interdisciplinary and integrated understanding of EVE in culture & art education, educatees' social tendencies, and their psychological mechanisms. Also, it suggests the necessity of following research and practical adaptation related to developing programs, securing quantitative and qualitative appropriateness reflecting social requirements, and operation, evaluation, and management considering reciprocality.

This study empirically analyzed the users' experiences with the Netflix thumbnail curation based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). According to the correlation analysis results, the higher the dependence on the thumbnails, the higher the satisfaction with the thumbnail curation. Both Perceived Informational Usefulness(PIU) and Perceived Ease of Use(PEOU) had correlations with the degree of satisfaction with the thumbnail curation. In particular, the factors of relevance in PEOU had the greatest impact on the degree of satisfaction and this result proved that the suitability factors of the thumbnails had significant correlations with the degree of satisfaction. The degree of satisfaction with the thumbnail curation also positively correlated with Netflix's overall degree of satisfaction and behavioral intention to use the Netflix. This study demonstrated the suitability of the TAM as a UX evaluation tool for the Netflix thumbnail curation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the characteristics of beauty information in the SNS environment and consumer attitudes and loyalty of high school students. The subjects of this study were high school students residing in Gwangju, and a total of 375 copies were used for the final analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS V.21.0 program. Summarizing the study results, interactivity and usefulness were key factors in the relationship between beauty information characteristics and high school students' attitude and loyalty in the SNS environment, and information provision, playfulness, and vitality were derived as major factors. Based on the above result rule, it is expected that it will be used as a data for presenting the direction for collecting the correct information in the SNS use of teenage consumers and establishing marketing strategies for beauty companies.

In the 12th century to the 13th century, was the heyday of celadon, Koryo celadon after experienced celadon firing technology of imitation to the peak period of the development of Chinese celadon, especially on decoration technology pioneered the self unique style, the way of engraving, $xi{\grave{a}}ngqi{\grave{a}}n$. During this period, the southern Song dynasty celadon in China also innovated in the mature celadon firing technology and became more distinctive. The decorative style also promoted the aesthetic interest of the Song dynasty. Celadon decoration is not only a decorative art of ceramic art, but also a representation of national cultural phenomenon with the traditional culture in the development of contemporary art, play a more important role and value.

This study focuses on the characteristics of culture and art industry organizations that emphasize tradition and artistic values. The purpose is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership, job meaning and collective efficacy, and to clarify the effect of this study. In order to clarify this relationship, research models and hypotheses were set up based on literature research, and 377 questionnaires were distributed and retrieved for the relevant industry workers. The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on group efficacy. In addition, the influence of transformational leadership on job meaning, the effect of job meaning on collective efficacy, and the mediating effect of job semantics were confirmed. These findings can provide guidelines for organizational change by identifying the effects of transformational leadership on the attitudes of members in the culture and arts industry.

This research aims at developing human resources who will serve as flexible mediators in the future national or cultural conflict situations. The primary learning contents approach the class by selecting the upcycling design activities, in which the students recognize the problem of waste that is for all and study representative characteristics and backgrounds of each culture. The classes were held centering around the student members of GunpoYMCA, and the culturally characteristic materials were made through upcycling design. The activities included making giraffes in Africa with plastic bottles, Mongolian tents with wooden posts, snow globes with sauce pots, patchworks and rugs with shirts and textiles, and garlands with banners, which helped students learn the new term upcycling as well as get interested in the environmental problems. Also, they could understand other cultures by creating materials that represent each culture and studying their origins and historical backgrounds. In conclusion, this research offers value by developing abilities to cope with not only conflicts between cultures but confrontations between nations in the larger scope.

Choi Buk(1712-1786) is the master of three poems, caligraphy, paintings of the Middle Class Painter. There is a resisting cynicism against discrimination, a madly free and unbridled madness that is not bound by itself, and a master sense due to pride in his artistic talents. Madness and stubborn as an image of a unique painting through unworldly and clasical scholar oriented Muninhwa. His muninhwa has many poetic picture paintings where poetry and painting are one, and the technique of painting depicting objects is based on the power of the muscles and is a madness brush which is not bound anywhere. And it expresses the level of art in a higher level through the unconventional composition of the unconventional composition, the simplicity of the line, and the unique operation of margins and colors. His Muninhwa appeared naturally in the works of art, which is a pride of enterprising people and a belief that aesthetic pursuit of a change of the unchanging ones.
