  • This is paper aims to evaluate allocation order of SRU using Analytic Network Process. For evaluation, in this paper, assess about person, ship and environment related risk by fuzzy logic and AHP(Analytic hierarchy Process). Also, quantity and quality operation efficiency assess by DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) and Liquate scale. finally total weight calculate by ANP. At the result, Rescue Units of MP, YS RCC/RSC is order higher. Thus, it needs to have more rescue ships and rescue devices for relieving the risk in the future.

Autoradiographic Localization of Atdal Natriuretic Peptide Binding Sites in the Pig Ovary (돼지 난소 Atrial Natriuretic Peptide 결합 부위의 자가방사법에 의한 검증)

  • Specific affinity binding sites for atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) were Investigated in the pig ovarian tissues by in vitro autoradiographic techniques. In the pig ovary, the highest binding sites for 12514abeiled rANP(l~28) were localized in the granulosa cell layer of the forncles. The binding sies on theca layer of the ovarian follicles were mainly localized in the external layer, but none was observed In the Internal layer. In the corpus luteum, the binding site was not observed. The specific bindings of 200 pM of l2Sl4abelled rANP(l~28) to granulosa and theca externa layers were reversed completely by excess concentration (1 ~4) of unlabelled rANP(l~28) but not by 10 ~ of unrelated peptides, human angiotensin II and arginine vasopressin. The binding was also displaced by 1 ~ of desiGIn18, Ser19, Gly2O, leu21, Gly22I ANP(4~2g) (C- ANF) as a spedfic ligand of the ANP clearance receptor. Therefore these results indicate ~hat the biological and the clearance ANP receptors exist in the theca externa and granulosa layer of the pig ovary, and suggest that the ANP receptors may be related with the regulatory lundion of the ovarian follicular development including oocyte maturation.

  • 본 연구는 ANP법을 활용하여 전평시 군수지원 시스템에 대한 운용평가 방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 평가를 위하여 본 연구에서는 군 실정에 부합한 평가기준 재정립하여 기준별 구체적인 평가방법을 제시하였다. 그에따라 연구에서는 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 시스템 운용의 최적조합을 판단하는 과정과 정수계획법을 통한 수리적 모델링으로 군수품의 배송비용에 대한 경제성 평가를 제시하였고 회귀분석을 통한 효용성 평가와 IPB에 의한 군수품 수송의 안정성 평가를 실시하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 각 평가 결과를 ANP법을 이용한 종합 평가치를 산출하여 전평시 지휘관 및 참모의 부대지휘절차간에 구체적인 방책구상 및 선정시 지휘관이 최적의 의사결정할 수 있도록 하였다.

Changes of the Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide during Myocardial Infarction in Rats (흰쥐 심근경색 모델에서 혈장 Atrial Natriuretic Peptide의 변화)

  • Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) is associated with the variety of disorders of myocardial function. The effect, however, of myocardial infarction (MI) on ANP has not been fully described. Thus, this study investigated the effect of experimental MI, induced by left coronary artery ligation, on ANP secretion. Male Sprague-Dawley rats aged 60 d underwent ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery to induce MI and were compared with a group that underwent a sham operation. Rats of sham operation had a similar procedure without having the suture tightened around the coronary artery. Animals were sacrificed at 1, 3, 6, 12, and 18 h or 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, and 30 d after the procedure. MI size was assessed by planimetry and perimetry, and plasma ANP levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. Mean infarct size was 39.6-44.5% of the left ventricle after coronary occlusion in experimental groups. No significant differences were observed in infarct size among groups. In contrast, the concentration of plasma ANP was significantly higher at 1, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24 h after left coronary artery ligation than in sham animals. This parameter, however, did not differ significantly at 3, 5, 7, 14, and 30 d after ligation compared with sham-ligated controls. These results demonstrate that plasma ANP levels are markedly increased in the early phase of MI in the male rat and can be a useful biomarker for diagnosis in acute MI.

Purity Improvement of Calcium Lactate and Calcium Citrate Prepared with Shell of Anadarac tegillarca granosa (꼬막 패각으로 제조한 젖산칼슘과 구연산칼슘의 순도 향상에 대한 연구)

  • Ash of Anadarac tegillarca granosa shell was used for preparation of calcium lactate and calcium citrate, and improvement of their purity was carried out by using ammonium chloride process (ACP) and ammonium nitrate process (ACP). Purity of calcium lactate and calcium citrate made by the reaction of ash of Anadarac tegillarca granosa shell with lactic acid solution and with citric acid solution was 94.35-96.72 and $87.58-93.06\%$, respectively. However, purity of calcium lactate and calcium citrate prepared with purified calcium carbonate pre-purified from the ash of Anadarac fegiliarca granosa shell using ACP and ANP method was 99.53-100.34 and $99.32-99.88\%$, respectively. The purity of these calcium products were higher than those of calcium lactate and calcium citrate made with ash of Anadarac tegillarca granosa shell. Whiteness of calcium lactate and calcium citrate prepared with purified calcium carbonate pre-purified using ACP and ANP method was 94.8-98.5 and 99.4-101.5, respectively. Whiteness of these calcium products was higher than that of calcium lactate (91.8) and calcium citrate (92.9) made with the ash of Anadarac tegillarca granosa shell. Therefore, we estimated that calcium lactate and calcium citrate prepared with purified calcium carbonate using ACP and ANP method could be used potentially as a food additive for calcium supplement.

A Development of Criteria for Evaluating School Zone by Utilizing Analytic Network Process (네트워크분석법(ANP)을 이용한 어린이보호구역 평가항목 개발)

  • This study choose the Criteria by conducting survey questionnaire of expertise, ANP analysis, and reviewing literature to samples of School Zone in a synthetic and reasonable way. It draws the estimating factors including a variety of existing aspects (user, facility, operation and management, and education and institution) from the analyses and applies ANP to reflect the decision making process. The results show as follows: first, first level of weights presents proportion of 'facility' and 'user' takes 65% of total weights. It implies that the facility protects children from obstacles is the top priority of the settings. second, the second level of weights present similar importance with the first level. Facility management, road to school, surroundings, safety facility, decelerating facility hold approximately 72% of overall levels. This indicates that improving and repairing surroundings, and safety and decelerating facility are the first priority to consider. These estimating indicators will be properly utilized to rationally appoint prevention zone with reflecting various factors and social class.

The Multi-Objective Optimal Design of Vehicle Component Manufacturing System with Simulation and ANP (시뮬레이션과 네트워크 분석법을 이용한 자동차 부품 가공시스템의 다목적 최적운영설계)

  • This paper suggested the optimal operating design method using simulation and ANP(Analytic Network Process) for mass-customization in the automotive component manufacturing industry. For this, first of all, we built the simulation model including various and complex factors in the field, and estimated the meta-model by RSM(Response Surface Method). Secondly using ANP, we calculated the weight of relative importance of evaluation factors gathered from decision makers. And then, we proposed the optimal operation designs by MOGA(Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm), analyzed results of them. Moreover, by comparing the results with the consequences using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), we showed its superiority of suggested method to the manner using AHP, because it reflects inner, outer dependency, and inter-relation among judgement factors. In conclusion, through this process, we can present the better way to serve mover effective, precise, and accurate information to decision makers when they build operation design for mass-customization system as automotive parts production system.

  • This study develops composite indicators that is capable of estimating QOS (Quality of Service) of pedestrians by enhancing estimation for Level of Service in present transporting spaces for pedestrians that merely concerns quantitative indicators such as pedestrian flow rate, pedestrian stoppage. This paper conducts survey questionnaire to collect data. It utilizes AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and ANP(Analytic Network Process). The main results show that: first, ANP is better analytic methods than AHP due to the fact that pedestrians feel repetition when they judge level of service. Second, qualitative factors such as pedestrian behaviors, maintenance, scenary for pedestrians and environments should be considered. Importance of qualitative factors is higher in residential area than other areas. I expect that using qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators is appropriate in order to estimate pedestrians' QOS.

Evaluation Scheme for EcoMobility Policy Based on Multi-criteria Decision Making, AHP and ANP (AHP와 ANP 중심의 다기준 의사결정 기반 생태교통정책 평가체계에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, policy evaluation scheme was established to encourage the efficient implementation of EcoMobility which has been expanding gradually all around the world. A total of eight evaluation goals and 22 evaluation items are reviewed and suggested based on the three major evaluation categories of "Basic elements for EcoMobility", "Land use and transport system for EcoMobility", and "Implications and impact of EcoMobility". The results of this study are as follows: the result of AHP analysis which reflects only the hierarchical structure shows a high priority in "Elements for EcoMobility promotion", "Eco-fiendly transport infrastructure", and "Safety in transport". While in result of ANP which considered the elements' dependencies, "Eco-fiendly transport Services", "Welfare in transport", and "Environment by transport" have high weights and importances. In conclusion, this study would be useful to make reasonable judgment based on the analysis results of the two techniques in order to ensure reliability in evaluation of EcoMobility policy. Furthermore we have confirmed appropriate evaluation technique between AHP and ANP which is better to reflect the features of EcoMobility.
