The purpose of this study is to develop an algorithm of TLD dose evaluation to meet all requirements stated in ANSI N13. 11-1983. It made the PB-3 TLD of Teledyne Isotopes an object of the development. Personal dosimetry performance testings of the development algorithm have been performed twice through the Atlan-Tech, INC. in accordance with the criteria of testing described in ANSI N13. 11-1983. As ,a result, it is assured that the developed algorithm has complied with all requirements stated in ANSI N13. 11-1983.

전기 설비의 가속 수명시험에서 절연재료의 열 수명 시험자료에 대한 통계적 분석지침으로 1987년 ANSI/IEEE Std. 101이 제정된 이래, 많은 실험의 결과 분석에 이용되어져 오고 있다. 그러나, ANSI/IEEE Std. 101 에서는 제한된 환경 하에서 얻어지는 소수의 자료를 분석에 이용하고 있어, 분석 결과의 정확성에 의문이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는, ANSI/IEEE Std. 101에서 사용한 자료에서 얻은 통계량들을 근거로 Monte Carlo Simulation을 실시하여 분석지침에서 제시한 결과와 비교하여 보았다.

A software implementation of floating-point addition and multiplication is presented. For this, the ANSI/IEEE standard for binary floating-point arithmetic is reviewed briefly. The architecture and behavior of the $Intel^{(R)}\;80{\times}87$ FPU is fully studied and basic algorithms for floating-point addition and multiplication are used for the implementation. Some examples and their verifications are also presented.

최근 WTO 체제의 출범에 의한 국가간의 자유무역 추세가 가속화되면서, 통신시장에서 나타나고 있는 두드러진 특징 중의 하나는 어떤 국가 또는 기관이 통신 제품 및 서비스에 대한 인증 프로그램의 운영을 원하는 국가나 기관에게 인정해 주는 역량을 가짐으로써 보다 주도적인 위치에서 시장을 점유할 수 있다는 것이다. 이에 본 고에서는 대내외적으로 정보통신표준 분야의 인증 프로그램에 관한 모든 인정 권한을 가지고 있는 ANSI(미국)의 정보통신표준 인증 프로그램의 인정을 위한 근간이 되고 있는 관련 정책 및 기준을 분석한 것이다.

Transformers together with all equipment and accessories shall be designed and constructed to withstand the mechanical and thermal stresses produced by external short circuit which include three phase, single line-to-ground, double line-to-ground and line-to-line faults etc. Generally the Short Circuit Test of transformers is tested according to the ANSI/IEEE, IEC/JEC, KS etc, in domestic. In this study, it will be showed and compared the difference of symmetrical current for short circuit test of a Pad -mounted transformer according to with ANSI /IEEE and IEC.

Use ot Intelligent devices that work on the ANSI/EIA 709.1 protocol is increasing. In this study an ANSI/EIA 709.1 protocol analyzer that can monitor and analyze the packets on LonWorks network is designed and developed. The device is based on TMS320LF2407A processor for decoding data packets, and uses XScale processor for sending data to the application program on PC. The application program has various analysis features as well as basic monitoring function. The developed device can be used for debugging purposes in development of any kind of LonWorks devices, and also it is useful in maintenance of LonWorks network or Lon Works devices.

본 논문에서는 국제기술규격인 ANSI/IEEE의 고장전류 계산기준을 분석하였고, 외국 전력사의 고장전류 계산 기준을 정리하였다. 계통에서의 차단기 용량 선정은 고장전류 크기가 시간 경과에 따라 다르게 됨으로 차단기 차단시간(interrupting time)특성을 복합적으로 고려하여야 한다. 그러나, 현재 한전에서 사용하고 있는 고장전류 계산은 별도의 차단기 차단시간을 고려한 배수(multiplying factor)를 고려하지 않고 동기발전기 차과도 임피던스만 고장전류 공급원으로 취급하여 계산하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ANSI/IEEE규격에서 권장하는 내용과 외국 전력사의 고장전류 계산 기준을 종합 정리하였고, 고장전류 계산 예를 한전사용(PSS/E) 및 RTDS를 이용한 경우로 나누어 수행하고 모의 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

This study surveyed differences among KS, ISO, JIS and ANSI ophthalmic spectacle lenses standards. These standards applied to several lenses that were in common currency and we checked over problems and improvements in KS. KS corresponded to ISO, for the most part, and ANSI, partly. But terms, definitions, progressive power lenses standards, UV transmittance and base curves clauses did not exist in KS. There was no differences between nominal data and actual data in important clauses estimation-minimum requirements on refractive power, tolerances on the size of lenses, material and surface quality. But tolerances of thickness, base curves, UV and visible transmittance values were not existing, there were differences among several ophthalmic spectacle lenses in the test of these clauses. These requirements will be needed for better and more comfortable vision.

In this paper, a smart meter applying the international communication protocols has been developed. A smart meter requires communication protocols for two-way communication and control technology, registration and deregistration of electronic devices between electric power suppliers to exchange data. Standardization for communication protocols of a smart meter has been proceeding both in the US and Europe. The smart meter developed in this paper applied ANSI C12.22 as a communication protocol which is a north american standard. A smart meter should also provide the electric consuming information and electricity charge information to the customer in real time. Thus, the customer can behave the demand response based on this information. In this paper, the measured electricity from the smart meter is reported to the customer, and IHD(In Home Display) implemented with the windows software presents the reported real time data.
