Radio interference has been occurring in mobile communication services on the southern seashore in Korea. Monitoring the radio interference signal revealed that the main reason for the radio interference was a radio ducting signal coming from the seaside of Japan. In this paper, we have analyzed the effect of interference on WiMAX service using a 2.5 GHz frequency band between Korea and Japan. We focus on the interference scenario from base station to base station and we use the Minimum Coupling Loss (MCL) method for interference analysis and the Advanced Propagation Model (APM) for calculating the propagation loss in ducts. The propagation model is also compared with experimental measurement data. We confirm that the interfering signal strength depends on the antenna height and this result can be applied to deployment planning for each system with an interference impact acceptable to both parties.

오픈소스인 Scouter를 바탕으로 제작한, 기업의 WAS와 OS의 안정적인 서비스를 위한 실시간 성능 모니터링 시스템이다. 기존 Scouter 사용에서 불편함이 제기되었던 알림의 빈도 및 간격 조절 기능을 추가하였다. 더불어 요약 및 보고의 편의성을 돕기 위해 그래프를 포함한 PDF 형식의 성능 요약 보고서를 주기별로 생성하여 Email로 전송해주는 자동 성능 요약 보고서 생성 모듈을 새롭게 개발하였다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 성능개선 및 신기술 개발에 관련한 활동에 대해 논하겠다.

In order to investigate the spatial orientation of the spin vectors of galaxies in the Virgo cluster, we carried out a detailed identification of all the certain and possible member disk galaxies with four UK Schmidt Telescope (UKST) III a-j direct plates digitized by the Automated Plate Measuring System (APM). As a result, a relatively large and complete database with no selection effect of the member galaxies has been established. We provide the APM measured values of the position angle (P.A.) and diameters at the isophotal level of 24.5 $m_j / arcsec^2$. Based on this newly generated database, an initial study on the spatial orientation of the spin vectors of galaxies in the Virgo cluster is shown.

In this study, the vulnerability of two existing asymmetric steel building frames to Progressive Collapse (PC) is assessed. The buildings have different frame systems, steel sections and number of stories (nine and six). An alternate path method (APM) with a linear static analysis (LS) is carried out according to General Services Administration (GSA) 2003 guidelines. The Demand Capacity Ratio (DCR) of each primary element (beams and columns) is given with its specific details for all frames. The results show that the nine-story building with a dual frame system (moment frame with bracing system) has a lower susceptibility and greater resistance to PC than the six-story building with a simple building frame system (gravity system with bracing system). Implementing built-up box-shaped sections for columns is a better choice than using built-up I-shaped sections because there is no weak axis for the box section.

In this paper, we propose a poll system on the interned. This poll system makes use of APM which are useful in web and PC using for a server. These tools are all free to obtain, so we can construct this system with the minimum computing environment and the minimum cost. We mention merits and demerits about interned survey and propose how to overcome using this system, and utilize web log data to get an additional information of panel. Finally, we suggest extensibilities of internet survey and the proposed system

통계학 전공 뿐 아니라 기초 도구과목으로서 점차 수요가 늘어나고 있는 통계학 및 실습 교과목의 e-Learning운영에 필요한 제반요소에 대하여 연구하였다. 교실 수업에 등장하는 요소들을 웹 환경으로 구현하는 다양한 방법을 예시하였으며 ASP와 웹 폴더를 활용하여 전산실습을 e-Learning으로 구현하는 방법에 대하여 설명하였다.

본 논문에서는 반도체의 제조공정 중 작동되는 건식 전공펌프에서 측정한 다중변수들의 통계적, 물리적 특성을 소개한다. 흡기부 및 배기부 압력과 부스터/드라이펌프의 소비전류와 같은 상태변수의 변위 분포는 2개 이상의 특징적인 구간으로 나뉘는 특성을 가지고 있다. 특히 흡기부 압력 데이터는 펌프의 성능상태를 직접적으로 나타내는 배기 속도를 유추할 수 있는 특성을 내포하고 있다. 이러한 관측을 통해 발견한 통계학적 특성을 나타내기 위해 적응형 인자모델(APM)을 이용한 진공펌프 시스템의 실시간 진단 기법을 개발하였다. 동시에 공정 중에 배기속도를 유추 할 수 있는 배기속도지표(PSI)를 제안하여 펌프의 성능 상태를 간접적인 방법으로 관찰하는 기법을 개발하여, 두 기법을 통한 진공펌프 시스템의 상태변화 진단 결과의 경향이 동일함을 확인하였다.

이 논문에서는 학습관리시스템에 대한 다양한 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 비교하고, 사용자들이 쉽게 설치할 수 있고, 다양한 기능을 포함한 무들(moodle), 줌라(joomla)와 Third Party 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 활용하여 학습 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구현하고 분석한다. 오픈소스 소프트웨어인 무들은 국내외에 잘 알려져 있고, 많은 참여자로 인하여 타 오픈소스 소프트웨어에 비해 커뮤니티의 활동이 왕성하고, 여러 운영체제 환경에서 APM(Apache, MySQL, PHP)을 사용하여 비교적 쉽게 설치할 수 있고, 모듈화 구조로 개발되어 확장이 가능하다. 줌라 또한 APM 환경에서 강력한 기능을 가진 CMS로서 CMS에 기반한 LMS 컴포넌트를 제공하여 설치가 가능하다. 쉬운 설치와 강력한 기능, 사용자에게 친숙한 인터페이스로 사용자가 점점 늘고 있다. 이 연구에서 구현된 시스템은 기존의 국내외 상용 소프트웨어와 비교, 평가하여 초기에 많은 비용을 투자하지 않고, 오픈소스 소프트웨어를 활용하여 학습관리시스템 구축을 할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.
