  • The Study was conducted to understand the degree of knowledge, awareness and performance of nursing students' patients' personal information protection and to grasp the relationship between them. A convenience sample 262 nursing students was selected from C do, between 1 November and 8 November 2019. Using SPSS Program t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis were performed. Factors that influenced knowledge, awareness and performance included grade, education of information. It is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in knowledge and awareness among nursing students to increase their performance.

  • Game industry, which has grown without government promotion policies, has been affected by the government's various industrial and social policies. Through the survey of experts from academics, media and industry on game industry, the paper attempted to evaluate and analyze the policies by the ministry of culture, tourism and sports, in charge of game industry. Result using SPSS showed that the scores on all the factors were low, especially 'policy on game image improvement ' is the lowest to 1.97. ANOVA test showed no difference except 'industrial ecosystem recovery' and 'human resources development'.

  • In this study, the influence of various factors on surface roughness was investigated using the Taguchi experimental method through high-speed machining processing. Feed rate, pitch, tool diameter, and depth of cut are widely applied to high-speed machining conditions for mold production. Each of these factors was implemented and classified into three levels; then, after high speed machining, surface roughness was measured, the S/N ratio was analyzed, and the influence on the surface roughness of control factors was analyzed quantitatively by ANOVA. Using this information, a mathematical model for predicting surface roughness was derived from multiple regression analysis. This mathematical model enables the surface roughness value after high-speed machining to be predicted at the production stage, before machining, for a wide range of machining conditions.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the result of one-way ANOVA with that of cross-correlation time series analysis in order to evaluate physiologic responses of premature infants to human voices. Methods: Four premature infants born prior to 32 weeks gestational age were included in the study. The Gould 4000TA Recording System recorded the preterm infant's heart and respiratory rate while they were listening to a pre-recorded voice recording. Each infant listened to both male and female voices (1 min each) at each testing session. Results: The results of both one-wayANOVA and cross-correlation time series analysis using heart and respiratory rate data were not consistent in some of premature infants. A cross-correlation time series analysis revealed that the responses of premature infant to vocal stimulation occurred at a varying number of seconds after the stimulus was presented and lasted for over 20-30 sec. Conclusion: The results indicate that a time series analysis can provide more detailed information on the rapidly changing physiologic status of premature infant to the auditory stimulus. In addition, the results provide an insight into an auditory responsitivity of premature infants to a naturally occurring sound, the human voice, in the neonatal intensive care unit.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine influences on grit in the nursing student. The data were collected from 146 nursing students in the H university located Y city. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 20.0 program. Grit was found to be in a significant positive correlation with academic stress, academic self-efficacy and major satisfaction. The result of the multiple regression indicates the major satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, academic stress and grade point average predict 22.5% of grit. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an intervention program to strengthen the grit of nursing students.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing career attitude maturity in middle school students. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, Anova, correlation, and multiple regression using SPSS 18.0. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, the degree of career attitude maturity in female students is higher than male students. Second, career perception makes a difference in the level of career attitude maturity. Third, career attitude maturity is related to gender, career perception, and career activity satisfaction in middle school students. These results imply that the school should have multiple approaches - providing abundant information and differential program - to improve career perception and career attitude maturity.

  • In this Analysis using the evaluation data of public libraries located in Chungcheongnam-do, we compared and analyzed whether there was a difference in the average between the evaluation groups according to the size and institution of the public library, and analyzed the factors influencing the number of visitors to public libraries. The research data used public library evaluation data conducted in Chungcheongnam-do in 2020, and four areas of quantitative evaluation and nine detailed items were set as independent variables. Statistical analysis methods were T-test, ANOVA, and Regreesion. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference in the average of the evaluation group according to the affiliated organization and size. In addition, the factors affecting the number of visitors to public libraries were analyzed and presented. Implications were derived based on the analysis results, and can be used as a basis for establishing public library policies in the future.

  • This study reviewed different results according to the selection of viewpoints and considerations of the neighborhood in the analysis of view to regulate the height of buildings. To do this, 4 cases were set according to the analytical methodology and a GIS simulation was performed. Characteristics of each methodology were compared and analyzed by simulated values with ANOVA(analysis of variance) and post-hoc analysis. First, the method using moving viewpoints was found to be appropriate for the regulation of building height as it could reflect basic characteristics of landscape which was sequential and it did not show big difference in analysis result according to situational setting. Second, the method using grid viewpoints showed a problem that viewpoints at left and right sides viewed ridges of other mountains than the background mountains of the target land. Additionally, the simulation method that induces three-dimensional cross-sections between multiple sight-surface and virtual construction points created at viewpoints used in this study was found to be useful in the simulation review with various settings as it induced the marginal height of the spot quantitatively.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the lap time of K-1 sprint competition and compare the records of the best group and the other groups. Based on these data we are willing to provide them on pace control strategies for improving their performances. The analysis was conducted on 12 elite kayak players, measuring the lap time by every interval after dividing the entire 1,000-meter race into 10 sections of 100 meters. We divide the group A, B, C and D based on their final time records. Two-factor repeated measures ANOVA, One-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis were performed. There were no significant lap time differences in the section of first 200m and last 200m between A, B and C. But the C's lap time of 200m~600m were significantly later than group A and B. Non-superior athletes need to establish strategies to reduce lap time in the middle section.

  • The method of cancer classification based on microarray could contribute to being accurate cancer classification by finding differently expressing gene pattern statistically according to a cancer type. Therefore, the process to select a closely related informative gene with a particular cancer classification to classify cancer using present microarray technology with effect is essential. In this paper, the system can detect marker genes to likely express the most differentially explaining the effects of cancer using ovarian cancer microarray data. And it compare and analyze a performance of classification of the proposed system with it of established microarray system using multi-perceptron neural network layer. Microarray data set including marker gene that are selected using ANOVA method represent the highest classification accuracy of 98.61%, which show that it improve classification performance than established microarray system.
